I was using vodafone postpaid number in kolkata and after some time moved in to my hometown. Service was running good but after sometime the internet speed was very low and I have compliant several times and the keep asking me to change the proxy and all. I did whatever they asked me to do, still nothing changed. After sometime, they asked me to change my phone to use there service. I asked them to port my number to some different network provider but it can not be done. Pay cycle was running at the same speed. They send me the bill for the service I have not used for. I refused to pay and asked the to change the bill amount because I am not going to pay for the service tha I have not used. I start using some other network, I was working from home and it was highly necessary for me. They keep calling me and stop my service. The number was very important to me for my banking and it is also linked with aadhar. I have waited 3 months and still they are not releasing my number. I need help about. Please help me.
