    I have ported my no.In vodafone as a postpaid connection on 18th may 2016. After 2 days the outgoing and internet is deactivated.
    After complaining to customer care they said your verification is not completed. When i provided all details then again they are not doing address verification. It has been 10 days while my outgoing and internet is barred. They are just saying 2 days 4 days but its not done.
    Kindly take proper action regarding this problem.

      Yesterday (29th may 2016) i got the following message from vodafone stating that rs.75 was deducted for gamifive service.

      "hello! Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.75 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs. Xx. X. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). To visit the site click http://gamifive. Mobivillage.In/siteasync"

      I didn't subscribe for this service and it was activated automatically.

      I have seend such complain on this site also.
      Is this a planned cheating by a company?

        I have repeatedly informed vodafone to discontinue my number with relationship number[protected].
        I even paid my last outstanding bill of around 265 inr. After my call for disconnection. Obviously that was the last settlement bill to close the account. It was told to us that the number will be disconnected within 2 days.
        After that, we were shocked to receive yet another bill for a small amount of around inr 82. We had to again call them and ask what was the bill for?? They said the number is still active and that they spoke to somebody and were informed for reactivation.
        We never received any calls from vodafone for reactivation. They did this by themselves. We spoke to them to stop harassing us and on that they apologised and again informed us that these charges of inr 82 will be reversed and that the number will be disconnected in 48 hrs. The charges were reversed, but number was still active.
        Again to our shock, we received a full months bill in april. Again we spoke to them, this time with harsh words because this had become very frustrating. They again apologised and assured again that they will call our alternate number and close this account in 48 hours.
        Again nothing happened. We again received a new bill in may with april arrears. I again called the customer care (199) and again spoke to them about why this has been going on and on.
        Now they tell me to pay the outstanding and then only they will disconnect my number.
        This is really sad.Inspite of settling their payment, they kept my number active. And i have to pay for no reason from our side.

        We are really tired of calling them again and again. We spoke to them almost 5 times on this.

        Sincere request to please take up the matter with vodafone and please put them to close this account without further harassment.

          Hi Team

          My Datacard number is [protected], I have taken 700 monthly plan for 5GB internet data alone, and first month I have chagred extra 150 for unwanted value added service, I complained and got waiver for that. I request, I dont want any Valued added service for my number,

          Even after request I have charged extra 35 INR, I raised compliant and request for soultion. Customer care was so harse and no come back from them.

          Next month they have disconnected without any prior notice. Now I need proper explaination and waiver to terminate my service by paying my two month bill.

            Recently on[protected] the vodafone office in nanjangud refused to recharge my mobile for $250. I asked the vodafone woman for a $250 recharge but she refused to do the recharge for me, and furthermore, she would not give me the reason for not wanting to to do the recharging. Why? Note: i had two nanjangud police members with me waiting for me outside, so at that time i asked them to confronted the vodafone lady associate about her behaviour. They did so, she responded by referring me to another shop directly next door to complete the recharge. Why? Why am i being denied service? Is it because i filed a complaint before about louse service at the vodafone office in nanjangud. Please, once again, try to conduct vodafone customer business properly and respectfully at your nanjangud mysore district office location.

                I am using vodafone prepaid from last 5 years. Recently i took internet and in my browser settings all popups are blocked also. However when ever i use, internet, some value added services gets activated automatically without my knowledge. When i recieve sms of activation i realise and balance got deducted. This happened 5 times. When i call customer care they are not ready to take responsibility and telling it is a third party and so they dont have much information about this.

                I sent many emails and most of the time will receive very delayed responses without proper resolution.

                    Some random packs get activated without any pop up or notification. we suddenly get a message saying that a pack has been activated and balance has been deducted.We do not get back the balance even after deactivating the pack immediately.When contacted customer care says Vodafone is not responsible for this.How can they deduct the amount without even a pop up or a notification?They say they cannot provide any data as to how the pack got activated. This has happened to me three times.please restore balance atleast
                    after the so called service has been deactivated.

