I am submitting complaint against Vodafone India for the Bogus Billing and Activation of plans. it start with vodafone tele marketing calls for Internet plans.
we received the calls from vodafone so many times for Internet plans but evey time i told them that this plans are not applicable for me beacuse my handset are not compatible with internet. but also vodafone india activate the plans and making bogus billing to me.

    I have been trying to get my issue sort it out from long time, but due to poor customer service of nodal desk also, My problem isn't able to sort it out, right now couple of minutes back spoke to your nodal desk office, first of all every time i have to explain the issue to everyone and than say you will get the reply. Which i dont get it, so i asked nodal office madam to drop me mail acknowledging the same that within how many days my problem will be solved, and she refused to do it, and i asked her to transfer the call to senior.

    She started wishing good day and was about to disconnect the phone without transferring the call, so i lost my temper and shouted at the madam, and she disconnected the phone which she wanted to do eagerly as you guys can not solve the problem.
    I am done with your wonderful customer service, i dont want to continue with vodafone anymore hence sort out my issue if you wish to or let it be the way it is.

    Thanks for your worst customer service.

    I have Recharge a Data Pack As Per Received by Msg according send Vodafone service but til date i have not received my recharge value of data pack.

    We are leaving in the pune Nda road sufering from the network or range problem please try to solve our as soon as possible or else i will try to put case on company and influence the people for not using u r srvices.

          I getting Vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen in every minute they have 2 option one is ok and another is cancel, i do every things but they have no response what can i do, i don't understand so plz help me.
          I have already deactivate FLASH service through SMS and also in my mobile setting.Now i have got irritated. now please tell me what will b the next step as i am planing to change the number because of this .

            Hi this is to inform you that on 2nd august 2016 i have made one online recharge from vodafone, of Rs 500..and it was not successful but money deducted from my bank account. The very next day i called at vodafone customer care number they told me that it will return bank within 7 days..still today i didn't get the refunded amount..
            On monday again i called them, they told me to give me the transaction id, and the money will be returned within 1 day ..still today no one from Vodafone customer care called me or nor my money refund..

              I wanted to switch my mobile (No:[protected]) network from Vodafone IN to airtel. I went to airtel store on 16th August and submitted all the necessary documents along with UPC code.

              On 21st August, 2016 I received a message from the vodafone that " Your porting request has been approved and the same will be processed by 22nd August".

              Today is 25th August, 2016. Still, they did not do the needful things and Still I did not get my network switched from Vodafone

                Hi Team,

                I am Vodafone user from my past 7 years and recently i switch to
                post-paid from pre-paid.

                This is in regarding that on 10th Aug'16 morning around 10 am i
                enabled my cellular data and open the IRCTC app where i want to check
                the live status of a train but when i entered on IRCTC app it's
                showing loading and loading only as internet speed was too slow, the
                loading duration is about approx. 1 minute. Then i decide to better
                off my cellular data as i am unable to check the status of train.

                Suddenly i received 1 pop message where it was showing last session
                usage approx. 36 MB used. I have also a Vodafone app in my mobile then
                i login Vodofone app and found that Rs 149 is unbilled amount.

                Then on 10th Aug'16 i contacted at Vodafone customer care and told
                them whole incident and as per them they ask me to wait till bill
                generation, they also assured me that i don't need to worry as i will
                get waiver of the same.

                I want to know is it a joke or what? How can Rs 149 can be deducted
                for1 minute for only surfing purpose.

                The same has been charged in my e-bill which I received it today.

                  My Mobile # is [protected]. This is a FULLY BLOCKED NUMBER (DND) but once a while I get unwanted & annoying SMS from some teleMarketers & I complain promptly by sending the requisite SMS as per the standard format to 1909. I also get the confirmation that the complaint is registered & action will be taken before a certain date; but after that the only feedback is an SMS that states that you tried to contact me by phone & couldn't which is a TRUE LIE!. The SMS also states that I should contact 199 for feedback which is a sheer waste of my precious time!
                  Recently I keep getting unwanted SMS from one particular company Riya Impex Pvt. Ltd. & no action seems to have been initiated against this company. For ur info.' I am not their customer!
                  Refer my SMS complaints to 1909 & penalize this company to the maximum possible extent WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. Confirm the same by calling my # stated.

