i've been goin through a difficult time lately . my girlfriend is have been receiving spam calls with absured content from the following vodafone number :[protected]

i strongly believe its her ex b. who psycho by deed . we are a lot worried these days ...
if we could get to confirm who this smap caller is ..the we could actually act against this ..which is why i humbly request to you to consider my. and help us out . if there is any hurdles in finding just the name of the sim owner ... then please try to do a kind favour to us . it has now become a matter of trust hurdle in our relationship . i really need to get this sim owners name

    I had moved from india to saudi arabia (on permanent job) in jan-16 and unknowingly the day i landed in foreign country i used vodafone services for few minutes, due to which bill generated was approximately inr 31, 000 /-. as the such a huge bill amount is always difficult for a common man to pay immediately, i paid the bill amount in full (actually i paid excess which called for re-imbursement of almost inr 2000/-) in may-16.

    Immediately after paying the bill i informed vodafone to discontinue my services, on which they replied that i had paid excess amount and the same will be refunded in 60 working days, also my number stands deactivated.

    During this time i was continously receiving bills during my billing cycle and every month the outstanding amount was getting increased (it was reimbursement amount actually, so the amount was getting lesser month by month). finally i decided to contact the live chat of vodafone and on 25th july to my surprise i was informed that my number was still active and hence reimbursement is still not processed. but with new reference number they have taken my request to for deactivation and upon my request escalated the call to higher authorities. also i was continuously given assurance that my issue would be resolved by end of the day (25th july).

    As expected i did not get any reply so i called vodafone again (live chat) on 26th july and again i was given assurance that it is under process and i need to wait for 24 hours maximum and my issue will be resolved.

    But again even after 24 hours i. e 27th july when i contacted them (again live chat) i was asked to wait 48 hours

    Below are few mail communication details and if required i can furnish all the chat transcripts

    My only fault in this entire process is i unknowingly used your services for very short period (hardly few minutes after which i switched off my cell phone) in jan on the very day i relocated (16th jan 2016) to saudi arabia from india. the same calls cost me around 32, 000 inr, which, for any common man is a big amount to pay immediately. still i paid the same within 3 months in one go. post that i started the mail communication (13th may 2016) to disconnect the number and reimbursement process (as i came to know the amount i paid was more than the bill generated. please note this point…. i paid way more than bill amount). i was always given assurance that my number is deactivated and reimbursement will be processed within 60 working days, but today after chatting with one of your live chat executives i came to know the number is still active and hence reimbursement process cannot be initiated.

        The complaint is regarding the over billing of the my vodafone [protected] monthly bill period of[protected] to[protected]. i would like to bring it to notice that i have been charged rs. 2241for 1 month even though my credit limit is 1300. my previous monthly bills ranges are from (rs 600 to rs 700) for merged account now am deactivated the merging account.

        Why they r send bill like rs.2241/- i should have been intimated to the customer care team sorry sir there is no extra charges on ur bill u should pay the total amount what ever it is i have no problem to pay the amount but i need prefect bill why they r charging extra amount am asked that they have no information for that money is no problem but am educated not like uneducated i need perfect bill then only i'll pay.

        My another #[protected] is also having same problem like this but they r activated friends and family services on that no am not asked that service to the vodafone people why they are activated that service ha am asked this to the customer care they are giving me apologies i don't need apologies i need perfect information that's it.

        Frankly am saying to the vodafone team when i'll receive clarity on this bills then only i'll pay the amount or else i need to go through consumer form and file case on this issue all ready vodafone crosses the trai regulation rules we don't want to fight with u we need better service i[censored] need amount u change call rate why the people generate wrong bills with out any reasons


        I hope to vodafone customer care dept will look this matter on urgent
        Basis and will provide me rectified bill that i can pay my bill asap.

          I had called customer care on date 27 july 2016 around 2.50 pm. My query was about my tariff plans which are active on my no. There was executive who was a a girl didn't told her name or id firstly she gave me wrong information about my plans then she kept on repeating her nu-sense her language was so ugly. She was taking information from someone else and were making me fool. When asked to transfer a call to seniors she kept my phone on hold for whole 5 min and my query was not answered at all. When talking to her i felt like i am talking to a illiterate arrogant person who has no culture. Is this the standard vodafone wants to keep? I had not expected this kind of service while porting out from airtel. Please address my complaint.

