I recharged my number with Rs 14 (for std & local @Rs 0.25 per min for 28 days) on 26.2.2017 at 7:53pm. I received the confirmation of the recharge after which I started an outgoing call. The call finished at 8:34 pm. I was surprised to note that vodafone has deducted at full rate (Rs. 43) for my call. I called CC for lodging a complaint. However, neither the cc officer, nor the Senior Desk officer (Alif Hosen) accepted the complaint. Rather...

Worst experience ever... mental harassment for network connection.. fake bills asked without providing any service.
Harassment calls for bill on my alternative number as they could never reach me on Vodafone number coz of worst connectivity.

Wrong bill of dec 2015 sent in feb 2017 and same day vasuli call done and frm next day onwards service disconnection game started. Called 100 times to call center, visited thrice to store and once to service head office. Post this got confirmation from appelete team that dispute is settled bt still they discontinue the service. On 2 numbers I had taken a Gulf ISD pack under which I was promised that call charges of Rs.2.99 per minute will be charged.

I am vasanth from Bengaluru, Karnataka. I'm using Vodafone SIM from many years, but now a days these Bengaluru Vodafone people are deducting amount by saying false statements & active plans which I never activated nor I got single message from that plan.

Recently on Monday (20th Feb) they deducted Ara.35 by means of cone zone for 7 days where I never requested nor they asked me. Same they will deduct on...

I carry mobile number [protected] from Vodafone. I found Vodafone cheats by activating unnecessary services without customer consent. Every time I need to call customer care to reverse charges. This is pathetic behaviour from vodafone and stringent acation with huge penalty required on Vodafone India. Recent service activated was roots music. I stay at Dahisar East, hanuman Tekdi. Here the Vodafone network recently has become too bad. I have to always stick around the window for connectivity. It is too bad..I cannot continue my household chores if there is long running conference calls. Even if I bit move away from the window the voice start breaking.
