Took a Vodafone postpaid number in July with a corporate plan, internet worked fine for a week and then stopped working, raised a complaint with Vodafone in July itself, was told that will get a call from complaint team by 1st August, 1 call missed, called back and told that u can't call back, kindly wait for call.no correspondence heard, told to wait till end of September for issue to be resolved.
And bill getting generated without...

I'm making complaint from Sombaria a small area Sikkim, I have made several phone calls to Vodafone employee and have been giving excuses, we have had network reception and because of it our net balance has completely been wasted, we anticipate your help...

I have been using E 3G CONNECT corporate plan of 299/- rental. I was getting proper bill till June month.I.got a bill for the month of July which shows rental of 349/- i have not communicated to this before. I will not pay this bill. Please correct it and send the proper bill. This is the bad and very unprofessional thing Vodafone is doing with it's customers....

They charge me Rs. 532 + tax on the name of special call 51717, makes my billing amount Rs.1075 ... although ... normally my monthly bill usage in between Rs. 300 - 400.

I am yousing vodafon postpaid sim 3 to 4 month later.

I have been paying monthly for data plans on my mobile. However it does not work until and unless I restart my phone .I have filed a complaint several times( at least 5 times on phone / message etc. latest follow up date: 10 August 2016) However whenever I follow up they just tell me that the complaint is registered. But do nothing about it. I have been suffering with this network since 6 months now. There is no mobile data network almost...

Vodafone keeps deducting data charges even when mobile data hasn't been turned on and my phone is using WiFi. I've attached proof herewith. They keep deducting my balance in small amounts thinking it would go unnoticed. This is a regular doing I've ignored it many times as the amount is small, but ultimately it builds up. Moreover despite activating and I keep getting promotional messages.
This is height of fraud and treachery....

I am a resident of Laxmi Nagar ( east Delhi). I have Vodafone connection and I am using it since last five years. The problem I am facing is that my number is always unreachable whenever I am at home. Whenever anyone calls either it says the number is out of reach or it is switched off. This causes a lot of troubles as many important calls automatically get ignored. There are no mobile towers even on the top floor. What should I do? Should...

One of nodal officer mr sankalp was dealing with me for activation of my number [protected]. This number is not activated from last 15 days.
Assured to resolve my problem in 15 min, i had put a mail too on nodal delhi but they are even not replying.

Such a poor service from vodafone.

Can anyone give me ph number of ceo of vodafone.

From last 20 days i have this network fluctuating issue and data got disconnected and i had lodged complaints before a week complaint no. [protected]. Sometimes network also showing emergency calls only. So during the fluctuation it got out of the reach
Please look into this matter and resolve the network and data disconnection issue.

On 2nd august your exec. Came to me regarding vodafone post-paid connection (Port from airtel to vodafone), when you representative visited us, he assured that the number will start after a week, almost 10 days gone, but i haven’t reaceived any confirmation from you people...

So what should i expect now, will carry on with airtel / vodafone

We took a corporate connection two years ago.in which we had taken around 10 connection. 6 months ago a employee came to us and we allotted him a connection (contact no.:[protected]) in our corporate connection. three months ago he left the job and disappeared and we reported the same to vadafone. the bill dues to that no was around rs. 16, 000/-. then we contacted to customer care for the same and they waived off some sum. and bill reduced...

I m using vodafone mobile.number [protected].

From last 3 months I m charged with unneccesary charges of games without any prior information which are never activated by me. I have called to customer care several times but they are denying for charge reversal. At the same time sim card cancellation request was processed imediately but no steps were taken for charges reversal. The name of executive to whom i talked was Chetan...

I have a connection of Vodafone no. [protected] but due to some other line dispute you are suspended my line.
I have already asked to disconnect my line also you said line will be disconnect within 04/07/2016 ( mailed by you dt- 25/06/2016 (Service Reg no.[protected]

Resolve the issue immediately without harassing customer....

This is very unfortunate that since may 2016 i am being a customer of vodafone service. Before it was a postpaid service sim only for three months of the scheme of rs. 340 (minimum). But on the dated 10.08.2016 i received a message from vodafone that my postpaid bill is overdue with rs.238.90, where as my payment was cleared and after that they gave me another sim for prepaid on this number. i feel very harrased from vodafone. please sir...
