Hi, i want to make a complaint against vodafone india mumbai about more bill amount and not allowing me to port the number.
As i paid my settled bill amount with vodafone person's help still my bill is not getting cleared vodafone is asking to pay more amount and not allowing to port my number. This is just getting complicated since last 3-4 months....

Some random packs get activated without any pop up or notification. we suddenly get a message saying that a pack has been activated and balance has been deducted.We do not get back the balance even after deactivating the pack immediately.When contacted customer care says Vodafone is not responsible for this.How can they deduct the amount without even a pop up or a notification?They say they cannot provide any data as to how the pack got activated....

On May 29, 2016 i recharge my vodafone kolkata no ([protected]) with Rs 651/- using freecharge app which gives 3 GB 3G data for 28 days. After that a recharge Rs 42/- which gives 150 MB 3G data for 7 days using freecharge token just to check if it works. Now what i see after 150 MB my previous data plan which is of 651/- does not work.
I call customer care. They say 651/- is unlimited and 42/- is limited pack that is why it got expired....

I have a revive a fraud a call from a person No [protected] and he asked all the details of credit card including OTP and for the same Rs 2000/- was dedicated through Vodafone bill desk Mumbai as on 27/05/2016 at 09:30 AM from my acct

On 19th may i paid my bill for my bill cycle 24/3/16 to 23/4/16, the amount was 684. I got a call last week that i have not paid it yet but i asked to look into it and later it was updated that i have paid.
