I have been facing while using calls and i am unable to use any internet and submitted complains many times in customer care. Nothing was fruitful and i want refund of my money. Earlier i was using vodafone postpaid services in which they used to add extra amount in bill in name of services which i hadnt chosed but now they failed to provide proper call or data network. My phone has data recharge and i cant get any 1 signal or access a whatapp message.

Most respectfully I beg to state you that I am the coustomer for your company till 4 months .I have not recived any kind of paper bill or e-bill . Only the bill amount send through sms . I call 4 time to coustomer care . They cann't fulfill my requirement . So I request you to fulfill my requirement.

    Last night at 12:30 a. M vodafone activated a service called mobilemela and deducted 25 rs from my talk time balance automatically... Now customer care executives are not receiving my phone call @ 198 or there is no response from vodafone...3 days back also similar thing happened and 25 rs deducted automatically... Please refund my money immediately.. Otherwise i will have to switchover to other networks...

      I was a Airtel Mobile wifi user enjoying 4 g at good speeds . I received a call from Vodafone on 07.08.16 and informing that Vodafone has introduced a ALCATEL LINK ZONE which is 4 g and the speed is excellent and there is a promotional offer of Rs 2699. with 4 months o[censored]nlimited 4g usage. On assurance of good speed and considering Vodafone as a reputed service provider . I agreed and the person came over and handed over the sim bearing mobile no [protected] along with Alcatel link zone. i paid cash and a receipt was handed over issued by Alpha Hi Tech BPO pvt ltd. Contact No[protected] and mobile contact no [protected]. I called up Vodafone and they informed that it is not a vodafone product and they were not marketing Alcatel link zone.

      The next day i activated the sim and since the past one month. i have not been able to use the Alcatel Link zone because there is no connectivity, forget 4 g . I am not even getting 2g on the alcatel link zone.

      Considering the above. I must inform you that the quality of franchisee appointed are not as per standard. They cannot even speak properly, they are tutored to misguide people and lure them in to getting connections. The product is substandard. The receipt issued is not from Vodafone directly but when they speak to you they say they are calling from vodafone thus misguiding subscribers.

      I have paid Rs 2699 but have not been able to use 4g simply because there is no 4 g . Vodafone has adopted a novel way of collecting advance and fooling / cheating subscribers with fake products and offers. I would like a full refund to be made payable as i cannot use 4 g services either at my residence at Napeansea Road or any other place where i carry in person. Either replace and it should function or refund.

      A prompt response from you will be appreciated and stop these third party franchisee from making false and misguiding tutored claims over the phone.

      I can be contacted on [protected], [protected]. I am so disappointed with your services that i am going to discontinue all my corporate Vodafone nos too.

        U guys don't want business I guess.. Useless agents u have hired for cx service... They don't even know how to speak English... I have recorded my whole call.. Get my internet active or else I am gonna publish on social media how pathetic is Vodafone ...which eventually most of the cx will agree... Call me asap

          I tried recharging my data plan through Vodafone APP and when my mobile number got recharged than twice of my existing balance in the mobile got deducted eg. Rs.96/- & Rs.96/- but i there is no resolution given till date. On top of this I had been given wrong information by customer care agents, even that number of mine have been bared to reach customer care. Keep calling them from other number but every time they are proving different information with resolution.

          I would need an urgent revert for my complain i m tired n irritated by such a bad csr . Each tym i called i got wrng information ...i want you to listen my last 10calls made to vodafone, my contact number is [protected] And on my last call i was on hold for 20mins and no body came back with a reply finally i have to disconnect the call

              Hey,
              i have raised issue multiple times in last one week.

              There is no network for calls in the area of civil lines.
              The bars show full but impossible to call or talk.

              They are asking to wait till 20th of October which is 2 months since the issue started.

              i am attaching the conversation also where the seller help had no solution or knowledge of said problem.
              They are not aware of the issue either, nor can they give status of towers in my area.

              I am paying 24k per year to them and they have not been able to resolve my network issue or call drop issue.

                          Vodafone has been sending messages that services like lifestyle and follo have been added to my number on my request. I have not requested it. They have cut a total of 25+35= 60 rs from my account. This is an absolutely unethical professional practice on their part. I demand a restore of my balance and an end to this harassment. I have deactivated the service immediately, but the balance has not been restored.

