I have not received the details of sms sent from my vodafone postpaid mobile between (The period is 15.06.2016 to 14.07.2016). I have requested so may times to customer care of vodafone but all in vain. Thereafter, i have emailed to customer support, but they mailed me the duplicate bill every time. The details of sms sent from my mobile are not available in the duplicate bills.

    Hi,

    I am using a vodafone prepaid sim. It was working fine till last night. Since this morning, outgoing calls are suspended. I am getting message 'sim card has been suspended, please contact vodafone care'. I called customer care (198), they told me nothing is wrong with sim and to put in different handset, i tried that - didn't work. I contacted customer care again over chat - this time the agent told me that sim validity is over, i need to recharge with 40 inr - i did that but did not work. I need my connection back badly - how can you suspend my services without any intimation? I have sufficient balance on my account (500 inr).

      I am mritunjay . my mobile number is [protected]
      I recharged my mobile at 16 july . my total balance was 135.rs. I received full talk time. I used twelve rupees at first. After then it remained 123 rs. after some hours it remained only 13 rupees. I did not use my balance consisting 110 rs . So, i have lost my balance of rupees 110. All this happens on that day.
      when i contact the customer care they told me that you open some game websites on 29th June that's why your balance is deducted. But it is very interesting to know that I use some service but for that the money is deducted after 20 days, how shameful it is.
      It is very shameful that this kind o[censored]seless people are there to take care of the customer. they are trained to give some excuse to the customer and the customer can do nothing as they have no proof for that.
      Sir, all these things are baseless, i never do anything like that, i never use any game website on that day.
      I'm a student in DU any i have no time to this kind o[censored]seless things.
      So please sir, in terms of resolution of my problem i need my money back as soon as possible. Thank you..

        My mobile number is [protected]. My plan is rental rs.129 and 3g 1 gb pack @ rs 250/-
        Vodafone restricted my services on 15/7/2016 stating that my uses is exceeded credit limit, however 250 mb of my free usage of 3g was balance at that time. They started my services after 2 days after lots of follow up.
        Again on 20/7/16 vodafone restricted my outgoing calls and internet stating the same reason and asking to pay the outsatnding as per their record.
        My billing cycle is 18th to 17th of the month. I have paid my last bill on 6/7/2016. There is no outstanding payment.Inspite of vodafone is harrasing me.
        Please look into

          Hi,

          Someone has been tracking my phone records, number of calls i make and to which no, what time, even if i am travelling to different state he knows where i am and whom i am talking to. Nobody has access to my vodafone bill or online account but still they are able to track all my details and i am being harassed based on it. Its a question of my safety and security, request you to take a seriously and find out who is leaking this information from vodafone. I strongly suspect someone from vodafone is sharing this information.
          I havent shared any details with anyone and also did not request for any duplicate bill or details for last few months.
          I am on serious trouble and vodafone is going to be accountable if anything happens to a single woman staying alone where people are able to track all the details with the help of vodafone employees and harassing a woman.

          Iam the residence of MH-B in University of Hyderabad, here we don't get Vodafone Network. Since all of Family and Friends are using Vodafone I'm compelled to use Vodafone, though I was not getting any signal. my callers always complaining that why am I putting my Phone off, which never do.

          Atleast by now, increase the frequency range...

            Irritated by the spam messages offering me free tours, cheap loans, unbelievable discounts, lottery winnings, miracle babas who can change my fortune, etc etc i decided to put an end to such nonsense. also note this is happening despite my full dnd is on and operative. i logged into my vodafone account and started reporting these messages.

            Guess what vodafone keeps on calling m for more details on these spams saying they don't have any information. now vodafone has deactivated the spam reporting on its dnd page whenever you make a complaint a message is displayed which reads "system error occurred please try again later". this system error has been occurring whenever i tried to report spams.

            In school we were taught analyze a story and write moral of the story. so my moral of the story is dnd is a hoax and vodafone is directly benefiting (illegally) and hence they are keeping their eyes closed towards spammers and fool us. wake up lets protest

              I called vodafone india customer care for an issue about activation of internet pack. I was checking my balance and i saw this offer dial *444*9 internet pack for 1 hour. I dialed it assuming that it would provide details about the offer i. E. Charges etc.Instead i directly got a message that your internet pack is activated. This is basically an act of cheating by vodafone india. How can you charge me without giving clear details about any of your product or services?
              I dialed their so called customer care to ask if the service can be terminated and if i could get a refund.
              The call connected and for around 2 minutes i could hear other representatives voices taking their respective calls but to which my call was transferred wasn't saying anything as he was not even on his desk. I didn't mind it and normally narrated the issue, he said that i cannot get a refund and the service will stay activated. I asked him if he could transfer my call to his senior as he wasn't able to resolve the issue. He replied नहीं अभी किसी से बात नहीं करा सकता आप बाद में फ़ोन कर लेना। आपने complaint के लिए ही फ़ोन किया था ना? I said yes i had a complaint about the deducted balance and asked his name to which he replied एक बार बता चूका हु नाम बार बार बताने का शौक नहीं है मुझे। and disconnected the call. Is this how vodafone india treats its customers?

                Vodafone is the worst service that i have ever come across.. they just fool around people.this company just know to make money from public by fooling them and do not provide services at all... its been 1 month now and there is no activation of my sim even after taking thousand times followup for my issue.Not even the managers are capable enough to look into the matter and solve the issue.VODAFONE IS GOOD FOR NOTHING. WORST service in telecom sector.Better you guys windup this business from the market

                  Guys, is their any update regarding this kind of fraudulent which is happening from vodafone.Initially, they have given the refund of 780 on various occasion to vodafone customer services. Later after everything is sorted and i paid the outstanding bill of 280 which i need to pay.

