Vodafone company commitment is free 1gb 4g data. If will change my sim 4g. I have change my sim 4g but i don't get 1gb 4g data... I get only 300 mb data. I have a vodafone msg for 1 gb 4g data.
And second vodafone msg if i will download vodafone app then i will get 100 mb data. I have download vodafone app but i don't get 100 mb data.
Vodafone is making false promises from his customers.
O please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    I am using vodaphone no, since few thety activated around 30 addition services and continusly activing 3-4 services daily. If we complain then they blem me that it is your folt.I am using vodaphone Sim, VAS has been activated in my cell number..
    Their actual funda to cheat customer is that, they used redirection techniques for example if we are visiting any site, they use click code to redirect us from that page to VAS activation page and then they start VAS without getting confirmation from customer

          We do not have network coverage since 6 months.
          Area: Malim, Betim.

          We have placed several complaints but no one is responding. The tower has been removed and no one is bothered to replace is cause of which all residents in Betim area are facing issues.

          Will someone just look into this? Why isnt the tower replaced? Vodafone needs to look into it.

            I bought vodafone post paid card in june 2016 and the plan was 299/pm . I was shocked the first bill they sent was Rs 1640. i didn't even use this sim first month as i was in hospital for a month and they sent this much bill. They're saying I called special number 571717 at 1 O'clock at night for 90 MINs. Why would i call this number which i dont even know. I called vodafone customer care and given my complaint and told to stop the card immediately. Instead of asking them to stop the card they sent another bill on second month. their customer care calling me again and again, this is harrasment. My contact is [protected] Someone please Help.

              This is to bring to notice of how pathetic Vodafone service and this company is. I have been getting inflated bills for the past 3 months. Every time I went to Vodafone store to explain the issue and correct the plan. It is really shameful that this company made no changes and just kept correcting the excess bill for 3 months. Frustrated I changed the postpaid connection to prepaid on 27th August and paid the due of Rs 1300 and Rs 29 for new card which was supposed to start by 30th. Sadly it didn't, yet proof of their pathetic service. The customer care bloke ask me to go to that store where I bought the card. This ghodbumder store is 40 km from where I stay and this fools are expecting me to reach there to avail the new pathetic service. Is this what is expected from Vodafone? This company of really a blood sucker and don't understand customer pains. If anyone form Vodafone is reading this please try and solve my problem. Just don't ask customer to pay for you bad service but be accountable.

                I had done a recharge of Rs. 50 via etopup on a mobile number which did not get processed. While i went to the Vodafone store to ask about the same regarding the recharge, the store keeper was very rude at the Vodafone store and did not answer my questions and to the details I had asked for. In return he said he wont do any of my work and nor answer any questions of mine. and said do whatever you want.
                This is not the right way to a customer and i have been an User of Vodafone from more the 10 years but haven't ever been treated like this.
                But here i want some strict actions to be taken in this case against the store keeper and also i want my questions to be answered.

                  Hi, i am shagun bhatia and i am using cug number from vodafone.
                  My std calls are not working and also not able to call 198 for support.
                  Everytime i called in from my personal cell and only filling this complaint costs me 150 rs, as the support executives are not trained upto the mark. They were transferring calls and assured me that i would be able to call to 198 within 2 hours but its been 5 days and the problem still persists. I talked to 8 support executives(For 2 hours continuously) out of which only 2 were able to talk and help properly, rest of them were hell irritating and did not help. Everyone assured that i will get a callback in 2 hours, but i did not receive any call back since 5 days now. They say that they are transferring to senior but they transfer it to others on same level. No communication skill, no management and never helping. Rubbish services!! Rubbish customer support service!!! I am also using airtel number and it has the best customer support!!!

                    I am a vodafone postpaid customer and i was on a rs.199 plan. According to this plan i was entitled to 512mb of monthly data usage. I had almost used up my quota of 512 mb and thus activated a pack of extra 300mb using the myvodafone app. For the entire month my data usage was less than 800mb. But when the bill came it was of more than rs.1500. After i had called up the customer care they always told me that they could not help me and that their manager will get back to me within 4 hours. It has been almost two months and still no manager has called me. I refused to pay the bill till it was corrected.
                    Also in one of the chats with their customer care representatives, one of them informed me that my plan had been changed from 199 to some 229 or something. I had asked what was the reason and why hadn't they taken my permission or even intimidated me. He had no reply to that and just kept on repeating whatever he was saying.
                    Today i submitted my number for portability and after that my number has been deactivated on the same day.
                    I have been literally harassed by this behavior and seek redressal form the company regarding this. Please act on this as soon as possible and let me know what further actions are required from my side.

                      Hi,

                      I have been using Vodafone number from last one year and the condition of 3g data service of vodafone is worsening day by day.
                      Paying high rates for 3g services and getting speed worse than 2g is disappointing.
                      I use Vodafone services in Chandigarh/ Panchkula region and the data connection keeps going ON/OFF. I have to restart my phone each time the connection goes off

                      Moreover, the speeds are pathetic. It takes more than a minutes even to load a simple website as this on Chrome even though I am getting full 3g signals. It is even harder to use apps like Facebook, gmail as the content never load and you keep on waiting it to load.

