According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 on 07.08.2016 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When i activated it back my balance around 800 mb in my data pack has gone. According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Now time being i recharged again for my internet usage. My mobile no [protected]

    I am complaining against Vodafone india. I am a Vodafone prepaid sim card holder. I recharged my prepaid amount online with my SBI Bank credit card. The amount for the same was 1001 Rs. The amount immediately got deducted from my bank account but did not get credited to my Vodafone prepaid account. I repeatedly tried calling Vodafone customer care for this issue but to no avail! Rs 1001 is no small amount and I am fed up of waiting for the recharge to happen now. Either refund the money or make the recharge happen!

      Sub: Call drop and poor network related Mobile +91 [protected]

      Sir,

      With reference to my trail email on the subject cited above, I would like to inform you that I had received a call from your network engineer on Thursday, at 20:00 hours (approx). He was supposed to come to the mentioned site on the next day i.e. 05.08.2016, as he was available in Deoghar city.

      On Friday I waited for his call and response for long but he didn't even made a call to inform us regarding his visit or survey for the said complaint. I had requested more than 20 students, as the site is the Regional Centre of Indira Gandhi National Open University, to wait for some times because they were also Vodafone customers. Those students waited almost more than 2 hours but no communication was done from your site for the issue.

      It shows that your customers are fool and you don't bother for their grievances and other queries. You and your team are more valuable than your customers, isn't it?

      Anyways, on Sunday, i.e. 07.08.2016 I got a call from your executive about the issue that the required visit has been done at the site and it is found that the tower is almost 1.5 kilometers far away from the mentioned location that is why call drop happens over there and poor network exists.

      I requested her, Ms. Neha, to connect me to senior executive, as the matter was started in December 2015 and after almost 8 months they have only visited the site and found that the nearest tower is 1.5 kilometers far away from the mentioned site, and this is really amazing. I came to know that 8 months, i.e. from December 2015 to July 2016, is required by the Vodafone to find out the exact problem that the tower is 1.5 k.m far away from the mentioned site that is why we are not getting proper networks.

      Anyways, after some time senior executive called me just for formality, as the same things were being repeated which were already discussed with me in December 2015 by the team. I requested him to connect me to those peoples who are responsible for Tower related issues and all, but he was not able to connect me to those peoples at all. However, he told me that after sometimes those peoples will call me, as the issue is associated with the site for a long time.

      I waited till evening, meanwhile, I got an SMS stating that your team was trying to contact me but they were not able to contact me, so I have to call 199 to get the feedback/status of the complaint. I tried 199 twice but could not get anything w.r.t. to the mentioned contents of that particular SMS.

      I knew that it's just for a formality because I have already mentioned my alternate number in my complaint, but why they will bother to call me to my alternate number if the Vodafone number is not available at some specific moment.

      I would just like to ask you some questions, which are as follows:-

      1. Why are you making me fool like this, i.e. we are planning for a new site and the same will be intimated shortly?
      2. The complaint was made in December 2015, if you are going through the trail email, and the same was repeated in December 2015 also. Is 8 months not more than enough to manage the things positively?

      3. How long you need to plan for a new site?

      4. In deduction of balances, you just nee microseconds, but in case of customer satisfaction things you need more than 8 months only in visiting the site and getting exact problem, why?

      5. Who will pay my money due to call drop, which is about Rs. 200/- or more? You will say simply you must avoid making calls in case call drop is happening so often? Are you doing justice with your customers?

      6. Are you and your team more important than your customers? We customers are sitting here to provide you services or you are sitting there to provide us services? Would you like to answer me?

      7. In case of call drop, why do you deduct money? Why don't your system is incorporated like this, i.e. in case of call drop no balance shall be deducted?

      8. Why are you making the things round and round since December 2015? Do you think we are sitting here to wait and wait and wait for long and long?

      It's really disgusting, it's really disgusting. Even, your network engineers are also not well aware than the exact things what are going behind the issue. Sometimes they are supposed to come and sometimes they are vanished like devil spirits. It's really disgusting.

      I hope, you are getting the frustrations of the customers and will never sleep like you were sleeping since December 2015 to July 2016.

        I went to Gallary the Vodafone executive offered me plan of 399 less 100 i.e. 299 rental that will be valid for next 3 months and now its 2nd month they are charging me 420 rental my current bill is 490 with ser. tax. Ihad confirmed the rental by calling on Vodafone customer care number as the vodafone app was showing me some different plan. Now what to do?

            Hi,

            I have taken a corporate connection a few years ago when i was working in infosys hyderabad. So, there were 2 sim cards (Cug).
            My Number is [protected].


            I have left indian in feb 2013 with one of the sims (Sim1). And the other sim (Sim2) is used by one of my family members.

            But what we came to know is that vodafone is sending bills worth[protected] and sometimes even more for the last 2-3 years on sim1 which is not being used as it is in usa.

            I must have paid atleast more than 1 lakh ruppees to vodafone on sim1. This is not the minimun charge but vodafone bills claim that sim1 is still being used in hyderabad. But i have the sim card with me in us and it is being used.

