I applied for conversion of my Vodafone mobile No. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid service on 09.05.2016 to the Manager, Vodafone service, Alipurduar-736121 West Bengal. But after repeated intimation to them the said connection has not yet been converted. I have not been using the said connection for last few months but the bill have been issuing regularly necessarily. Notwithstanding that I have paid few bills without using the connection unnecessarily even after filing my application and without my consumption.
In view of the case stated above you are requested to convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid immediately and refund the amount paid in excess without consumption.
