Value Added Services

From last couple of weeks, I am facing the problem of deduction of amount from my prepaid phone balance in the name of value added services. I did not subscribe to any these services.

Dotbot

75 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
Every other day there is some drama going on.
I cannot speak to customer care executive.I deactivated dot bot just now but pay back my balance that was cut for thus stupid service which I did not even subscribe...

Bill fraud by Vodafone

For plant network tower at my area

Request for a network tower setup in my area. As there is no network coverage in my location. And all the people are now portabling in other network providers because of network issues of your company. We have earlier complaint about this problems faced by the people located here. There are almost 100 locals using your network but by the inconvince faced they are shifting towards other network providers which are providing better coverage...

Dotbot auto deduction of my account

Whenever i topup my balances Rs 35 or more is always deducted from my account for things i never subscribed, only after deduction it tells me how to deactivate, now, i ve got this message telling me that this Dotbot thing is armed and ready to deduct rs 35 from my account as soon as i topup my balances... What do i do to stop this.? My number is [protected]. I really really want to unsuscribe or deactivate or whatever this thing they called...

Fraud call ATM

Fraudulent billing after suspending account

Activating 53131 subscription without consent

Charges for Postpaid to Prepaid

I have gone to change my postpaid sim to prepaid on 15th Feb 2017. After submitting filled form along with my ID proof, Address proof and -passport Photo copy, I was asked to pay Rs.247/- as first recharge. I denied and told that I will do prepaid recharge online as per my wish but store people told without paying money my card wont get activated and I was forced to pay the amount....

Value added services has continuously been activated on my phone(CUG no.) for last few months without my request and charges deducted for the same all the time, I have never initiated any request for such VAS, also complaint yesterday on customer care but didnt get any positive response and today also one VAS activated, I m fed up of such pathetic services by Vodafone.Kindly look into the matter, I don't want to switch to any other connection...
