I have been charged 770 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for55.10 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 80 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue...

    Hi Team,

    I have recently ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in the month of January. During process of porting, I have used Vodfone network, for which I am supposed to pay Rs. 152.85.

    However for the month of December I have done online payment of Rs. 2000, but the bill was of Rs. 1609 only. The remaining amount of Rs. 391 was not transferred back to my account!

    Could you please let me know what is the procedure to get back Rs. 391. Or is there any option where Rs. 152.85 can be deducted from Rs. 391 and then the remaining amount or Rs. 239 will be transferred back to my account.

      I am filing this complaint against by your executives twice, where a plan for 499/- was being activated on my number on 9th Feb and i was assured that further i will never face such a problem. but it was tottaly a fake commitment where in this 499 Red plan, i was provided 1GB data in billing detail and other 5 GB data was to be provided me as special plan.But after few days i got message that charge was deducted over 1 GB data for the mention number.when i called in customer care, i was being told that Mam, it was fake commitment by executive there is no such kind of plan there.I want to ask if i am filing this complaint, any action would be taken or not. however i will tell you that you guys are supporting your executives and no action never would be taken against them after this worst kind of cheating with a customer to just for money making.Totally shame on you. now i want to port the number but still no calls were received even after so many days porting a request on 6th Feb. if could check your records, pls see how many calls from this number i have made, but still no solution provided. where other service provider are so many offers, your company is still busy to make fake commitment and cheat your customer.feeling so ambarrase to think that you guys are called your customer valuable while talking with phone banking officer but actually the fact is different.i am using this number from 9 years but you have no value for that even your customer got fed up with you and your fake service and still you have no issues. finr, now i am going to clear my outstanding and unbilled amt and pls request to do last favour from your side to port my number with other service provider. BAHUT EHSAAN HOGA APKA MERE UPAR. i was so happy to use vodafone service as well as refer to others also. but truth is something else dear. i know there is no use when a customer files a complaint, because we never know where these complaint goes????? in a dustbin i think. fine have a nice year and year experience with vodafone but pls do me a last favour to port my number. thank you so much.

      I had recharged my vodafone number with a wrong plan of Rs85 on 11.02.2017. I had an impression that this recharge was for full talktime with unlimited validity, but my talktime balance has not been credited...

        3 days ago my earlier sim was closed but my new vodafone sim not worked. Then i call in customer care office, they said me to do first recharge. Even after doing that the sim still not worked then again i call in customer care support, now they are telling me that my documents are pending but i submitted it at the time of applying for new sim card.

        I can't payment in play store through Vodafone billing it says . it says service is unavailable. I want to purchase what do I do?
        Play store says can't verify your account.

          I accidentally clicked on the OK option for migrate to postpaid on the vodafone app and now the request has been registered. I called the vodafone customer care and they said I'll have to visit a vodafone store for this. I have a chennai number and I am currently in Bangalore. When there is an option to switch to postpaid why isn't there an option to cancel the same request? This is highly annoying. I do not want postpaid.

            Dear sir,

            My vodafone no. Is [protected]. I had recharged a additional data pack of rs. 250/- for 1gb booster pack on 14th feb, but since then my mobile net is not working properly. I also complained about it to the customer several times and they asked me to restart my mobile and i did it. But, despite of all this my mobile net is still not working proper. And today even the customer care nos. Are not answering my call.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                Hi,

                My vodafone no.[protected] outgoing services barred without any verbal communication. None of vodafone customer relationship officer called me to communicate that we are barring services for your vodafone number. I am using this Vodafone no. since long & always paid my bill before the due date there is no outstanding amount due on my this no. but due to my other no. bill payment due my services has been barred, for that [protected] no. I asked many times to email me the detailed bill because the bill amount is not accepted by me. I can pay only amount for the services which I had used not for un-used services.

                If you will not enable my services I will not pay a single rupee also I will file a written complaint in cosumer court for barring my services when there is no outstanding amount due on my no.

                      Sir, im using vodafone for past 7years, when i have some problem with Vodafone, i would obviously have to contact customer care 121 or 198 service to get resolved with the problem im facing with. But these vodafone people block us from calling customer care. If we ask, they give silly reasons to the same. They say its due to some technical issue or to maintain some query. And they promise to unblock in 2 hours and it doesnt turn up. And they dont even provide offers to the same number. Please do take action on them for this behaviour.. my contact number is [protected] or [protected] and in this [protected] number only they have blocked me. Please do call me regards to the same.

