      My vodafone no is [protected].( didnt get any solution 2 nd time im writting)
      On 1st july 2016 i got an sms n its written unlimited for 1 month *444*196# i just checked n went thru n suddenly ive seen my balance(Rs 196) deducted n my all previous 3g balance(Rs 376 for 2.5gb) gone .
      My ques is how vodafone activate this plan without my consent ??? N if they activate then where was my previous 3g( 2.5 gb) balance ???From their sms(*444*196#) didnt mentioned anything i.E if i put this n dial, it will be automatically activated or my all present 3g balance will be deactivated.
      So how vodafone done this thing without my consent ...It was absolute cheating ..I tried cust care over phone but didnt get any solution .I also have sent email, but i got replied that previous 3g balance can not be restored n present plan will be deactivated n will offer rs 163 talktime ...
      But how to accept this cheating ? I spend 376+196 all of my amont gone n will offer 163 only (For vodafone ref correspondence is [protected])


      My request u to plz deactivate this unlimited plan n return back my deactivate amount n same time plz activate my 3 g balance whc was running .
      It was totally cheating frm vodafone, without consent how this was activated didnt understand
      Plz do solve my problem as soon as possible

        Vodafone tower above my building and the contract got over on December 2015. All the closing formalities are also done. But still tower is above my building. Also the rent is not paid as the contract got over. I have mailed to Vodafone multiple times regarding this but not action has been taken till yet. Tower is still working and providing service to many users.

        Tower location: Laxmi Kirana Store, Azad Chowk, Banswara, Rajasthan

        Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

            I've been using Vodafone billing and continue to have network problems in my area at Dheeraj Kiran CHS, Chincholi Bunder, Malad west.

            I've made several complains even visited several galleries but there hasn't been any resolution. Today I got a reply from one of the representatives to opt for different network company. The reply was very unsatisfactory.

            Everytime I have been getting the same reply that they are setting up a tower and it hasn't happened yet. I don't understand are they setting up a tower on moon.. why is it taking so long..? This is really irritating. I have important business calls to make. Whom should I held responsible for my losses die to your network errors which causes call drops.

                Today i send one message stop on 1925 they deactivated my net and exhausted my all the bal. I again send message start on 1925 they activated my account without any bal. Same procedure i done with reliance but they not deducted the bal. I never asked for deactivation. I contacted c. Care but there reply was helpless. Purpose was to send message stop was that after exhausted bal not to deduct charge's from bal.In voice call. C. Care told me i was suppose to sent message after exhausted all the balance which is not practical. My m. No. Is [protected]

                  I have got a bill of Rs. 14000, i never had bill exceeding 700 also. when i contacted the gallery, they told to call customer care, as per their record I made ISD calls. But I have not made any ISD calls in whole life, I also contacted nodal office, but no reply. and now i have to deal with a person who says the company had lodged complaint against me. What can I do in such situation?

                    My vodafone no. is [protected], I am using this from 3 years and paying bill from then.
                    This month i was unable to pay bill on time so they disconnected the phone (Both incoming and outgoing calls)
                    It's Ok. but this month I received the bill which also includes the charges for barred month.
                    Also i asked customer care executive to change my plan and he assured but it was not done.
                    i am now being mentally harassed by the Vodafone to submit the unjustified due amount.

                        Sir l am a Vodafone customer having the postpaid no. [protected] ( now this no. is converted into prepaid since July 26th ) To convert this no. into prepaid I was told to pay rs 350 towards my bill after adjusting security money etc. So I deposited rs 350 vide receipt no. 108037 on July 26th at your agra Vodafone store. The address of the same store is 18/163, B/4, Upper ground floor, Fatehabad road, Taj view crossing, Agra . Now everyday your company calls me to pay the outstanding dues and some unknown deductions also made in the same number . Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest. Today Mr. Umesh made me a call and also registered a complaint giving me a complaint no.[protected] but this is a daily practice. So resolve the matter please.

                              Its been 13 long months since I gave my first request and mail complaint on 12/9/2015 5:52 PM for DE-activation of CUG services for my no. [protected]

                              Today is 5th Aug 2016 i am writing this, I have never ever come such a company with such fraudulent billing practice where even after so many mail exchange over 1 year my CUG is still active

                              Same is communicated every month to Vodafone customer care religiously after every billing cycle . They will ignore my question and reply saying - we have taken your request for CUG DE-activation

                              I am really at loss of the words to express my frustration and disgust with casual attitude of Vodafone India operations

                                I had applied for postpaid on dated 10th july 2016, there was no information or procedure started from company till 25th july 2016 so i though my request is denied because there was no information from vodafone.

                                So i had recharged 3g internet on my number and then on 3rd august 2016 vodafone converts my number to postpaid from prepaid without any information and also they stopped my internet service and then finally i have got loss of 2gb 3g data with balance prepaid balance.

                                I had contacted many times vodafone customer care and service center but no resolution from there, they only teaches rules of company.

                                Just want to stop postpaid service. revert all process of prepaid to postpaid and want my prepaid number with 2gb 3g data and balance, from last 3 days i am not able to use my internet for which i had paid.

