I am retailer of vodafone service last 6 years. My shop name is persona. My monthly average selling is more than Rs.60, 000.00. I am also avaling M Paisa service facility. I have requested the company to increase my M Paisa Credit limit 3 months ago. But they are not shown any interest regarding my request till date. Hence i have been facing problem in providing better service to vodafone customers. If they are not increasing my M Paisa credit limit, then I have to move other company for the same facilities. I hope they will be solve my issues as soon as possible.

    I am ashutosh shukla m. No [protected] using your network last 5 years. Some economical problems i change my post past paid to prepaid. On 12 august i was visited your sapru marg vodafhone stor. There was meet miss preeti. Shewas told me your rearmament is forwarded and in 48 hours a call far clarification then you come to me with one photo and id. But after today 15 sept no call to me. Today see is teling me you should port. And its your responsibility why r u not come agen. Then see is convert my nom in pree paid and deposit 1073 rs balance. See told me in balance next 2 days rent post paid then in 48 hours your prepaid no. Is working but in evening my post paid no is cut and a massage in 2 hours your pre paid no is working.
    1. Why charge 2 days rent post paid, if charge why cut no.
    2 why one month log call is come to me.
    3 if cut my post paid no why not working my prepaid no
    4 why see is telling you port anther network.

    I am using your network faithfully but your oppression is very bad pls give answer my questions.

      As per TRAI notification I sent message 'STOP' to 1925 to deactivate the data usage on expiry of data, But Vodafone removed my data pack of 800 mb instead of giving the privilege of stopping unnecessary usage of data after expiry.

      On verbal complaint on their toll free no. 198 customer care personnel refused to accept the TRAI rule and said that we are not bound of TRAI Rules and this is in our company's policy to remove data on receiving the message of STOP (to 1925)

        Dear Sir,

        My Mobile no. is [protected].

        I have internet connectivity issue at my home. I have activate 2g plan of Vodafone in the month of June 2016. But at home very slow internet speed received. The speed is slow as 2 to 3 KBPS from day one. I have made number of complains about the same in Vodafone customer care, but no solution received till date.

        I request to provide some solution for the same.

          Myself Amol Mohol, I had given application at your Karad, Satara office for cconversion of prepaid no. to postpaid. The mobile no.[protected] has been converted but the status of which is blocked due to address verification.
          I have call your store manager Mr.Atul [protected] almost 10-20 times but no positive response received. The application was given on 22.08.16 why so much time is required for this.
          Requesting you to do the needful asap & activate my no.[protected] urgently.

            Hello,
            I am using Vodafone service from last five years. I took a new corporate number in June 2016. I got a bill in July end that mention a number unknown to me that was actually a kind of special number service that I have never used. I have requested many times to Vodafone people that this is wrongly charged and requesting them to revert the charges. Vodafone executives and recovery team executives are torturing me and they are misbehaving on regular basis. I wrote to appellate Vodafone Karnataka region regarding this issue, but after that also they are not able to listen me. I am getting the call from Vodafone on daily basis. I have written so many mails to higher officials, but all in vain. on this forum also, there are lot of complaints that Vodafone is charging 51717 special services charges. I my bill 90:10 mins and 86:10 mins are mention for those the charged amount is 1260 & 1204. the similar query is mentioned on this consumer forum. When I sent the screen shot of those complaints with my bill copy, The talk time on those complaints are exactly similar to my bill talk time also, even seconds are also matching. how can it be possible, this is not a coincidence. Vodafone is not listening to me. I request you to please lodge a complain again Vodafone.

I have requested many times to Vodafone people that this is wrongly charged and requesting them to revert the charges.               I have been told that I called on 51717*8 and talked for 90 minutes for which the total unbilled amount of rs 1260 is due on my part. I never dialled such number and it is highly unlikely that it gets dialled by chance. As I can see on this forum, a number of people have faced the same problem, so I am sharing my complaint also. I am going to raise this issue in consumer court if not rectified by vodafone. I expect you all to support me in this fight against false billing.

              I went to Vodafone store and told their executive about the issue, he helped me resolving my issue, so i suggest that one should visit respective mobile store than talking to tele-caller executives.

                My Name is Amit and my number is [protected]. I want to say that I am very frosted with Vodafone. I feel it’s a big mistake to choose this service. Such a kind of pathetic service making me irate and beggar for my rights. Sometimes I think should go to consumer court or port the number. I don’t have time to always arguing knowledge less and unskilled customer care agents.
                1. I am paying bills without reviving bill.

                2. Barred outgoing and internet frequently.

                3. No one assisting after raised complaint in incoming calls or outgoing calls so many time .

                4. So many disturbances in network.

                5. Calls drop very frequently.

                6. Request again and again but agents are not entertained.

                7. Unwanted service activated automatic and need to pay. I am getting bills so not able to check.

                8. Bagging for waiver and every times.

                9. But not getting genuine waiver after promise.

                I am dam sure this email won’t be useful for me. And issue won’t be resolved so I requested for PORT my number. Every time I promised from Vodafone employees.

                  Have been facing Vodafone signals issues, network is intermittent in my apartment Phone displays No Service and have to move around in order to get signals. Signals goes on and off in this particular area. In some of the places it shows completely No Service.                     These thieves, and frauds, filling their pockets by stealing from their own customers. Some 35rs have been deducted from my account without my consent. Against some vas " fonemasti". These frauds are worse than anyone's imagination, as they are not even deactivating this vas. They would even sell their mother, if they got a good price. I want my money back, its hard earned, not stolen, which u thugs do.

