I am the old customer of vodafone postpaid and subscribe 800 internet plan. Vodafone confirmed me to provide 64 kbps speed according to network after 5 gb. That was the nice pack to use internet on mobiles only.
. In which i will get 5 gb data at a speed of 3G and later on it will be at 64 kbps unlimited.commitmet vodafone custmer care
But still the speed is not more then 4 to 8 kbps.
I have complained and they asked me to clear thr cache and history. After that asked to open home page of google. I opend and they said its great your mobile internet is working awsum.

I said stupid its just 30 kb page of google. I need the comited speed of 64 kbps. And registered the complainet bt nobody call me and still the problem is not rectified.
Also the netorw strength is full. I tried at all the places nearby. Bt speed of internet is not more then 2 to 5 kbps.
Please help ...

    Here is the sms i recieved "Hello! Fashion Fairies Pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.39.609.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
    I have not submitted any request to activate this pack. Already their told that these types of problems possible with unwanted touch of touch screen mobile. But, I have used my data via labtop through mobile. Here unwanted touch is not possible.
    And I demand for complete refund and a system of confirmation before activating any packs on my mobile.

      Vodafone and there Executive are continuously harassing me for the mob #[protected] few months back they sent me a bill of Rs 11800/- which was not at all used ny me it was used by my paying guest now unfortunateusenow he is not my tenant any more as my alternate mob no and email id was registered and address was now Vodafone and there legal team executive are calling every day and sending me e-mail and threatening me for payments if the payment is not made also they claim that I was using the no and I am suppose to pay

          I have been charged 2252 saying that i called to 51717 4 times in a month and talked for 10 mins, 90mins, 7mins and 62 mins each time. I have tried registering my complaint by calling vodafone complaint team so many times, but there is no response from them.
          My outgoing calls has also been barred.
          I visited to near by vodafone store to give a complaint for charging me extra amount for what i haven't used and for barring my outgoing calls. They
          Registered the complaint only for call barring and resolved it but they haven't took any action for extra charges levied on me.

          Please find attached copy of my bill and take necessary action regarding this.

            As per your mail received dated 08 Sept 2016 my current mobile usage was Rs. 1108/- however today I received a message stating that my current bill is for Rs. 5100/- due on 23Sept 2016.

            Despite of my constant reminders to disconnect my service when the bill goes above Rs.1000/- you have been consistently failing in doing the same and if you see my last 6 months mobile bills it has only been increasing from 2000/- to 3000/- to 4000/- to 5000/- and so on...

            What is your company up to? When the customer has requested to disconnect the services above Rs.1000/- how can you allow the bill to reach 5000/-???? Or increase the limit without my consent????

            This is complete negligence on part of the company to loot the customer and am filing a complaint against this.

            Hope you at least have the courtesy to look into the matter.

              Sir from long time we used your service for business (Ie e. D. C machine)& personal like 10 connection
              But we faced major network problem & we can't used e. D. C machine properly. For this reason we lost customer. We also want to take post paid connection for business use but we could not take risk for bad network.

                I have bouught new postpaid connection[protected] in which i already mentioned another vodafone number in Friend and Family plan but they didnt add it and includ all voice charges in my bill and mentally disturbed me through their calls and by stoping my outgoing calls

                im totally mentally harrased and i want to complain against company and want to refund and punish them for disturbing me mentally

                i want rs25lakh from company for mentally disturbing me and unneccesarrily calling me during my working hours
                I hav two data packs.have one nite data pack.but from 6/7days, data from dat one was not utilised wen im using it at nite.i did a complaint but they said ur will be sort out. When i checked, nothing was sorted out. Since den i was trying to contact customer care but my call was nt connected from d very same day. Im very disappointed by ur service.

                    I Maniklal Datta s/o Late Jagatbandhu Datta aged 70 years having mobile no.[protected] and mail I'd manik.[protected]@gmail.com has been getting mails from Vodafone despite repeatedly pointing out that I was never a post paid customer of Vodafone but still getting the advice about my credit limit etc etc. This is unwarranted and unlawful infringement in my privacy and will be dealt with sternly if you fail to take necessary actions.

                      Hello,
                      I was using vodafone postpaid no. since 2011 ([protected]) in gujarat region and now I got transfer to Vijayawada(AP) and I done portability for the same.
                      before that I paid all the bills for gujarat region and now in my first bill of AP vodafone region which having pending amount around[protected]/- of gujarat region as I paid each and every bill.
                      After calling both the customer cares they dont have proper explanation on this.
                      So I think on the name of portability and shifting they cheating people.

                        Regarding my vodafone number
                        Vodafone charge me for internet which i m not using its happening from august every time i recieve the bill the add charges for internet, even i sms for stoping the service still they charge me every time
                        I called to the customer care they told they are goin to waived the charges but still they dont waived from beginning please do the needful.

