I am complaining because from last 6 month, ([protected]) i am facing problem in network, and call drop, so many times i called on customer care,
Sending so many email, but now, my patience break, i have four vodaphone number, and going to port my number into airtel.
My another number - [protected], reguraly i am paying bills on time, why???
Since from 1 yr. Almost, having problem, but you people don't care, why???
Very bad customer service. Almost 2 weeks no body has still got in touch.
Same reply on twitter some one will get in touch. Its better to port out from vodafone. I[censored] don't care, and thats not your father's money, which i am paying to your company
Note: i will not pay any single money till network problem solved,, jitna bill banana hai, banate raho... Me bill pay nhi karunga,
Or others nother port kara lunga,
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 3 days.
I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
