My name is pradeep and i am using vodafone for past one year. My no is 9585xxxx50. On 24.07.2016 while recharging for talktime using myvodafone app. I noticed an full talktime offer. Ie a fulltalktime of rs 255/- for an amount of rs.225 only. Believing that i just went for it. I got an message that your extra benefit will be activated in two hours. Thinking that the recharge has failed i recharged for rs 230 ftt. After that to my surprise my existing 3g pack got deactivated and an unlimited 2g pack for rs 225 got activated. Unable to realise what went wrong. I contacted their customer care and even sent them the snapshots of the misleading offers in their app to their mail id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. Even after i didn't get a proper response. After numerous and frustrating phone calls to their customer care. They were not ready to revert the false recharge offer of rs 225 to my account or activate my previous 3g pack with a data balance of 1.81gb valid for another 20 days and most of all they are not registering my complaint at all. Out of deep frustration and disbelief over the vodafone services i am registering my complaint to this forumn

      As i want to port out all my vodafone corporate numbers but when i raised the port out request it discarded by the vodafone "the reason is signatory mismatched". But when i issued a new number on the same letter head with same signature they ready to issue a new number. It happens 2 times but still my issue is pending and i visit so many times at vodafone store even they also able to fail to resolve my problem. Plz look into this matter and resolve my issue asap.

      This is the worst company and worst network of the india. As i am trying to leave this network. But they trying to forcefully to stay in this network. I really hate it and want to leave this network

        For the past six months or so i have been receiving repetitive calls from vodafone call centre to convert my phone network into a vodafone number. I get these calls once in a month now, though earlier they were as frequent as once or twice a week.

        Initially i requested them to not call me and to remove my number from their database. Subsequently, when these requests failed to have any affect on them i started to threaten them that i will lodge a complain in the consumer forums against vodafone if i continued to receive these calls from them.

        This affected the frequency of their calls and i didnt receive any call for a month or so. Now they are at it again.

        Initially they didnt even know my name and would go ahead and ask me who they are speaking with - they must be picking up random data and making calls!

          My self kashyap gohil i want to inform you that since last one year i used two no of vodafone ([protected], [protected]) as postpaid in teachers scheme of @299 monthly rent. before two week our government organization apply for [protected]@rental 28.6 and i got one no [protected] in that scheme, then i visited vodafone store bhuj and give application to change my another no in that scheme in gog plan and based on my request i got this plan on 18 jul at 18:43:04 time. but on 23 jul i got another massage from vodofone your post paid plan has been change [protected]@rental 28.6 to rental 299. i haven't given any application and once you change my plan @299 to [protected]@28.6 and then how can another change is done. i want to use both of number mention above but if you can not provide me this plan in my another number ([protected]) than i have to divert on another subscriber of mobile network services provider so please do needful for the same in this matter...

            I have received a fraud call from a person from no. [protected] and she asked all the details of credit card including otp and for the same rs. 2500/-in twice total rs.5000 was deducted through vodafone billdesk as on 12/05/2016 from my account (Transaction id is [protected] at 2:21 pm amount rs:-2500 and transaction id is [protected] at 2:22 pm amount rs:-2500.

            Please cancell and reverse / freeze the transaction at the earliest and refund the amount. Fir already given at cyber crime ps, noida (Uttar pradesh).

              I rishabh banerjee had been getting threatening calls from vodafone in the name of bill collection of mdn number [protected] saying that if i don't pay the bill the person will track my number and will take action coming at my residence. I would like to question the ethics of vodafone as in is this how vodafone behaves with customers. My bill was quoted as something 9000 odd rupees approximately and still i asked for a settlement amount of closing the amount in 1500 rupees which vodafone was ready to go for, after which i never received a call from vodafone regarding the settlement then why is vodafone now mentally harrasing me and my family and calling as well as threatening. I am sharing you the number of the person who called me up and threatened me to be present in court or otherwise he will track me down and will create a scene at my home. [protected] was the number from where i received this threatening call from and the guy told me that he doesn't care for the settlement amount quoted by vodafone, although i have not used such a high amount of services on vodafone.
              I would request you to take this matter seriously as this shows amount of indecency causing mental harassment to me and my aged parents.
              Also i would like to state that i a ready to settle the amount amicably. Kindly call me on [protected]

                your agent call me for mnp my postpaid airtel number to vodafone, i agreed for mnp. The agent came to my home and a new vodafone sim given. Since 12th July my number working with vodafone. on 15th - 16th July my number not working. i called vodafone customer care then my number working again. on 22nd July my number again not working. i complaint to customer care, he said your address in negative area, so you cant use vodafone postpaid.
                why my number changed to vodafone by your agent and why i am suffring from problem.

                I have the same problem. I've been running up and down to get my vodafone ownership changed for the past 3 months and finally it seemed successful with only address verification lest to be done. But now, after my address has been verified, I'm told that my address is a negative area and that I can't get a post paid plan for it. Why the hell wasn't I informed earlier? I could have been told about this when I submitted my address in the first place!

                    I made a recharge to this number [protected] with unlimited data pack yesterday. I am not able to browse after this. I called the customer care last day for several times. No one solved my problem.Instead of solving my problem they blocked my number. Now also they are not responding to my call. So please make a complaint about this and return my money back.

