I activated my Mobile no.[protected] through MNP to Vodafone..I got activated on 12/7/2016. I was wrongly charged for the Internet pack in the bill dt:18/7/2016, which i did not opt for. The same was waived off (EXCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE of 15%).On calling the customer care they charge Rs0.50 for 3 min. The same charge was levied again for the current bill dt:-18/8/2016..So again I have to talk to the Customer care and pay money for the mistakes of Vodafone...and why the service charge not waived off every time. Vodafone is cheating Indian people. Its an appeal to all the citizens to check their bill carefully

    Vodafone activated some service called game club and deducted rs 35 (For 7 days) from my phone balance. Upon calling customercare the person told me that i must have clicked on link to activate it and they cant do anything for it. I requested them to deactivate it but vodafone is cheating consumers by activating these type of services without customer knowledge and making millions.

      I have already written to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com dated 10th august 2016, regarding deactivation of my postpaid number [protected].
      But i haven't heard anything yet.

      Kindly help in deactivating the number as soon as possible. I don't want to keep paying bill unnecessarily.

      I am currently not residing in india. So i do not need this number henceforth.

          Hi

          Despite several complaints, the network provided by vodafone is not in place. Most if the times my phone is out of reach. Whether at home, at office or while travelling. The call drop number is huge. What should i do incase of an emergency when i cant even use my cell phone, coz i am using this sick vodafone network.

          I have posted many complaints previously as well but they dont seem to care for the customers.

          I recharged with Prepaid Vodafone3G. The speed is extremely slow. Even opening google.Co in is taking lot of time.I am really disappointed with Vodafone 3g

            Vodafone is deducting frequently some amount of 50 to 100 rs. without my authorisation. This is not fair.

              Hi,
              My number is [protected]. I received the following message "hello! Fab zone videos service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 5 days rental of rs.25 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.5.306. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). To visit the page click on www.myfabzone.com/entertainment/", and i am so pissed. How many times voda india had to scam their subscribers. I did not request or activate any service on my number yet voda india would deduct my balance someway or the other on the pretext of providing service not requested. Please inform voda if such scams are continued which i believe they will, there will be a campaign to stop voda in india.
              I want my refund and apologies for wasting my time and money.

                From last 6 months, vodafone india is sending the bill for some other number (Mobile:97xxxxxx81 (Account no:[protected] to my email address.
                Every time i complaint, i get a response that the necessary rectification is done and i won't get any such emails in the future but bang, there it comes next month.
                I have been telling them this every time but no action is being taken and just get a plain reply that it is done. But the fact is that they don't do anything and just give a standard reply.
                Such a pathetic service from a multinational brand. Shame on vodafone and shame on those shameless customer care people.

                  My numbers [protected] and [protected] has been barred by vodafone india on august 21, 2016 in morning. I talked to customer care executive and he told me my numbers has been barred. I would like to mention there is no due amount for my numbers. And i always pay bills in advance. Its still not activated after 5 hours after i complained about it. I will go to consumer court and see you all people there. Its too much to furstrate a consumer like this. You people cant do anything about it. Your executive said it will take 24 hours. How can it take 24 hours? Is it my fault. Or did i not pay the bill so it will take 24 hours. It doenst even take 24 hours for reactivation of a barred connection which is barred cz of non-payment of bills. And i paid all my bills but still suffering from it. I think you people should be sent out of india for cheating innocense peoples.

                    This is with reference to complaint against vodafone coy which has been charged me wrong amount to pay rs 3000.

                    I was using [protected] mobile no where as i was continuing paying their bill for the past 6 months. Suddenly they hike my fill from rs 500 to rs 3000 i have made complaint against them but they did not listen on my complaint in fact they oppositely sent me a legal notice in my mail as well as my home. You are requested to please tell them to reconsider the bill and reduce the amount of bill which is genuine where as i can able to pay

                      I want to inform/complaint you that i'm using a number "[protected]" which is prepaid running and active as a personel number and which was replaced by vodafone india ltd. at vodafone store kanpur (up) without any notice or i can that without my permission and they sell my no. to anyother person by converting it into as a new postpaid no. on 26th july 2016. before this date i was using my number regularly.

                      So, i request you to kindly take an strict action on it and give my number back to me as soon as possible.

                        I visited the vodafone store borivali west thrice and waited for an hour for my token turn. To just make one request of activating data service on new postpaid number. My number is in special corporate plan so it couldn't be done over the phone by customer care team. So have to walk to store every time. Till date they haven't activated the services and every time have to make new request. And have to keep visiting till they get it done and every time waste an hour and more on it. Fed up with the service and response.

