Hi nodal officer,

A gentle reminder!

I did not got any response from customer care. Can you please look into it asap?
I have been charged rs 135/- on dated 19 th aug-2016 which i did not even called the [protected] number (I had not called nor call recew then how it would be possible.)

Pls transfer the balance return otherwise i will change my number to other tele services today itself.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I Got Call From # [protected] and told calling from Consumer Complains and Asking for Bank Account Details. is the call really from indian Consumer Complaints forum when i had Call back on number its Going to ICICI Bank Customer Care .

Pls Confirmed the Fact.

      Dear Sir'
      My name is Arvind Tiwari . My vodafone mobile no is -[protected] . There is twice for the sake of service activation 35 Rs. has been deducted in last two months .

      on 19th Aug'16 when I called to vodafone customer care at 199 about my concern that I didnt activated any service and unnecessary deduction than their representative ensure me that deduction shall be credited to your mobile no, within 30 minutes . However, even after 2 hrs it is not credited than I again called to 199 than the next representative told that we are unable to process credit of confirmation .

      It is just like that it is in their policy to deduct money from consumer since, for talking to customer care also about they charged rs. 50 paise per 3 minute .

      Request you to kindly help me to recove my deduction .

Is [protected].it is Vodafone connection but your service is looting me is a systematic way in which my balance is deducting day by day .before yesterday, yesterday.and today your services deducted my balance ₹ 45, ₹45 and ₹ 50 in which only ₹ 45 was refunded but yesterday and today balance ₹ 45 and ₹ 50 was not refunded.i called all types of your customers care services but they are not responding.so I decided to complaint you so kindly attention my query .otherwise I have to keep no balance in my mobiles or switch to another network.and wake up your administration staff to this type problem this is my last internet recharge on your network and will have only ₹ 10 for emergency that is due to your kindly service.I am not billionaire to provide you daily bucks thanks I am waiting your reply.solution will make me happy your frustrated customer

            Dear Concern,

            I am using Vodafone postpaid mobile No.([protected]) since 2007 and i have never delayed the payment etc and giving average 1500 Rs per month to vodafone.

            I have raised a complaint to vodafone in june that there are extra charges of internet pack charged in my bill from last two months without my information . After so many discussion vodafone send me a mail regarding reversal of 2300 Rs. and i have paid the all dues apart from reversal .when i paid the dues then they called me your reversal has been revoked and stoped my services .

            So i want justice and reversal with reactive the services asap otherwise i have to go in legal.

                  Kindly show me any other plan than Rs. 99/- for ARVIND.

                  I still am amazed and fail to understand how you guys are unable to understand a simple problem.

                  I want Rs. 99/- rental plan which has Rs. 0.5/- per min STD calling; which I’m unable to get after all the ordeal. In all my mails, I’m stating the same thing and every other executive of yours fails to understand the same.

                  If this time you’re unable to understand my problem, kindly escalate my case to your top management and let me have a word with them.

                  As per your attachment in the previous mail, the plan itself states for BSNL Basant Bahar, while I’ve enrolled in Arvind CUG scheme and I am asking the same since long but there is no one to listen to my ordeal. I request you to look into the attached file ‘cug.pdf’ of my company and enrol the said no in that scheme so that I can avail Rs. 0.5/- per min and kindly reverse all the extra charges due to pathetic customer care relationship from Mr. Vikram Purohit who has claimed different plan against my request. As I have stated in an earlier mail that I am requesting to look into this issue since almost a year now but nobody was to address this unless I mailed to this id.

                  This is in regards to the subscription I had since Sep 2015 by porting to Vodafone from Reliance. I had joined Arvind and had ported my number to Vodafone from Reliance. Looking at the employee CUG scheme (attached herewith) I had ported my wife’s number too so that we can avail the same. However, as my wife (mobile no [protected]) has major calling to outside Gujarat circle, I had chosen plan of monthly rental Rs. 99/- in which STD calling was only Rs. 0.5/- per min. Every month, while receiving the bill, I was surprised that the charge taken for all STD calls are not as per commitment done to me in the brochure attached. The Vodafone representatives Mr. Vikram Purohit and Mr. Yogesh Patel kept on requesting me that the same shall be reversed in the next cycle and will be updated and to my patience, I kept on trusting them. Almost a year has gone by and I’m still not getting a proper answer. Today, Ms. Bhumi has given me the proper guidance to where this should be addressed and I seek reversal and proper direction to my queries else, I will have no option but to escalate the matter to consumer court.
                  I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                      As per vodafone executive convince i had port in vodafone network from idea network to vodafone network 4g & my number [protected] activated dt-23.07.2016, from dt-23.07.2016 to till date i am facing net work problem & also i have complain registration in vodafone dt-24.07.2016 registration complain no[protected] time-04:34 pm & as per sms they update that they will respond me dt-29.07.2016 time -06:00 pm. When i call to vodafone executive.
                      Vodafone executive confirm me it is under process we will update you after dt-20.09.2016. Now i am suffering the problems for out going & incoming call.

