Hello Sir,
My name is Shridhar Mahesh Agrawal and i have taken a new sim of Vodafone company from my home town that is Bhusawal. Problem is that the distributor has said you will be getting a talktime of Rs 30 and 50MB net balance.
I have taken a sim on 19th Aug 2016 and the sim has been activated on 20th Aug 2016 but still i did not get any balance ...
The distributor name is Agrawal Brothers..
Please take the action against it otherwise i have to take a strict action against it...

    My Mobile number is [protected]. My name is T Prem Kumar, i have requested for reversal of VAS charges and the TAX charged for it.
    Note: Docket number is not shown in Vodafone website under my profile.

    i have been using vodafone service from Jan-2015 with a plan of E-connect499. i continued with same even when my usage was less. i have been notices that i have been billed more, when i checked its for VAS. When i was alarmed i raised a complaint but reversal is not given completely, given revel was on a particular bill not even complete VAS charges or TAX charged for it.

    i had asked for complete reversal from April 2016 as i didn't activate on my own or utilised any of the service activated. several executives spoke but no use, expect my BP raise and my health got spoiled every time i have a conversation.

    i am home on medical rest i can send my bank statements as well.i can't pay for VAS charges anymore and i request for the reversal from the APRIL 2016 including the TAX charged for i and the late payment charges.
    if not just clear my account i will convert it to PREPAID or i will just port out.

    I CANT TAKE IT ANY MORE, I HAVE CHECKED AL MY BILL FROM BEGINNING AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR VAS. BOSS LEAVE ME HAD ENOUGH, YOUR CC CANNOT TRANSFER CALL TO SUPERVISOR.

Please block my SIM no.[protected]. and send all number my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, block my sim card immediately please and confirm the same by my mail id [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest and all number in my sim fwd to my mail id please

        main gulshan kumar, senior assistant, rural engineering department, circle-bareilly, mere number [protected] par [protected] se 03:40 pm par call aayi thi. usne apne baare bataya ki voh mumbai se bol raha hai, aur mujhe jaankari di ki mera mob. no. band hone vala hai. jiske liye mujhe duplicate sim lena hoga aur ye vala band karna hoga. isko karne k liye usne kaha ki mujhe mera atm card number batana hoga, jo maine bata diya, fir usne kaha ki sim band hone ka massage aayega jo aaya bhi. fir unhone kaha ki main 121 number par sim band karne ke liye massage kar du, jo maine kar diya, usi woqt mere atm card se 4999 nikal gaye, maine jab call karke pucha toh bole ki abi vapas aa jayenge par aaye nai, maine bank se mini statement bhi nikal liya gaya, jisme mere rupees k katne ki jaankari saaf-saaf hai.

          I have corporate post paid connection and as part of my CUG325 plan there should be 1 GB data, 600 STD msg, 600 STD minutes calling free.

          For last two billing, I am not getting that data in my bill. Also information about data displayed in my vodafone app on my mobile does not match the information provided by the customer care.

          According to the vodafone customer support 1 GB data gets used within 4 days of the billing cycle. Where my app does not track same. I have logged two complaints for same. First time the vodafone executive logged incorrect explanation in the complaint and second complaint is not yet taken care of.

          This is sort of fraud with customer as the data tacking is not correct and in bill which gets generated shows incorrect amount of the data surfed.

          Totally unsatisfied with such big giant in telecom industry. Would never recommend the carrier going forward.

            I m user of your Vodafone no [protected] ..on my no 248 data pack activated..yesterday i activate your 8rs night pack .when i activate my previous dat pack was eliminated by this ..i m user of last 6 years on your other Vodafone no [protected] ..i never face this kind of problem on that no. .i use monthly and night data as well as ..but i face first time on my this new no...due this i loss 40 rs also bcoz i thought this is only night pack my previous data pack will still on my no ...but there is no data pack on my no on this morning...sir i request while activate 8 rs night plz mention.if you activate this your previous data pack will loss, and when we complaint you tell your company policy at that time .if you already mention this in your 8rs pack i never activate this.help me if you can.thx

              I am sumit holding a vodafone postpaid number i.e. [protected]
              which i got converted it in prepaid on 4th of march 2016. I had paid 500 rupees as security deposit when i got this number. Today 5 months are gone when i portout it in vodafone prepaid but still i have not got any security cheque or cash from vodafone company. I have visited at Vodafone store 5/6 times but still i haven't got any response from vodafone company regarding my security. please solve it as soon as possible. Else i take any further action.

                My number [protected] is not working since past a month now and inspite putting several complaints no one is bothering to solve my problem. They arent even bothering to call me. I have requested then through mediums of twitter and email already several times to call me on my international no (+[protected] but they arent bothered. I have following demands now-

                1) My number [protected] to start working immediately without any delay.
                2) Since my number has not been working for past one entire month my entire one month bill should be waived off.
                3) i need to recieve a call from vodafone executive with an apology straight away ASAP without further delay.
                4) i want the email id of vodafone india's ceo as he needs to know the way his customer care operates.