                    Vodafone is cheater company, they always extra charge for internel without your knowledge...plz don't use this foreign company [censored]ing service...
                    Still trying to deduct money out of my recharge but now I do unlimited option so they can't steal our money. One of the worst services ever.

                        Vodafone activated silk pack activation without my permission and deducted Rs 99/- from my balance. When I lodged complaint on number 198. I was told to block pop ups. And told me the amount will not be refunded . I checked settings, pop ups were already blocked. Hence I was cheated. My phone number is [protected].

                          Their collection team is sending me the notices saying that they would take legal action against me. I have already made the payment for the services which i consumed till end of the june 2016. But still vodafone charged me for july aug month and put some additional charges including the services taxes, late payment fee on the bill of the month during which my sim card not at all active. As i am currently out of india, they are forcing me to reply them again and again.

                          I know i faced vodafone in past as well and they are the worse service providers in india - as per my personal experience. Because i have been communicating them regarding closure of my services still they took time to close it..

                          When i was in delhi their network was really bad that point of time as well they dint solve the problem.

                          Now what i want finally from them is that they can atleast do not ask me after the june charges which i dint not use. I get my connection closed after june still they are charging around 400/- which cost me my bill amount to 1100/-.

                          I have paid them 700/- already. Now i am unable to pay this 400/- which they charged unnecessary.

                          Please see the screenshot as well, I already paid them -vodafone the remaining amount as well which was not supposed to be paid as i never used services during that period.I am going to raise a complaint against them in the consumer forum as well.

                            This is the worst mobile network with the highest possible charges for internet, calling, international and std calls. Pathetic customer service laughable attitude of store workers in jb nagar store (I'm calling them workers not executives cause that's what they are like workers lifting heavy weights i'm sure workers will be insulted by this cause even they are better than these people) first thing they do is to try everything possible that you get a postpaid connection and then the patheticness goes to the highest level and network and data connection falls to the lowest level. This network needs to be kicked out of india for good.

                              I am budhram mobile no. [protected]. Getting worst service ever by vodafone and customer care executives are also have poor talking sense. I was requested for mnp from vodafone to airtel on 9th september'2016 and i got sms from voda that your application is approved for mnp. We will shortly communicate the date and time for the same. I was also paid my all outstanding and current outstanding is rs. -82.00. And today i. E. 14th september'2016 i got and sms, which is saying that your application rejected due to not clear outstanding. How is it possible.

                              After all this i called to their customer care for getting solution. But they are talking rubbish. They dropped my call and asking for mnp again they are offering different offer to me for retaining. When i asked them to do something for my rejected application. They simply said to me, go to airtel store and apply again for mnp. It is some kind of joke for me. I have to take special off from the office, than i will go to airtel store again and apply the mnp again. They are doing harrasment of their customer on regular basis.

                                I have recently ported from Idea Cellular to Vodafone owing to new RED plan for Corporate. I get 2500 minutes and 4GB Data under this plan.

                                However, from day 1 there has been number of issues that have been happening:
                                I am located to Magarpatta city, Cybercity, Pune and never been able to connect to Internet properly. I have raised complain on 23/08 - number[protected] for this issue and was assured for action. This ticket was closed by Team without resolution on 29/08 and i had contacted the team again to rectify when they raised another ticket.[protected] which is open until now.
                                So far no resolution has been given and i cannot even connect to basic 2G services while being in office.
                                Today the internet again was fully down when i called to the customer who kept me waiting for around 30 minutes and finally after too much struggle says it may take 5-6 months before this will be resolved.

                                While selling much assurance was given to me for the coverage and network which is totally false. I asked for porting and i have been said that i cannot port my number until 90 days leaving me to bottle neck situation.

                                I am highly frustrated in this record seeing no resolution as well as extreme poor response in terms of care from the company where there is no process nor any assistance available to customers.

                                Please help me with this !!

                                  Unfortunately, none of this happened in my case. My 4+ years old prepaid mobile number [protected] has been been issued to someone else.

                                  The prepaid mobile number has been with me for the last 4+ years. The number was active until July 28, 2016, when I suddenly lost network and got a SIM registration failed message.

                                  After the unfortunate happened, its been emails and phone calls to Vodafone, from Customer Support to the Nodal Office.

                                  Nothing so far.

                                      I have an vodaphone mobile number – [protected] from 1990 past 15 years. I go to outside march 2016 to 10 september 2016 and when i came back september 13 when i in rajasthan, my sim card was not working. So a friend of mine went to vodaphone office in my city and they said that on submitting a copy of same id with which i purchased the sim, they will start the services on my number again. I went with the document with which i purchased the sim to the vodaphone store - 'sujangarh vodaphone mini store near hdfc bank, station road, sujangarh then, they said that the sim card will be put on re-provisioning and so i can even submit another id proof. So i submitted my voter id's copy along with a photograph. The persion sitting there - said that i can come in 3-4 days. I went to their office today and now they say that my number is already been allotted to another person and is in process. This is so unfair as i have that number of mine linked to all my bank accounts, gas, aadhaar card and every other document of mine. I am in final year of five year law degree and aware of all the legal things. So i will go to consumer court and file a suit against vodaphone if they don't start my number. My currene no is [protected]

                                        For one of my Vodafone postpaid number I have received large bill this month. Most of the bill due to value added services which I have not requested. They not even want to hear that this problem is due to their system fault. According to customer care it is because of clicking in ads while browsing internet. I checked my bill carefully and what I have found the time when those things were subscribed in my number, there was no internet usage mentioned in the bill. My outgoing call and internet is blocked from last 4 days though the last to pay the bill is 19th September.