                      I am highly disappointed with the 3g data services of Vodafone and would like Vodafone to do something about it.

                          Hi, I am Gaurav Mahajan and have requested a new number [protected] from Vodafone, and since I got the number from the retailer i printed the same on my visiting cards but now it seems that Vodafone is not issuing this number ?
                          Could you please explain what is the reason why this number cannot be issued and also currently this is not active? and also i dont think this is VIP number or so which cannot be issued in general public?

                          Any Help would be appreciated and you can cannot me on [protected] ( which again is vodafone and i have another number which is vodafone and i have always preferred Vodafone but few instance in recent past and this is pushing me to change my mind...)

                              I am being CHEATED BIG TIME BY VODAFONE.

                              They are charging for Internet usage even when I have my WIFI on.

                              After the arrival of 4G my bill is always over Rs1700. When I try sending emails it is bouncing. Their Customer service team SUCKS.

                              They show that I am using over 5GB Internet without me even using Internet.

                              I bought a prepaid number in the morning, executive say number will be active 12:00pm but this time not active and he not response my calls

There are 700 and more then customers using vodafone no. but there is not any vodafone tower near by my village.Now i have been very frustrate from vodafone service so please arrange vodafone network in my area.
                              Vodafone charged me for US toll free number calls.

                              Toll free numbers allows to call without being charged but Vodafone charged for that.

                              Almost from the past three months i am being charged for this.

                                Myself shyam narayan gupta had used postpaid vodafone sim for incoming/outgoing call while being in singapore. Before making/receiving call i received sms from vodafone stating that
                                "you have subscribed to vodafone ir pack. Pack tariff while roaming in singapore is: calls to india and any other country rs. 30/min, incoming rs. 30/min. Pack benefits are only applicable on starhub please select this network manually"

                                Before making/receiving any call i selected starhub network manually.
                                But bill for those call i received at rate of: incoming 70 rs./min, outgoing 140 rs./min.
                                Because of this wrong billing i did not pay that bill and approached to vodafone store and called to vodafone customer care for this issue but this has not been solved and vodafone had put my sim out of service for nearly about 1.5 months and recovery person had come to my home to collect bill then i showed him that sms wherein mentioned call rate then recovery person asked me to deposit at rate of 30 rs./min incoming/outgoing call as per sms. He made promised that after that my vodafone sim will be activated and wrong billing will be rectified. After that my sim was activated but wrong billing still had not been rectified and when i am calling to recovery person he is not receiving my phone. Instead my security deposits of rs. 10000/- has been adjusted against wrong billing without my
                                Consent.
                                For this matter i have contacted to vodafone store, customer care, and mailed to vodafone office lucknow but this issue has not been resolved. I am mentally harassed for this matter.
                                I hope justice from consumer forum.

                                  With deep regret this mail is being sent. For last one month i am trying to port my vodafone number from delhi circle to kolkata circle, but for some strange reason still now this is not being done.
                                  Your kolkata vodafone representative mr. Javed ([protected]) has told me in your system my number is showing of kolkata circle so number portability is not possible. Although as per below mail – there is no problem in porting.
                                  I have provided all the necessary details for number port to mr. Javed on 5th august - but still this is not done.
                                  Please let me know - as a customer what is my fault as i am incurring huge cost of roaming for last one month. No proactive action is conspicuous from your side-which seems you are not keen to value your five years old customer any more. If my number is not ported to kolkata circle within next 5 days of time i will be compelled to give up your connection & go with somebody elese.

                                    Many time i asked to change my plan but executive says your plan can not be change now, it will be change by next bill cycle.

                                    This is third bill cycle but my plan is not changed yet. Your executive suggest me to take 574 plan but now they are saying they have never introduce 574 plan.

                                      For my vodafone number, they have charged 600 rs bill for current month.in which they have charged for data (422 rs). As per my 199 plan, the data pack is unlimited (500mb 3g and it will be throttled to [protected]@64kbps speed). I just went to vodafone store to file a complaint. When i asked why i got this much amount. The agent replied that i have used 3g internet post consumption of 500mb 3g. Agent understood the meaning of throttling? His way talking is worst. I would like to file complaint on vodafone for this unethical behavior.

I have been charged 50 rs amount without any information... This network is very worst for eating money of customers... I have fed up with this network... And also customer response is very bad...

                                        We are the neighbours of mr. dhaneswar sahoo, security guard of your voda tower in ghasipura laxmibazar, there is no electric connection so your tower running through jenetor, but he use that line in his home everyday when the time of powercut in that area and sell kerosene to others in market price. so i request you sir please connect solar connection in your tower immediately . and out that corrupted security guard, we think security service is not needy for that tower. therefore, we request you to investigate it and take proper action immediately . yours faithfully villagers.

                                        I never opted for Glamour Zone Pack. They sent a no .155223 to deactivate the pack through sms. I have tried all the given format and they still the reply with "Invalid Request. Please reply with STOP to deactivate any existing service."
