Dear sir,
I Durgasankar sahu having vodfone suscribers [protected], last few year i am using ur connection, last month i convert prepaid to postpaid my no, after submit my all doucment the sim was active, last week 10 feb 2017 my line got disconnect when i speak with your call center they said u veryfication got fail you have do again submit the doucment near vodafone store, same thing i did again active the line, today 13 feb 2017 again i got deactive my line, again speak with your vodafone coustmer care again they said your verification fail, i dont how is it possible yesterday one of the persoan speak with about the verification i said i am not available at my home always, so he said when our persoan will come to verify you address they will call you. but now with out any call any notification again my line got disconnect,
One more thing i would like to explain you about the verification, when you persoan are coming for verification he can see the society board & door gate he will get know the persoan is staying or not, second thing i submited my doucment AADHAR CARD there is my date of birth is[protected] but in your system there 1 jan 1983, all those thing said by your customer care i have the record, one more request if your persoan is coming to verify then alteast he need to call me, i am coming need your attention for verify.
No one is came for verification after 10 call & mail to nodal officer, coustmer care, appelte office, no one taking action.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just Call to 155223 (Toll Free) number which is currently available for De-activation portal for Value added services (VAS) in all network and follow the instructions and De-activate the service which is knowingly / unknowingly subscribed by you. Hope this will help you out.