                    Vodafone has highly disappointed me by displaying wrong information on their website.They failed to update their online website and showed a plan which had changed a month back resulting in wrong recharge in my phone.the website did not prompt me that the plan has changed and i got an unnecessary recharge on my phone.The customer care executives were highly uncooperative and said that their was no compensation for it.According to them i should i have called before getting the recharge done.this coming from a company which is advertises its website and app with so much of pomp and show!

                      Grievance description : with respect i beg to inform you that i am the customer of vodafone mobile company since the last nine years. I am holding the pre paid connection of my mobile no. [protected] my connec-tion was disconnected on 13 th july 2016 without informing me. When i personally enquired about the closer of my connection to the vodafone customer care centre at leela bhawan patiala they replied that you should submit a copy of one id proof. Today i again approached to the same centre for submitting the id proof the connection was already closed and replied it cannot be restored. If you required the same number then it will be given to you on the post paid basis. So i could not give up this number and hence i have to submit the security of rs 250 to get this number. My request is to the authority to restore my number as pre paid instead of post paid. The connection was closed without any intimation or sms to me.                         I am writing this email to raise a complaint about inappropriate bill generated for the number [protected]. Just today i have seen.. I just spoke to neeraj from vodafone care and told that i did not received any update for 1400 rupees. But was getting updations on vodafone app which was something around 400.. He told me that you were not getting correct billing updation due to some technical issue.. I have download the vodafone app for every single updation. And i keep checking it for bill updation whatever mintues and data i am using by every hour. By yesterday unbilled amount was 400 something rupees. But today its showing 1400, its unacceptable amount which i can not pay.. I should have atleast got some alerts about my unbilled amount so that i can be aware and can not use this much data and talktime minutes. This amount is out of my limit which i can not pay.. I can pay 299+payment for 2gb data+1000 mintues which i have used.. And extra charges for data and minutes without any billing updation i will not pay.. I am very disappointed because i never expected this would heppen with me because i was a loyal customer to vodafone services. I need a solution otherwise unwantedly i would have to be disconnected from all of yours services with no payments at all

                        Yesterday saneet called me from consumer complaints.. and he told me to pay the bill for rupees 469. Which is actual bill i was supposed to pay. And then he told me to call and give yhe order transaction number once i pay from paytm.. i paid the bill want to give the order transactuon number but sanjeet is not picking up the call on this number +917836070956. I am not sure my complaint has been resoloved.

                        I raised a complaint regarding inappropriate billed charges for vodafone connection [protected] on this website 2 days ago. sanjeet called me from consumer complaints.. and he told me to pay the bill for rupees 469. Which is actual bill i was supposed to pay for vodafone. And then he told me to call and give yhe order transaction number once i pay from paytm.. i paid the bill want to give the order transactuon number but sanjeet is not picking up the call on this number [protected]. I am not sure my complaint has been resoloved. I think the person who called me from consumer complaints to resolve my issue was a fraud. i have paid the bill for 469 rupess. now nor he dint contact me nor picking the call up. its very dispointed. i trusted on him and paid bill on his promised that he will put the request to bill adjustment on Vodafone. a big fraud to me. consumer complaint has increased my problem despite resolving. please closed this website so that people's time can not be waste. you are totally fraud. you are making everybody fool by fake promises.

