    Vodafone cut main balance o[censored]sing data-pack but i still have reaming 3 mb data pack.

    Call center executive have wrong information when i tell about data pack plane, refused said there is not such data pack.

    But *111# showing daily bonus card rs. 5 (20 mb)
    *111*6*2# showing remaining data balance (3 mb)

    But they cut balnce from main account and not refunding

    I want complain about
    1. Refund

      I am a regular user of vodafone. I made a recharge of rs. 26 for reducing the call rates to 30 paisa per min from my phone on 13 august, 2016. My balance got deducted but my recharge has not been made. Now vodafone is charging me at maximum call rates. Half of my balance got reduced just because of this. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible. I will appreciate it.

          Suddenly on 12/08/16, when bill summary was received on my mobile through sms, i came to know that on 09/08/16, a data pack of rs 1599 has been activated on my mobile. I would like to apprise you that this pack has not been activated by me nor i have done any sms to activate this type of pack. You are requested to waive off this amount from my bill.

              As i buy vodafone on nov 2015 200mint free every time i get only 180 190 mint free only, b4 2month ago i opted for internet plan now they charger me twice monthly rental. I have 2gb free data even use of data only minimum 500mb or maximum 1gb they are charging me internet charges on every bill.

              I have to check every time i worn them for this but they do again n again what i have to do i fedup with this so i pt complaint from them.

              Bcoz if i charge for the same who are not check their bill they also charge and vodafone earn extra money like this. If one bill give them 20 or 30rs extra so they have huge customer with them. If they are doing with 300 cuts means they are earing extra 9000rs per month with 300 customer only

                Sir, my mob. No. Is[protected]. Vas chak de fatte &juiceup pack has been activated on this no. &rs35 and rs7respectively has been fraudulently deducted frm balance without my explicit consent. Such things are happening with vodafone consumers time and again violating trai guideline. Mobile self-service is useless & trying to call customer care is tiring. Iwant to deactivate all vas's & get my money back. Thanks.

                    I have been frauded by univercell telesolution pvt ltd. They had taken 13000/- from me for installation 4g vodafone tower on my lamd. They told me that after paying that amount they would sent me 20, 000, 00/- within 24h. But still now no amount has been sent to me. Now they are asking 1000/- for bank processing charge. I want to cancle my file and get back my money but they told me to pay 3000/- for canclelation charge. Thus they are frauding me continuously. Now i am very helpless. Please help me. But suddenly you have deducted rs.35/- the said service charges and also activated the service but i have already been send sms to 155223 for deactivated the service and same also been deactivated. But charges rs.35/- is not yet returned. Please see the matter and refund the same as early as possible. Thanks

                        I request vodafone customer care to immediately refund the amount and make sure that there is a confirm mechanism before activation of any services.

                        Vodafone has still not initiated any refund for the service that was activated in this complaint, and now again i recieve "Hello! Deals Pack Weekly service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 3 days rental of Rs.15 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.3.61.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."

                        I insist vodafone to adopt a confirm service activation mechanism and immediately refund such deductions

                          Rs. 140 balance was deducted from my sim card. The customer care people is telling i called on the number 51717*0 which i never called. I recharged with the balance of Rs. 550 and now my balance is Rs. 391. It's not at all cool and it's harrassment. They are saying i called on night at 11:30 pm, which is impossible as i sleep early and my phone is always in locked mode, and i never heard of this never ever before in my life.

                              I have recently ported my number to vodafone.I have taken corporate plan .
                              And they have charged around 2000 in july for talkng on 51717 and 1500 in august for same number. Vodafone definitely have to look into this.I have dropped email to them and waiting for their response.In July their executive explained that you have called to this number to get cricket or astrology information. But I have never taken these information.

                                  I have done the recharge of 28 and 39 for the months July and August.

                                  1. For 28 Plan I was received a message saying 28 days validity, but after recharge only 14 days validity received.

                                  2. For 39 Plan I was received a message saying 25 p/min for first 300 STD calls and there after 35 p/m, but after recharge they are charging 30 p/m constantly.

                                  If I contact Vodafone customer care, They do not that type of package and no message sent from them.

