Vodafone billing fraud with postpaid connection holders!!

My name is raj and voda postpaid number 96 two zero 43836 eight. Just 2 days back i received a whooping bill of inr 1800 + for june-july bill.

I requested a roaming free plan for 2 months from may, which was not reverted back when i came back to bangalore, and fraud vodafone continued the same.' which resulted in this bill. They don't give a damn to consumer genuine concerns and demand money like goons and threaten to disconnect if not paid in full.

I have decided to expose these cheaters of telecom industry in consumer court.

Not sure why you're dodging the original concern i raised. You never answered my questions in the call and adopted a stubborn attitude.
My concern is simple -

I requested roaming free plan only for 45 days and vodafone store customer care assistant never told me i have to re-approach vodafone to revert back the original plan. So, why the hell i have to pay for your mistakes. Only respond if you've answer and solution for my query.

Worst telecom vodafone billing fraud. Never opt for vodafone as they are involved in billing fraud you'll never notice and they'll keep filling their pockets

    Hi,
    i m new to you, has been having isd calls facility for the first month as i have been promissed by your sales guys, suddenly on 2nd aug received sms from your side the isd has bee deactivated.
    no one from customer care (dailed 198) is ready to take my complaint.
    one more thing I have taken this connection on my self(individual connection) only and not provided any authorization letter from my company then how could be this has been issued as corporate connection.
    please look into it as it is a concern for me from where they got documents. Have they forged????
    its really too serious issue for me and my organization where i work!!

    i, m lots suffer net connection, my sim is register west Bengal but i, m staying chhattisgarh, i, m recharge net connection but they have not supported 3g network, my all setting is correct if( manul setting data roaming ect) i, m connect customer care but they have no solution.

      I was using vodafone post-paid in mumbai, they suggested me a plan, but every month i used to get bills with amount which was more than what i expected, initially i thought it may be because i am using more than what is given to me in plan. But in month of february 2016 i received huge amount of bill. Then i checked the bill in details, i was charged wrongly, i raised this complaint.In return i got disconnection of service instead of solving my complaint. I raised another complaint and my service was activated with promise of sending me revised bill but due silly people working at vodafone i received another bill with even more higher amount. This time i did not paid the bill and decided to pay it once all the complaints get resolved. Unfortunately nobody took care of my complaint, i wrote about 200 mail in last four months, visited different stores for 15 times or even more. But nobody listened to my complaint and my service was disconnected. My number is still not activated and facing big trouble. I have raised this issue to senior authorities in vodafone but still nobody cares about it. I will be sending link of this complaint to them to make them understand that their bad service will make them loose more customers. Very bad service. I suggest you to not to avail vodafone post-paid service from mumbai circle.

              Vodafone biend such a brand name, is not value to customer at least for me.
              I had a corporate card i used in hyderabad, i have refund due and since past 2 months it's been emails on emails and emails.

              There is no call back, being corporate card holder local customer guys don't help and corporate helpline is not available! It's just emails that i have received in due course!

              I want my refund cheque to an appropriate address is only my concern as i am relocated now! And i cannot visit any vodafone store in hyderabad!!

                I feel really disgusted with the services of vodafone. It is a big multi-national but it is stealing customer's money using nonsense business tactics. Today, i got a message about activation of "utv action pack" which i never subscribed. 90 rs rental was deducted. This did not happen for the first time. Telecom company has resorted to cheating. When you use some application and by mistake you click on any advertisement which asks for subscription, money will be deducted without user consent immediately if your phone is connected to mobile internet. Why don't they ask for confirmation? I have lost my balance money 3 times in a a similar fashion but i don't think i clicked any link this time. I hope government should frame guidelines to stop this blatant cheating.

                    I'm vodafone user from 5 years but now days vodafone not providing proper service & cheating in deta plans i was ignored from long time but now its to much this time vodafone cheating alot alot alot, i recharge 249 1. Gb 3g deta plan on 25th of july after recharge in 4 days i got massege 50% deta is done & again in just 1 day i got massege 90% deta is done, i ignored & again i recharge same 249. Rs 1. Gb 3g deta plan & again i seen same think i recharge on 28th of july & 1 aug i got message 50% deta is done & 2 aug i got massege 90% deta is done.
                    Now my qusn is 1st think 3g deta means minimum 10mbps deta speed but here vodafone compny cheating in this also they not providing proper speed no proper 3g service even for 1 singel email taking 4 hrs & with this kind of service compny showing me in 4 days 1. Gb deta is going to b done how it is possible i want clearification this is cheating we are midel class people we can't spend 249. Rs in every 5 days.
                    249 in 5 days means 1500 in 1 month what is is this we have limited salary & in this mobile compnys doing cheating with us this is not fair gove have to take action for this compnys thinking we are fool but we not i am requisting please take some serios action against this.

