My vodafone no [protected] which is from up west circle was working fine but suddenly it was deactivated then visited to vodafone store in bangalore to reactivate it but they denied and and advised me to visit up west circle vodafone store which is approx 2000 km from here. Is it my fault my sim was deactivated. Kindly reactivate it.

    I am from Bangalore and my Vodafone number is [protected].

    I have taken a replacement SIM as my existing SIM got damaged. I have submitted all required documents to the nearby Vodafone store and they told me it would be activated by next 2 hours. It is 24 hours now, still the SIM is not activated. The Vodafone store from where I had taken is also closed today.

    This is very unexpected how Vodafone is handling things with customers! Now what should I supposed to do? This is ridiculous.

      My bill has again come for 4545 inr, from last 3 months i am paying this huge amount, i will not pay this time either you close my sim or i am throwing it off and going to consumer forum.
      On my no unlimited internet pack of 20gb for 2050 inr is activated from last 3 months which i am not even using.
      I have requested to stop this pack 2 months back i have sms with me that pack is stopped still it keeps on adding my bill, customer care people don’t help.

      Please take care oft this on urgent basis, or i may have to go social and other ways, but this time i am sure i am not paying the bill this is nonsense, how stupid you people are scamming people.
      I will take this thing to higher people and get this scam in front of all people.

      I have been 4000 inr every month for internet plan which i never activated and used, these people are fooling alll the time the pack is stopped then they add in the biill, and they stop outgoing i[censored] don't pay the bill, what kind of harassment is this, i will take this to every social media page and let other know the scam vodafone is running.

        Mr mobile number is [protected]. I got a sms from vodafone and they informed that Fashionbunny service is now activate on your number as requested. Rs. 35 is deducted from your balance. I don't know abcd about fashionbunny and I never tried to active any service. When I talked to customer care number they informed me that a download charged is deducted. I checked no download is done or in progress.
        This is cheating doing by vodafone. No response from their customer care executive even they don;t have primary knowledge of telecom service and rule. I will try to register my complaint to TRAI but know the TRAI will not do any thing because our system is fully corrupt.

          I recharged a Internet 3G pack of rs 147 as I recharged my Internet was not even working on E.I called customer care on 05/09/2016 they asked me to check all d settings on call which I did.the agent told me jst restart ur phn ur Internet will start working but it did not so I called back again on the 06/09 so my call was transferred several times to different departments inspite of telling that I don't want my call to be transferred.I want my refund back because am using vodafone since last 10 years but from last 1 year I was not using Internet on Vodafone.This time unfortunately I recharged and the worst experience I am having with Internet and worst customer service.198 is known as a complaint number but it's useless.The worst customer service ever seen.

                I am writing this to let you know that over the past one week i am struggling a lot to fix my basic international roaming service to my mobile. I emailed to nodal, i emailed to appellate everyone. But this seems like none bothers about the customers pain and issues and the issue still persists. The support people are driving the same wheel everytime by taking me through with the same steps almost 100 times. But none bothers to look at the exact issue happening at vodafone side. I have given up my hope and trust on vodafone. This enough and enough and people are testing my patience here. Not sure if this complain will help me to give a resolve by i am completely helpless here as i am at abroad and cant do anything. Request you to please take a look and instead of driving the same wheel, please get the team to look into the exact issue and give me a solution. I am completely lost my hope and trust on vodafone by such an unprofessional service.

                  I have been facing while using calls and i am unable to use any internet and submitted complains many times in customer care. Nothing was fruitful and i want refund of my money. Earlier i was using vodafone postpaid services in which they used to add extra amount in bill in name of services which i hadnt chosed but now they failed to provide proper call or data network. My phone has data recharge and i cant get any 1 signal or access a whatapp message.

                    Last night at 12:30 a. M vodafone activated a service called mobilemela and deducted 25 rs from my talk time balance automatically... Now customer care executives are not receiving my phone call @ 198 or there is no response from vodafone...3 days back also similar thing happened and 25 rs deducted automatically... Please refund my money immediately.. Otherwise i will have to switchover to other networks...

