I m taking a vodafone corporate number and i have given my all proofs. And my number will be activated. but the verification team of vodafone will considered my verification negative. as they don't even come for verification. and without my permission they said that the customer is denied the verification and my all outgoing services will be deactivated without my permission. and now they are not activated my services even i told them that they can do the verification process. and when i go to the vodafone store they said that the verification team is not related to the vodafone centre and they can't do anything. as they given me harrasment. my all work will be harrased due to this. please provide me the proper solution and also take strict action against the vodafone store sarabha nagar ludhiana.

    Hi,
    This month Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. they says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
    I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
    Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

      Note: This is real incident happened to me please don't go for vodafone and I have a proof if anyone wants it and I can forwad you all the mails that I got from them but because the mails are too much so I can't attach here and if anyone wants it please mail me tomy email id- ganvir.[protected]@gmail.com or call me on this number [protected].

      My number was [protected] and it was on Docomo network which was prepaid. I had got call from vodafone executive regarding offer from vodafone if I ported my number to it. I liked the plan and I decided to port my number to vodafone.The vodafone personnel came to my home and gave me the sim and took all the required documents from me. After that my number got ported from docomo to vodafone and just after some days they stopped the service without any intimation and when iicalled the customer care they told me that your physical verifiacation was negative because I wasn't at the home when they came, they told me to that you have to submit the documents to he vodafone store then I submited the documents in the vodafone store after that they told me that your number will be active but it wasnt then I again went o he store then they told me that you have to reschedule the physical verification Then they rescheduled physical verification but and they gave me date and time of the meet but they haven't come for meet after that again I visit vodafone store then they again scheduled the meet and again gave me date and time and they again hadn't came to meet. after that finally when I commpalined the store manager then they resheduled it and they finally arrived at my place for visit. At thet time of visit personnel asked me couple of questions and i answered showd him my all the original documents then he ook my sign and he told me that your number will be activated within 48 hours but actually it took 8 days to activate my number, But, the big problem arrived now, again after two days my number services again stopped without any intimation and when I called them they told me that your number was stopped due to incomplete address but the reason was unacceptable by me because I already submitted all the documents required by them and there personnel visited my place if my address was incomplete then how electric bill come to my house and how there personnel visited my place. then I visited the vodafone store again they told me to submit the documents due to incomplete address and i really submitted the documents by visiting the vodafone store again two times but still my number wasn't activated . then after too many mails to vodafone care they gave me another reason because they have the list of the reasons to give and they told me to again resubmit the documents but I told them that I already submitted all the documents you told me to submit and also I had successful verification done then why without any intimation you are stopping my services. then they again had another reason that they told me to submt the documents with the rent aggrement but I had no rent aggrement coz I had just moved to that house on rent so they told me to give NOC and I signed the NOC at the vodafone store gave my owners number for verification and hey told me now after some days your number will be activated but still after so many days my number wasn't activated. then I again called them and told them that my number haven't acivated yet then they again gave me the rent aggrement reason what the hell is this is this a joke that they are asking for a document I am submitting like a mad and they again asking for another document. Now currently they are asking me for rent aggrement, but I don't have it now coz it's under process online and the house is on the name of owner's mother there is some problem and it will take some time and my house owner is working on that matter and it will besokved soon and after some 8 days as soon as I got the rent agrrement I will submit it to them. But they are not considering my request and they told me that after 48 hours your services will be permanetly deactivated. So that I requested them tha I want to switch to another network so please tell me the process but htey are not responding and htey are being very arrogant.

      So, I request to solve this matter immediately,

        I am using vodafone no. [protected] for my internet usage. I had taken a plan of rs.1500/- +stax for 8gb data for my data usage. As per the plan, if i use more than 8gb, the net connection will be slow but the bill amount will not exceed rs.1500/-+stax. Since january vodafone has been raising very high amount of bill. I paid rs.3905 on 28.01.2016, and again a sum of rs.4652.77 has been debited through autopay option on 22.02.2016. I had lodged complaint with core centre, the complaint no is -217181.4.2016 after this a guy called me from vodafone and confirmed about my complaint. He said by mistake some added frills/services were included in my account. I told him i had never requested for such request nor did i get any confirmation call or call for consent from vodafone. He said the same will be refunded. But till now nothing is refunded. Moreover vodafone has raised a bill of rs.9166/- and keep harassing me by making umpteen calls asking for making payment of rs.9166/-. I have stopped using vodafone and i am not going to pay a penny unless to vodafone, infact vodafone has to compensate me for the torture caused to me.
        I request that vodafone should be properly penalized for causing such mental and financial harassement to their customer.
        I request that both these payments may be refunded back to me and further only the payment of rs.1500/-+stax may be charged as per plan.

