I registered complaint number is [protected] which i registered on 10th july, 16. Given deadline of 15, july, 16 that technician will come and solve the issue.
No technician arrived. I tried calling them again on the last day they told me to wait 24 hrs, again they hvn't arrived. When i again called them back customer employee tried to fooled me that he cannot hear my voice and disconnected my call twice. But he doesn't know that person can check either calling to other guy on phone can hear my voice or not. Not a single customer care, complaint number is working, all are getting disconnected automatically. They fooled my in every sense. Best part is what i hear last time when i called to customer service that this is not my problem, then mr. Why the hell are you working in that company. This is too much, i can't even imagine this worst attitude from every sense by vodafone.
Somebody try to guide or help me.
Ps - please fire that guy who behaved worst being working as a customer services employee. If every customer have to hear this "it's not my problem" and cutting calls.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