                  I recharged my vodafone no. through paytm for Rs.65 . Talktime i received is only Rs.0.01 !!!What is wrong with you Vodafone?? Rest of the amount was deducted as access fee and S.tax ...I want my money back. At least mention against the plan what and how much it is going to cost for access fee and all that useless stuff. Moreover the recharge is valid for only 6 days.

                  Make a call to the customer care number, and talk to the assisstant on the line. in this type of issue, the amount credited to your vodafone account is not visible when you type *111*6*1# for balance inquiry, but it is there.

                    Very worst ccompany...why i told that ...yesterday vodafone customer care call to told u have 127 ku 1GB offer 28 days the offer validity is 2 days i will reacharge then 417 MB will be credited then i ask that is not valitity...so. very worst company

                          My outgoing sms is barred for no reason. When called the customer care they say i must hv sent bulk sms n hence barred by trai. And advised to visit trai or Vodafone website to find the link to unbarr. I spent some time to look for the link but no luck. And they said can't help with that. Need to find on my own. Where the hell should i go n find the link. Searching over the Internet n find nothing.

                          Sent sms only to the gas agency for gas booking n couple of times to others. Why the hell one would send bulk sms when u charge 1 rupee per sms..are we mad.

                          Pls unbarr the outgoing sms.

                            I am a Vodafone customer since 8years. I have 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. Last August 2015 I put the sim cards in cold storage by paying 550Rs per SIM card at Kalyanagar Vodafone store, bangalore.i came back to India now in July and my sim card was deactivated!! On calling customer care I found out that I have outstanding bill of more than 800 Rs.! Vodafone is charging me rental every month even though my SIM cards were on PAY PER USE PLAN. After visiting vodafone store at new bel road I got my SIM card activated. So my SIM card has only been active since august 1 st week. now last week my sim card was deactivated again! Customer care says that until I pay bill SIM will not be active. They have sent me a Huge bill of 1300 which includes the rental of the previous months when I was not in the country. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR THE MONTHS I DID nOT USE THE SIM CARD WHEN I HAD PUT THE SIM CARD IN 'PAY PER USE ' PLAN??? I spoke to yogesh from Vodafone ([protected]) who agreed to waive off the Non usage charges for which we were charged, but now doesn't answer calls inspire of calling him more than 30 times a day! The mistake from Vodafone has not been corrected still. I am 8 Months pregnant and this ks putting me through mental harassment!I am unable to make calls if there is any emergency as vodafone keeps deactivating my connection every week. I want a resolution for this problem immediately failing which I will approach Consumer Court for Justice.

                              I have ported from Airtel to Vodafone RED999 plan recently. I am facing issue of not placing/receiving any calls while in 4G mode. I have raised this issue multiple times to the customer care executives. They ask me to switch to 2G while making calls and they have service of making calls while in 4G and 4G is only for data not for calls. This is a rip-off from the Vodafone Team. Now I cant shift to other networks till 90 days.
                              Please take a necessary action against the Vodafone for not informing the customer about this while taking the connection and not responding properly when I raise the issue.

                                I have received vodafone postpaid bill yesterday in which I was charged 786 rupees in value added services section for making a special call on 51717 as I came to know from customer care executive.

                                However, I never made such call and I never talk with anybody for such long duration. I have checked on internet many peoples have complained about this billing on the name of Special call 51717. I am collecting the relevant information regarding the same.

                                This is not really fare billing.

                                    I called at 3am on 2nd Sept.2016 to Vodafone customer care Delhi, Ashish picked my call & firstly gave wrong information & tried to fool me. Please listen to the call recording. I called second time then 2 persons started talking & tried to irritate me & didn't give information & behaved very badly, started making fun. Please I personally request you to listen to the recording. Because I was in urgency & they laughed & made fun on phone among themselves but didn't help me.

                                    Moreover, worst is I felt so helpless that time that I tried to call senior officers but couldn't reach them. Maybe because night time.please train them properly & guide them to help because it was an urgency and Vodafone didn't help me. I am new to this company & my first experience was worst. Really pissed off & helpless. Very bad & also they refused to tell me the name second time, they said they are not suppose to tell & they don't follow rules at night. This was said by Ashish & his friend. I am not sure whether they told me their original name or faked for that too. Seriously pathetic, same on them, they should atleast respect their job.

[protected] & [protected] Ke extra paise ka bil bhara usne jyada paise liye aur band kar ke deta hu bola par abhi tak card band nahi hua. Mai pichale do mahino se apke vodafone store ke chakkar kat raha hu apki itni third class service agar muze pahile malum hoti to mai kabhi postpaid me ata hi nahi . Apke gangakhed wala vodafone store wala sidha bol raha hai ki port karke dusare company me chle jao par mai to vodafone prepaid karawa ke lena chahata tha aise apke coustomer badhenge ya ghatenge. Take strong action angainst Gangakhed vodafone store owner.

Despite my e-mails to appellate and nodal department I have not received any reply since last 4 working days. My no. is associated with many agencies including Banks.