                        I rechared my vodafone prepaid no [protected] with rs 299/- but talktime balance shown in my A/c is 0.kindly refund the recharge amount.I haven't asked for any internet service.

                        Please do the needful as I tried with customer care how ever no proper response received. Please find request no which have got from customer care for the same.- ([protected])

                          I have made the request for porting of the number from voda to airtel. Then i got a call from voda that dont port number we are giving you the best offer at 449 is unlimited calling incoming roaming free 100 sms per day free and 7 gb data 3g/4g but till now i dont have any confirmation nor any change of plan. Kindly resolve this issue. Kindly get me this plan or i have to port this number

                            I have been a customer with Vodafone Postpaid for a quite long while with the number [protected]. I have been making regular international call and used to pay dues on time . This is the first time i couldn't make payment with Vodafone on time. After the due date they have been calling me and shouting at me . Today one of their agent called to my moms number and shouted at her.They have been using scare tactics for the repayment and also as per rule no company should share the credit information of an individual with a third party which they have clearly braked.

                              They deducted 40 rs after I recharged my phone for talk time and sent me a message stating lifestyle pack is activated. I don't know what lifestyle package is.

                              This is fraud AND LOOTING OUR MONEY. Without our concern. Every time we recharge they keep deducting. Disgraceful practice.

                              Please help me get the refund Asap.

                                  I recharged for an vodafone superhour 1 hour unlimited 3G/4G internet pack on my number which is [protected] on the morning of 18th feburary at 1:00 am.the speed given was nearly 80kbps.The day before speed given was extremely good.And now i am very angry at the services provided.I wasted Rs.17 twice that day.This is ridiculous and simply wastage of time and money.I demand this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.And if possible refund me my Rs. 34 in my account. Poor services i must say in the end.!!

                                    Just you have to make a call to 155223 which is the Specific deactivation portal for deactivate the VAS with simple steps. Just do it and do what ever u want.

                                        I had lost my phone on Tuesday 7th February 2017.

                                        To replace the sim I went to Airtouch Communication(Ministore, Kolkata), First day they asked me to comeback later with documents. Next day they make me wait and then say it cannot be done as the Vodafone service person(Tanya) is not there and she can log in to the system.

                                        So I go back on Tuesday 14th February for replacement, and then my harrasment began. I want to Complain Against unfriendly service against Airtouch Communication(Ministore, Kolkata) and Voda. service person TANYA for bad service. I went for Sim replacement and I was standing for half hour as she was all the time chatting on personal Phone, not attending. The chatting made her slow on the computer. Someone from the store asked me to get a photocopy of the Document. ( The same person who told me first day to get the id could have told me to get a photocopy so I didnot had to go looking for a xerox shop then). After I submitted the document, THEN she said it takes one day. After making me wait half hour and filling the document she says it would take 2 hours in Vodafone Store. If she attended to me the first day and told me thatfor sim replacemnt it is better to go to Store then i wouldnt have wasted one week. But she is always busychatting and giggling on the phone and let peopel who doesnot know deal with the customer. Since I wasted time already, I didnot mind one day delay. BUT now it is days delay and my sim is still not active.

                                        I called the customer care. TANYA is so unattentive she didnot even block my old sim which is lost!
                                        \And the processing has not yet began for the new sim. The customer care person Miss Baidya said I need to visit the Ministore, which I am unable to so untill Monday so I called them

                                        When I Called them now, Tanya was arrogant and said, "I told it will take time" and that she had never said "one day". WHich was a lie. Because she and her a colleague kept mentioning it will take till next evening, better i switch to Postpaid, then it will happen immediately! BUt there is a difference between one day and 3 day. And she said it is not my concern if she is chatting on the phone and She rudely hang upon me also. But it is my concern as I am a customer, looking for service and she is the tech service provider during working hours, I can expect more attentiveness from her and polite behavior in general.

                                        My complaints are -
                                        1. I need my sim activated asap. Airtouch Communication and Tanya said they cannot do anything about it.

                                        2. The fact that it takes two hours in Vodafone Store should have been mentioned to me the first day I went, and not on the third after wasting half hour of my time!

                                        3. The staff said it was Tanya's responsibilty to tell me that it took two hours to activate the new sim, but she was unavailable the first day(got up and left chatting on the phone, the second day she was absent athrid day she made me stand while she chatted on phone and filled a form on computer very slowly.

                                        4.Tanya was rude and hang up on me. Overall I have received very unwelcoming behaviour at store and also not happy with the service.
