Hello Team,

I had vodafone number [protected] with relationship number[protected]. And I had given this number to my uncle to use. And He is in age of 40's. Everything was fine till 6 months however after that they start sending me bill of 1000+ however the plan was just 149+ service tax. After asking and checking bills got to know they have activated different VAS services on my number which includes video watching charges and the fact is headset my uncle is using can't play video using Internet. Amazingly that phone can't even connect to Internet properly. It is basic feature phone of Samsung.
After lots of discussion I agreed to pay bill and paid the same because they informed me that they deactivated all the VAS and I will not be getting any further issues with this. But nothing changed they kept sending me higher bills and this time more than 1000 as well.
I refused to pay bill then they are keep calling me while resolving the bill issue and also sending me threatening emails and calling me while asking I have to pay the bill. The current outstanding on my number is 1469.
Kindly help me with this. I don't know what to do.

      I am vodafone postpaid customer from last 2 month my no. Is [protected], outgoing calls stopped between last 6 times and also [protected] still not working, i had sended credit increase message, but they have not responding, one day i had call to vodafone customer care and pick phone from customer care side mr. Vijendra kumar he is talking abused during discussion.

      So please immediate action against vodafone.

        I have been using vodafone postpaid connection from past 8 months. Every month i am made to pay more than 1500. Sometimes it's even 3000.In the month of june my bill was generated of rs 1600 despite of the rental plan of rs 375 with an additional false international roaming pack activated by their customer executive. My phone was not in use for around 10 days. I have been requesting the customer care to provide me with the call details and duration per call list which was made by number. Also they have denied the fact that the activation was falsely done from their end. Along with this my net pack was of 3g for no reason it had been made 2g.
        Every month my bill had been dissatisfactorily high despite of my minimal usage.
        Vodafone care forces the customer to take the number as postpaid. Which had happened in my case when i had lost my pre paid sim in september and they had said that i need to pay rs 300 for reactivation of it and it should be a post paid connection for atleast 3 months.

        I have made the payment of rs 450 as a fait bill amount for june month. I have been asking them to justify with evidence of the amount they are charging for the month of a june. I am not getting response which is expected.
        Very much dissatisfatied with vodafone postpaid service. No authencity of the conversation which happens over the phone with their customer executives.

          This is regarding my vodafone connection [protected]. This month i have been billed of data pack 1650 claiming that i have used data of 700 mb. I have spoken to da customer service of vodafone and clearly explained that i have not been getting alerts on crossing it beyond 400 and hence a refund was promised. After waiting for 5 days so far they informed me that a refund is not possible. This is really pathetic being a customer of vodafone for so many years thy bill me as they feel like. I spoke to their customer service agent imran who refused to transfer my call to a manager and also was so sarcastic on da call. I want this to be looked into. I am totally disappointed as i have been using this connection for 5 yes nw and they are charging what they feel like when i have clearly told i have not received any alerts.

            After ported i mine self called to gentle reminder for outstanding amount due followup 198 they transfer these call to retention dept.
            * 14th july (retention dept mr. kiran told within 48 hrs he will active these
            Plan (399) rs 100/- discount (200 min free local & std) he told me it will
            Active within 48 hrs
            {*15th visited airtel office domb east cc they hold mnp proccess and im taken back registration form}

            * 15th july i call to 198 @7:50am helpline and followup-ed status of activation they told on ph it will active on 16th july 2016 before 6pm
            *15th july recalled they told we will active within next 24 hrs plan

            *16th july to 20th same happens (mr amit told on ph over committed on ph it will active soon) same day before 6pm 17th july)
            Finaly mr. sufiya told me its rejected your service also declined on 19th july)
            Even they told me we will call back you no call came from date to till date *as per your systems shows we called and explain deatils about plan eg., 22.07.2016 (6:00pm) & 22.07.2016 (6:54pm) on
            21th called i told them to canceeeld all service cont with 99 plan
            Today i re called 198 on 28.07.2016 5:55pm they told 399 plan activeed via vodafone apps recalleed 198 (tranfered to soufiya she told we called back after that we actived these plan) as per your consent without mine consent they actives 399 plan ([protected] charged govt tax extra 15.0 sales tax in that they manipulated service charged extra from since mnp vodafone network postpaid till take date we not received postpaid hard copy bills but before postpaid pre verification done but hard copy gentle & againt re gentle hard copy bill requested but not received) and also [protected] address residential data base shows temporary address improper filed by data entry always address verification shows fail) d

              i would like to inform you that, i am facing network issue frequently and i have been complained but no solution so far . Just your guys will call on my mobile and they take some info and there after they will say that we will give solution asap.

