I have been a customer with Vodafone Postpaid for a quite long while with the number [protected]. I have been making regular international call and used to pay dues on time . This is the first time i couldn't make payment with Vodafone on time. After the due date they have been calling me and shouting at me . Today one of their agent called to my moms number and shouted at her.They have been using scare tactics for the repayment and also as per rule no company should share the credit information of an individual with a third party which they have clearly braked.

    They deducted 40 rs after I recharged my phone for talk time and sent me a message stating lifestyle pack is activated. I don't know what lifestyle package is.

    This is fraud AND LOOTING OUR MONEY. Without our concern. Every time we recharge they keep deducting. Disgraceful practice.

    Please help me get the refund Asap.

      I beg to inform you that im a one of your vodafone postpaid customer.This is my new no [protected].when I see in my bill every month international sms is charged.But I'm not doing this kind of sms.Previously this no is on aircel post paid no.But before some days ego I transfer this no from aircel to vodafone.Again problem is going on.Every day 5 rs was deducted.please sir look into the matter.

        I recharged for an vodafone superhour 1 hour unlimited 3G/4G internet pack on my number which is [protected] on the morning of 18th feburary at 1:00 am.the speed given was nearly 80kbps.The day before speed given was extremely good.And now i am very angry at the services provided.I wasted Rs.17 twice that day.This is ridiculous and simply wastage of time and money.I demand this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.And if possible refund me my Rs. 34 in my account. Poor services i must say in the end.!!

          When i recharged my number with 20 or more Rs. Company deducted automatically as the name of VAS services everytime when i surfing internet and Recharged as respectful value they deducted it. Last time they deducted 49 Rs. As the name of vas services. Many times i call customer care but i can't got satisfying answer.plz help me to sort out this problem. ...

          Just you have to make a call to 155223 which is the Specific deactivation portal for deactivate the VAS with simple steps. Just do it and do what ever u want.

              I had lost my phone on Tuesday 7th February 2017.

              To replace the sim I went to Airtouch Communication(Ministore, Kolkata), First day they asked me to comeback later with documents. Next day they make me wait and then say it cannot be done as the Vodafone service person(Tanya) is not there and she can log in to the system.

              So I go back on Tuesday 14th February for replacement, and then my harrasment began. I want to Complain Against unfriendly service against Airtouch Communication(Ministore, Kolkata) and Voda. service person TANYA for bad service. I went for Sim replacement and I was standing for half hour as she was all the time chatting on personal Phone, not attending. The chatting made her slow on the computer. Someone from the store asked me to get a photocopy of the Document. ( The same person who told me first day to get the id could have told me to get a photocopy so I didnot had to go looking for a xerox shop then). After I submitted the document, THEN she said it takes one day. After making me wait half hour and filling the document she says it would take 2 hours in Vodafone Store. If she attended to me the first day and told me thatfor sim replacemnt it is better to go to Store then i wouldnt have wasted one week. But she is always busychatting and giggling on the phone and let peopel who doesnot know deal with the customer. Since I wasted time already, I didnot mind one day delay. BUT now it is days delay and my sim is still not active.

              I called the customer care. TANYA is so unattentive she didnot even block my old sim which is lost!
              \And the processing has not yet began for the new sim. The customer care person Miss Baidya said I need to visit the Ministore, which I am unable to so untill Monday so I called them

              When I Called them now, Tanya was arrogant and said, "I told it will take time" and that she had never said "one day". WHich was a lie. Because she and her a colleague kept mentioning it will take till next evening, better i switch to Postpaid, then it will happen immediately! BUt there is a difference between one day and 3 day. And she said it is not my concern if she is chatting on the phone and She rudely hang upon me also. But it is my concern as I am a customer, looking for service and she is the tech service provider during working hours, I can expect more attentiveness from her and polite behavior in general.

              My complaints are -
              1. I need my sim activated asap. Airtouch Communication and Tanya said they cannot do anything about it.

              2. The fact that it takes two hours in Vodafone Store should have been mentioned to me the first day I went, and not on the third after wasting half hour of my time!

              3. The staff said it was Tanya's responsibilty to tell me that it took two hours to activate the new sim, but she was unavailable the first day(got up and left chatting on the phone, the second day she was absent athrid day she made me stand while she chatted on phone and filled a form on computer very slowly.

              4.Tanya was rude and hang up on me. Overall I have received very unwelcoming behaviour at store and also not happy with the service.

                Hello,
                i had registered a complaint in vodafone networking team about the singal issues and internet related issues in sep 2016. after some weeks i got a message from vodafone that the error has been rectified. i dont know on what basis they sent me message about error resolution. which in actual was not resolved.
                again and again i registered complaint regarding the same issue, still the issue has not been addressed. i think these people take complaints for-granted.
                last week i had registered same complaint again, similarly i was disappointed by their response.

                i dont know what if i am facing this problem, what could be the condition with people living in remote areas.
                kindly look into the matter.

                why don't you people address the issue?
                Today 45 Rs got deducted in lieu of desi tube for 15 days.which I never applied I want my balance back otherise I will complain in consumer court.I got message as a proof.please solve my problem as early as possible.

