I Have changed from Airtel to Vodafone thro` MNP ( thinking atleast we will be getting better coverage in vodafone. better than worst) on April. When i was getting the Sim, i complaint about poor coverage in Airtel and asked how would be the same in Vodafone in Kazhipatur ( my place - 603103) they said ( in Thoraipakam Vodafone store - right side from end 1st guy) we have good coverage in your area nd all, even if not raise a complaint we will resolve u like that. On third day, i have raised a complaint in customer care for poor Internet connectivity and signal coverage in sholinganalur( place where i work) and in kazhipatur also. But no proper response after that too. Got exhausted and realised it is worst of the worst ( Airtel) .

Today[protected], i faced more connectivity issue, so i called CCare again and one guy from Mobile data dept asked to do some steps . Then he asked me my area pin code and when i told he replied that they are not providing coverage to kazhipatur area. I have been cheating these days like mobile is having issues ( using iphone 5s) and i checked apple centers and tehy said no issues with handset. 4 months - i paid all the bills.

very pathetic we are. we pay amount but not getting services properly. i already raised many complaints in this forum but yet to get a solution to those.
Again with the hope, submitting one more.

    I received a bill of rs. 54531.76/- despite the international roaming was active on my phone.
    I filed a complaint and i got no response from the appellate authority for 2 months.
    The customer service first claimed that the international roaming pack was active and i was not using their partner network hence the bill shoot up to rs. 54531.76/-
    The services were barred.

    Later, i got a call from their collections team and they mentioned that the international roaming pack itself was not active. clearly they are contradicting their own statements.
    Their collections team offered me a discount of rs. 21000/- on the overall bill and they asked me to visit vodafone store to settle the case.

    I visited vodafone store and the manager asked me to pay the overall outstanding in order to start the services and the rs. 21000/- discount will be reversed and adjusted in the future bills.

    After paying the rs.54000/- mobile bill, vodafone now claims that they asked me to pay only rs 33000/- and they cannot reverse the bill now.

    How ridiculous this can get.

    While i was sitting at the vodafone store, the store manager showed me all the history of the conversation i had with vodafone and the discount of rs. 21000/- is clearly mentioned. i had personally seen their documents.

    How can they deny now? stating that i should not had paid the whole amount

    This is called cheating. i will now drag them to court.

      I keep getting sms from vodafone that some services have been activated. Inorder to stop the services i need to send sms to or call on particular number. I have two vodafone connections with me and i face issue with both of them. On asking customer care they tell me that its me who requested it so the services were activated - which is false.

      I do not and never have i asked for any gaming or other additional services. On top of it if i don't reply to sms within 24-48hrs, it becomes chargeable. I think its a cheap trick to make business and would like to highlight same for suitable action.

        I have deposited my whole bill amount of my postpaid number.. But from today i am not able to call any one (Computer is saying this facility is not available on your number) i think outgoing barring srvice is active on my number please
        Find the issue and help me becouse my buisness is on phone calls
        Loss per day (70000) or i will sue a complaint...

          I am mayur jamdade. Am use vodafone number [protected] regular 5 months. But today my outgoing is inactive so i call customer care they say due to my another number bill pending on [protected] so outgoing is off but i have problem with this details i all time remember i never purchase new vodafone connection to use for me and family and friends on my documents so why that number activation done without original documents checking and also address miss-match present so kindly provide help on this this.
          When i am asking for soft-copy of that number bill they never give me because security purpose but here i see your system fail to avoid to purchase card without original document so i need all details regarding this number [protected] to clear where is mistake happened and identify who is the real user of that card so kindly work on early.

                I activated my Mobile no.[protected] through MNP to Vodafone..I got activated on 12/7/2016. I was wrongly charged for the Internet pack in the bill dt:18/7/2016, which i did not opt for. The same was waived off (EXCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE of 15%).On calling the customer care they charge Rs0.50 for 3 min. The same charge was levied again for the current bill dt:-18/8/2016..So again I have to talk to the Customer care and pay money for the mistakes of Vodafone...and why the service charge not waived off every time. Vodafone is cheating Indian people. Its an appeal to all the citizens to check their bill carefully

                  Vodafone activated some service called game club and deducted rs 35 (For 7 days) from my phone balance. Upon calling customercare the person told me that i must have clicked on link to activate it and they cant do anything for it. I requested them to deactivate it but vodafone is cheating consumers by activating these type of services without customer knowledge and making millions.

