Sir,
This is regarding wrong charged of rs. 211.43 for mobile internet services applied on my vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] of rs 932.52 dated 28.07.2016. My mobile data plan is for rs. 250. As i had received your notifications very late regarding ending of data pack and over use of only 10 mb internet. And immediately, i disconnected/off my mobile internet services. However, you have made extra charges of rs. 211.43 by claiming 34 mb extra use of internet for mobile internet charges. Sir, it is common understanding, that why will i use 5-10 mb extra for making heavy cost of internet charges?? As your notification sms was not received on time. So due to this reason, there may be use of few mb extra as per your record. However, as per my concern, i have not used any extra internet data mb. Only after getting notifications of consumption of 100% data pack, i switched off / disconnected my mobile internet services. And after 10 minutes later, while my net services was off, i again received sms of 10 mb over use of internet. So, its not my fault sir.
Therefore, keeping in view of my good faith, as i am a good customer of your vodafone, please deduct the wrong charges of rs. 211.43 for mobile internet services. And send me revised bill.
It is humble request, please revise my bill by deducting the wrong charge of rs. 211.43. And send me revise bill, so that i can pay my bill on time or before 15th august, 2016.
Besides this, i have not taken any additional plan like 300loc+std free [protected]@150 services. This services was not in my notice. So kindly deactivate that services also, without making any more bill for additional charges of rs. 150.
Only the plan i have taken is rs. 199 with internet pack of rs.250, and this should be carried on further.
Please resolve my problem immediately and send a revised bill.