                    Note : please fond the attechament also i atteched with this complaint in this attechment you can see all my 2 reachrges date & there 50% & 90% deta consumtion warning massege differance, please check & take action bcoz this is not a small problem if you people will not take action then i will file case in consumer cort.

                      My mobile number was disconnected (both incoming & outgoing) even when payments are late by just two days.

                      The billing amount was way below the credit limit. bill was just around rs. 1500 while my credit limit is rs. 3500.

                      I had already deposited the cheque, however there was a delay of clearence from from your end.

                      All my past payments have been in time, and this time your company has disconnted the number with the mere delay from your end.

                      It's very frustating to me as the number is used by my sister & i am unable to contact her.

                      The customer call center guy mr. adesh sharma from mp, cg customer helpline, even refused to register a complaint.

                      Need to register a complaint for this issue asap.

                        I received an sms saying continue to enjoy all your current benefits of your existing plan @ revised monthly rental of rs.349/-

                        My current plan is e_connect_3g_ 299_new for which i pay 299 monthly rental. I ask my few friend who also have the same plan activated on their number.

                        No one has received any sms or notification regarding any change in the plan, so my question is why only i am getting this revised plan.

                        Do i need to go into consumer court regarding this issue.

                          I, Nikhil Patkar, working in Government organization having vodafone connection. I have 1 GB data plan which cost me 250 rs. Last month I used 866 MB data, having proof of same. But still I was charged 1071 MB data & for extra 71 MB I was charged 293 rs. Even I got message from vodafone on 16th that I used only 50% data . As my billing cycle is 25 th to 24th then How can I used so much data in few days. I complaint in vodafone site for 2 time but still didn't get any response. I am very much disappointed with this service.

                            The vodafone network service is excruciatingly bad in siliguri. They cut off the connection every now and then without any prior notice
                            The store people are purposely not looking into the matter of the customers and wait for the month to be over and then disconnect the mobile connection so that customers are harassed and are bound to make illegal payments. With us it has been going on for the last 4 months.

                            They recharged a data pack in my number as i had requested, and after a month i asked them not to recharge data pack any more to my number but they still have did it for three consecutive months after repeated requests orally and written requests for not doing the same. After i asked them to waiver off the amount from the bill they created a drama with signing this and that papers but with no results.

                            They came with the same bill on the fourth month saying the amount is pending and disconnected the phone. Now i have been trying to call the head of vodafone mr. Sunil and other staffs who have been part of the discussion there is no response from their phone, and if by chance they pick up they say i have said somebody to take care of it and you can wait for all day long but no advancement from these people.
                            I must say opt for any other connection but not vodafone...

                              On 4th july, i took a vodafone connection with 4g wifi router for my number [protected]. i already paid 6 months advance - rs. 6870 in cash to the vodafone store at kumar swamy layout and they gave me a cash bill (attached).

                              For some reason, it's not updated in vodafone's system and my account is still showing rs. 6900 outstanding. hence, vodafone has disconnected my connection.

                              Even after repeatedly taking to the customer care (more than 10 times) and repeatedly going to the local vodafone store 3 times, the issue hasn't been solved.

                              Now, i am left with no internet and it has severely affected my work. i am an online entrepreneur with an ecommerce business and my work needs internet 24x7. god knows how much money i have lost in business because of this nuisance.

                              Vodafone's record shows wrong information because one of their employee was careless and didn't do his job properly. if they have not received it then they should talk to their own employees and resolve the issue instead of harassing the customer by disconnecting his internet even after she has paid.

                              Whenever i talk to anyone from vodafone, they say it will get resolved within 10-15 minutes and yet i am sitting duck without any internet. without any internet, i am losing hundreds of customers in my business everyday.

                              Today, they have told me that somehow the payment details have been updated in this system after 4 weeks (28 days). they said that the have restored the connection but nothing is restored. i still can not connect to the internet. i called the customer care, the data team and emailed back and forth. nobody has a clue.

                              I just want my money complete back and would like to disconnect this pathetic connection. i have already suffered enough loss.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                This is to bring to your notice that i have been pasted with a disgusting bill of 17000/- rupees for the month of july 2016

                                Out of which the monthly rental is 949/-
                                The calling is for 379/-

                                The data usage is 13692/-
                                Tax on the same is 2211/-

                                I had a 650/- rs internet pack for 3gb when it would get over my internet would be unlimited with 64kbps speed. I would often use a booster pack for the month.

                                One day one of the customer care calls and says why dont you take a 4gb pack and tells it will save without informing it is not an unlimited package.

                                I used to get regular updates on my internet being used over my package with no message that said i am being charged

                                At the end of the month i receive a bill which is 1/4th of my salary!!!

