I had a vodafone postpaid connection that i wanted to convert to prepaid. The initial application was logged on the 12th of july 2016 at the vodafone store in salem, and i was told my sim would get deactivated in 2 days, after which i should get a prepaid sim from "any store" in tamilnadu. I explicitly asked if this was the case as i had to travel to madurai on business and thought i'd get the sim there. I was asked not to make outbound calls till then. But my sim remained active for almost 10 days, and i was not able to make any calls during that time.

Then i got a call from customer care and they said the deactivation would happen only after i got the prepaid sim. But when i approached vodafone store in madurai, they said it was possible to buy a sim only in salem and asked me to go there. So i came back to salem only to get this done.

Postpaid sim got deactivated on the 21st of july 2016, but till now, the prepaid sim has not been activated.

Customer care representatives don't have the faintest idea as to what the issue is. Every time i call, i get a new reason and asked to wait for a little longer.

Customer care keeps telling me to contact the store. When i call the vodafone store in salem, they either ignore or hang up.

Due to this, all banking activity has been stalled without otp. I am also expecting other time-sensitive and life-altering calls for which i have worked very hard.

Sadly, on the vodafone india facebook page, there seem to be hundreds of other customers who are facing the same issue for as long as 6 months. Vodafone should be sued for being so incompetent and rude to paying customers. For all the frustration that i've been put through, i would surely sue them if only i had the bandwidth.

      I m a distributor of vodafone in rourkela, odisha, my company name is india traders.. My complaint is all about mr yuvraj garg bm of vodafone rourkela tci chowk. He cheated me by making false commitments, by doing self billings of rcv 36 and told me if the voucher will not move then company will take back after 40 days and also he credited 22000 in my vodafone account and told me that you got 8000 inr as your payout so deduct 8000 from 22000 and pay the rest to him (Yuvraj).. I m sure he is working against company sop.. And now suddenly they are saying me that they will change the mapping and will suspend my distributorsip.. Mr yuvraj is using bad languages to distributor.. So plz help me make my problems solved.

        I am a vodafone customer in chandigarh using 2g data plan.
        Vodafone has charged me rs 49/- for downloading content 2 times in two month so in all they have charged me rs 98/- for downloading a stuff which i had never downloaded. When i called their customer forum for explaination they had no proper explaination. And i also complaint about call detail which i do not need but they still send to me. They did not listen my problem problem properly.

          On 16 july my no. Was jammed [protected]. I called many times customer care, no support was there that time i felt vodafone s havinf poor customer support team. They register it in any neywork related problem.
          I went vodafone mini store they informed barring is there in your no. Due date was 19/7/16. So i paid on 18/7/16.
          Next day my sin was working. Now no one is not anwering reason of barring. And now i m getting calls from [protected] vineeta, she is scolding and asking to give ffedback that issue s been solved. I asked her to clear the reason of barring, she denied, she is not accepting that this is case of barrinf she is saying that may be network issue, so i asked that is misunderstanding of customer care. She says no misunderstanding is there she is sure for entire system also she warned me to ne agree otherwise you will get continuous calls, and doing the same. I am informing before to make port ny no.In airtel/reliance. Reliance is not having good network but that type of arrogant, poor, nonsence customer care executive i have not seen ever. They dont make excuse they scold, discussions like lawyers.

            I have paid my outstanding payments and deactivated my postpaid account month of march-2016. But now i got legal notice for 606.52 outstanding payment. Since the day deactivated i am not using my sim card. Please help me to resolve this issue.

              I charged my data pack with rs 112 on 13 th july 16. But my data was not activated. When contacted vodafone customer care i was told that i had recharged the scheme of chennnai and the amount will be returned to my main balance within 5 days. Till now i did not got the amount. Unnecessary charges are getting debited and my talk time balance is wiped of. I am really desperate with vodafone services customer care no one answer properly.. The problem will not resolved...

                  This person is calling me for since two days for without any reason... I have his missed calls of around 80 in total... Whenever i pick up his call he takes some random as a person then talks with me... I am irritated with his calls... I have even blocked him but still he continous.. I request you kindly take some serious action on him...

                      I have done a payment of rs 222/- through sbi net banking for vodafone prepaid mobile recharge. Though my a/c has been debited but top up balance/ talktime has not been received in my mobile. Where it is lying i dont know.                           My wrong data charges deducted at 10.25 pm on 20.07.16 my mobile no is [protected].
                          When call to costume care they inform to me data charges is deducted. but 1 minute open data mobile network only.
                          1 minute charged rs 60/- deducted from my account.
                          Too many time deducted from my account

                          Pl refund my mobile balance to me as early as possible.

                          I am using Vodafone sim from last 6 years and my plan is changed without any confirmation msg or calls. Nw i am decided to port out other companies and customer care guy is not responsible bcz he doesn't response properly their is no use.He is telling plans are changed so changed i checked another number but plan is same.

                            My mobile number is [protected]. i have received mobile bill for the period 18/6/16 to 17/7/16 amounting to rs 4099.57 which is incorrect. actual my bill for the said period is rs 387.33 excluding service tax.
                            As per my plan, my plan rent is rs 129/- and rent for 3g internet of 1 mb is rs 250/-my internet usage for the said period is 874.34 mb which is less than 1gb. however vodafone has charge rs 3177.52 for using data of 874.34 mb which is not correct..
                            I have sent mail to vodafone to sent corrected bill however no response from them.

                                Dear sir,
                                I bought 50 postpaid corporate connection from your jyoti chowk vodafone store, jalandhar. I deposit all required documents of company and salary slips. After 2 times verification rejected and ignored issuing my connection. Now after all this, store is asking to security deposit of inr 250 and ech for each number. They didn't explain any term and conditions before. Why they wasted my time and money and harras me in such manner by not providing connection. Besides all dis, mr. Gurwinder helped me a lot but behavior o[censored]r hod is very rude and unable to sort out the matter.. Other companies were providing me better scheme, but as i m a regular customer of vodafone we choose it. But we get harassment at ur service side.

                                  I have been charged 1200 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, which is in all the way unrealistic. This is a scam by Vodafone. I am trying to escalate this to highest possible level and planning to take legal action against Vodafone. My bill number is 73078680. This is to confirm that i have not made these calls and seems like it is a big fraud. The customer service says its an internet number to some astrologer. I have registered a complaints against this in vodafone customer care and waiting for the response. This seems to be a big scam !! Please take strong action against cheating customers

                                      Vodafone company send me last two month fake bill of data usage which service i had not used by vodafone i have taken a plan of talk time rs.149 and the company send me last two month fake bill and i was already last month given in written that i have not used data. i have used airtel prepaid no. for data usage and wifi at home from another company.

                                        On february the 8th 2016 (vodafone gallery, ghatkopar), i had requested to close my existing internet plan and switch to monthly plan of rs 99 on my vodafone number [protected].
                                        However after that i am being charged for internet 399 plan and mi_cap_1175_30d_r_e2promo_3g for which i am being charged rs. 1175. service charges also being charged.

                                        I have made several complains since than to the call centers and each time they say it will be reversed and the plan will be closed. however the request is falling on deaf ears.
                                        I also went to thane vodafone gallery on 20th june 2016 to register the complaint. they told me it will be taken care within 48 hours. however again i am being charged again for the bill of june 2016. this money will directly get deducted from my account on 20th of july. since there is a ecs facility.

                                        If now this is not taken care asap i will approach appropriate legal authorities and take legal action against you. i will apply fraudulent charges of wrongly charging me in spite of several complaints and fraudulently taking the money from my bank. on top of it the mental harassment i am going through since march, 2016.
