I have a unlimited plan which ahphld be valid for another 20 days. I bought a 1 day plan for a higher speed needed for a day.Instead of adding value to what i had spent. Vodafone overwrote the existing plan.Instead of giving more service for extra amount i paid, they have removed the services altogether. This is not in practice at other providers and absolutely illogical. The vodafone retailer should have informed me about this, instead had told me that the existing service would remain valid.
This is very wrong practice by vodafone. This needs to be checked. Consumers should be made aware about them so that they should not duped because of these arbitrary policies... By vodafone.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They deducted by Rs.9 and when I call them for refund they simply hang up the phone right on my face
I recently recharged my sim with 249 rs for the unlimited data pack 2g but the data provided by the sim is way too slow even for the 2g speed and i need it to be resolved as soon as possible

    My name is prakash sangmiskar my vodafone no. is [protected], i want to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection since more than 1 month. but they are refusing every time by giving silly reasons. for the conversion i contacted to agrawal brother's kurla west gallery. ad per those advise i have paid once rs. 516/- and then rs. 260/-. and 4 time i have represent the application. but 2 time they refused for outstanding bill payment though my money allredy shows advance payment in there a/c. and 2 time not legible of photo copy of i'd proof though i have submitted colour photograph. so kindly guide in the matter where should i complain to resolve the issue else i required to port some one else co.

    Outgoing service of my SIM card is get stuck, I could able to receive any single call.
    I went my nearest Vodafone mini store for my SIM card replacement for that only Rd 25 is charged actually...so that Rs100 were paid. For the son replacement.so what can I do for these problem ...I go argue with the employee?????
    Every month I am getting my bill amount high... frustrated with service and customer care is of no use... either share the correct bill with me or discontinue my number...
    Wat da hell wid u guys wenever electrcity gone in meerut cantt da network of vodona also gone is dis problem hve da solution in ur dictionary or my locality members wil port to another network such as idea (gud signal strength) . I warn u guys if dis problem wil nt solve asap den cmpny definetly pay for dis

      I m raja kannan, from chennai.i bought 2 post paid sims from vodafone as cug plan. I given my company proof. After 3 months my company was closed.i moved on my native.unfortunately i didnot get my bill detail.two months usage bill i did not paid.yesterday one person called me.he tells about all my call history and browsing history.then they pick up one number from my dialled calls..they use to call and they trap her also.i m the guy made relationship with u r company as a customer.what is the purpose to take out my personal number taken out from my dialled calls on my bills.Am i did any crime.these things were hurt me alot sir.peoples trust on you..i too also.thats why i bought sim.but my personal numbers and datas misused by u r peoples.where should i tell this complaint.who call me yesterday, he said he was a lawyer. But i called to vodafone peoples tell about this problem..they spoke with their manager i hold my line when i was in call our peoples was trap him..this is the way u r peoples behave against customers.i felt asame sir.. Why i should bought sim from vodafone.my personal things were misused.kindly u took action against them.

Uske mene wahi number ki sim prapt karne ke liye sare document submit kar diye. Lekin wo sim number dusre ke name se register paya gaya jisse mujhe sim nahi mil pa rahi hai.           I'm yogesh patil, [protected] is my no.
          I make a to vodafone customer care around 11:53 pm on 16th july 16, regarding the deducting balance from my account.
          But the executive responded very badly, he told me that balance is dedicated due to one service is actived on my no. (but it was not).
          I told him that i got a flash massage which was [you are used 2.800mb internet volume of 10.27 rs. your main account balance is 00.01]
          But he didn't respond upon it, then i told to transfer call to senior executive but he didn't by saying that all senior executives were busy they will not attend your call and he my call.
          And i have internet pack then also my main account balance is reduced

            My vf no. Is [protected].

            Thro vf app, i activated 3+3gb best offer for rs.0. Please see the attached screen shot of your offer.

            However, you have activated 3+3 gb pack @ rs.650.00 per month for 6 months. Since i had opted for a free offer on your app., this is just not acceptable.

            Kindly reverse/deactivate this service from my phone immediately and keep away from giving misleading info, else i will have to report this to proper authority.

              16/07/16 on this dated i have done vodafone 3 g recharge unlimited on rs 647 rs on [protected] after that some time one agine recharge done rs 29. Vodafone company says bcz of you done 29 rs recharge your 647rs recharge that deactivate but. How it possible if that thing is company doing that notification has to provide the customer when he is doing that recharge. I want help by zee business, and conser furm plz

                Respected Sir,

                This is in reference to services provided by Vodafone Rajasthan. I have been using Vodafone Prepaid Numbers [protected] & [protected] at Jaipur since 5 years. Network service at Chitrakoot, Vaishali Nagar, where I reside is very low and I have been registering complaints again and again at their store at Nursery Circle.

                Even after repeated visits and complaints and lame promises regarding set up of high frequency Tower, I feel really helpless.

                I hereby request to please intervene and get the issue sorted at earliest as my work and personal life is getting hampered.