                      On May 29, 2016 i recharge my vodafone kolkata no ([protected]) with Rs 651/- using freecharge app which gives 3 GB 3G data for 28 days. After that a recharge Rs 42/- which gives 150 MB 3G data for 7 days using freecharge token just to check if it works. Now what i see after 150 MB my previous data plan which is of 651/- does not work.
                      I call customer care. They say 651/- is unlimited and 42/- is limited pack that is why it got expired. i did not understand why an unlimited pack could expire before 28 days. I asked the executive Mr. Abhijit Sharma to let me talk to his supervisor. But he refused to do so saying he is busy at another call. I also asked Abhijeet his supervisor's name but refused for the first time.
                      But after asking again and again he told his name, Mr Arinav Sinha.
                      i told Abhijit i would wait until his supervisor gets free but he hanged up.

                      This is really annoying. My Rs 651/- has gone and i am helpless. customer care does work.

                      Kindly take action against them. help me get my money back

                          Dear sirs:

                          I wish to bring it to your kind attention a scam/fraud being played with vodafone customers and i suspect this is with your connivance only.
                          I am a pre-paid vodafone customer with mob no as [protected]

                          I am using mozilla firefox browser on my desk top.
                          To-day, i received an alert that i have been successful in winning an award and can win a mobile phone (Worth rs 54000) at the cost of rs.99 only. It needed my mobile no as well as the service provider. When i did so, it asked me to see the sms they had sent giving a pin which i needed to fill in the field. I did so and immediately rs 99 were deducted from my balance. After this, i was asked to play a quiz having some 5 questions so as to qualify for winning the award. I played but could not clear it. It asked again to replay with another pin via sms and then i could suspect a foul play. I stopped but was shocked that this could not have happened without your connivance. If so, this amounts to cheating, fraud, scam which is a punishable offense. I request you to revert this deduction of rs 99 from my balance.
                          P send an alert to all vodafone users/customers.
                          Furthermore, the e-mail id given by this site is fake and is [protected]@.com which clearly is fake and the website is http://www.contestkhel.com which also seems to be fake.

                          Pl look into this scam lest it should cheat every client. I am also posting this on web pages for the public at large to know the affair.

                            Hi,

                            I was getting sms regularly for offer on 3G Internet plan hence I called up on your helpline no. wherein agent told me I am eligible for 4G data plan up to 2 GB usage.

                            However I haven't got any information on Capping of amount of 1.5k.

                            Later I received call wherein I was told about Capping hence I called up your helpline no. for clarification.

                            Clearly told the agent to deactivate the plan and to convert it to my earlier plan.This time agent deactivated and activated Rs 450 Internet plan.

                            I don't understand why your CS team take customers for ride.

                            Now I want you to activate Rs 300 plan wherein i should get 3G plan upto 2 GB then normal 2G speed unlimited without any Capping or else activate my earlier plan of Rs 250 wherein I was getting 3G speed upto 1GB then normal speed unlimited without any Capping.

                              I am using vodafone prepaid services last 3 years and facing issues like vodafone defucted my account balance without any permission. Two weeks back they deducted 90 rupees and when i called and complaint refunded 45 rs. On 28th May again they deducted 35 rs and 10 rs. Again when i contacted the customer service they are saying amount has been deducted by third party services. How vodafone can allow third party to debit my account when i have account with vodafone?

                              I need refund of all amount deducted from my account(45+35+10) and the same should not happen in future. Please take necessary action to stop this fraudulent activity.

                                I purchased a vodafone wifi R206I and facing a lot of billing problems. Even after making payments my wifi is disconnected and i visited to store a couple of times, but it seems they have turned their ears deaf.

                                Every time i visit the store i stand in the queue for 2 hours and then at my turn they make some changes on the computer and resolve but it is actually not reflecting and even after payments my vodafone connection remains disconnected.

                                I need some guidance to escalate this matter further to higher authorities.

