I am a valued customer of vodafone india. Using 3g net service since long. Whenever i use the site, there are some 3rd party comes in pop up mode. I use to deactivate those. But suddenly on 24th & 27th of aug'2016, i have received 2 sms from the provider as "fab zone videos & loop digital games pack is now active, valid till 31/08 &11/09/16 respectively. They have deducted rs.80/- (Rs.35/- +45/-) from my available talk time. Also gave an option to deactivate" sms stop"or call 155223. Then i have tried to stop it and go to local vodafone outlet at" chandannagar, dist: hooghly (Wb). They have deactivated the service but told me the amount can not be refunded. My question is that why unnecessary deduction were done with out prior information. I once again retaliate that i have never use the service at all which have pop upped. Please take steps to refund the amount deducted from my account wrongly.

    I bought Internet pack of 3GB thru best offers available at myvodafone app for rs. 452/- dated 17.09.2016 but till date n time 2 GB credited . I had visited Vodafone store Delhi road near power house Rohtak dated 19th September it was attended by miss Ahuja she has acknowledged complaint but till time no solution. My mobile no.       I have a post-paid mobile from Vodafone India in New Delhi. My mobile number is [protected]. I purchased a pack of Rs 177.42 per month. I then bought one Internet pack on 5th Aug 2016 from Vodafone India website of Rs 250 for 1GB for one month. But, I did not receive any sms to confirm my purchase.

      I then did a customer service chat with them and then told me that the pack I bought was for Red customers only and I am not a Red customer. The agent then asked me to buy another pack for Rs 299. I asked them to activate this for me.

      I then started using the internet on my mobile but after few minutes; I received a sms saying I have charges of Rs 499.71. I immediately had another chat with their customer service guy named Franklin. He said that this is internet data charges. I explained him about the situation. He replied that I will not be charged but he cannot do anything until the bill is generated.
      I then waited for bill to be generated. On 27th Aug 2016, I received one sms saying that I have Rs. 1174 charges on my account and have to pay it if I want to enjoy uninterrupted service.

      I did not receive any bill on email I registered with them nor did I get it by post. I did a customer service chat with them on this issue. They said that it takes 7 days from generating the bill to send it by email and further 4-5 days to send by post. Then the customer has 10-11 days to pay it in full else the services may be interrupted.

      I had a chat with guy named Suresh. He gave me the below charges details:
      1. One Time Charges is Rs.250. (for RED pack which was not applicable/suitable for me and I couldn’t use it)
      2. Monthly Charges is Rs.476.42. (Plan Rental is Rs.177.42 and data plan rental is Rs.299)
      3. Usage Charges is Rs.499.71. (Since the Rs 250 plan did not work, Vodafone charged me for using data before they activated my Rs 299 plan)
      4. Other Credits / Charges is Rs.205.69. (This was the credit on my account which is also incorrect but they have raised complaint on it and will reply me later)
      5. S Tax @14% + SBC @0.50% + KKC @0.50% is Rs.153.06

      I tried to explain him that the charges for Red Rs 250 pack is wrong because it was not applied to my account as I am not a Red customer. His reply was that he cannot reverse it as I asked for it and whether it applies to me or not and whether I can use it or not, they will still charge me for the same.

      Then I asked them why to charge Rs 499.71 if you are already charging me for Rs 250. Again, his reply was that Rs 250 was not applicable to my account so they are charging me data uses until the Rs 299 pack was activated.

      So, they charged me for Rs 250 even though this was not applied to my account and I was not eligible for that and then they charged me for the data used also for Rs 499.71 plus they have charged me tax of 15% on these charges.

      They have denied to raise any complaint on the above issue so I cannot take it further internally with Vodafone and not sure who to speak with.
      I am a retired person and this is the first time I have taken out a post-paid connection. When I bought the post-paid connection in the shop, they said it’s going to be a cheaper plan but through such scams where they don’t clearly explain the packs on their website and when the plans are not eligible for specific accounts, they charge for it.

      I am not sure what to do and how to get them remove these charges from the bill. They are said that I have to pay else the services will be interrupted.

