    Hi Team,

    This complaint is for your Vodafone store, near Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. Store in charge Priyanka chougle. Verification guy came home talk to my mother in law. Confirmed the details. But they are assuming we are not staying there. Suspended my service twice. Second time the guy didn't came to verification guy didn't came at all. U am not able to use the service and now your people are not refunding the amount of device as I don't want to use it.

      I have a postpaid mobile phone connection having SIM card no.[protected]. since it's charging the bill more than the actual usage I want to convert it to prepaid. I visited Vodafone customer care at least 10 times. Each time they give different reason for not doing same.
      First time they said that I can't change my postpaid to till the completion of six months.
      Second time when I visited after completion of six months they said that I have a corporate plan and my employer have to give the request. But when I enquired with my employer they said it is not necessary.
      After that they told different different reasons
      Before two months when I visited they recommended to visit on billing date which is 2nd of each month. I was not able to go on 2nd so I visited on 5th. So they said that your billing date is already crossed and asked me to come on 2nd of next month.
      Today (2nd of March) when I visited they said that my bill is still not generated and asked me to come tomorrow. But Its not possible for me to visit on 3rd of march. and if I will visit on 4th or 5th they will say bill date is crossed.
      It is the very bad experience for me.
      I want the same number with prepaid connection.

      No any response from Vodafone yet.
      I had same experience with vodafone store they have made me to do 8 visit and now finally they are saying i have to pay Rs. 10 For Sim card and compulsory 1st recharge of Rs. 415 + bill and unbill usage payment
      415 Recharge is is twice of my current rental.

      Where else call center no have any information about what will be minimum recharges or my not want to disclose and saying that lower recharge may not be available in store that's why they may have told. you visit some other store #@at %*(# they are no giving purposely 415 has some talk time of Rs. 89 and 1gb 4G/3G net and my phone is basic phone of samsung no net.

      They are not good with customer service and approach is not well. when you say i will port out. the replay it's your choice or pay as said.

      super monopoly example then i visited 3 more store same approach.

      finally one friend told me to fight and they will do in 10 + 74 recharge as they get points or incentive on sell that is why they let you to go with loss.

      or port out to some other operator in prepaid. by sending 1900 and your no and share with new operator.
      pay bill and unbill usage with some 5 to 10 rupee extra stop net and out going till port and done.

      Both option works 2nd option of port worked for me in 8 days. 1st was bill 199 (229) i paid 250 and PORT 9769XXXXXX got upc code given to new operator and eureka to prepaid. :)

      1st option if you have good source in cop or in vodafone or you have some reporter friend which i did not had to teach them lesson. same time one person was there with his wife in store he heard my talk and he show is id and his no changed in just 84 rs. he was from ACB but i loos my trust so i break up with Vodafone.

        Dear sir/mam, A CCE ms. Pooja kruswani working at vodafone mini store which is at bajarang nagar kota, Rajasthan. She has used fake documents. She has no origional documents. But she is relation with her RM mr. Ratnesh ji. He know about her documents but do not taking action against with her. i have proof about her documemts. So please do take action with her otherwise i will show media and social media

            I was a idea customer, I was informed by your vodafone by sales team
            person Named Sanjay Mahajan.
            That in this 499 offer I'll get unlimited L+N calls, 100sms and free
            roaming with 15 GB data for first 6months and then 9GB data per month for the period after 6 months for a year.
            But your executive just called me and informed me that I'll get only 15GB
            data for first 3 montha and then 6GB for the months after that.
            Attracted to your offer given by Mr. Sanjay Mahajan I ported out my number
            to vodafone but I feel cheated as their is no such offer activated by you.

            Kindly provide me with my promised offer or port me out back to idea as you
            guys are cheater frauds.

              My mobile no. [protected]. I am getting unauthorised deductions from my mobile balance by a fraud entity vt-vfcare. I have lost lot of money till now. Please remove this service fromy phone. If you dont act immediately i will be forced to complaint to troy and consumer court

                It is requesting by this letter to close my vodaphone no [protected]. I am sorry to complaint about your call center service provider that from jan 2017, at regular interval I am getting mentally tortured by them to pay bill of rs 2500. I have paid regular bill of rs. 244.96, 446.77, 232.77 for sept 16, oct.16 and nov.16. Within time.
                But in the month of december2016, automatic downloading of application get started and I requested to stop that applications but no response from your service provider. Also unrelated calls and messges for Mr.Sumit (previously same number was allotted to this fellow of pune ) were disturbing me, and I removed the sim from my phone and stopped using this number.
                Your call center service provider asks me for bill of rs.700 in dec2016 then rs. 1000 in jan.2017 and yesterday (01.03.17) that lady is demanding rs.2500 /- in a very rude talk. I have not received any call details or bill in hard copy or by E-mail.
                Now requesting to look after my problem. I am not accepting this huge amount of bill. Pls revise my bill of month December 2016. I will not pay the extra bill which I have not used but ready to pay the monthly rentel charges and close the matter. Also I will also going to close my second vodaphone number [protected] very soon as I am no more interested in vodaphone services.

                Just put a mail to TRAI with proper documents and raise a complaint against the service provider for the same. If so they will lead you as soon as possible.

                  Vodafone is the biggest fraud in India, they have activated a Value added service without my consent.

                  When I call up the customer care they say that you must've clicked on an ad and we activated it.

                  Why have they activated without my consent? Now I need to pay 90 rupees for some god know what service that I haven't even used?

                  I'm moving away from this network now!!!

                        I also recieved an SMS from Vodafone yesterday saying that Follo pack has been activated upon my request with 35 rupees deduction.What request?!!! I am absolutely sure that I never activated that kind of package. In fact, I googled Follo and thats how I came here on this forum! Please reverse the charges because this looks like a scam and if Vodafone is involved in this, they are in some serious trouble. I will pursue this matter if this issue isnt resolved.                           That no. Is provided to when I was working with HCG hospital.

                          But I have left that organization in 2015.

                          Then that no. Given to my replacement.

                          HCG hospital has submitted documents o[censored]ser change to Vodafone corporate.

                          But corporate Vodafone has not done this.

                          Hence all payment related issues..Comes to me..

                          I have a mail proof of transactions between HCG hospital and Duggar communication.

                            This is regarding Vodafone no [protected] and this got deactivated on 1 Mar 17 without any prior intimation (only 1 hour notice is given)

                            While we tried to talk to their customer care on 1 Mar 17 & 2 Mar 17 they are not ready to take any complain for the same

                            I had discussed with their representative Lapamudra Ganguly, and Team Leads Rajasri, Chitralekha without any help.

                            Being a Telecom service provider they are taking actions as per their sweet will and not ready take any complain for the same

                            This number is circulated with my colleague, Friends and we do receive bank transaction SMS alerts and this is a great inconvenience to me as an consumer

                            I would like to raise a complain and demand appropriate compensation for the same

                              DOT BOT and Cinezone VAS pack activated on my vodafone number without my consent, on asking customer care, they started teaching me how to use internet.
                              I am frustrated.
                              Suddenly a msg comes on my phone while my phone sitting idle in my pocket, it vibrate and then i checked, to find this msg that dot bot pack activated on your mobile. I immediately called customer care and they started giving me the crap.

                                      Even after paying my Bill and submiting all the necessary details to them through mail they havent responded to my Mail and they have disconnected my connection .

                                      I have spoken to their customer care and registered the same complain over phone 3-4 times and have also registered mail complains but they donot revert to these queries unless and untill u call again. The only answer they give is that they will re-register my complain but end of the day they dont even respond or address our concerns.

                                      Kindly contact the TRAI for the above issue that can give some solutions in this regard.