                                  I have been using Vodafone postpaid number [protected] since 2015 Feb, some VAS services have been activated without my knowledge in May 2016, I have called customer care and got refunded at the time of first 2 service activation but I didn't get any refund amount of last two service which have been activated on 23rd and 28th of month may 2016. Once again I have called to the customer care a lady picked up the call and told me that she don't have permission to refund the amount after deactivating 2 times in a month. I am asking you that if you activate 1000 service * 90 rupees in a month then should I need to pay 90000 rupees? . Please don't cheat people like this.TRAI should be strict on activating VAS service without subscriber consent. . PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

                                    I have already raised request on this website against vodafone. My issue is i have requested vodafone for porting on 26 feb the no as their internet service is very bad, i have paid the complete amount +100 rs as march-feb month bill (750+100=850, 750 was bill amount + 100 rs extra as suggested by them) extra however they rejected my request. Then i requested to discontinue the number but they didnt disconnect the number and even they stated harassing me to pay the bill. They were even not accepting that they have received 850 rs as bill of month of march-feb 2016..
                                    They are even not disconnecting the no i have sent many mails and sending bill each month. Now till last month they have sent me bill of 1895 rs.
                                    Finally i have decided to write you.
                                    After writing you, i got call from vodafone next day and they accepted that they have received bill of 850. And they were also ready to disconnect the number. They asked me that we have activated free rental plan on your no but i got bill yesterday and now they are again asking for approx 750 rs.

                                    I paid bill of jan-feb month honestly but they disagreed and they barred my outgoing services and internet. Even i was not using their services and they were keep sending me bill each month. Now they themself asked me that there will be no charges of this month even though thay sent me bill.

                                      I have complain so many times about this at the vodafone centres. there is range shown on my Mobile for vodafone but when people try to call me, they always get msg as "out of coverage area". I have change my Handset too as per the suggession of the vodafone centre. But still the problem is there.
                                      As I am a Chartered Accountant, I can't change my number and due to this problem, many of my clients didn't reach at me at proper timing.
                                      What is the point to waste Rs.400/- per month on post paid card, if they are not able to satisfy and clarify the complaints of the customers. Last time I got the answer that the problem will be solved shortly. That SHORTLY time is till awaited...
                                      If you are not capable to solve it then at least tell me clearly, so that I can change portability to other services like Idea, Reliance, etc.

                                        I migrated from Vodafone prepaid to Vodafone postpaid. The tele-verifaction failed due to network issues and I wasn't able to reach the department again on 59059. Later I received a message from the company: "Dear customer Tele Verification has been removed on your number."

                                        When I called the customer care department, none of the executives had any clue regarding the message sent from the company. And told me that services on your number are running as of now. If your number gets deactivated, then we'll resolve it. Like WOW! Great solution.

                                        When I asked them to mail me the same thing, they denied it saying we don't have access to mail servers.

                                        On requesting them to forward my call to a senior, I was told that he would also tell me the same thing so there's no point of forwarding the call. When I didn't agree with the executive, he finally forwarded the call to his senior, Mr Anil Kumar, Team Leader, Customer Care.

                                        Now this guy Anil Kumar, so called TEAM LEADER had no information. He had no interest in knowing the issue. When I asked him the status of my tele verification, he told me that it has failed but services are active so it's ok. HOW IS IT OKAY?

                                        Then he tells me it could also be the physical verification that has failed. Again, how could physical verification fail when I'm receiving a message regarding tele verification failure. Literally no interest and trying to get rid of the customer's problem!

                                        When I asked him to forward my call to Verification Department, he told me that no such department exists. When I asked him then how do you conduct verification? He said, "I don't know. I have no information on this."

                                        When I asked him to mail me the same thing. He loses his temper and misbehaves. On asking him to calm down, he says "Don't ask me questions to which I don't have information. I can only tell you what you have told me, because that is what is displayed on my screen."

                                        Team leader has no information on customer's issues. I wonder how do members under him provide information to customers. And no wonder why they hesitate in forwarding calls to him.