            While surfing net, i got this sms, "hello! beauty fix service is now active on your number, as requested. this service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.90 has been deducted. your current balance post service activation is rs.22.06. to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (toll free)." i never knew what beauty fix service was all about. i didnt request for its activation.

            Please refund me the deducted amount asap.

              My no was a CUG no and as I have changed organisation so I want to convert this no to prepaid as I got a new connection from office..

              I mailed 4 times to Vodafone corporate care about my concern and cleared my bill also...but Vodafone expects that for changing the no to prepaid I need to again submit photos documents and stand I n the que to get it converted..

              I replied that I am not responsible for any bill generated after my billing cycle..as of now I have not received any reply mail from them o r any call from their side...

                Hello,

                1. Mislead me to buy a new post-paid connection.
                2. Harassment over the phone by customer service agent.
                3. False promises for good network and no resolution.
                4. Result, i lost my job because of the poor network.

                I had issues with my service provider long back with regards to the network congestion. I called customer service many times but as usual, there was no solution but one statement "sir server down hai". One fine day i get a call from vodafone postpaid department offering me a new connection.

                I agreed to that on one condition, "i need good coverage" i explained the person about my situation and he said buying a new postpaid connection will resolve my issue. As there are fewer users for postpaid and more on prepaid. I bought a new connection and started using it. Guess what? Postpaid was even more horrible than prepaid.

                I complained about it to the customer care and spoke to every department necessary. I was asked to wait for 3 days 7 days and so on for the solution. Nothing happened. I emailed nodal office and requested to send someone to visit the site location as the issue was from past 5-6 months. But nobody showed up.

                I emailed nodal office 5-6 times but they are useless and do nothing.
                I requested a home signal device that was refused too.
                I cannot explain the level of frustration and harassment i went through and due to which i had the pecuniary loss. I still face the issue and have all the false email promises from the nodal office which never got true.

                Resolution: i want reimbursement.

                Please do not send any sms from you . Please stop all the sms's which comes from you . example like callertune, vodafone services, love tip .

                  My vodafone number was not deactivated inspite of three attempts made by me the first request was made in the month of february where i asked the executive to deactivate the number but the request was not followed properly, the second one was made in the month of june but wrong request was taken by the custumercare executive .I had to pay Rs4753 without even using the simcard since february !! They team leader gave me a call and misbehaved with me when i asked him for a proper explanation !!!