      Could you please look into this and get it resolved please?

      Vodafone did not resolve my complaint and suggested that they will not reverse the charges and will not accept any complaint either so closed and re-opened it for further look/push.

        My vodafone number [protected].

        Number is barred since from 3 days,
        I port my number from airtel to vodafone.
        But now i realise it was very big mistake of mine.
        I have port my number in jaipur city and tired for calling vodafone representatives but neither they pick up my call nor reply the status for unbarred the number.

        Kindly help me at earliest please Because my number is registered in various bank's OTP,
        others etc.

            Hii, I am Akhilesh. Today I port my Number from rajsthan to Vodafone bihar.
            When porting was done I get an sms from Vodafone including best offers for me..
            I found an offer which was 1GB 2G internet data for 30Days in Rs. 98/-
            I recharged with Rs.98/- but I get only 600MB. When a talk with Vodafone's Customer Executive he said, in 4 hours the rest MBs will Credit in my account but they still didn't credit rest Data so I call them again and they said that offer is not for me n suggest me to recharge again with Rs 98/-
            * I have all snaps for proof!

            I have made a recharge of Rs 30/- in my Vodafone number [protected] through your store at Tarapur, district anand Gujarat yesterday. At that time they told me that recharge has been processed. But till now i have not received the balance for it . Another recharge of Rs 43 was successful but recharge of Rs 30 is still not done.
            When i informed them today about the recharge of rs 30 not received by me they did not reply or rectify the problem properly. I am using Vodafone since very long but for the first time i have got such an unprofessional response from your representative . They are saying that there is no such recharge scheme for rs 30 and refused to return my money. Kindly do the needful.

                I had one Vodafone number [protected]which was surrendered at your Vodafone Store, Opp Sanjibani Hospital, Jorhat, in May 2016 with full payment including adjustment of my security deposit. But I think that your office personal not done proper formality to close the account. Now every day disturb me through your another Jorhat office personal and several phone calls from various destinations. Therefore you are requested to replace the inefficient employee and not to disturb me in my busy schedule. After this complaint if your company unable to stop the disturbance I will be take legal step on this.

                    This incident was happened in the current month. I was in china from 4th August'2016 to 13th August'2016,
                    I have a Vodafone Postpaid Connection with a credit limit of Rs. 30000/-(Thirty Thousand Only). I used the connection in international roaming as usual I do. I got the mail on 15th of August'2016, at 2:55 am, this is the usage information mail from Vodafone co.. In the mail co. mention my current credit limit of Rs.30000/- and the current usage of (billed + unbilled) Rs. 24024/-. A copy of picture of the mail is attached with this complaint. I am ready to pay the amount of Rs.24024/-. but the Vodafone co. send me a bill of Rs. 126000/-.
                    How it can be possible, this is totally mistake from the Vodafone co. I cannot pay this amount. please guide me what to do?

                      My number was suppose to convert from postpaid to prepaid a week ago but still my number is postpaid and not only that the person in the help desk was not very helpful, he was the person who was suppose to activate my prepaid sim card, he did not even bother to explain anything to me, kokrajhar vodafone office near don bosco school. Hope, action will be taken against him.

                        I am John km it's my Vodafone no +[protected] . Already main times i have informed you through call my main balance deduction compliant . Whe i am opening my Moblie internet connection automatically activated in my number more subscription pack and taken a huge amount from account. Every times you are saying you will refund the amounts any way till now i did not get full refund . Now i have a only one way i want to take a other network opreater now i am also using one idea SIM its have no like this problem. If I have use any service or i requested for a service i mean if i am choosen for a service and I am willing for paying money ... otherwise for what sir i am paying money ... it's very difficult for me ... with out internet i can't deals my personal or official works ... because of this problem i have no cash for wasting so i closed my moblie data at the time also there have some more subscribe pack actived and taken main account balance ... it's very painful and difficult for me ... now i try more time for calling customer care but call is not commenting to your excutive. .. kindly do needful ...