                  I am the user of vodafone for more than a decade.
                  On 14th july 2016, i have visited vodafone store at kasba bose pukur road near sitala mandeer for transferring one of my post paid connection to prepaid connection. One the demand of vodafone executive i have deposited rs 89 at the counter.
                  Despite of my repeated request they have not issued any receipt to me and confirmed that within next 30 minutes i will receive a sms for this payment.
                  Since i have not received any confirmation sms for the payment of rs89, i tried to recharge through paytm thrice but every time it's failed and got the refund sms from paytm. On 15th night i contacted vodafone customer care no and then they confirmed me that there is no payment made by kasba branch that's the reason i won't be able to recharge through paytm.
                  Then i tried through local recharge centre without success. Finally today i visited the kasba vodafone center to escalate this issue. During my visit i was badly harassed by ms snehalia mukherjee & her team.Initially they denied that i have made any payment on 14th. Thanks god, i noticed a register on 14th where one of them had noted of my payment in that register. When i asked them to check the register they found it but now they started a new story that the phone no noted against my name in the register is not clear that's why they can not make the payment, now they will make the transfer. When i raised the point that who is responsible for my harrasment, 3 staff membe under the leadership of ms snehalia started shouting and threatened me to through me out from the store. Fortunately one more customer who wad present in the store protested against their behavior and ultimately the store manager acknowledged my complain and gave me the receipt of my complain.
                  The entire incidents raised few question :
                  1) why customers will not be issued money receipt against the cash payment immediately.
                  2) why vodafone will not take the responsibility of this total harrasment and take appropriate action against the staffs responsible for this incidents.
                  3) can any vendor threaten any client to through hi'm out for raising justified complain against the vendor?
                  4) what is the audit mechanism of mnc like vodafone to check the cash receipt from customers?

                        I registered complaint number is [protected] which i registered on 10th july, 16. Given deadline of 15, july, 16 that technician will come and solve the issue.
                        No technician arrived. I tried calling them again on the last day they told me to wait 24 hrs, again they hvn't arrived. When i again called them back customer employee tried to fooled me that he cannot hear my voice and disconnected my call twice. But he doesn't know that person can check either calling to other guy on phone can hear my voice or not. Not a single customer care, complaint number is working, all are getting disconnected automatically. They fooled my in every sense. Best part is what i hear last time when i called to customer service that this is not my problem, then mr. Why the hell are you working in that company. This is too much, i can't even imagine this worst attitude from every sense by vodafone.

                        Somebody try to guide or help me.

                        Ps - please fire that guy who behaved worst being working as a customer services employee. If every customer have to hear this "it's not my problem" and cutting calls.

                          Have been billed value added services charges in spite of not using and activating these services for mobile no. [protected]

                          Have been reminding them for last 1.5 months to not automatically activate these services for this no.

                          Have asked people at vodafone centre to waive off this once for these services last month in spite of no usage.

                          The service executives at call centre every times ensures that no charges will be levied but in spite of this every time i am getting the bill of value added services charge

                          And now when i declined to pay the overcharged amount, they have disconnected my number.

                          Request you to kindly take action against this and re-start my number again.

                              I had submitted application on 11/07/2016 for sim card converted postpaid to prepaid numbers are [protected].
                              Applications submitted to mr. Prakash goregoan vodafone store. Today is 4th day but not converted postpaid to prepaid.
                              And called customer care from my friend phone. But no one help said to me go to vodafone store and talk to them. Its very helpless for me.

                                  I recently took a cug in vodafone... but there was no network for two days it has happened before, all the five connections in cug are facing network problems. sometimes they say network will come in two hours but it never happens. the head supervisor along with subordinates do not take responsibility for anything. they don't pick up your call and even if they do they will say network will come in sometime. they say that there is a problem with the documentation which have been confirmed by them twice. because of their fault lies with customers because of their fault lies with customers suffer.. so irresponsible

                                    I, rohan singh marwah, recharged my mother's vodafone number +91-[protected] through paytm for rs 65 on wednesday, 13/7/16.
                                    As per the app interface it was a simple recharging process of talktime without stating beforehand that it would be a net recharge instead of talktime recharge.
                                    I wished to get a talktime recharge.
                                    Now the company declines to convert the recharge and after numerous calls and rejections from different customer care representatives, one of them says that only 50% can be refunded.
                                    I wish to ask the procedure and also question as to why they refund only 50% when when i don't intend to use their net service and never had.

                                    I simply want either a whole money refund, because i haven't used the net service which they activated, or an equivalent recharge for talktime.

                                      This is regarding my vodafone mobile no - [protected]. i'm customer of vodafone for at least 1.5 years.in the bill of month june & july 2016 there are fake isd calls shown in the iteamised bill and rs. 720 and rs. 240 charged under fake isd calls for month of june and july 2016 respectively. i asked vodafone support reg. these fake calls in the bill but there are not helping and saying i've made these calls and have to pay bill. i'm sure that these calls are not made by me and vodafone is cheating the customers for money showing fake calls in the bills. even i asked vodafone to give tower location of mobile from where these calls are made but they cant provide any details.

                                      I have received following message for activation of video subscription store on my no. Without any concern or initmation.pl do not charge for the same and deactivate as i havent activated.