              For this month i have received the bill of 1250/- but i have not used, when i call to customer care they have answered me that if you wnt use we wnt bill it.. I agree but truly i am telling that i have not used it, how you are confident just because of your data, even i am also confident about that where i have the time frame save option .

                I am using post paid plane of Rs 349/- with free internet plan for three months but from the first bill I am finding that I am receiving bill with internet charges. I always visiting your Kalyan Vodafone Gallery and every time I assured by you that the internet charges will be revert and wave off the internet charges and it will be adjusted in the next bill but I am sorry to say that till this last bill it is as usual, this time I got bill of Rs. 520/- so I again visit the Gallery and again meet with Mr. Vivek (Kalyan customer care executive) and take strong objection that either you rectify my bill or discontinued services but he assured me that this time, I am sending this complaint through my Manager and you need not pay this bill. Now from the July 25, 2016, the Vodafone services had discontinued and daily I am receiving calls to pay the said bill.

                You are requested that please adjust the internet charges in the bill and refund the balance amount to me and terminate your Vodafone services with immediate effect. Now I am not interested in your service.

                If it is not done within two days than I am free to lodge complain in consumer form/court

                  Vodafone billing fraud with postpaid connection holders!!

                  My name is raj and voda postpaid number 96 two zero 43836 eight. Just 2 days back i received a whooping bill of inr 1800 + for june-july bill.

                  I requested a roaming free plan for 2 months from may, which was not reverted back when i came back to bangalore, and fraud vodafone continued the same.' which resulted in this bill. They don't give a damn to consumer genuine concerns and demand money like goons and threaten to disconnect if not paid in full.

                  I have decided to expose these cheaters of telecom industry in consumer court.

                  Take my words -
                  Never ever go for vodafone postpaid connection. They always do fraud in the billing and never listen to consumer complains. I have faced this 3-4 times in the past as well. But this time i have decided to port to a better operator like airtel.

                    While mobile data is on, Rs.13 is deducted from balance even at the time my balance was at Rs.1.5, now it shows -12. This is highly cheating..also you sent a message that Thank you for availing credit/data loan. without my concern & request how did you processed to debit in my balance and made me as debtor. This is repeatedly done by Vodafone hence i m going to quit from your service.

                          I had moved from india to saudi arabia (on permanent job) in jan-16 and unknowingly the day i landed in foreign country i used vodafone services for few minutes, due to which bill generated was approximately inr 31, 000 /-. as the such a huge bill amount is always difficult for a common man to pay immediately, i paid the bill amount in full (actually i paid excess which called for re-imbursement of almost inr 2000/-) in may-16.

                          Immediately after paying the bill i informed vodafone to discontinue my services, on which they replied that i had paid excess amount and the same will be refunded in 60 working days, also my number stands deactivated.

                          During this time i was continously receiving bills during my billing cycle and every month the outstanding amount was getting increased (it was reimbursement amount actually, so the amount was getting lesser month by month). finally i decided to contact the live chat of vodafone and on 25th july to my surprise i was informed that my number was still active and hence reimbursement is still not processed. but with new reference number they have taken my request to for deactivation and upon my request escalated the call to higher authorities. also i was continuously given assurance that my issue would be resolved by end of the day (25th july).

                          As expected i did not get any reply so i called vodafone again (live chat) on 26th july and again i was given assurance that it is under process and i need to wait for 24 hours maximum and my issue will be resolved.

                          But again even after 24 hours i. e 27th july when i contacted them (again live chat) i was asked to wait 48 hours

                          Below are few mail communication details and if required i can furnish all the chat transcripts

                          "dear concerned,

                          Please can someone in senior position arrange a call back to me on +[protected]saudi arabia)…don’t tell me you can’t …. it just doesn’t sound good that such a big telecom company cannot make one international call to customer to understand and resolve (i hope you want to) his problem.

                          The history goes this way…..

                          My only fault in this entire process is i unknowingly used your services for very short period (hardly few minutes after which i switched off my cell phone) in jan on the very day i relocated (16th jan 2016) to saudi arabia from india. the same calls cost me around 32, 000 inr, which, for any common man is a big amount to pay immediately. still i paid the same within 3 months in one go. post that i started the mail communication (13th may 2016) to disconnect the number and reimbursement process (as i came to know the amount i paid was more than the bill generated. please note this point…. i paid way more than bill amount). i was always given assurance that my number is deactivated and reimbursement will be processed within 60 working days, but today after chatting with one of your live chat executives i came to know the number is still active and hence reimbursement process cannot be initiated.