                                My phone has been deactivated.

                                I have take a new number i would request someone to immediately get in touch with me on [protected]

                                Failing upon which i would be taking this issue on social media.

                                  My vodafone mob no was [protected], i have been complaining of call drops and poor connectivity for past few months, inspite of so many reminders quality of service has
                                  Not improved, all my call drops are billed. But for no action for improving service of vodafone. I have been forced to pay all my bills inspite of poor service and harassed by calls for payments, i delayed payment because i am not getting connectivity but being billed for call drops, i want all my call drops to be reimbursed and i have paid excess amount in my bills to be reimbursed.
                                  Vodafone is not bothered about customer care. They dont bother about complaints. They have put auto mails to customer complaints, customer gets the same reply for any complaint.. Complaints are not addressed.
                                  I need refund of my bills for past one years. Service provider should be responsible for quality service so i need refund of all call drops, i have to use my landline phone so i had to pay rs.1500/- extra every month. Vodafone should reimburse this bill also. I have been forced to shift to airtel now.
                                  Government should protect its citizens from mnc companies like vodafone form looting us, we need quality for the bills we pay.

                                    This is regarding wrong charged of rs. 211.43 for mobile internet services applied on my vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] of rs 932.52 dated 28.07.2016. My mobile data plan is for rs. 250. As i had received your notifications very late regarding ending of data pack and over use of only 10 mb internet. And immediately, i disconnected/off my mobile internet services. However, you have made extra charges of rs. 211.43 by claiming 34 mb extra use of internet for mobile internet charges. Sir, it is common understanding, that why will i use 5-10 mb extra for making heavy cost of internet charges?? As your notification sms was not received on time. So due to this reason, there may be use of few mb extra as per your record. However, as per my concern, i have not used any extra internet data mb. Only after getting notifications of consumption of 100% data pack, i switched off / disconnected my mobile internet services. And after 10 minutes later, while my net services was off, i again received sms of 10 mb over use of internet. So, its not my fault sir.

                                    Therefore, keeping in view of my good faith, as i am a good customer of your vodafone, please deduct the wrong charges of rs. 211.43 for mobile internet services. And send me revised bill.

                                    It is humble request, please revise my bill by deducting the wrong charge of rs. 211.43. And send me revise bill, so that i can pay my bill on time or before 15th august, 2016.

                                    Besides this, i have not taken any additional plan like 300loc+std free [protected]@150 services. This services was not in my notice. So kindly deactivate that services also, without making any more bill for additional charges of rs. 150.
                                    Only the plan i have taken is rs. 199 with internet pack of rs.250, and this should be carried on further.
                                    Please resolve my problem immediately and send a revised bill.

                                      My vodafone number is [protected]. When i recharge 3g data pack for 40 mb, it gives a messages within a minute or two that i have consumed 50% of my data without any consumption, even without any single whatsapp message. The, again after 1 or 2 minutes it says you have consumed 90% data, ten message for almost 100%. Before you are alert and switch off data, it starts charging at 4p / 10 kb ad your 70-80 rs. Are gone. Sometimes, we are not left even with sufficient balance for a single call.

                                      Further, vodafone doesn't give messages timings to show them that these messages are received within an interval of less than 100 seconds. Also, there is no way to see where we have actually consumed this data.

                                      I am going to change vodafone if they do not pay me back wrongly charged amount, approximately 250-300 rs. In last 5-6 recharges.

                                      Please give me details of this mobile number becuase he is a big chitter he dod cheat with me even my car is also with him and he is now not pickup my calls and try so manny times but he is not pickup my calls i want his details so i will catch him number is [protected]please help me out in this case thank you
                                      I have port my docomo number to Vodafone .but my old no is not show the operator and my new no is not activated in 7 days. My number is [protected] which is not show the network and my new port no of Vodafone is not activated

                                        I am using vodafone [protected] since last 10 years. 2 years back i changed my plan from prepaid to postpaid.
                                        New suddenly post plan changed and i am being changed for net uses after 1gb 3g park, which was https://goo.gl/vvg2ob free with reduced speed.
                                        New i applied to change my number from postpaid to prepaid collection in a vodafone store locatated at air force road khodiyar colony, jamnagar on 06th of just 2016. i was told by store manager mr. sharukh to pay bill of rs1340 upto 10th july and accordingly i paid. i am having payment slip. he asked to submit id proof and photo which was also submitted by me same time. he handed over a prepaid sim and told that new sim will be working with in 3to4 days.
                                        Now i want to know how much time will take to convert a plan from postpaid to prepaid plan.
                                        Till date my plan was not changed and recently i got a call from vodafone to pay bill.
                                        Who is responsible for deta and who will pay bill?
                                        Is thisway vodafone treating customer.