                          Usually i don't have the habit of text sms usage. But while checking my account within 15 day, it shows all usage allowances as per my plan utilized. I am sure i don't send a single text message. But it shows i used the all. My unbilled amount till 19 is 145 rs. I asked clarification about the issue in customer care, they told not possible to check account, until next bill generation date

                            Paid rs.111/- through internet banking to vodafone on 19.08.2016 towards recharge of prepaid connection of [protected] and as per bank statement the same was received by vodafone. But till now the above connection has not been recharged. I'm sorry that this sort of mistakes can happen with the vodafone company. It is requested that this matter be immediately taken into consideration by the competent authority and settled once for all by recharging the above connection.

                              Vodafone is using my premises for tower without my consent.in my absence and without informing me they have established their setup.
                              The said premises are at varor, dahanu. Dist-palghar.

                              I had rented my place to bsnl for period of 5 years from[protected]. As per agreement it was expected to revise agreement with increase in rent by 10% per annum, inspite of repeated requests there was no response from their end and so the next term agreement was not renewed. As per which bsnl do not have any rights to sublet my property in absence of valid agreement.

                              On other hand in 2015, it came to our notice that vodafone has installed their setup and are using our premises for which they have neither informed nor asked for consent. Neither is their any accountable person with whom we can communicate. After several attempts there is no response from bsnl authorities.

                              It is expected that vodafone vacate our premises or get into agreement with us.

                                I work in airports authority of india, although i don't use vodafone but one day they came to my organisation and offered me a corporate sim with some lucrative offers. When i bought the sim and first bill came, to my amazement it was just double of what they promised me to offer. I complained to the vendor but he told me to pay saying that it would be adjusted to the next bill and the next bill would be perfect, but the next bill was also erroneous. Then i refused to pay the bill as it was wrong bill and different from what i was promised. Now they are harassing me saying that they are making some court case against me and i will have to pay the fine also. I am an officer and i don't have time to go to consumer court. I want to convey this to others as how these foreign companies are making fool out o[censored]s and charging money inappropriately. My two vodafone numbers were [protected] and [protected]. My current number is [protected].

                                  I received email from [protected]@vodafone.com yesterday with a subject line welcome to vodafone_[protected] and subscription details of someone.
                                  I replied immediately saying i am not their customer & asking them to remove my email id from their email list.

                                  Today i get another message from vodafone. [protected]@vodafone.com saying welcome to vodafone.

                                  Why can't these multinational giants implement an email verificationa mechanism to confirm email address of their cutomers!

                                    मैं दीनदयाल अनुपगढ, जिला-श्रीगंगानगर का हु में वोडाफ़ोन पोस्टपेड श्रीगंगानगर की avcv टीम के साथ पिछले 7 माह से काम कर रहा हु मेरे हेड ऑफिसर श्री लालचंद जी जो की गंगानगर, और श्री विकास व्यास जी बीकानेर से हैं इस टीम के साथ में, मेरा काम संतोषजनक चल रहा है लेकिन सर मुझे मेरी सेलरी आज तक नही मिली जिस कारण में आर्थिक व् मानसिक रूप से परेशान चल रहा हु ? साहब सेलरी के लिए मेने कई बार उच्च अधिकारियो से मेने बात की लेकिन किसी ने संतोषजनक जवाब नही दिया ?

                                      I'm vodafone user for more than 3 years. But the services/offers are not as it was provided initially. I recharged rs.20 on 12th feb for offers of full talktime for 3 days. I got just rs.15. Also i'm charged even for blank calls. I called customer care, she assured me of refunding the amount and also providing complaint registered number but no response nor complaint registered number provided. They also had no courtesy of calling back. Anyways i don't wish to remain in vodafone anymore and will port very soon. The amount is small though but it is not the way to treat a customer. Neither good offers nor good service, no good network and very bad customer care assistance are all features of present vodafone.

                                        This complaint is regarding vodafone india where i am postpaid customer. I had raised a complaint on 13july 2016 but no one is least bother to reply & they reply as i am fool. What issue i am facing they doesn't understand. They are giving there own suggestions & i visited to kalyan store there also the same thing happen with me.
                                        Request you to please into this & i want now compensation on the current bill because from 1 month & 7 days i am following them but don't care for the same.