                  In june month bill i got 314, which includes the late payment. I called to vodafone again regarding the late bill they waived off 50 rs. I have paid the bill on 1 july 2016 the remaining amount. On june 10 the reversal of the refund which was given to me reflects on the bank account.

                  Is their any way to fix this kind of issues. I've all the call audit recording available with me. Now my number service got deactivated ([protected]).

                  Sent couple of emails to corporate (Corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com). These people just call and acknowledge regarding your bill info. They are not trying to resolve the issue. On 3 different occasion they said they will get back to me in next 1 hours, 2 hours... Its been over a week now. No one got back to me.

                    My mobile no.[protected] is not activated by your department in dehradun from madhuban branch. my said no. was post paided but i request to convert said no in prepaid in march/16 but your department did not activate my no. till date. when i went there, they changed my sim and say after two hour it will be activated but i receive no response in my mobile. i went your maduban branch, dehradun, u. k. 3-4 times with take this problem. before 2 days i again went their they again change my sim and say "in 24 hours it will be activated". sir what is this your department not co-operated or they not expert

                      I requested for port out my vodafone no [protected] on 11th july 2016 to docomo and my upc code is vx477179 and valid till 23 july 2016 but my current service provider (Vodafone) is not approving my porting request. I got sms from docomo also that "your request for mnp is registered successfully 20808772" on 11th july 2016 1:27:06 pm. But still request is not approved by vodafone. Please help me regarding this issue before upc code expiry.

                        Recently (19th may 2016 -13th july 2016) my wife travelled abroad carrying my pre-paid category mobile. we did not realize that the pre-paid vodafone subscription automatically gets activated for international roaming. this resulted in a huge drainage of the money already paid without actually using the mobile for making any calls or sending messages or any other purpose in the us. this auto-activation for international roaming warning for pre-paid customers is not mentioned anywhere in the vodafone websie.

                        Now we realize that we should have removed the sim card before emplaing and replaced it just after landing in india.

                        When the complaint was made to vodafone customer care for reversing the charges, it was not entertained citing the above reason.

                          Well sir i got a call from company's end to offer me a new post paid plan in which i was told that you are given1 gb 3g data free in this plan i especially i confirmed from customer executive who made me call that as i am given 1gb 3g data weather i use 2g or 3g would it from my given pack and customer executive said yes sir. as i don't need to use 3g i was using 2g and once i checked my bill what i see that i have been charged 493 rs/- for 2g usage so now i want you to wave off my add on charges or take any action against the company.

                            Hello,

                            I am using vodafone sim since long time.
                            I regularly recharge it with Rs. 300/- online and i get Rs.290/- talktime with Rs.10/- access fees and Rs.0.0/- service tax.


                            Yesterday on 18th July 2016, i recharge with Rs. 300/- online and i got only Rs.257/- in which Rs.39.13/- was deducted as Service tax and Rs.3.0 access fees.

                            This are my recharge info for your reference:

                              I had duplicate sim of vodafone on 15july 2016. i convert my prepaid vodafone connection to postpaid but yet the sim is not get activated. and even the customer care executive not contacted me. infact after calling them number of times they rarely pic the phone and said that they have forwarded the mail but when i asked them when my connection will get activated they have no answer of this thing. this very annoying thing not expected by vodafone.

                                I am having issues service issues from past 2 months which are un -ressolved .I have raised the complaint on June 12 which was not noted .And my number was dissconnected nd bill was being posted, whereas there is no service .I have checked with customer care they are saying it due to non payment of bill .I have infomred them I am ready to pay the bill, but only for the days nd services which I have used. I am not getting the services from past 20 days or even more still I got the bill .The most irritating is when I call from a vodafone number to customer care (alternate no.).It dosent connect to any agent. So, pathetic service.

                                  Brismek safety technologies pvt. Ltd. We requested for a plan of 5 no. All has done regarding paperwork. Verifier met someone who is not relevance to us and gave negative feedback about office setup. Now i rearranged verification and whole day i was on my desk waiting that verifier but no one came. When i called store they said verifier met same lady again and giving same feedback about. This is bull, verifiers negligency costed us a lot. Now the limits crossed when they gave those no. S toh someone else. This is very sad. I was a vodafone user since 10 years.

                                    Interaction no.[protected] with vodafone.
                                    I have been charged approximately rs. 335 exclusive of taxes, for internet usage.

                                    My total free bandwidth is 500mb as per vodafone communications. I have also sent mails to vodafone with screenshots of messages received from vodafone itself in which it is mentioned that my current internet available limit is is 500mb and i have also checked on vodafone ussd code *111*5*1# and i have proof of message received from vodafone dated 28-06-16 which clearly mentions that i have 249.97mb data left. But after this they have charged me for 82 mb of excess data usage.
                                    This is totally harassment from vodafone side and this has happened with me second time.
                                    Please find the screenshots of the messages from vodafone for dree data limit.

                                        Sir i am costumer of vodafone since 5-6 year, i am using this no by dec 2013. I converted this no from postpaid to prepaid on 5 jul 2016. While i converted postpaid to prepaid my internet service blocked by vodafone. I complained to costumer care three time but there are no responded and they are unable to solved my problem till now. I payment my all bills and there is no outstanding of postpaid bill. Now i asked you about my mistake or cause of harassment by your office. Pl solve my problem by today otherwise i complained to consumer court.