                                    So I received a call in the morning from the Vodafone customer care regarding my due bills. The number was+[protected]. The correspondent was nice and friendly. However, in the evening, the same person messaged me obscene and indecent things, claiming to be the same person who had called on behalf of Vodafone earlier. His name is ayan. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable from any firm, let alone Vodafone. It could possible be a big threat to our security concerns and for the matter of fact, does no good whatsoever to the image of Vodafone. I hope you address this serious issue as soon as possible and take as strict as a action against him and ensure this does not repeat. Things like this from a firm like Vodafone is shameful and betrays our trust. I hope the issue revieves the attention it deserves. Looking forward to a favourable response.

                                        I want to bring this complaint to your notice as a grieved and frustrated customer of Vodafone.

                                        I was using a Vodafone number ([protected]) since last 9 years when I was in Kolkata. After relocating to Delhi my number got deactivated as I was not using that number much. When I visited my hometown in Dec, 15 I planned to activate my number. I contacted an executive from local Vodafone Care Centre to activate the number. The person suggested me to opt for a postpaid internet plan of Rs 250 1 GB per month for 3 months. He said after 3 months the number will move to pre-paid plan automatically and if I wish I can move the number from Kolkata to Delhi. He also mentioned that I'll be charged 4p/10Kb after exceeding 1 GB.

                                        On 31st Jan, 2016 I got my first bill of Rs 189 which I paid successfully. But after that I didn't got any communication of my usage or data left to be used. As I am not allowed to use smart ph in my office I can not access internet through my mobile and so there was not much usage. On 27th Feb, 2016 I got my 2nd bill which charged an unbelievable amount of Rs 2542.37 . The bill in PDF format never opened even after using the pattern of password they asked to use. I tried contacting their customer care personnel to discuss this matter but I could never speak to them as the line never get connected. The queue of bill continued till June, 16. Even in the month of March I got another bill of some Rs 3000 and then again bill of Rs 2542.37 till June, 16.

                                        I got a call from Mr Umapada Mishra ([protected]-Collection Dept, Kolkata) in June end, who just threatened me of court and legal action he would take against me but didn't hear a single word of my grievance. I have never seen a man of such a cold behavior dealing with customer. He shouted at me like any thing saying I have to pay the full amount and disconnected the call. The same person reached my home without notifying me. Only my elderly parents stay at my home and not me. Therefore, visiting my home is not a solution. Moreover, my mother doesn't keep well as she had a surgery in Feb, 16. The person spoke in such a way to my mother that made her nervous and she felt unwell. He left his contact number (mentioned beside his name) and asked my mother to inform me that I must call him immediately.

                                        I called up and tried my best to explain and settle the matter on urgent basis but by paying the right amount not the one they portrayed. The person initially said he can settle in 1800/- when I denied he said 1600/- and at last 1200/-. But none were relevant. I am very well aware how much I spent and the extra bill could be at max 500/-. Usually when I opt for 1 gb through my prepaid a/c I am not able to finish the usage and most of the time I waste 300 MB and more. But how is it possible that my bill turned out to be 2500/- just when I opted for post-paid. I asked Mr. Umapada to email me correct amount so that I can close the matter but instead of doing so he directly sent a letter from court to my residence where he visited. In the letter it was mentioned that I need to pay Rs 2542.37 in 10 days. My parents were bothered and tensed as they stay there alone.

                                        Seeing this I contacted Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer of Vodafone, Kolkata. But to my astonishment I didn't got a single reply from Nodal Officer. I just got 2 emails from Appellate officers [Pallavi Chattaraj (Sat) and Megha Ghoshal (Monday)] one said will revert me in 1 day and other in 2 days. Some time I got email from Pallavi and some time from Megha. This confused me who is actually taking care of the case. This shows how reluctant they are even after knowing the seriousness of the concern. Finally after sending few more emails I got a call from somebody named Neha from escalation team saying that she has received some email from my end that says I asked for discount on my bill, which was not the case. This shows she didn't even read the email properly. She was equally of cold behavior like Umapada and other staff of Vodafone Kolkata. She was behaving as if I have done some theft. I tried explaining that their team member Umapada tried negotiating the amount but she denied on my face saying nobody from their team can do so and I have to pay the amount immediately. I requested her to provide itemized bill with the details of the websites I visited but she denied and disconnected the call.

                                        After chasing and requesting Pallavi she sent me an itemized bill only with dates, time and amount. The charges were all shown between 19th Feb to 22nd feb, 2016. How is it possible that I used all my data only in those four days as those were working days. The whole thing seems fabricated. I requested Pallavi to show the details of website I visited during those 4 days but I haven't got any response.This is to mention that the number again got deactivated in the 1st week of March, 16 and I will never activate that number again.

                                        I am having sleepless nights out of this situation. I have posted my complaint in Vodafone facebook page but haven't got any serious response.
                                        I can't understand what to do and so thought of seeking your help as a last step.

                                        Hope you'll understand my situation and help me out. I have attached my itemized bill. Please let me know if you need any more information.

                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I registered my complain against Vodafone here on 4th Aug, 2016. Its been more than 2 months but not a single action has been taken against them. As they were continuously chasing both me & my family members, my mother called them up and paid Rs 1800 as they asked us to settle the matter in Rs 1800 if not 2500/-.

                                        This is so unfair against a customer who is using Vodafone's connection since last 8-9 years. I registered my complain here with great hope that at least this forum will be of some help. But honestly it didn't proved what I thought of.