                          Vodafone service centre cooperated and helped resolving the issue. Also amount was refunded. A setting in Play Store had to be changed to avoid auto downloads from pop up advertisements in some apps.

                            Hi my mobile no. is [protected] received bill for month of Aug provided 106 rs is internet charge for use of 26 MB. Up to last moment of release of bill there is no display of data uses in mobile vodafone apps but they provide data uses in bill. in month of July they given more than 300rs for data charge for o[censored]se of only 64MB DATA after complaints then they deduct these amount from bill. I am not using internet from this no. I am using wfii internet. so kindly look this matter even if I used internet then why it not shown on mobile app before bill released. to register my compalaint when I call to customer care on 198 no. on 5-sep-2016 time1220am in night time executive name jitesh gupta was argued a lot and instead of taken my complaints rudely talking without any sense. these are worse executive I ever talk on customer care

                              "thank you for choosing vodafone 3g! As a gift from our end you get 30days subscription to online movies & entertainment on hungama play & hooq worth rs498 absolutely free. Just install vodafoneplay app from http://bit.ly/298CXjA and claim ur free gift. First login on the app needs to be on vodafone network. Tnc apply." at 17.08 hrs.
                              Then at 18.10 i got this message"
                              Hello! Movies pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 10 days rental of rs.60 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.134.96. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."

                              Even though i had not sent any message rs 60 were deducted from my balance. This is ridiculous.

                                Dear Vodafone Team,

                                My Vodafone no. is [protected]. I am using Vodafone from last 8 years. In this month, I received my Vodafone bill and shocked that I have been charged wrongly that 400 Rs. was charged for some ISD call and I have never ever call at ISD call.

                                My unbilled amount is 1207.17 Rs. and as per bill and customer care representative, I have made some ISD call on this # [protected], which I have not done.

                                I called at the Vodafone help desk on dated 03-06-16 at 9:05 pm and told them about the case but they have given vague reason which is not acceptable at any cost.

                                Kindly look this matter and solve the problem on urgent basis.

                                I hope you guys will solve this problem ASAP.

                                  Every time vodafone make bar my outgoing calls and net before generating bill or on the time of generation.some times i am in out of station suddenly i came to know i cant call any where because my bill is going to be generate or generating.what is use of post paid.without any intimation how they can bar my calls.i will make port to TATADOCOMO.

                                    Inspite of my visit to the TTKROAD stores and followed with subsequent frequent reminders, I am sorry that the above phone no.is not yet unblocked due to TRAI regulations which is not applicable since all SMS sent were of personal ones and not commercial ones as detailed at your stores. Pl.restore immediately SMS forwarding in the above no. and advise compliance.

                                      I am a Vodafone postpaid customer from long. I requested for another Vodafone sim (4G) for using that in a dongle to browse internet through laptop. I requested online and got call from someone named Tanmoy from the number [protected]. He convinced me well and I decided and requested him for a Vodafone 4G sim only without dongle and I have chosen tariff plan of rental 750 rs. I got it on the same day and it got activated after 2/3 days. But as I was not having a 4G dongle, I was not being able to use it. I called up that number again and Tanmoy told me he will look into that matter and let me know. I had discussion with him one week before today, but till today no response. I again requested for a dongle through online and another guy called me up today from [protected] and I told him I need a 4G dongle and he also told he will let me know. I don't understand what's the problem, customer is approaching to them for buying a dongle and they are not at all interested it seems. Can someone please help me? My contact no is [protected].

                                        On 27 aug 2016 vodafone executive collected my document to convert my cell no [protected] from prepaid to postapid.
                                        Promised 3 days but till now i am following up with the vodafone customer care but they dont guide properly.
                                        My prepaid no is disconnected by them but my new card is yet not activated.
                                        Facing problem due to them but no solution provided by vodafone customer care.
                                        Kindly help asap

                                        Dear sir i convert my vodafone number prepaid to post paid number first time when did convert my number first time 11/8/2016 from vodafone store c scheme jaipur MR.SHADIK KHAN but then residence visit not suitable according your policy .so my sim card block for 3 days no outgoing and incoming then i say please convert my number prepaid but your staff say you may give other address . so give new communication address after than resi visit services activated by vodafone as on 31/8/2016 regularly activate but 4.00 p.m. 3/9/2016 my sim card deactivate by vodafone .

                                        so i disappointed by your services . and i am not satisfy your service
                                        please activate my sim card for incoming call
