Wrong Charges Charged against Mobile Internet Charges

Hi Team,

I am Vodafone user from my past 7 years and recently i switch to
post-paid from pre-paid.

This is in regarding that on 10th Aug'16 morning around 10 am i
enabled my cellular data and open the IRCTC app where i want to check
the live status of a train but when i entered on IRCTC app it's
showing loading and loading only as internet speed was too slow, the

Telemarketing Complaints - Very poor response

I had change the network form aircel to vodafone, i had paid my previous operator bill and current operator bill of two months but you both operators aircel & vodafone are playing with us also disconnect my outgoing. So many times i called and asked to both operator but you're playing and said cool ask to aircel/ask to vodafone not even proper response from both operator's, in my life i never ever seened like this kind of very very poor network...

International roaming

Unwanted activation of services without my request

Malpractices followed by vodafone

I activated my Mobile no.[protected] through MNP to Vodafone..I got activated on 12/7/2016. I was wrongly charged for the Internet pack in the bill dt:18/7/2016, which i did not opt for. The same was waived off (EXCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE of 15%).On calling the customer care they charge Rs0.50 for 3 min. The same charge was levied again for the current bill dt:-18/8/2016..So again I have to talk to the Customer care and pay money for the mistakes...
