I received a call today from +[protected] and was informed that I have won a lottery for 25 lakh rupees. I was then told to note the telephone number of Vodafone Kolkatas Senior Supervisor Vijay Kumar ([protected]). Someone answered the call and the line was then transferred to Vijay Kumar who confirmed to me that I have won a lottery for 25 lakh rupees out of a 225 people draw held recently by vodafone. Mr. Kumar told me not to share this information with anyone about my big win and insisted that I provide him my bank and account details so that the prize money can be transferred to my bank account directly before 1 pm today. But, a pre-condition for the prize money to come into my account, I will first need to deposit 15, 150/- into a SBI account as security deposit, which will later be refunded by Vodafone. When I told Mr. Kumar that 0092 is the code for Pakistan and that I am not interested in the big win, he immediately disconnected the call.

I have recharged 3 days before internet plan 3G for datastick but its not working instead of 3G Vodafone India provide 2G plan. it is not happen at first time i am facing this problem again. it means Vodafone cheated their customer by providing 2G instead of 3G. please correct this problem.
The worse service of vodafone they are work for money not the customers satisfaction. i never seen this type of service. i requested to so many time to vodafone customer care for change the my sim card postpaid to prepaid.from 3 months to till now,

    Please look in to d matter..I have not requested any of such service..Please refund back d amount and stop this service

    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As per the plan company committed 3G plan for 500 MB. But my phone only getting 2G connection. And when I called at the call center they are saying its 2G service. But Bill comes with 3G plan.
    I have even attached the snapshot of bill . Even the call center people don't given proper answer and keep on transferring the calls .

      On 11th jan i have received a message for offerrs 147=750mb 28 days. Same day i recharge that amount by #444#147#

      After that i receive a message saying 500mb 14 days.

      Complaint in customer care, says that if you recharge by self, this offer not valid.

      I have paid money to vodafone company either by self or by e recharge, this must not be matter. So now i need 750mb 28 days.
      Please cooperate me for the same.

      I complained many times in the company regarding no network at all at my office premises at 102 mulchand market ring road surat 395002. They said it will be done in 20 days it has been 50 days yet no network after mailing them so many times they giving answer that it is a minor changes but yet no network my business is suffering a lot.

        My vodafone no. -[protected] registered in my name-hemant kumar was lost in mumbai last year but i didnt block that sim..At that moment and i was running my whats app from this no till the month of feb 16

        So, today i found that this no is used my some one else named-ruthik jhadav and he is also using this no as whats app. And when i call him up so he says that he has purchase this no. Three months back from vodafone gallery.

        So, i request you to block this no. Asap and give me the confirmation so that in near future no body can do this kind of things with my no.

          Dear habitual liers,
          Your manipulated bill and exaggerated charges have no real basis and rational. I have bills generated by you that clarify my claim that you are making false statements. You actually billed me twice than my monthly rental, without giving any reason as to why should i pay for monthly rental for a given 15 days that means you are willing to charge twice the rental agreed upon. You not only exaggerated the bills but also made unauthorised bill i.E. You billed for 15 days on 21st january 2016. You are now trying to manipulate bill date. Now what will happen if i expose you in front of media personnel? If the 15 days bills goes viral in youtube? If every news channel start broadcasting vodafone illegal bills news? Will your reputation be not tarnished? Here under am quoting the bill for just one number where you actually billed irrationally but this is not end you actually billed me against all my three number all irrationally illegally. Here under am quoting the number and date of the said illegal bills generated by you.

Since my first communication till date I have spent hours reading and responding your unreasonable demands and irrational logics thus it is just to charge you for your illegal actions that resulted in my loss of valuable time, and I ask you to pay Rs200 against each email I have responded plus 14.5 plus service tax as applicable under law and please note if you fail to pay up the due within 6 months then you are required to pay additional interest of 15%. Your total payable amount as on 11 April, 2016 is ( 200*2+14.5%)400+14.5%=Rs458. Please pay the amount asap in order to avoid interest charges.

              Hi,
              I have submitted the document on 26th april, 2016 at vodafone store (42a, hirabaug, lokmanya bal gangadhar tilak rd, shukrawar peth, pune, maharashtra 411002)
              Then i again visited the same vodafone store on 2nd april, 2016. Vodafone store care person told me that my request was rejected but didn't provide the reason for same.
              Then on 4th april, 2016 i called the nodal officer vodafone[protected]. They said that my request will be processed today itself, on same evening i received the message that my upc code is wrong and request has been rejected by airtel, but i know that upc code on form that i submitted was correct and it is vodafone mistake to send the wrong upc code. So, on 5thapril, 2016 i again called nodal officer and said them that vodafone sent the wrong code, they checked in form and accepted their mistake.

              Now today is 11 april, 2016 and still number is not ported.
              How pathetic your porting process is?

                I have placed request for activating international roaming on my number multiple times from december 2015, but it is not yet activated.
                Again in jan i raised request so first time i got reference number as below
                Your request number is[protected] and it done within 30 minutes
                Again next day when i checked i have been said that request is closed but no roaming was activated on my number.
                So i raised request again and got another request number as below.
                Request number is the[protected] and the same will get activated within the 30min
                Still no roaming was activated, when i enquired about the same again next day, representative said that the request has been closed in system saying that roaming is activated while in system it was not showing as activated.
                So they have raised a complaint again for the same yesterday and i got complaint number as[protected], and since i am not in india but in uk representative took my uk cell number and said that i will get call within 24 hours to resolve the complaint, but i didn't get any call.
                When i checked with representative today he is saying complaint is closed due to technical issues, then he said i have to pay 3000 rs as security deposit for activation of international roaming which i have already paid 3 months ago but i donno why it is not yet visible in ur system.
                Since then whenever i am trying to place request for activating international roaming on my cell through online chat/ call i am getting request number and after 1 hour when i check that request, i have been always given one reply - "due to some technical issue your request is not processed and we are placing new request", i am not sure how many request has been taken for activation of roaming...But still no update...These people dont even intimate us on our request and close the request, ...