                      I was a Airtel Mobile wifi user enjoying 4 g at good speeds . I received a call from Vodafone on 07.08.16 and informing that Vodafone has introduced a ALCATEL LINK ZONE which is 4 g and the speed is excellent and there is a promotional offer of Rs 2699. with 4 months o[censored]nlimited 4g usage. On assurance of good speed and considering Vodafone as a reputed service provider . I agreed and the person came over and handed over the sim bearing mobile no [protected] along with Alcatel link zone. i paid cash and a receipt was handed over issued by Alpha Hi Tech BPO pvt ltd. Contact No[protected] and mobile contact no [protected]. I called up Vodafone and they informed that it is not a vodafone product and they were not marketing Alcatel link zone.

                      The next day i activated the sim and since the past one month. i have not been able to use the Alcatel Link zone because there is no connectivity, forget 4 g . I am not even getting 2g on the alcatel link zone.

                      Considering the above. I must inform you that the quality of franchisee appointed are not as per standard. They cannot even speak properly, they are tutored to misguide people and lure them in to getting connections. The product is substandard. The receipt issued is not from Vodafone directly but when they speak to you they say they are calling from vodafone thus misguiding subscribers.

                      I have paid Rs 2699 but have not been able to use 4g simply because there is no 4 g . Vodafone has adopted a novel way of collecting advance and fooling / cheating subscribers with fake products and offers. I would like a full refund to be made payable as i cannot use 4 g services either at my residence at Napeansea Road or any other place where i carry in person. Either replace and it should function or refund.

                      A prompt response from you will be appreciated and stop these third party franchisee from making false and misguiding tutored claims over the phone.

                      I can be contacted on [protected], [protected]. I am so disappointed with your services that i am going to discontinue all my corporate Vodafone nos too.

Get my internet active or else I am gonna publish on social media how pathetic is Vodafone ...which eventually most of the cx will agree... Call me asap

                          I tried recharging my data plan through Vodafone APP and when my mobile number got recharged than twice of my existing balance in the mobile got deducted eg. Rs.96/- & Rs.96/- but i there is no resolution given till date. On top of this I had been given wrong information by customer care agents, even that number of mine have been bared to reach customer care. Keep calling them from other number but every time they are proving different information with resolution.

                          I would need an urgent revert for my complain i m tired n irritated by such a bad csr .                               Hey,
                              i have raised issue multiple times in last one week.

                              There is no network for calls in the area of civil lines.
                              The bars show full but impossible to call or talk.

                              They are asking to wait till 20th of October which is 2 months since the issue started.

                              i am attaching the conversation also where the seller help had no solution or knowledge of said problem.
                              They are not aware of the issue either, nor can they give status of towers in my area.

                              I am paying 24k per year to them and they have not been able to resolve my network issue or call drop issue.

                                    I am an postpaid user of vodafone since last 10 months having plan rs 399 rental but i am unable to use the service cause network of vodafone in my area is so dull... other telecom company launches 3g & 4g services in my area but vodafone unable to give that type of services here is only 2g service is available but that is also dull & poor... tower range is only 1 to 1.5 km after going long to this area their no network of vodafone.. & also tower area while sitting in home their is no network of vodafone i am facing this problems since last 4 months for this i contact network team they tell me within 7 days the problem get resolved after days vodafone call me & tell their is tower requirment in my area this problem i am facing from 2 years & they tell me now so pls help me to get better service of vodafone

                                      Without even confirming that I need this or not Vodafone has activated some stupid service and deducted from my account. Please help.

                                      We have poor Network problem & we need new tower in our village. Here is more customer of vodafone user (75%). Mobile Network is very conjugated Then most need for us problem solution.

                                      Hello, I am facing network issue in my office which is located in Jagatpur, varanasi.