                      I had requested to port my 2 sim cards and to change one sim to postpaid from prepaid and another one to prepaid from postpaid on 09/07/2016 (saturday). The operator told me that the sim will get activated in a week. However, it took two weeks to activate the sim. It delayed for for one more week resulting in discontinuation of service for one more week and halting my sim card. I had got faulty sim cards from vodafone office which could not get activated and the operator told me on the 14th from the request that I have been delivered faulty sim cards.

                      This is not acceptable at all as this led to costumer dissatisfaction.

                        On april 5th 2016, i visited the vodafone customer care centre on mg road, gurgaon regarding my vodafone number [protected]. I met with the customer care personnel and requested him to suspend my account for a period of 3 months as i had been mostly travelling abroad and for the past 5 months my usage of the said number was totally nil and yet i was paying a monthly bill on auto debit to the tune of around rs. 1200. For this purpose, he made me write an application, pay the fees in cash for safe keeping my number and attached my signed photo id. Apart from this, he pointed out that since the april month has already started and so i incurred some dues which i need to pay towards the due bill for this month and will close all outstandings. This has to be done in cash and so as per him i paid it in cash using the service machines located in the same premise. However, much to my dismay, vodafone has been generating bill in my name to this date with some outstanding showing as past due. Apart from this they have sent demand notices and made an obscene number of calls on my other phone which is with my mother. I am totally unable to understand what due is this company asking me to pay when all my dues had been auto debited from my bank all along. Plus i also cleared all dues personally on my last visit for april and additionally also paid some fees. This is a highly unethical means of extracting money from customers. Not only is this pure mental harassment but also violation of all acceptable means of doing business.

                          I m using postpaid sim but i want to convert it to prepaid i applied on 04 - july for the same stil nothing happen i made an advanced payment of 7 days so it can converted to prepaid but its been not 18 days no response from nodal officer as wel not evn from vodaphone gallery where i applied. Vodaphone worst service its like they force people to use postpaid and pay

                            I had a vodafone postpaid connection that i wanted to convert to prepaid. The initial application was logged on the 12th of july 2016 at the vodafone store in salem, and i was told my sim would get deactivated in 2 days, after which i should get a prepaid sim from "any store" in tamilnadu. I explicitly asked if this was the case as i had to travel to madurai on business and thought i'd get the sim there. I was asked not to make outbound calls till then. But my sim remained active for almost 10 days, and i was not able to make any calls during that time.

                            Then i got a call from customer care and they said the deactivation would happen only after i got the prepaid sim. But when i approached vodafone store in madurai, they said it was possible to buy a sim only in salem and asked me to go there. So i came back to salem only to get this done.

                            Postpaid sim got deactivated on the 21st of july 2016, but till now, the prepaid sim has not been activated.

                            Customer care representatives don't have the faintest idea as to what the issue is. Every time i call, i get a new reason and asked to wait for a little longer.

                            Customer care keeps telling me to contact the store. When i call the vodafone store in salem, they either ignore or hang up.

                            Due to this, all banking activity has been stalled without otp. I am also expecting other time-sensitive and life-altering calls for which i have worked very hard.

                            Sadly, on the vodafone india facebook page, there seem to be hundreds of other customers who are facing the same issue for as long as 6 months. Vodafone should be sued for being so incompetent and rude to paying customers. For all the frustration that i've been put through, i would surely sue them if only i had the bandwidth.

                                I m a distributor of vodafone in rourkela, odisha, my company name is india traders.. My complaint is all about mr yuvraj garg bm of vodafone rourkela tci chowk. He cheated me by making false commitments, by doing self billings of rcv 36 and told me if the voucher will not move then company will take back after 40 days and also he credited 22000 in my vodafone account and told me that you got 8000 inr as your payout so deduct 8000 from 22000 and pay the rest to him (Yuvraj).. I m sure he is working against company sop.. And now suddenly they are saying me that they will change the mapping and will suspend my distributorsip.. Mr yuvraj is using bad languages to distributor.. So plz help me make my problems solved.

                                  I am a vodafone customer in chandigarh using 2g data plan.
                                  Vodafone has charged me rs 49/- for downloading content 2 times in two month so in all they have charged me rs 98/- for downloading a stuff which i had never downloaded. When i called their customer forum for explaination they had no proper explaination. And i also complaint about call detail which i do not need but they still send to me. They did not listen my problem problem properly.

                                    On 16 july my no. Was jammed [protected]. I called many times customer care, no support was there that time i felt vodafone s havinf poor customer support team. They register it in any neywork related problem.
                                    I went vodafone mini store they informed barring is there in your no. Due date was 19/7/16. So i paid on 18/7/16.
                                    Next day my sin was working. Now no one is not anwering reason of barring. And now i m getting calls from [protected] vineeta, she is scolding and asking to give ffedback that issue s been solved. I asked her to clear the reason of barring, she denied, she is not accepting that this is case of barrinf she is saying that may be network issue, so i asked that is misunderstanding of customer care. She says no misunderstanding is there she is sure for entire system also she warned me to ne agree otherwise you will get continuous calls, and doing the same. I am informing before to make port ny no.In airtel/reliance. Reliance is not having good network but that type of arrogant, poor, nonsence customer care executive i have not seen ever. They dont make excuse they scold, discussions like lawyers.

                                        I charged my data pack with rs 112 on 13 th july 16. But my data was not activated. When contacted vodafone customer care i was told that i had recharged the scheme of chennnai and the amount will be returned to my main balance within 5 days. Till now i did not got the amount. Unnecessary charges are getting debited and my talk time balance is wiped of. I am really desperate with vodafone services customer care no one answer properly.. The problem will not resolved...
