    From last 20 days i have this network fluctuating issue and data got disconnected and i had lodged complaints before a week complaint no. [protected]. Sometimes network also showing emergency calls only. So during the fluctuation it got out of the reach
    Please look into this matter and resolve the network and data disconnection issue.

      On 2nd august your exec. Came to me regarding vodafone post-paid connection (Port from airtel to vodafone), when you representative visited us, he assured that the number will start after a week, almost 10 days gone, but i haven’t reaceived any confirmation from you people...

      So what should i expect now, will carry on with airtel / vodafone

          We took a corporate connection two years ago.in which we had taken around 10 connection. 6 months ago a employee came to us and we allotted him a connection (contact no.:[protected]) in our corporate connection. three months ago he left the job and disappeared and we reported the same to vadafone. the bill dues to that no was around rs. 16, 000/-. then we contacted to customer care for the same and they waived off some sum. and bill reduced to around rs.1, 600/-. due to high engagement in business we could not pay the dues. for the same reason our all the corporate nos have been blocked. now we are ready to pay the dues but they are demanding 50% of original dues. this is not justified at all. kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

            I m using vodafone mobile.number [protected].

            From last 3 months I m charged with unneccesary charges of games without any prior information which are never activated by me. I have called to customer care several times but they are denying for charge reversal. At the same time sim card cancellation request was processed imediately but no steps were taken for charges reversal. The name of executive to whom i talked was Chetan Raval. He even did not provide his employee id.

              On 31/7/2016 I registered a DND request. Vodafone India confirmed my registration. But I am still receiving unsolicited calls and sms
              Vodafone fake chargine toomuch price for calls everytime and no talktime offers no help from vodafone team . so want to portout this . wil port out soon to other service provider

                  This is very unfortunate that since may 2016 i am being a customer of vodafone service. Before it was a postpaid service sim only for three months of the scheme of rs. 340 (minimum). But on the dated 10.08.2016 i received a message from vodafone that my postpaid bill is overdue with rs.238.90, where as my payment was cleared and after that they gave me another sim for prepaid on this number. i feel very harrased from vodafone. please sir help me out from this problem.

                    I have a vodafone mobile number from Karnataka. In the month of Feb-Mar my number stopped working because of network issues. I posted a complaint and also visited their vodafone store in Mumbai while i was travelling to mumbai to fix the problem. they even gave me a new SIM. Even then there was never any network after february. Now they have been charging me with the monthly tariff every month and accumulated a huge amount. However i dont see any reason for paying money for service which was never given to me. They have been calling me and harassing me every day. Please advise how to handle such people.

                    After temporariy buying an internet pack, attempted to temporarily deactivate internet services. However, upon reactivation, the available data balance was reduced to zero.

                      I have 250 rs (1GB) internet plan. when data is about to end i get a SMS from Vodafone (continue browsing at high speeds at 4p/10KB or dial *111*5# to purchase add on pack). to save my add on charges i always order add on pack at the very first moment and i get confirmation from them and i always keep eye on data usage of add on pack it reduces at i use it.

                      But at the bill they always charge 500 rs extra saying add on will be activated after 500 rs only. and add on i added is not consumed.

                      What a pathetic way to fool customers. On top of that they are not ready to register a complaint.

                        Dear madam/sir,
                        My mobile phone (I phone 6) was stolen in indirapuram on 7th august, and despite catching the thief and handing him over to the shipra suncity police station, he wasn't even verified properly, and to my shock was supported by 3-4 local retailers.
                        I didn't block the number as wanted to track it taking police help, the thief called on my alternate number, but yet police didn't do anything. Now my phone seems to be switched off and have lost all hope, so please block this number.