          I am having a vodafone number [protected], Inspite of regular bill payment they have cut off my outgoing call service. Yesterday, somebody called from mobile number and stated that, My old number ([protected]) bill payment was outstanding, so they cut off this service. I have disabled the bill payment for this number today due to that. It was a year back, i bought a new sim from vodafone, but all i got was a used number, which i could not use it for LPG or any other registration as it was already registered and used by previous user. I started getting strange calls, i stated this to customer support, inspite of multiple complaints from the first week, they could not solve that issue and they started charging me for that. It is clear mistake by vodafone chennai to give me used number, which actually created lots of issue and i lost the money i paid for SIM etc. So I am planning to this properly, as i need my service back and vodafone needs to payback for the service cut they made for the number which i pay regularly.

            I have been using Vodafone for almost a decade now.
            but I think the service has now gone worse to worst.
            I have been logging complaints on the helpline no 198 and have also received calls from customer care but all they give is talks and were not able to resolve my network issue.
            I am a prepaid customer and have been using the 2G plan as I don't require mobile data when am in wifi (most of the time)
            This was working ok until lately.. but off late I have been facing issues with data connectivity. and I am tired of complaining. they said it could be because my sim card was cut into a nano sim. the network issue was on and off before the card being cut. and this card working perfectly even after cutting it.
            Also I have checked with my colleagues and friends, no one else in the same area faces this.
            Vodafone - Please do not make excuses for the poor service, instead try to resolve it.

              In my mobile number [protected] racing sports pack has been activated without any request/consent from me and subsequent charges of Rs 35/day and Rs 20 has been deducted from my mobile balance. i have tried to complaint at customer care number but their number are not getting connected for over a day . I want my money to be refunded and the service to be deactivated as soon as possible.

                I had my number activated on an international roaming plan well in advance before i flew to usa on april 23rd 2016. I even have acknowledgment received on my cell phone that my international roaming was activated. I took my flight on april 23rd 2016. During stopover i just 2 mins conversation with my spouse checking my whereabouts. I never surfed any other websites, nor chatted nor checked my email on my cell phone through out my journey. After landing in usa i saw that my unbilled data usage amounting to more than rs 33000. I was in transit for 23 hours. And i was inside my flight for 19 out of 23 hours of journey with my cell phone switched off. Upon making complaint vodafone's reply was
                1) my international roaming was never activated
                2) they gave me list of 100 things how cell phone can automatically keep using data even though one is not browsing or chatting or emailing.
                I am feeling cheated big time and please help me address my grievance with vodafone.

                  Vodafone has been mentally harassing me though I have made the payment to them. I have ported my no. from Mumbai to Delhi and have made payment of Rs.5345 on 10th May'16 and Rs.4144 on 15th May'16 against my no. [protected] They are not able to track the amount that is paid for which I also provided them with Transaction id and CC statement. I have written have been reminding every day to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com, [protected]@trai.gov.in, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com, state.[protected]@yahoo.com, vodafonecustomer.[protected]@vodafone.com but haven't got any response from any of the seniors.
                  Not sure why they have charged me so much.
                  They haven't updated my email id
                  They haven't send me the soft copy of the bill
                  Their 4G service sucks.
                  Their IVRS says press 1/2/3 for the preferred language and when you follow that the person only speaks in Hindi and can't communicate effectively. When I called customer care and asked to transfer the call to senior they disconnected the call.

                  Now my no. is barred though I have made the payment. I need compensation for this mental harassment which is happening every single day and also seek an apology from the Head of the Department of Vodafone.