                          I recently bought a prepay sim to use internet. Suprisingly, the 4g speed is ranging in between 80-110Kbps. See the below screenshot. Also, do see that the signal is full and I live within the Bangalore city not outskirts. I am shocked to see that such a big company show false ads to promote their products. I was better with Tata 3g. Will switch back again to Docomo.

                            Hi Sir,

                            In March 2016 I came to India from Germany for 3 weeks vacation. I have activated 5gb internet pack of 700 rs & a roaming pack of 75 rs through my vodafone app for my corporate postpaid sim. On march 27th i went back to germany. march month bill i got 1500 and i have paid it. in april month bill i got some 3000 which had 1800 as international roaming charges and 2 packs data & roaming still showing in my bill. The same happened in may bill. I have sent many mails to corp care but finally they gave only 300 waiver. There is no explanation on why they didnt send any reminder/notice about my internet pack renewing after march.

                            Now vodafone chennai goons are calling my friends and torturing. I have called the given contact number many times and every time they behave very badly. Simply they are saying i am in abroad and earning more money and why cant i pay 7000, its a simple amount for me like this ... even lady consultants saying the same. Finally my friend gave my wife's no who is in india with 5months kid. They have called 20 times in 5mins. When my wife said the kid is crying, call me tomorrow, even though those goons did not listen, simply asking to pay the money.

                            I have got 2 legal notice mails in my mail, i told them i will come to india in October and will check with you. But they did not even listening then I said as you sent legal mails already proceed legally. they are not answering this and saying I have to pay the money in 30mins... I spoke to them in call from germany standing out of my office for more than 1hr in mid summer here. Got severe headache but those people did not care even other than asking the money money

                            If my complaint is going to be registered then please help me

                              Pls note I complaint to vodafoan customer care nodal office appllete authorities for last two and half years regularly they always informing me through telephone and through mail complaints resolve in two months and after two months same reply from the company when I ask for refund of all rental charged for 2/5 year then then no reply from their side.so refund all rental charged by company for 2.5 years.

                                Vodafone has arbitrarily blocked my number[protected] with the reason that my number was used for telemarketing and I'm not registered as a telemarketer

                                But this is a personal number and I've had it for over 10 years! When I called customer care they said they can't help and I should write an email (to which I've got no response)

                                I'm stranded without my phone as I cannot bank, pay bills or do anything.

                                This is really infuriating and the lack of service and training that Vodafone's customer care execs have makes it worse.

                                  Vulgar calls coming from [protected] to my wife on [protected] from past four days. The data provided above is input search from net. He use to call my wife when I'm in office. Call comes around 8 am to 9 am in the morning. My wife is in fear on seeing unknown mobile number on the screen. I have called him at around 5 pm but he refused to talk to me.Please do the needful.

                                    I mrs Asha kumar jumpal was traveling abroad hence carried my mobile incase of emergency phone calls but without my knowledge as per vodafone co. my net facility was active which I didn't access at all.I traveled to Russia for two days and they billed me for rupees 81000/- Internet service as mentioned above I never complied for since then I have been harassed to pay unnecessary Amount as far as my knowledge goes if we exceed certain data usage they Automatically disconnect service secondly even if we travel out of city they need our authorisation to activate service in which case I never did.mobile service provider are very smart in making fool out of people.

                                      I have raised a complaint regarding network issue for my number [protected] on 10.08.2016 complaint no[protected] and I was given the date 18.08.2016 for closing the complain even after 8 days have passed and despite hundred's of call to your customer care executives they respond that complaint has been escalated to higher level. If you are not able to resolve it please let me know I will change my service provider. Being a corporate customer for 9 years this is what I get as an reward for being with you guys .

                                        I have mistakenly recharged to wrong number instead of my number through the Oxygen Wallet. But even though after contacting Vodafone Company they do not help as i have recharged through online mode and doesn't have solution for it!
                                        This is disgusting even their executives hangs up the call. I didn't asked them to refund my amount of Rs.297.00 but just to revert the recharge over my correct number. They don't have the facility as they say, you have done recharge through online mode. This is so poor service as they doesn't have facility to revert back the process.