                        I wish to draw your attention to the act of extortion by vodafone, from their post paid subscribers, in the form of temporary activation of roaming free services for short duration up to 30 days.
                        I am a vodafone post - paid customer vide mobile number [protected] and [protected]. i requested for activation of roaming free service on these numbers in the month of may 2016 for a period of 30 days. i was confirmed by the customer care that the service has been activated and one time charges of rs.75/- as roaming promo rental for a period of 30 days will be charged in the bill for the month. it was also confirmed that the services will be automatically deactivated on completion of 30 days and no amount will be charged as roaming promo rental after that, unless the services are requested again for further period.
                        On completion of my trip, on my return to mumbai in end may 2016 (well before expiry of the activated roaming promo) i intimated the customer care and requested them to deactivate the services on my mobiles. once again i was told that the services will automatically get deactivated and hence no request was required. the appropriate amount was charged on the bill for the month of may 2016 and the same was paid without any question.
                        On receipt of my bill for [protected] for the month of june 2016, i was surprised to see that an amount of rs.75/- was charged again in the bill as roaming promo rental, where as i never requested for this service for this period. i called up the customer care to enquire about the charges and i was told that it was charged erroneously and same was being reversed by customer care. on receipt of reversal sms, once again i called customer care and asked for the reasons for charging service tax on the rs.75/- which was charged wrongly and now reversed, the executive immediately made correction and reversed the service tax also and the bill was paid.
                        The apathy did not end here. once again, on receipt of my bill for another mobile number [protected], i found that same rs.75/ was charged extra. i called up and again got the amount reversed. again i called to enquire about service tax being charged for wrongly charged amount which has been reversed. this time the extra smart and highly educated executive told me that the service charges cannot be reversed once charged. however, after long discussion and justification from my end, i was able to get the service tax also reversed.
                        The question is not the amount of rs.75/- or service tax of rs.12/- on this amount, but the question is the ethics and intentions of the service provider. mistake can happen once, but in my case both the numbers were charged shamelessly and the rate of mistakes is 100%. this is not the first time when vodafone is charging unethically, but if you check my previous complaints on charging of roaming charges during two months for my number [protected], which was reversed after long chain of emails between me and vodafone under intimation trai, you will realize that the vodafone is seriously in to the unethical business practices and charging customers excess amounts fearlessly, thinking that no one would have time to cross check the bills. if it is happening with me, i am sure it must be happening with millions of other customers also. some of them may be aware of it and some may be ignorant. now the question is that
                        1. whether the vodafone is to be considered as “extornist” for charging extra amounts fearlessly, or
                        2. the company is to be considered as “bagger” for receiving alms in the form of extra charges, or
                        3. they are to be considered as “cheaters” for cheating the innocent customers.
                        4. whether there is any control of government telephone regulatory authorities or the authorities have permitted this company to play such foul practices, for the reasons better known to them, since the company and its customer care employees are very confident of overcharging in the bills and quickly reversing if cross checked by the customers. even there was no disciplinary action initiated on vodafone against my complaint for overcharging my number, few months back.
                        As far as i am concerned, i can switch over to any other service provider, but that does not solve the problem, since the company still continues to cheat millions of other customers.
                        May i request the telephone regulatory authority of india to initiate strict action against vodafone for over charging and playing unethical business practice? if required the license of the company should be suspended or cancelled to teach a lesson to all such habitual corrupt organizations.

                          I have installed m-pesa on my mobile and made some transaction on 25/07/16 using my debited card linked to my icici saving account. very next day about 2:23 pm i got an message showing that "you have used your debit card linked to account number_ for a transaction of inr 2000.00 info. vin*vodafone-bi", but i did not made any such transactions. and also i did not get any call for asking details of my debit card, pin etc still amount is debited to my account. hot is it possible?.

Today 26.07.16 i got message stating that amount 75Rs whas deduced my account balance in favor of IcandyTV. I have no interest in that TV.                                 Vadodara vodafone call centers are not ready understand my unwanted suffering due to faulty defaulter. All are ready with suggestion but no one is ready with solution. Someone using connection with my name from 2015 which i even not known the no. From last more than 11-12 years i am using vodafone postpaid connection. This is the worst experience. I want solution immediate. Deactivated my outgoing service even regularly even if i am paying my bill regularly. I am very much upset after paying regular bill and suffering unwanted trouble. Hope i'll receive immediate response which is highly appreciated.

                                  I have just move from airtel to vodafone on 24th july 2016 and i took a corporate cug plan and on 25th of july 2016, i received my plan detail, while going through it, i notice that there are few unnecessary promotional pack added to my plan which was not informed nor communicated through msg or anything, when i ask to remove them, customer care executive say it is compulsory cap plan if you took a 250 1gb plan, if you want to remove it, you have to deactivate your 250 1gb plan, now if i continue my plan and if i exceed 123mb after my rs 250 pack 1gb usage, then they will charge 750 rs for exceeding, which is a clear cut cheating, normally if my plan exhaust i use 100 rs booster plan with 300 mb then why in the world i will pay you 750 for exceeding 123 mb...pls explain

                                        I am abroad and my company usually pays my bills. My company was on holiday for a while and vodafone cut my line. I have an international connection and therefore I should be able to pay my bills with an international credit cards which is not the case and it is not even mentioned on the system! My company has a lot of customers and they should know that we always pay bills. I contacted them on an online chat (only way without a phone to communicate with them) and they just did not do anything at all or did not even offered an extension. I am totally outraged, frustrated and disappointed by the fact that they let me abroad with no phone. They have ruined my holidays. I am interrupting as soon as I arrive in india my contract with them. I am not giving then any more money. The worse thing is that they would have actually earned more money if I would have kept my international connection! They do not seem to be interested in making money but more interested in annoying their customers.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
