Almost every month Vodafone is deducting some amount from my balance for games - i am just getting message like -
Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bigwin Battlefield Games,
You have been charged Rs. 49
Your balance is Rs. 38.64

I have not authorised this, I have never heard of this game and I have not downloaded or played any games.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have not authorised this, I have never heard of this game and I have not downloaded or played any games.

    Abhi mera mobile mere work table pe 1 hour se aise hi rakha hua tha & mobile me sms tone baja, mene check kiya to vodafone me se sms aaya tha ki, aapaki callertune service activate aapane ki hai & usake regarding aapake balance me se paise deduct kiye gaye hai, jab ki mene koy service chalu nahi ki,
    tab usake regarding mene vodafone ke complaint no. 198 pe call kiya aur bataya ki mene koy service ke liye koy request nahi ki, na hi koy sms ya koy mobile key press kiya hai, fir bhi aapaki company ne bina wajah mere account me aapaki marji se unnecessory service chalu karke meri balance se paise deduct kar liye hai...to samne wale customer officer ne phone cut kar diya...matlab...without any permission yah company customer ke mobile se aise paise chura rahi hai aur complaint karne par satisfaction wala na to answer deti hai, na mera paisa return karti hai...yah aaj date: 02/08/2021 ko 07:01pm ko meri balance kati hai. mera mobile no.[protected] hai

    india me above 50% vodafone customer aise hoge, jo company ke sms bina padhe delete kar dete hoge...to yah mere saath jo without request balance unnecessory service chalu kar ke balance kat diya, aisa pure india me karke kitane rupiyo ka company fraud karti hogi?????????????Yah bahot bada scam hai...

        Dear Sir,
        I am not satisfied with your Internet Network
        Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, I thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
        to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
        but, I am not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not send" is showing...tried 10 times...
        by speaking to Customer care for a solution...they keep giving nonsense / irrelevant solutions: -

        moreover the Customer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are not giving a chance to spk ...

                  Vodafone keeps on deducting money from my vadafone balance for a service I have no clue about.

                  This is the message I received:

                  Hello!
                  Thank you for choosing to access Games World,
                  You have been charged Rs. 20
                  Your balance is Rs. 9.95

                  It happened earlier in April too. They charged Rs 30 for a VAS I didn't activated. This is really ridiculous. Charging customers for no reason.

                    I received a message stating
                    “ Hello!
                    Thank you for choosing to access Games World,
                    You have been charged Rs. 20
                    Your balance is Rs. 2.15”
                    This is a clear robbery in broad day light and if it is not restored I will have to speak with my lawyer for necessary action. This is a serious security breach.

                      Hi Friends,

                      Never ever buy Vi sim. They r highly unethical in their business and loots you to the core.

                      I brought a 399(2gb/day) along with a 351(wfh data-pack 100gb for 2month). Total 750 spent.

                      I was only getting 1-10mbps max speed . For most time it was below 3mbps as shown by speed test online.

                      The most horrible part was that the network here switches to 3g(h+) and even 2g(edge).
                      How come a person use the data with such mediocre speeds. Why do they sell data packs even?

                      I raised an issue on their so called ‘vi app’ regarding the coverage issues. When i tracked its progress, after a few days it showed issue resolved! No-one asked me any feedback and i doubt even the issue was even attended as the range issue and poor speed still persists.

                      I felt insulted and contacted vi customer care to raise an issue but my 2month packs validity was over. So they asked me to recharge for min ₹49 to register any complaint. I did it and asked for a data rollover as i could hardly use only around 20gb for dat ₹750 recharges. They shouted back and told impossible. They didn’t even escalate the issue when requested.

                      Then i found my sms services stopped. I need to send an sms to port to other network. I contacted the customercare again to find a solution. They told me to take a recharge of min ₹129 for sending a single ‘ port’ sms.

                      An active plan worth ₹49(which i already did as they insisted) plus a top-up recharge of ₹10 was more than enough for sending an sms worth ₹1! But they are looting again and again!!

                      Highly avoidable. Never go with Vi as you can risk your data going to mediocre speeds and its eventually wasted.

                      There is no solution to this. When asked about coverage issue they says their backend team already resolved and yells at me!

                      Avoid Vi or even airtel(i ported to vi from airtel seeing their data offers) and stick to jio if it has good coverage as they are 4g only network.

                      I was getting 1-2 mbps(even below 1mbps) for vi in my area when i was getting 60+mbps on jio for the same recharge.

                        Vadafone team
                        I on my vodafone no.[protected]. I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.

                        As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.

                        Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

                          I ported my airtel number to vodafone in India and I came into roaming(Netherlands). Now when i call 59059 it says that number is incorrect.
                          I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking.
                          Please suggest any solution.

I switssed off my mobile Number . Only when I needed two time to talk with my husband and daughter then only open for 2minute but today at that very moment I received one message about my current months Bill already exceeded 4000/-

                                I live abroad but have been keeping my indian prepaid vodafone number active as it is linked to Aadhaar. Every month I do a recharge so that the number is kept active and every month when I go to check my recharge it reaches zero because they have been cutting 66 rupees by activating my caller tune every now and then without my permission. It is such a waste if my money and I cannot believe that a company is doing this right under the noses of the customers. I am going to change my carrier as soon as I visit India as this is a loot that VOdafone is doing.

                                      This is regarding Relationship No.[protected] Vi Brand Mob No. - [protected]. I requested to disconnect the number on 19th-Nov-2020 as I was moving out of India for good. I cleared my due amount(PFA screenshot- 01*) and requested for suspension for which I got the confirmation as well that the number has been suspended (PFA ss- 02*)

                                      Later on 24th Nov 2020, I sent a follow up email (PFA ss-03*) to VI CustomerCare to get a status...
