I Have changed from Airtel to Vodafone thro` MNP ( thinking atleast we will be getting better coverage in vodafone. better than worst) on April. When i was getting the Sim, i complaint about poor coverage in Airtel and asked how would be the same in Vodafone in Kazhipatur ( my place - 603103) they said ( in Thoraipakam Vodafone store - right side from end 1st guy) we have good coverage in your area nd all, even if not raise a complaint we will resolve u like that. On third day, i have raised a complaint in customer care for poor Internet connectivity and signal coverage in sholinganalur( place where i work) and in kazhipatur also. But no proper response after that too. Got exhausted and realised it is worst of the worst ( Airtel) .
Today[protected], i faced more connectivity issue, so i called CCare again and one guy from Mobile data dept asked to do some steps . Then he asked me my area pin code and when i told he replied that they are not providing coverage to kazhipatur area. I have been cheating these days like mobile is having issues ( using iphone 5s) and i checked apple centers and tehy said no issues with handset. 4 months - i paid all the bills.
very pathetic we are. we pay amount but not getting services properly. i already raised many complaints in this forum but yet to get a solution to those.
Again with the hope, submitting one more.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
