Hi, i am using vodafone since 4 years and have a post paid data plan if 2 gb. When it got exhausted bought 1 gb plan by paying 250 rs from vodafone site. I consumed 2.5 gb when i recieved bill they charged me1000rs for data and some 250rs. When contacted customer care initially they informed that they will waive off charges but still not resolved its been 2 months and they call me to pay the bill and disconnected outgoing. What is the use of buying 1 gb plan? For .5 gb they charge 1250 rs when vodafone itself sell it at 250rs? Request not to cheat customers who are sincere since 4 years and never missed to pay the bill

    On *121# it shows Rs156 for 2GB 3G for 28 days.

    I got only one 1GB. I hv already talked more than 5 times to customer care executive but they says it is showing only 1 GB on their ussad code.
    On my ussd code, it is still showing 2GB.

    I got only 1 GB. I am very disappointed. Need to solve this urgently. Check the screen shot of pictures for detail.

    I called many times on 198 to talk to customer care executive. They all fail to solve my problem. After that i email to [email protected] about the cheating process along with my mobile screen shot pictures as proof. They replied my mail to direct me to uttrakhand state region as my sim belongs to this region. Then i forward my email to [email protected] Next day my account got credited with 1GB data and they called me that my problem is resolved and asked me to reply as resolved.

      Vodafone has activated VAS - TV on Mobile without my notice
      and charging me Rs. 150/- per month from last 3 months.
      And with taxes its comes out to be 172.5Rs. per month.

      I want vadafone to revert back money for all three moths that is 172.5*3 =Rs .512.5
      This I expect to be done with immidiate effect.

      When i talk to customer care they refused to payback money of previous month.
      I was not aware of this service activated on my phone
      and i have not used this service.

        Two months back I my mob fone samsung to KARBONN smart but retained VODAFONE as my service provider . Every 15 days the S.P IS deducting Rs 75 / towards an unasked for service 'Gamifive ' and even on my asking them to deactivate and call off this service they have the temerity to keep deducting with the result that when I dial a number I get a voice message that I have no balance and call can not go .This is sheer high handedness and
        robbery of my money . I want back every rupee that has been deducted immediately with a written apology from company top brass quickly.

          Hi,

          I am using a Vodafone no ([protected]) from last 3 years.

          Due to some specific reason I want to switch my post paid no to prepaid.
          I went to my near by Vodafone store (Vodafone Store, Kandivali ( E ), Mumbai, Maharashtra, Aangar Bldg., Thakur Village, Next To Thakur Cinema, Kandivali ( E )) and asked for the procedure to be followed for doing this, firstly they are not agree to do this, offering some new plans to me..but I said no then they start processing my request.

          They asked me to pay a estimated amount of my current bill & charge a fee of new prepaid sim.

          I paid all the amount to store person and wait for 72 hrs as suggested by store person the time required to activate a new prepaid sim.

          But the sim is not activated as on date too... I followed several time to customer care support but Vodafone support team not helps me to activate the sim.

          Please find the attached payments slip.

            My number [protected], vodafone committed me to give Rs. 299 per month plan in which unlimited calls, 6 gb data, roaming free, 100 sms per day .. these are free and included in this 299 plan..
            Because I ported out from airtel to vodafone... And in airtel I was having this plan in Rs.349 per month, but after porting vodafone forged and decieved me by giving rs.499 plan..
            Vodafone always mishandles its customer, always misinforms them, and then charge them extra money.

            Some of the Service providers are tried to cheat the customers like this. To attract the customers they express like this. Also be aware of the pre-framed plans of particular service providers to which you are going to switch over.

              Vodafone suddenly activates a silk pack, which i have not even heard of before, and deducts an amount of rs 35 from my main account balance. i have deactivated the pack and i now know that i am victim of these telecommunication mnc's cheap plans of squeezing money from common people. i just want to make sure that such incidents won't happen to anyone else again. Seriously someone should be there to stop such cheap ways

                Tube world activated in my number without any prior notification and deducted Rs. 35 from my phone balance... This is not acceptable being a Vodafone user and I kindly request Vodafone India to take a look into this matter as soon as possible. As I have just noticed that, this is common problem for Vodafone users that keeps repeating after a few days of interval. This is a bad issue that's slowly going to reduce Vodafone's Telecommunications business.

                  I have got message from company for special offer for me for unlimited local and std calling in rs 149. This offer is also reflected when m checking in my special offer by dialing *121*. But when i recharge my num m only get voda to voda free call. When i call customer care regarding this they refuse my request. I still have that msg and spcl offer screenshot. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful, becouse company do this type of mis selling.

                              I had taken my mobile 20days back and from the day first mobile internet was not working. This time they have asked me 7 days of time to resolve the issue. but they closed my complaint without informing or checking whether the internet is working fine or not. They had given the statement that they could not reach me, And i did not recive the any call from their end. i waited for 15 days finally i called them then i got the info that they closed my complaint. Again i reopened by mailing them then the problem got resolved for 2 days. now again the same issue for 24th again they are saying it will take 5 (28thfeb tat )days to resolve. i have got only 2 days of internet for whole month. now the bill is generated for and they are asking me to pay. Today is 28th feb i called to customer care they are agian saying that the they have closed the complaint with out informing.Even now the problem is not resolved once again they are asking me to wait. Worst technical support. customer care ex says that will provide 299 plan for only calling as i have taken for both calling and for internet purpose. now i cant change my plan. i want both internet and the calling. If they cant give the service please dont take any money and please port to idea as i was using idea prior.

                                Hi i am Manish . its been 3 weeks that i bought my number. there has been no call for verification or physical verification of my id. i am fed up of this behavior from vodafone, whenever i make a call on my number, the auto tone says " this number has been temporarily out of service " .

                                please activate my number. my number.

                                  My Vodafone number is in red family plan still individual bills getting generated and asking for payment and thus they have blocked my outgoing and have registered my complain so many times but only complaint numbers no results, it is more than a month customer care just know to call for money but they don't see complains registered under n y the bills are outstanding. Tired of Vodafone some or the other issue

                                    My no is [protected] feom shillong, meghalaya.My balance gets deducted everytime i recharge my phone for all kinds of services without my consent.I called the customer complaint 198 they have refunded the amount but after 10-15 minutes the aervice is again activated and my money deducted..i visited the vodafone customer care office but no satisfactoey response was given...i have been facing this problem for the past one month or so..

                                        On 25 feb 2017 i did a recharge through vodafone site on my mobile number [protected] but the recharge got cancelled due to authentication form bank with reference id HCMP[protected] but the money was deducted from my credit card .
                                        So i contacted my bank for the above issue they told me that they have verified the amount but merchant has not claim till yet, if the merchant will not claim till 27 feb 2017 then they will revert the money into my credit card .
                                        But when i contacted them after 48 hours they told me that vodafone has claimed the money and they cant do anything now. They gave me the reference id 077960.
                                        But if vodafone has claimed the money then they should have provided me the service but they failed to do so. So in the case of not providing any service i want vodafone to either recharge my number or return my money as soon as possibel as this is not the way to treat your customer.
                                        If they didnt provided me the solution i would certainly change the service provider...