                          I m using a Vodafone number from many years, two of Vodafone representative visited to my shop and sold me a post paid sim card telling that its a very good plan which was really good with the rental of 299 Rs, so the trust what i have on Vodafone i have purchased 5 sim card by giving them 2500 rs which was told me that 500 is the activation fees . and gave me a prepaid sim card by saying that it would get activated in 3 days . i have also given my documents to them which i have mentioned that in a police station . but now he is not answering my call neither replying my text, when i take a look on a sim card it was a prepaid sim, i have complaint about this in Vodafone head office but still i didn't got any assurance neither revert . he told me his name was vijay

                            I had received a call from Vodafone saying that they ll give me a corporate offer of RS 299/-, which ll have the following benefits

                            - 700 local/national mins

                            - 1 GB 3g/2g data

                            - 200 National sms

                            so that I decided to port from Airtel to Vodafone and after all the procedures yesterday(07/09/2016) it got activated, but with an entirely different tariff plan which is not at all worthy for me .I called customer care twice and wrote to corporate team since it is a corporate plan but it seems like no one really cares about it.i have not received any call or message regarding till now.

                            so I request you to resolve the same as soon as possible

                              Hi,

                              All our family members are using Vodafone services since long time; recently when I was checking messages from my family members phone, they rarely check Vodafone messages due to many unwanted offers/messages from them, I found they have activated "SILK Package" on one number and "VOD Mania" services on other and were deducting money on weekly 35 INR and monthly 90 INR respectively since few months. When I inquired, none of my family members are aware of these services, nor used it and also not aware of money deduction. There is no "SENT" message request from either of the phones.

                              After inquiring with customer care, they said it was a "FLASH" message request which will popup on your mobile screen and ones selected the services will get activated - NOTE:- None of my family members are aware of activating these services. First the customer care refunded only one deducted transaction for each phone, even after escalating till the "Nodal office" they only did for one Month and the previous months.

                              I sincerely request consumer board to ensure all my stolen money to be refunded and also an awareness campaign for the "FLASH" messages as I'm sure we are not only the one family from whom they have did it and also not the only two numbers who have requested for refunding money.

                                I am Hitesh from BASF (corporate customer globally) and having mobile number [protected].

                                My mobile number service is barred due to second address verification negative.

                                Same address we have other mobile numbers even mine as well.

                                1. Vodafone store - Naroda
                                2. Vodafone store - Stadium
                                3. Nodel desk - Chirag Makawana

                                Even You people are not responding on calls as well and not to pick on calls.

                                You have to bring back to basic and help customer to support and closed complain on priority.

                                Recently I have received bill however not got the solution.

                                In current scenario I am request to start in my number next 24 hrs by completing whichever formalities do from your end.

                                My Vodafone sim has been barred even after paying . Kindly look into this issue. The Vodafone service center in Gobi-638476 is not responding. They indifferent, with a callus attitude.Please resolve this issue.

                                  I have a Vodafone Corporate Postpaid Connection (Mob No: [protected]) which I have been trying to deactivate for the past 4 months since I am no longer in India. I would like to clarify that I have not used the account over the 4 month period and all outstanding bills for services availed had been cleared from my end. Yet I am getting billed for my monthly rental charges. It has been 4 months now that I have been trying to get the connection deactivated. But since it is a corporate connection, the Vodafone store personnel insisted on me sending a mail requesting for deactivation from my registered mail Id. At that time, I had explained to the store manager that it would not be possible to send a mail from the registered mail Id as that was my official mail Id and it had been over 6 six years since I quit the company. The manager had advised me to stop using the connection permanently and that after 3 months, it would be automatically deactivated. This does not seem to be working as I am still being charged the monthly rentals without even using the connection.

                                  Kindly advise me on how I can resolve this issue and deactivate the account at the earliest.

                                    Today I was clearing my spam box of my email and I show legal notice from Vodafone. My number was [protected] and I need to pay amount of 3000+. I don't have any problem to pay amount but 15 days before closing my number Vodafone was having 500 advanced money. In that time I asked them to close number and return back my money. They said if you want will resume your service again and I accepted but in my place Vodafone signal is very week so again after 15 days I requested them to close my number. So number got stopped and today I can see I have to more then 3000..

                                    I am requesting to stop legal notice and let me know the way to pay right amount.

                                        Hi Concerned,
                                        I am Ekta Tripathi, using Vodafone postpaid connection on my both Sims, whereas one of my sim is used by someone else and who knows my details. He is using this number [protected] unauthorized way. I have called many times to executives and asked help to block this sim but somehow this sim got actively activated without any information. I request you to please check case filing complaints in your documentary. This is so frustrating and a kind of harassment I m feeling. That person had used above mentioned sim in consecutive months and postpaid bills not paid. Now from 2 days I am getting notification that if due amount has not paid, my other Vodafone number will be disconnected. I m bearing problems because of noncooperation behavior of voda-customer executives.