                              The complaint is regarding the over billing of the my vodafone [protected] monthly bill period of[protected] to[protected]. i would like to bring it to notice that i have been charged rs. 2241for 1 month even though my credit limit is 1300. my previous monthly bills ranges are from (rs 600 to rs 700) for merged account now am deactivated the merging account.

                              Why they r send bill like rs.2241/- i should have been intimated to the customer care team sorry sir there is no extra charges on ur bill u should pay the total amount what ever it is i have no problem to pay the amount but i need prefect bill why they r charging extra amount am asked that they have no information for that money is no problem but am educated not like uneducated i need perfect bill then only i'll pay.

                              My another #[protected] is also having same problem like this but they r activated friends and family services on that no am not asked that service to the vodafone people why they are activated that service ha am asked this to the customer care they are giving me apologies i don't need apologies i need perfect information that's it.

                              Frankly am saying to the vodafone team when i'll receive clarity on this bills then only i'll pay the amount or else i need to go through consumer form and file case on this issue all ready vodafone crosses the trai regulation rules we don't want to fight with u we need better service i[censored] need amount u change call rate why the people generate wrong bills with out any reasons


                              I hope to vodafone customer care dept will look this matter on urgent
                              Basis and will provide me rectified bill that i can pay my bill asap.

                                I had called customer care on date 27 july 2016 around 2.50 pm. My query was about my tariff plans which are active on my no. There was executive who was a a girl didn't told her name or id firstly she gave me wrong information about my plans then she kept on repeating her nu-sense her language was so ugly. She was taking information from someone else and were making me fool. When asked to transfer a call to seniors she kept my phone on hold for whole 5 min and my query was not answered at all. When talking to her i felt like i am talking to a illiterate arrogant person who has no culture. Is this the standard vodafone wants to keep? I had not expected this kind of service while porting out from airtel. Please address my complaint.

                                  While surfing net, i got this sms, "hello! beauty fix service is now active on your number, as requested. this service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.90 has been deducted. your current balance post service activation is rs.22.06. to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (toll free)." i never knew what beauty fix service was all about. i didnt request for its activation.

                                  Please refund me the deducted amount asap.

                                    My no was a CUG no and as I have changed organisation so I want to convert this no to prepaid as I got a new connection from office..

                                    I mailed 4 times to Vodafone corporate care about my concern and cleared my bill also...but Vodafone expects that for changing the no to prepaid I need to again submit photos documents and stand I n the que to get it converted..

                                    I replied that I am not responsible for any bill generated after my billing cycle..as of now I have not received any reply mail from them o r any call from their side...

                                      Hello,

                                      1. Mislead me to buy a new post-paid connection.
                                      2. Harassment over the phone by customer service agent.
                                      3. False promises for good network and no resolution.
                                      4. Result, i lost my job because of the poor network.

                                      I had issues with my service provider long back with regards to the network congestion. I called customer service many times but as usual, there was no solution but one statement "sir server down hai". One fine day i get a call from vodafone postpaid department offering me a new connection.

                                      I agreed to that on one condition, "i need good coverage" i explained the person about my situation and he said buying a new postpaid connection will resolve my issue. As there are fewer users for postpaid and more on prepaid. I bought a new connection and started using it. Guess what? Postpaid was even more horrible than prepaid.

                                      I complained about it to the customer care and spoke to every department necessary. I was asked to wait for 3 days 7 days and so on for the solution. Nothing happened. I emailed nodal office and requested to send someone to visit the site location as the issue was from past 5-6 months. But nobody showed up.

                                      I emailed nodal office 5-6 times but they are useless and do nothing.
                                      I requested a home signal device that was refused too.
                                      I cannot explain the level of frustration and harassment i went through and due to which i had the pecuniary loss. I still face the issue and have all the false email promises from the nodal office which never got true.

                                      Resolution: i want reimbursement.

                                        My vodafone number was not deactivated inspite of three attempts made by me the first request was made in the month of february where i asked the executive to deactivate the number but the request was not followed properly, the second one was made in the month of june but wrong request was taken by the custumercare executive .I had to pay Rs4753 without even using the simcard since february !! They team leader gave me a call and misbehaved with me when i asked him for a proper explanation !!!
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
