I was using vodafone post-paid in mumbai, they suggested me a plan, but every month i used to get bills with amount which was more than what i expected, initially i thought it may be because i am using more than what is given to me in plan. But in month of february 2016 i received huge amount of bill. Then i checked the bill in details, i was charged wrongly, i raised this complaint.In return i got disconnection of service instead of solving my complaint. I raised another complaint and my service was activated with promise of sending me revised bill but due silly people working at vodafone i received another bill with even more higher amount. This time i did not paid the bill and decided to pay it once all the complaints get resolved. Unfortunately nobody took care of my complaint, i wrote about 200 mail in last four months, visited different stores for 15 times or even more. But nobody listened to my complaint and my service was disconnected. My number is still not activated and facing big trouble. I have raised this issue to senior authorities in vodafone but still nobody cares about it. I will be sending link of this complaint to them to make them understand that their bad service will make them loose more customers. Very bad service. I suggest you to not to avail vodafone post-paid service from mumbai circle.