                              At the time of recharge i was told the i will get full speed pre 3gb of the internet pack and after that speed will be capped on 64kbps, but the speed was not exceeding the 30kbps that too before completing 3GB

                                I had surrendered my 3 post paid connections [protected], 492 & 493 on 22.04.2016 and requested for deactivation with immediate effect after having paid all the dues. The vodafone company had acknowledged the same vide email dated 24.04.2016 referring the docket number[protected]. But since june 2016 the company reps are giving me lots of trouble to pay the dues for may, june & july 2016 by sending emails and calls to my other numbers. I suffer from lots mental agonies due to these nuisance calls. Hence i am forced to seek remedy and compensation from appropriate legal forum. I appreciate your ending of further communication regarding this in future.

                                    Thanks for your response of date and in accordance thereof i visited vodafone store at meera bagh to meet your store manager for a resolution and amicable closure of complaint.

                                    At the very outset, jatin your store manager once again adopted totally hostile, unethical & uncooperative approach and threatened me that since i have approached his nodal office he would neither get the damaged phone repaired nor to compensate for loss on account of gross negligence of my staff monu.

                                    When i explained i have a response mail from your nodal office he claimed to get the phone repaired from them only since he has not been copied to such mail.

                                    Once again he threatened that he would not pay for the loss and claimed having sent some concocted video clipping to you which shows that phone has been damaged by me.

                                    In the outrage he called his guard to ask him to remove me from the store since i was claiming for loss to my handset by vodafone personnel.

                                    As usual he once again threatened that he would call the police"100" to throw me out from the store and even went on calling me a 'thief' in presence of entire vodafone store staff and some customers who were witness to the fact how you treat your customer especially to an advocate who is much senior to you in age & experience.

                                    While your message under reply is towards building/foisting relationship and rebuilding customer confidence being a service provider but your store manager jatin at meera bagh is bent upon distorting customer relationship and is possibly there only to bring disrepute to internationally acclaimed company vodafone and his negative attitude, mindsets & disrespect towards customers would soon let you down by creating another scene at vodafone store

                                    Anyhow upon intervention of paramjit of vodafone on phone it was mutually agreed that vodafone would pay for cost of repair and i would confirm cost of the same from any samsung authorized service center. upon receipt of bill for repairs vodafone store at meera bagh would pay cash against the bill.

                                    Since i do not want to create another kind of scene again at vodafone store you may instruct jatin to honor payment of costs upon receipt of bill for repairs.

                                    Cost of repair shall be communicated to you shortly.

                                    As usual, when i approached jatin your store manager at meera bagh outlet in paschim vihar he refused to make any payment against the bill and claimed he needs approval from nodal office.

                                    Am really sick with reply and counter reply without any result more so when you have no control on jatin who behaves as he wish to.

                                    I must reiterate that customer service at vodafone india is at it's abyssal low and can only improve if you have genuine intent to put customer ahead and you have right people in place with right attitude to make this happen.

                                    Please provide name& contact details of person who heads nodal office and head of indian operations at vodafone to enable me to escalate my grievance to top level.
                                    I sincerely regret having taken a vodafone connection and in process my phone was damaged and now i am running with such a bad experience.

                                      I have been a customer of vodafone india since the last 6-7 years. Lately though, the kind of service they've been providing is nothing short of laughable. The network coverage on my phone is never good. Plus, even though i pay exceedingly high amounts of money every month to recharge my number with their costly 3g internet packs, what i get in return is nothing more than a 2g connection. Their 3g network coverage is so weak and useless that paying so much money for it as good as throwing my money down the drain. Even right now, as i write this complaint, the network keeps shifting back and forth between 2g and 3g. This is when i had recharged with a 3g internet pack costing rs. 297 just two days back.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My number is [protected]. I frequent use internet pack of vodafone. This time i activate my pack with 126 rs at 3aug2016 which was valid upto 30aug2016 and company given me 1249mb data for use till above mentioned date.

                                        Today at 10aug2016 i called at 1925 to stop my internet because i don't want to deduct my main balance amount. According to trai notification number pr-43=07082015 every customer can stop internet with use of 1925 but my data pack also deactivated from company.

                                        I want to know what is the use of 1925. According to trai we can stop internet but we can use internet via data pack...

                                        So why you deactivate my data pack.

                                        I kindly request you to take necessary action on this and get my data pack back to me as soon as possible.