                      I request to you pls do the needful for the same

                      I had Complaints Regarding Vodafone Network is not found in my Leaving Area, The Vodafone Team had update me that this Issue will be Close Dt-20.09.2016 . when i call to Vodafone team again they are update that It will be Resolve Dt-20.10.2016, I am facing phone call in my Postpaid sim & Still I did not get Support from your site, Pls Confirm me can I get Support from your site & I want to discuses with you pls call ...

                          Inspite of bill payment on due date on 29th july 2016 transaction id[protected] for rs 950 mobile phone having vodafone service provider has been deactivated for past 1 week inspite of mails to customer care, bill payment complaints and various addreses were suggested to make complaints and at least 25 calls to various call centres to address the issue did not recieve a single response as of now only reply thru sms 1 standard reply your complaint registered no — we will get back to you in 3 days. Require urgently solution to this problem at the time of making urgent calls family member serious in hospital my mobile no [protected] has been deactivated inspite of timely payment helpless what i need to do.

                              While porting i was said that in plan of 375 i will be getting lifetime 200 discount. But suddenly from last 2 month they removed the discount and charging full amount in my bill. When i asked there representative over call about the same, they are saying that might be sales team have removed the discount she don't know.
                              Such a big telecom company cheating people with fake discounting plan just to increase there user and then suddenly making us helpless by saying that they can't help in this regard.
                              Hame on vodafone.
                              I will raise my voice against this act on all the forum.

                                Hi,

                                I have ported my mobile no. [protected] from airtel to vodafone 2 months back.
                                I received message from vodafone stating i have not cleared my previous network provider bill on aug 4th 2016, and on aug 5th 2016 i shared all the payment details with vodafone through email.

                                On regular basis i checked with vodafone on the complain status, but i didn't received any resolution.

                                On dated 17th aug 2016 my outgoing calls has been barred, and now neither i can make calls nor use the internet.

                                Request you for your help in the concerned issue, and help me to let the company realize that customers are not puppet in their hand.

                                Please guide and do needful.

                                  मेरा नाम हेमंत कुँमार और वोडाफोन प्रीपेड न [protected] हे, मेने अपने न पर 04/08/2016को नेट पैक 296 का रिचार्ज करवाया था, जिसमे मुझे 4GB अनलिमिटेड डाटा मिलना था, , मुझे रिचार्ज के बाद सिर्फ 50mb डाटा दिया गया, मेने कस्टमर केयर 1 से बात की तो जवाब मिला आपका अनलिमिटेड प्लान हे आप नेट यूज़ करे, कोई पैसा नहीं कटेगा क्योंकि आपका अनलिमिटेड प्लान हे, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ, मेने फिर कस्टमर केयर 2बात की तो उसने कहा कि 24hr में आपको डाटा मिल जायेगा सिस्टम में आपका रिचार्ज हम देख पा रहे हे, , मेने कोई फायदा न होते देख 3 दिन बाद फिर कस्टमर केयर से बात की ओर मेरी कंप्लेन और पहले हुई सबी बातचीत का बताया, तो उसने कहा कि में आपकी प्रॉब्लम समझ रहा हु, , आपने जितनी बार हमसे बात की उसके लिए माफ़ कीजिये, , आपकी कंप्लेन सिस्टम में हे, जल्द ही सॉल्व की जायेगी, , इस बात को 14 दिन हो चुके है, जबकि मेरी नेट पैक वैलिडिटी के आधा समय जा चूका हे, ओर अब जब में कस्टमर केयर के कॉल लगा रहा हु तो कॉल नहीं लग पा रहा है, कंपनी ने मेरा कॉल डिसएबल किआ हुआ है, ये कैसी सर्विस हे, क्या इस तरह सर्विस दी जाती हे

                                    I have post paid mobile connection of vodafone with number [protected] under up west circle. Recently i switched over to vodafone red plan with 3g service including 1 gb monthly plan. Presently i am on roaming and staying in patna from the day i activated this service on my mobile i have not experienced any 3g data service on my mobile. The data download/upload is extremely slow. It is very frustrating.

                                      I am highly disappointed with activation o[censored]nwanted and irrelevant service pack on my vodafone number.. I am vehemently against this fishy act on part of vodafone service activation theory and suggest it to recheck all unnecessary service it has activated and do the needful for the early return of the deducted amount and apolozige for unnecessarily creating problem for us just for sake of money making...

                                        On call —

                                        Call center executive refused said there is not such data pack available in vodafone network.
                                        (*111# is showing daily bonus data pack)

                                        My mother walk 1 km to vodafone store ajmer road, jaipur —

                                        Call center executive refused said there is not such data pack activated on [protected] and she is using internet and ask bluntly to go from office as she is less educated.
                                        (she did not check in computer well as i have activated data plan in morning 17 aug 2016)
                                        (is executive cant check data plane on number and talk to mother for 5 minute)


                                        I want complain about

                                        Call center executive who called me from mobile number.[protected]

                                        1. refuse about data plane
                                        2. refuse about my activated services