                                    I would like to say my bad experience in vodafone service,
                                    I am working in hindustan unilever limited, i am third party employee, i like to take one cug vodafone connection in my office, i enquired the same i got mr. Selva number from one of my colleque, i called on 10th aug afternoon to selva regarding get one cug new postpaid connection, he says i come and collect the document on that day eveg before 6pm, i expecting the same for that day he won’t come, he says i can’t able to come today evening, tomorrow 11th aug, i want to go ponneri i can’t able to come to your office, if you possible please send the scan copy of your documents, which is dl, pan card, and office id in the morning, i delivered the sim card in your home (Ambathur), and i conform number through mobile while the sim got activated that day night itself, i scan my documents and sent to his mail id (Attached for your reference), i again called in afternoon for conforming the sim deliver to my house, he said mail received, i come to your office and give the sim card, instead of that he come and give the sim card that day eveg 11th aug, sim no:[protected] he said number i conforming through phone around 8pm activation done on today itself conformation sms it go to your another alternate contact number, he called around 8 pm and give new number of vodofone which is [protected], he said this number got activated within one hour, but my number not activated that day, after one hour i called to selva and ask “why my number has not activated still” he said your caf has got rejected due to back side emp id missing, if you send now i will activated otherwise tomarrow 12th aug we have a camp in your office (Hul) my team leader saravanan is there please hand over your back side of id card i will activated tomorrow night only, i take a back side scan copy of my emp id and meet mr, saravnana and give it and told that conversation, he said this back side copy not acceptable because your are third party employee you need a connection please get the request in hul letter pad, i accept the same and get the letter pad request form my admin and give it to saravanan and selva i ask again to him, when is my number got activated, he said conform today night around 8pm your number got activated, i wait for still 8pm my number not activated, i called again selva i ask “why my number not activated still” he said your letter got rejected, some mistakes is there hence your request letter got rejected, i ask what is the way for my number activation, he said if you don’t want the cug i will activated tomarrow night, i accept ok i don’t the cug connected just i want one postpaid connection he said ok tomorrow that is (13th aug) around before 8pm your number got activated……….

                                    Today 16th aug still my number not activated…..

                                    Dear team, please help me what is the correct process for get one new connection and when it will activated….

                                      This dirty technique of automatically subscribing users to various packs that nobody in their clear conscious would get if the customer visits websites that they feel reluctant in disclosing to the public, especially porn sites, is not something new.
                                      As it is very cheap and is highly unethical and unprofessional, since nobody complaints, it will never come to light.
                                      I got a message today stating "as per my request", i'm subscribed to a "super model pack" and rs. 90 was deducted for it, which i didn't asked for.
                                      If called, the vodafone customer care rejects all your requests for a refund and "advices" to stay away from such sites.
                                      What a disgusting scheme is this for the company you are, vodafone?
                                      Why don't you guys just get on the street and start looting every pedestrian which is kind of the same deal with this dirty subscription scheme. Or should i use the word scam?
                                      I hope this complaint reaches the right desk.

                                        I am a vodafone customer for the last 6 plus years. Even though i faced multiple issues during this tenure vodafone was good enough to address those in a fair manner, which had kept me a vodafone customer till what happened yesterday (14-aug-2016).

                                        I was traveling to europe for two weeks. From my previous experiences in vodafone i thought it would be better to take an international roaming package as it would be cheaper and better. I needed the phone coverage at all times as my parents are aged and would contact me over phone only as they are not much used to internet and whatsapp. So i had called up the vodafone customer service two days before my trip (04-aug). As per the conversation i decided to activate a rs.3500 roaming package. For this i was told that it would cover the entire europe and would be valid for 10 days. Also i would get unlimited incoming calls free and 1 gb data also free. (Have the call recorded on my phone) i had asked to activate it from aug 06 and it was active as per the conversation by 06 aug when i reached europe. Even though i had 1 gb data free, i took at most care and turned on the data only when it was highly required. I am sure i did not use more than 300 mbs of data as at most places wifi was available.in-between i had called the customer service if the roaming package is properly activated and they had confirmed same.
                                        However yesterday (14-aug-2016) morning i woke up to find that my phone had no coverage. I thought as a temporary problem and waited for some time to get it fixed. Since it was not fixed after some time, i tried logging into my vodafone account so that i can contact customer service.in the vodafone account i was stunned by the below value
                                        Unbilled amount : rs.25584/- (Totally unexpected. I cannot understand why i have this big amount as i had package active. I doubt whether i had taken the package to increase the roaming rates)
                                        What happened after this was also quite interesting. I tried contacting the customer service via chat option available from browser through wifi. The customer service representative told me that my number was barred. My number will be debarred only if clear the above amount. I asked him why that much amount was billed. He said he do not have any details for that. What a wonderful customer service.
                                        I relied and believed on vodafone and now i am in europe without any coverage and contact. Keep up your great service vodafone. I am forced to take an international connection from europe to talk to my parents. Once i am back home first thing i need to do is to get a good connection from a reliable service provider. I will also try my max to do what i can do with the existing consumer complaint system with the details i have.
