Pathetic network issues faced every day, the call drops every 2 seconds, its over a year i have been trying complaining to Vodafone, but the issue still continues. if the same is not resolved 50 family from my society will be porting out of vodafone immediately. i have to follow up with them, their engineer visited us and assured us the same will be resolved, but to no avail

Hi,

I and some of my colleagues have received phone calls from this number "[protected]" claiming to have won extra credit on our credit cards. They are asking for the credit card details for stealing. I would greatly appreciate if your team can look into taking any action against this phone number.
I have terminated my post paid connection on 1 Nov 2016.. Its more than 3 months and I am yet to receive the refund of Security deposit. I have written many mails to Vodafone corporate care Kolkata.

One Ms Sharmistha Das, responded that someone would resolve my issues but no one has contacted yet.

    Like others, Rs 35 has been deducted from my balance telling me that my subcription for dotbot has been renewed after deduction of Rs. 35 and that will be again deducted on 19.2.17. I did not apply for any service, i don't know what is this dotbot. i find it very unfair of this deduction without my permission. i demand repayment for that and rectification plus vodafone must be careful in future against exploitation of customers in this way.

Now I am port my number to another company because you are not give me this plan .please give me unlimited plans it is not fair you give unlimited plans to new customers but you are not give unlimited plans to old customers please provide me this facility

        I Aashit Pandya own 3 to 4 numbers with Vodafone India, i have been charged extra 100rs behind each of my numbers since last three months. Have spoken with the executive but the complaints have fallen on deaf years. There whole n sole purpose seems to be commercial ; they are least bothered about the customer's grievance. Have been disappointed to the limits and would go to a police station to launch a mental harassment complain if the issue is not resolved here. Feeling looted. Can't afford such carelessness and recklessness from a telecommunication giant which is Vodafone. Please help me through. I want reversals of all yhe extra payments that have been charged to me.

            I have not yet received any call from you on my mail on 03.02.2017 at 12.pm. Both the plans are deactivated by your executive from backend. Kindly call me on my cell urgently & reverse the charges. Kindly find the reply from your team which is highlighted in yellow colour in below trail mail. Today also I visited to your store at 7.20 pm, my token no. was 385. But your Kalyan store executive is not answering properly & non co-operative with customers. Kindly do the needful or else I have no choice to go in Consumer court.

            We tried to contact you on your Vodafone mobile number [protected] at 09:55 AM, 10:25 AM, 10:55 AM. However we were not able to connect you.
            We regret to inform you that, we are unable to process your request for reversal of data charges as you have been charged accurate.

            Further, we wish to inform you that, as per our details 3G/2G plan of Rs.299/- with 01 GB free benefits was deactivated w.e.f. 30/12/2016 as per your request, and as per plan we have already provided the discount for the same.

            Also, we wish to inform you that usages are done after the activation of data plan hence charges are applied.

            We also wish to inform you that, Internet (Vodafone Live, Vodafone Mobile Connect and I Phone) services are core services which will be active in your account by default along with Voice and SMS. The usage charges for the service will be 4p/10KB if not subscribed to any promotional offer.

            We also confirm that, we would be unable to provide you with the details of GPRS usage (browsing/downloads) as we do not have the privileges to the browsing history on your handset. This facility is a handset enable feature.

            Also, if your handset has applications which auto refresh /update you will be charged accordingly. Here again, the settings for these applications are pre-defined on the handset by the manufacturer.

            Alternatively, we suggest you to delete/remove any unwanted application/software or modify the auto updation facility in your handset to avoid any further charges. Please refer to your handset manual or check with your service centre of the handset provider.

            If In case, while using Wi-Fi service, you need to TURN OFF data services (cellular data) on the handset. This is because whenever you move out of the Wi-Fi coverage area, the internet connection gets routed through Vodafone GPRS.

            Turning OFF data services blocks emails, browsing and downloads, but it will not block normal voice calls, text or picture/video message/video calling.

            We assure you that our Billing System accurately monitors and records usage of each SIM Card. This ensures that you are billed only for the service which you have actually utilized.

Send me the correct bill for the period 28.12.2016 to 27.01.2017.

            Also Team discontinued my outgoing call service.

