          Hello i am deepak nandwani i had gone to the vodafone mini store address (Telepathy, shop no.4, marol gaon, marol maroshi road, opp. Uttam-da-dhabha, andheri east, mumbai 400059, mumbai, maharashtra 400059)
          The store guy is asking me 50rs for doing portability my number is vodafone prepaid maharashtra and i wanted to port into vodafone prepaid mumbai... I asked customer care also they said that it is free of cost and they are forcing the customers to pay money for that... Without any receipt of that 50rs

I am not interested in vidafone at all. please deactivate my numbers permanently as early as possible otherwuse i shall not be paying the monthly rentals charged due to delay in disconnection.

              Over a period of months atleast 400-500mb each data refill of 1/2 gb is being wrongly deducted. no refund, no help, nothing. yesterday in one day 500 mb was deducted. I barely use it. i use only 3 apps and wifi.

                  I raise a request over Web Chat for activating International Roaming and amount said for 149 and not detailed about IR pack details.

                  Later my number has been deactivated on 19th November for the reason to pay outstanding amount as i crossed my security limit.

                  now Rs:05.50 per 10 KB has been charged and total outstanding amount is 13614.44, when i raised a complaint, now the executive has said to me that "Customer Care and Web Chat Support is not there to help customers in detail", i need to visit the Vodafone store all the time.

                  By keeping the mistake at their end, they giving a One time Good will gesture discount of 3614.44 for the customer who is using their service for more than 9 years.

                    My name is Mana and my Vodafone No is [protected].In my bill No 97143184 dt 20.01.17 the mobile internet capping for Rs 650/- which had been discounted every month but in previous month it has not been discounted.
                    Because of this i am not able to pay my bill and my outgoing calls is barred.
                    I have already called customer care several times but no positive response from their end.
                    Initially when i called customer care they told that it is some system error and they will rectify the bill and resend after few days but now they are stating that the bill is correct and i have to pay the full amount.

                      I was using a plan 1.5 GB data in that I can continue browsing after 1.5 data is over at a lower speed, without any additional charge. One day a representative called and told about a better plan in which i get 5GB data at 666 monthly rental. I agreed for that and later on when bill came i was charged 499 extra saying that it is for extra browsing after 5GB. So the wrong thing happened is i was not informed that I will be charged post 5gb as in my previus plan i can browse at lower speed with no extra charge. Other thing is they said that they can't waiver as I was given message on usage. But the messages they sent are incorrect. I have proof also. when i have use only 50% data the message ame saying I used 90%. Please help me from the day light cheating of customers.

                          I took a new connection from Vodafone for a family member. This would be be 4th no. on my name. Yesterday evening outgoing calls are barred on my new number. I called up customer care and they informed me that to be able to make outgoing calls I have to activate standing instructions for automatic bill payments on my primary number. My primary number is already registered for standing instructions through my credit card. I told the same to the customer care person . But they want the standing instructions to be through vodafone store only. They are causing inconvenience unnecessarily.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I have been associated with Vodafone services for last 4 years.
                                  Last month my bill got generated of amount Rs 1500. I paid and gave port request. When the customer representative called and asked the reason. I explained when other vendors are giving unlimited calls in just rs 298 why should I continue your services. Then the person assured me to waive off my next bill. I trusted their words but when this month my bill got generated they again imposed amount of Rs 1100. Why a customer who is using postpaid number will have to suffer these kind of rubbish things just because he/she doesn't want to loose the same number. Is this the reason these telecom providers insist customers to convert their number from prepaid to postpaid so that they can impose heavy amount.

                                  Their customer executive daily calls me and wasting my time in asking the same things. I explained them every time over the call, email but don't see any hope. I am a service class person and cant keep running daily in such things.
                                  Don't understand, Vodafone spends lot of money in marketing and promotions but by doing such cheap things you guys assure customers to join your services. I am sorry but I have never faced such issue with other vendors in my life . I am also using the Airtel and their customer services are far better than Vodfone.

                                      I have been charged 770 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for55.10 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 80 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue...

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have recently ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in the month of January. During process of porting, I have used Vodfone network, for which I am supposed to pay Rs. 152.85.

                                        However for the month of December I have done online payment of Rs. 2000, but the bill was of Rs. 1609 only. The remaining amount of Rs. 391 was not transferred back to my account!

                                        Could you please let me know what is the procedure to get back Rs. 391. Or is there any option where Rs. 152.85 can be deducted from Rs. 391 and then the remaining amount or Rs. 239 will be transferred back to my account.