                  I am a senior citizen, as well as managing director of a company and I write to you with utmost disappointment,

                  The plan offered to me was Rs.499 RED for which info was reconfirmed to me that for first six months I shall be given Rs.200 benefit.
                  It was to my surprise that i was being charged for 699 plan with the 200 benefit, which surely must have been erroneous.
                  (vodafone bill does not provide expanded view of fixed charges)

                  Also came to notice was a charge of Rs.250 for a add-on data pack enabled without my consent or acknowledgement since September 2016, which has no relevance or usage to me.

                  I very humbly request you to revert back the excess charged, any excess charges or late fee will not be borne from my end and will be to Vodafone`s account due to any delays on the same.

                    My phone no is[protected].three month earlier I lost my phone I visited vodafone store preet bihar delhi for issuing new sim.she told me name (sonia) we only issue postpaid connection but that time I dont have any current residence proof she ask me pan card no.i will provided after that postpaid connection not issue because of address verification.then I went store again she bring me prepaid number and told me that your security will be refunded after 1 month you have to come store with ur id we will refund your money cash .after 2 month time I went that store she ask about security receipt which she was not give to me...the executive named sonia currently working in preet bihar vodafone store delhi

                          From last couple of weeks, I am facing the problem of deduction of amount from my prepaid phone balance in the name of value added services. I did not subscribe to any these services.
                          Today morning when i woke up, I found a message stating that Rs. 35 has been deducted from my account for some service. I found these very annoying. Please look into this matter.

                          Otherwise, I am forced to change my service provider. I can't loose my money for no reason.

                          Just Call to 155223 (Toll Free) number which is currently available for De-activation portal for Value added services (VAS) in all network and follow the instructions and De-activate the service which is knowingly / unknowingly subscribed by you. Hope this will help you out.

                            75 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
                            I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                            I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
                            Every other day there is some drama going on.
                            I cannot speak to customer care executive.I deactivated dot bot just now but pay back my balance that was cut for thus stupid service which I did not even subscribe for.

                              Well I and my wife had converted from prepaid to post paid in the month of October, since then there hasn't been 1 single bill we never had issue against, month after month we are charged extra, sometime it's vas charges some time cause of std etc. We have active plan of 399dv @ 299 plan which has, 800 mins local, 100 mins std and 100 SMS still i am being charged every month, we are fed up sending mails every month after month( have proof), have call record as well as proof that they never let us talk to their seniors they say they arnt available and all, we have had enough and we will soon be taking this thing to consumer court. As all Vodafone support does is delay everything and as due date passes they start a recording that bill is pending so we are forced to pay the bill.

                              It's obvious Vodafone is scamming people, as many people trust them and make the payment without checking the bill.

                              This is exactly my problem. Those who think they don't face problems are those that are ignorant. But prepaid is not better, they simply cut balance for no reason. I face exactly the same problem off adding vas or data charge or sms charge on my vodafone postpaid every single month. My plan is 499 RED and it's supposed to be a premium postpaid plan.

                                Request for a network tower setup in my area. As there is no network coverage in my location. And all the people are now portabling in other network providers because of network issues of your company. We have earlier complaint about this problems faced by the people located here. There are almost 100 locals using your network but by the inconvince faced they are shifting towards other network providers which are providing better coverage networks and fixing new network towers.
                                We have many time's early complained about this problem for the coverage but no actions have been taken regarding it.
                                So please pay attention to this problem and fix a new network tower in the locality.

                                  I Durgasankar sahu having vodfone suscribers [protected], last few year i am using ur connection, last month i convert prepaid to postpaid my no, after submit my all doucment the sim was active, last week 10 feb 2017 my line got disconnect when i speak with your call center they said u veryfication got fail you have do again submit the doucment near vodafone store, same thing i did again active the line, today 13 feb 2017 again i got deactive my line, again speak with your vodafone coustmer care again they said your verification fail, i dont how is it possible yesterday one of the persoan speak with about the verification i said i am not available at my home always, so he said when our persoan will come to verify you address they will call you. but now with out any call any notification again my line got disconnect,

                                  One more thing i would like to explain you about the verification, when you persoan are coming for verification he can see the society board & door gate he will get know the persoan is staying or not, second thing i submited my doucment AADHAR CARD there is my date of birth is[protected] but in your system there 1 jan 1983, all those thing said by your customer care i have the record, one more request if your persoan is coming to verify then alteast he need to call me, i am coming need your attention for verify.

                                  No one is came for verification after 10 call & mail to nodal officer, coustmer care, appelte office, no one taking action.

                                      Whenever i topup my balances Rs 35 or more is always deducted from my account for things i never subscribed, only after deduction it tells me how to deactivate, now, i ve got this message telling me that this Dotbot thing is armed and ready to deduct rs 35 from my account as soon as i topup my balances... What do i do to stop this.? My number is [protected]. I really really want to unsuscribe or deactivate or whatever this thing they called Dotbot.

                                        Today I received fake bank officer call as he asking me my ATM and bank details for reason that someone was using my ATM and now it's blocked, and he said bank will not intervin in this matter I will help only..