                          Sir i have recharged with rs 95 for 2g data pack on[protected] and got balance of 1 gb 2g data
                          As per new guide lines of trai to avoid loss of main ac balance when net pack is over we have to send a msg "stop" at 1925 and yesterday i have sent it (23/08/2016)
                          After sending the msg company activated the process but they have deducted my data pack also of remaining 950 mb
                          Today when i complained at customer care they told that i should msg when there is no data balance in a/c but unlike this inany other network it is not like this and it is not mentioned by trai also like this
                          What is the meaning of this we should wait for what when our data balance is over and after deducting bal from my main a/c then should i send a sms, this not the way
                          Sir i use other networks also like idea, tata docomo but never they have troubled me like this
                          Sir after deactivating my data pack unknowingly today when i started data conection i lost 12 rs why i should suffer this one and when i told the customer care to take down a comlaint they didnt took my complain also

                            I had change the network form aircel to vodafone, i had paid my previous operator bill and current operator bill of two months but you both operators aircel & vodafone are playing with us also disconnect my outgoing. So many times i called and asked to both operator but you're playing and said cool ask to aircel/ask to vodafone not even proper response from both operator's, in my life i never ever seened like this kind of very very poor network "[protected]". I had faced lots of problems also had stressed in my life and lost many clients in my business because of your both operators. I attached paid receipt for your reference.

I will want cancelled this VAS bill and send me a new bill without VAS and S tax charges

                                  I not using my vodafone sim [protected] since january. At that time itself i told the vodafone customer care representative that "i am not using this sim cut it". But few moths later they issued a case against me in court with an unpaid bill amount of 5000. And i paid the bill and told them to cut the sim once again. After two or three months they again registered a case against me with a unpaid bill amount of 1000. Since i am not much aware of the court formalities i also payed the amount, and once again told the representative to cut my sim.
                                  But few moths later they again called me and asked for the payment.
                                  What should i do???

                                    I have one international roaming number under my name ([protected]) which was active since more than three four years. All in a sudden it is deactivated without any prior intimation or notice.


                                    Already there are many numbers which are active under my name which i am sharing with my family...[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] (Int'l roaming).


                                    I use my number [protected] especially for receiving roaming calls, sms & otps while in abroad and in case of any emergency calls. I have given this number to all my bank accounts and shares to receive the any calls & sms without any obstacles all these days. I have already deposited a bulk amount as advance while getting this connection and also i have paid all my bills all these years without any issues.


                                    For the past few days or weeks i had no calls and sms and a lot of complaints from my business about the dead number which made me shocked. I didn't expect this sort of service from vodafone for a customer like me who still sticks for more than 12 years..


                                    I had a big loss in the past weeks due to this worst service from vodafone. Even if i receive a mail notification of deactivation, i would have changed my service provider immediately.


                                    I would like to know the reason behind this at the earliest.


                                    Hope the previous bill pending payment is 31.39 inr, which i tried to pay thru my mobile vodafone app. But unfortunately that service also got blocked without any clear intimation.

                                      I had been complaining to vodafone customer care as well their customer service representative mr. Haridas of vodafone showroom, vadakchera bus stand about call dropping and not reachable status of my number from october 2015, november 2015, december 2015, february 2016, may 2016 with no respite to my solution.

                                      Appreciate if a solution can be attained.

                                        I Have changed from Airtel to Vodafone thro` MNP ( thinking atleast we will be getting better coverage in vodafone. better than worst) on April. When i was getting the Sim, i complaint about poor coverage in Airtel and asked how would be the same in Vodafone in Kazhipatur ( my place - 603103) they said ( in Thoraipakam Vodafone store - right side from end 1st guy) we have good coverage in your area nd all, even if not raise a complaint we will resolve u like that. On third day, i have raised a complaint in customer care for poor Internet connectivity and signal coverage in sholinganalur( place where i work) and in kazhipatur also. But no proper response after that too. Got exhausted and realised it is worst of the worst ( Airtel) .

                                        Today[protected], i faced more connectivity issue, so i called CCare again and one guy from Mobile data dept asked to do some steps . Then he asked me my area pin code and when i told he replied that they are not providing coverage to kazhipatur area. I have been cheating these days like mobile is having issues ( using iphone 5s) and i checked apple centers and tehy said no issues with handset. 4 months - i paid all the bills.

                                        very pathetic we are. we pay amount but not getting services properly. i already raised many complaints in this forum but yet to get a solution to those.
                                        Again with the hope, submitting one more.