                        I paid a sum of rupees 1347/- (Transaction number: fcmp[protected]) to vodafone india with credit card which they reported as successfully received.
                        However, my number was deactivated due to non-usage (I was out of india) and was in grace period.
                        The payment was not posted to account which vodafone confirmed but vodafone is not refunding the money.

                        I filed a complaint with vodafone (Ref. No. [protected]) but they say they cannot refund the money.
                        When asked to recharge the same number they said they have recycled the number and cannot be recharged.

                        When asked for an alternative, i am told i can only transfer the amount to a number in maharashtra & goa circle.
                        I, no longer live in maharashtra so this not a valid alternative.

                              I have ported my no.In vodafone as a postpaid connection on 18th may 2016. After 2 days the outgoing and internet is deactivated.
                              After complaining to customer care they said your verification is not completed. When i provided all details then again they are not doing address verification. It has been 10 days while my outgoing and internet is barred. They are just saying 2 days 4 days but its not done.
                              Kindly take proper action regarding this problem.

                                Yesterday (29th may 2016) i got the following message from vodafone stating that rs.75 was deducted for gamifive service.

                                "hello! Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.75 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs. Xx. X. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). To visit the site click http://gamifive. Mobivillage.In/siteasync"

                                I didn't subscribe for this service and it was activated automatically.

                                I have seend such complain on this site also.
                                Is this a planned cheating by a company?

                                  I have repeatedly informed vodafone to discontinue my number with relationship number[protected].
                                  I even paid my last outstanding bill of around 265 inr. After my call for disconnection. Obviously that was the last settlement bill to close the account. It was told to us that the number will be disconnected within 2 days.
                                  After that, we were shocked to receive yet another bill for a small amount of around inr 82. We had to again call them and ask what was the bill for?? They said the number is still active and that they spoke to somebody and were informed for reactivation.
                                  We never received any calls from vodafone for reactivation. They did this by themselves. We spoke to them to stop harassing us and on that they apologised and again informed us that these charges of inr 82 will be reversed and that the number will be disconnected in 48 hrs. The charges were reversed, but number was still active.
                                  Again to our shock, we received a full months bill in april. Again we spoke to them, this time with harsh words because this had become very frustrating. They again apologised and assured again that they will call our alternate number and close this account in 48 hours.
                                  Again nothing happened. We again received a new bill in may with april arrears. I again called the customer care (199) and again spoke to them about why this has been going on and on.
                                  Now they tell me to pay the outstanding and then only they will disconnect my number.
                                  This is really sad.Inspite of settling their payment, they kept my number active. And i have to pay for no reason from our side.

                                  We are really tired of calling them again and again. We spoke to them almost 5 times on this.

                                  Sincere request to please take up the matter with vodafone and please put them to close this account without further harassment.

                                    My Datacard number is [protected], I have taken 700 monthly plan for 5GB internet data alone, and first month I have chagred extra 150 for unwanted value added service, I complained and got waiver for that. I request, I dont want any Valued added service for my number,

                                    Even after request I have charged extra 35 INR, I raised compliant and request for soultion. Customer care was so harse and no come back from them.

                                    Next month they have disconnected without any prior notice. Now I need proper explaination and waiver to terminate my service by paying my two month bill.

                                      Recently on[protected] the vodafone office in nanjangud refused to recharge my mobile for $250. I asked the vodafone woman for a $250 recharge but she refused to do the recharge for me, and furthermore, she would not give me the reason for not wanting to to do the recharging. Why? Note: i had two nanjangud police members with me waiting for me outside, so at that time i asked them to confronted the vodafone lady associate about her behaviour. They did so, she responded by referring me to another shop directly next door to complete the recharge. Why? Why am i being denied service? Is it because i filed a complaint before about louse service at the vodafone office in nanjangud. Please, once again, try to conduct vodafone customer business properly and respectfully at your nanjangud mysore district office location.

                                        147 3g data pack ka recharge karvaya tha jo 2 din k bad company ne sara net kat lia maine vodafone care mein iski 3 bar complain ki but mera net mujhe vapis nahi kiya gya fir mein vodafone store par b iski complain k liya gya but vha par b koi solution nahi nikala gaya islia mujhe complain krni pdi please jaldi se jaldi mera net mujhe vapis kiya jaye