                    I have already written to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com dated 10th august 2016, regarding deactivation of my postpaid number [protected].
                    But i haven't heard anything yet.

                    Kindly help in deactivating the number as soon as possible. I don't want to keep paying bill unnecessarily.

                    I am currently not residing in india. So i do not need this number henceforth.

                        Despite several complaints, the network provided by vodafone is not in place. Most if the times my phone is out of reach. Whether at home, at office or while travelling. The call drop number is huge. What should i do incase of an emergency when i cant even use my cell phone, coz i am using this sick vodafone network.

                        I have posted many complaints previously as well but they dont seem to care for the customers.

                        I recharged with Prepaid Vodafone3G. The speed is extremely slow. Even opening google.Co in is taking lot of time.I am really disappointed with Vodafone 3g

                          Vodafone is deducting frequently some amount of 50 to 100 rs. without my authorisation. This is not fair.

                            My number is [protected]. I received the following message "hello! Fab zone videos service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 5 days rental of rs.25 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.5.306. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). To visit the page click on www.myfabzone.com/entertainment/", and i am so pissed. How many times voda india had to scam their subscribers. I did not request or activate any service on my number yet voda india would deduct my balance someway or the other on the pretext of providing service not requested. Please inform voda if such scams are continued which i believe they will, there will be a campaign to stop voda in india.
                            I want my refund and apologies for wasting my time and money.

                              From last 6 months, vodafone india is sending the bill for some other number (Mobile:97xxxxxx81 (Account no:[protected] to my email address.
                              Every time i complaint, i get a response that the necessary rectification is done and i won't get any such emails in the future but bang, there it comes next month.
                              I have been telling them this every time but no action is being taken and just get a plain reply that it is done. But the fact is that they don't do anything and just give a standard reply.
                              Such a pathetic service from a multinational brand. Shame on vodafone and shame on those shameless customer care people.

                                My numbers [protected] and [protected] has been barred by vodafone india on august 21, 2016 in morning. I talked to customer care executive and he told me my numbers has been barred. I would like to mention there is no due amount for my numbers. And i always pay bills in advance. Its still not activated after 5 hours after i complained about it. I will go to consumer court and see you all people there. Its too much to furstrate a consumer like this. You people cant do anything about it. Your executive said it will take 24 hours. How can it take 24 hours? Is it my fault. Or did i not pay the bill so it will take 24 hours. It doenst even take 24 hours for reactivation of a barred connection which is barred cz of non-payment of bills. And i paid all my bills but still suffering from it. I think you people should be sent out of india for cheating innocense peoples.

                                  This is with reference to complaint against vodafone coy which has been charged me wrong amount to pay rs 3000.

                                  I was using [protected] mobile no where as i was continuing paying their bill for the past 6 months. Suddenly they hike my fill from rs 500 to rs 3000 i have made complaint against them but they did not listen on my complaint in fact they oppositely sent me a legal notice in my mail as well as my home. You are requested to please tell them to reconsider the bill and reduce the amount of bill which is genuine where as i can able to pay

                                    I'm rajveer saini from basti district (uttar pradesh) working as franchise of b. s. n. l at mehndawal, dist. santkabirnagar (up).

                                    I want to inform/complaint you that i'm using a number "[protected]" which is prepaid running and active as a personel number and which was replaced by vodafone india ltd. at vodafone store kanpur (up) without any notice or i can that without my permission and they sell my no. to anyother person by converting it into as a new postpaid no. on 26th july 2016. before this date i was using my number regularly.

                                    So, i request you to kindly take an strict action on it and give my number back to me as soon as possible.

                                      I visited the vodafone store borivali west thrice and waited for an hour for my token turn. To just make one request of activating data service on new postpaid number. My number is in special corporate plan so it couldn't be done over the phone by customer care team. So have to walk to store every time. Till date they haven't activated the services and every time have to make new request. And have to keep visiting till they get it done and every time waste an hour and more on it. Fed up with the service and response.

                                        Usually i don't have the habit of text sms usage. But while checking my account within 15 day, it shows all usage allowances as per my plan utilized. I am sure i don't send a single text message. But it shows i used the all. My unbilled amount till 19 is 145 rs. I asked clarification about the issue in customer care, they told not possible to check account, until next bill generation date