              I have made an incorrect transaction instead of making payment to a merchant I made payment to the merchants postpaid bill
              The amount is not small its 10000 rs. When I called up Mpesa customer care they said Vodafone customer care will provide the refund however Vodafone customer care said it cant be done from their end and request needs to be raised from mpesa customer care, after being moved around, I finally called up and discussed my issue with Vodafone mpesa on[protected] I spoke to Tejashwini the team lead who assured an exception was created and she took my ICICI account number for the refund and said amount will be refunded by[protected]. Complaint registration number 65718008, however no one called me and money was not refunded, now I get to hear that money cant be refunded and only can be used to make postpaid bill payment, this is extremely frustration, and the most important point is to how the customers are treated, the person who called me from the backend team stating Vodafone employee was least bothered about the resolution and he clearly said he is not bothered about what resolution provided by 3rd party customer care and will not adhere to the resolution, if Vodafone is not going to honour the resolution what the Mpesa call centre Team Leads are providing why do Vodafone provide discretion to 3rd party call centres. This is a serious concern which needs to be addressed, I Request consumer court to look at this scenario and read call records and take a call or I will move this to TRAI

                What is this DOtBot and when did i request for this service..I received a message from Vodafone that they would deduct Rs.35 ..what nonsense is this?forced deduction without my request..first of all I have so many issues that concerns my network living in prime area of my city. i want my money back otherwise i m porting my no. to another cellular company and also complaining to consumer court and trai for this issue.

                  I yojana, user of vodafone services have recharged my phone no.[protected] by rs.35 as talktime balance. But the data service of rs.35 has been active in my phone now which i havn't recharge it. Please do convert my data balance of rs.35 into talktime balance as soon as possible.                     [protected] fraud number, wrongly charged rs.35 every month I used to deactivate the pack and they restart again.
                    I want to change my network and vodafone is not gonna be my choice in future for sure.

                      I lost my Iphone 6 on the 11/02/2016 @ 19:45 HRS IST & immediately i called in Vodafone & got my number blocked which they said would be done in 1 hour I bought a new phone on Sunday & as the Vodafone store is closed on Sunday so yesterday i have visited the store atleast on 2 occasions but the number is still not activated at all & i am unable to make & receive calls as well Sir you Vodafone Store is Shakarpur East Delhi is not all helpful & even the customer care is not helpful at all filed a complain today number is[protected] request you to get this action ed at the earliest because i am unable to receive calls from my office transport team as well would like a call back so that i can speak to a senior manager on my mothers phone from which the complain was filed in at 08:19 AM IST mothers number is [protected]

                        I am using Rs. 99 rental plan for [protected] from past 6 months. This plan is given by Vodafone gallery for lifetime. Now I got the bill for January month of additional Rs.50 rental and they did not inform me before. Kindly look into this matter and send the correct bill.

                            Dear Vodafone team,

                            It is with great regret and disappointment that i am writing this mail. The balance from my vodafone prepaid number [protected] is being deducted daily by your organisation even when i have not activated any services. Today Rs. 56 has been cut without any intimation.
                            When i try to call the customer care ther is no option of speaking to the customer care executive. I am facing this problem since a long time and have let it go in the past. But now it is becoming unbearable. In the past also when the customer care executive service was available I have specifically instructed to not activate such services on my number. Still again the same problem. I have always been a loyal vodafone customer but this unnecessary loot from your end has aggrieved me a lot. There is no option of speaking to a customer care executive on your regional number of karnataka ([protected]). I request you to please stop this at once and stop deducting my balance unnecessarily.
                            Hope some action is taken on this soon. Waiting for your reply.

                              My vodafone number is [protected]... Outgoing sms is blocked in my number... I only message to my friends... I am not a telemarketer... TRAI blocked my outgoing sms... I asked vodafone customer care to solve this problem... But they said that i have to register in TRAI website... I didn't do any telemarketing... How did they block my number without any information? I faced this problem from last 6 months... Solve this problem...

                                I have register on-line complaint .. but Vodafone provide other resolution..
                                given request for address change and provided sim change resolution...

                                Some one Ritesh Chauhan... from vodafone customer care... is not able to address my request as well...

                                    I ([protected]) have recently switch to Vodafone from Idea and from then I am facing network issue for my number. I have contacted customer service multiple times but still the issue is not fixed. I have also visited Vodafone store for help but no one seems to be interested in helping.

                                    Tried all suggested options by network department.
                                    Change of handset.
                                    Setting the network to manual.
                                    Change of SIM.

                                    I am unable to port out since I have not completed 90 days period. But if the network issue continues as it is now, it will cause huge loss for my business as it is my main contact number.

                                    Help me porting out of Vodafone as I can't afford the loss which will be caused if I continues with this issue.

                                      I try to recharge my prepaid mobile no. [protected].I didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit".What does it mean ??i taken this sim card on 25-jan-2017 at that time it is working from that onwards i didn't recharge it.Today i tried to recharge but it is not working .incoming call also not working . I switched off and on several times ... I removed the sim and inserted .. i am now tired of all this, pls get this clear asap.