            I would like to have my money back. Please provide your assistance on the same.

              I am using vodafone postpaid connection [protected] last 8 months. It's not worth and when u got the bill they are adding more and more services automatically and adding amount more and more.
              In this month they adding rs 938 for only 167 mb uses of Internet.
              And last month I told them to convert my plan but they don't. .

              So I suggest anyone never use vodafone connection..

                    सर मेर नंबर [protected] है आज से 5 महीने पहले इस नंबर काे मेरे द्वारा ही इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा था बिल मै गडबडी की वजह से मैने यह नंबर बंद कर दिया था फिर वापस मैने यह नंबर चालू करवाया था[protected] को तब मैरे द्वारा पहले दिये गए पते पर ही इसे वापस चालु कर दिया गया और 5-7 दिन नंबर चालू रहने के बाद इसे यह बताकर बंद कर दिया कि मेरे द्वारा दिए गये पते पर मेरा सत्यापन नही हुअा है जबकी मै इस दाैरान इसी पत्ते पर रहता हु यहां पर कोई भी नही आया सत्यापन करने के लिए। फिर मेरे द्वारा शिकायत करने पर इस नंबर को 2 दिन के लिए फिर चालू कर तो दिया पर 2 दिन बाद यानी 5 अगस्त को यह नंबर वापस बिना किसी सुचना या मैसेज के फिर से बंद कर दिया गया ज्ञात रहे कि इस दौरान मेरी गाडी का ऐक्सीडेन्ट हाे गया और मेरे पास इस नंबर के अलावा कोई दुसरा नंबर नही था और इस दौरान में मेरी सहायता के लिए किसी को बुला भी नही सका जिस दाैारान मुझे बहोत परेशानी हुई अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे यह बताए की अगर मैरा पत्ता आपको गलत लगा तो यह नंबर इसी पत्ते पर पुर्व में कैसे चला ये आपके सिसटम की गलती है जिससे मुझे मेरी तकलीफ के दौरान बहुत परेशानी हुई है मैने लिखित में यह प्राथना पत्र आपके नागौर स्थित कार्यालय मे जमा करवाया है अत: आप मूझे जल्द से जल्द इस प्राथना पत्र का जवाब देवें और ताकी मै अागे की कार्यवाही करू। उस हादसे मे मेरी जान भी जा सकती थी अगर मुझे समय पर सहायता नही मिलती तो।

                        Vodafone एक नम्बर की चोर कम्पनी है
                        I sent sms STOP to 1925 so that after usage of my data or expiry of my data plan they will not start deducting my main balance...
                        They immediately stopped all data and cancelled the data plan too...
                        After waiting for my active data plan to keep working
                        & when it didn't
                        I sent sms START to 1925...
                        My data plan worth Rs. 247- was not given back
                        Instead they activated data and started deducting from main balance...

                        What is this???

                        They have taken consumers for a ride..
                        They r not afraid of TRAI or anybody..
                        They simply are manipulating their data bandwidth muscles to loot consumers...

                        Govt. needs to put a foot in their ever money hungry mouth & shut it..
                        I really got highly disturbed..
                        They r making fun of law & orders
                        And looting common man.

The dead line that is being given to me is always seven days. Thiis has been the story and othing seems to be happening. When I tried to get more info about this by dialing 1 suddenly I was messaged that I've been charged rs. 49. This happened twice with me. I tried to de-subscribe it but i didn't find any option for that. How can you charge it without my confirmation?. I want my money back...

                                      My vodafone no is [protected].( didnt get any solution 2 nd time im writting)
                                      On 1st july 2016 i got an sms n its written unlimited for 1 month *444*196# i just checked n went thru n suddenly ive seen my balance(Rs 196) deducted n my all previous 3g balance(Rs 376 for 2.5gb) gone .
                                      My ques is how vodafone activate this plan without my consent ??? N if they activate then where was my previous 3g( 2.5 gb) balance ???From their sms(*444*196#) didnt mentioned anything i.E if i put this n dial, it will be automatically activated or my all present 3g balance will be deactivated.
                                      So how vodafone done this thing without my consent ...It was absolute cheating ..I tried cust care over phone but didnt get any solution .I also have sent email, but i got replied that previous 3g balance can not be restored n present plan will be deactivated n will offer rs 163 talktime ...
                                      But how to accept this cheating ? I spend 376+196 all of my amont gone n will offer 163 only (For vodafone ref correspondence is [protected])


                                      My request u to plz deactivate this unlimited plan n return back my deactivate amount n same time plz activate my 3 g balance whc was running .
                                      It was totally cheating frm vodafone, without consent how this was activated didnt understand

                                        Vodafone tower above my building and the contract got over on December 2015. All the closing formalities are also done. But still tower is above my building. Also the rent is not paid as the contract got over. I have mailed to Vodafone multiple times regarding this but not action has been taken till yet. Tower is still working and providing service to many users.