                Service provided by vodafone has been pathetic since 5 months...

                      I got a new no. [protected] more than 10 days back and submitted all the required documents. This no. was obtained from Vodafone NIBM, Pune store. After working for a couple of days roughly the services were barred with no prior information/intimation. I visited this store and their staff was caught unaware why this was not working and later came to know it is because of home verification pending. It has been now more than 10 days the number is pending activation It is really disgusting to know who is actually responsible for keeping a track whether a home verification was done or not? Given that i have an existing no.[protected] and the new no. was merged with the same so that there must not be any issues at all. This is really frustrating to also get the bill already generated against the new no. Would like you to take a strict action against the lapse and a mental agony caused to me

                            I was using vodafone postpaid connection with tariff plan name elite_175 (Rs. 175/- per month). I had taken this connection on 2013 nov. Later in 2014 june, vodafone has increased my tariff plan to rs. 199/ per month, without my consent. Later in 2016 feb they have again increased my tariff plan to rs 225/- per month without my confirmation. Now i have noticed the huge change in my monthly bill and observed that vodafone is keep on increasing the tariff without my knowledge or my confirmation. I have lost around 700 - 800 rupees till date because of this. Vodafone customer care had given me reply saying that tariff plan increased because of the increment in their input cost. I confirmed that this is a vague reply and their initial tariff plan of rs 175/- is still existing as it is. As i m not getting any responsible answer from vodafone, i would like to bring this issue to consumer forum. Please suggest me the possible ways to fight against this kind of looting service providers are doing.

                              I received sms and mail on 11 th April 2016, for usage of rs 4272, I do not understand why this amount has come, I talk to customer care of vodophone but not proper reply. My normal monthly post paid mobile [protected], since the day I have taken connection at Kolkata was about rs 650. My usage is some time zero. Also they have indicated that they have given credit of rs 5000. I don't know why they have given without my consent. I request vodophone to look into it and with good gesture reverse back this amount. Also, I requested vodophone to convert it into pre paid, but they have not done so far. Again I request vodophone to convert my post paid into prepaid.

                                  This is to inform that i am having a post paid connection no. [protected] since a long time. Now i want to get deactivated it and in this concern i visited vodafone store m/s deepak electronics (Near goal market adjacent to bikaner sweets) ludhiana. & paid all my dues on dated: 05/04/2016. I was asked that connection will be deactivated in next 24-48 hours.
                                  Since that day i am regularly visiting vodafone store but sill my connection is active and i am not getting any satisfactory response. My major concern is the behavior of vodafone store executive named ms neerja who treated me like a victim & she made me realized that i made big mistake to approach her to resolve my issue. She acted like she is the director of vodafone store. When i approached vodafone store owner to complain for the same i was told that ms neerja is on company payroll (Vodafone) and my issue can only be resolved by ms neerja. Apart from that i also raised my complaint on vodafone website and also forwarded my compliant through live chat but no response. Can anyone suggest me to whom i can contact to get my connection deactivated at the earliest?

                                    Hi mr officer,

                                    Myself including my family members have about 10 connection in vodafone. In recent days we face a very worst signal problem in our home especially.

                                    Our home is situated in mylapore near pv koil street. From december after flood we are facing this network issue. My self having i phone 6s+& my wife is using samsung s6 edge+. Due to the network problem, we are coming out of our home & making the calls and we don't receive incoming calls when the mobile is inside the home. We are unable to use mobile internet because of this network issue.


                                    We have raised a complaints more than 5 times via customer care toll nos & we have visited our near by store in alwarpet. None of them are helping us to make this issue resolved. Do you think that we have only this job to address you people again & again. We are business people and running out of time and do you think we need to keep on raise complaints to you people & chasing on the complaint nos.

                                    Check my complaint nos which we have already raised. And all the complaint nos are closed without proper reason. If we raise a question in the customer care, the answer from them to change the network & there is no other option in vodafone.

                                    Let me know one thing, "we are in hot of the city & we are facing network issue, how come your services in rural area"

                                    For past 4 months we people have visited your near by vodafone store many times & raised the same complaint and we have replaced the sim and even interchanged the sim cards to other mobiles also. But nothing is happening.

                                    The next step o[censored]s, if this complaint is not taken on a serious action, we will raise a complaint in the consumer court & change the network. You have to pay for this if this mail is not treated in a vigorous manner.

                                      My name is Kamlendra singh, Number [protected].
                                      I lost my fone somewhere on evening of 11 march 2016. Sim in the fone is lost with the fone and is not contactable, its a kind request you to issue same number new Sim, but documents which were submitted in fodafone at the time purchsing Sim are not available with me.
                                      I am using this Number since 5 years.
                                      Please issue me sim with my new documents.
                                      Because documents were submitted was my cousin brother's. He is no more now, and i am not getting same documents.
                                      So please transfer all old documents with my own new documents and issue me new sim with the same number

                                        Recently i ported my number [protected] from aircel to vodafone postpaid. Since i ported my number i am not able to receive gmail 2 step verification code. I am not able to sign into my account please fix the issue as soon as possible
                                        . since i ported my number[protected] from Aircel india to Vodafone india i am not receiving gmail verification code on my number. because of this i lost access to my gmail account.i have contacted many times to gmail they say its the mistake on the part of vodafone india. please fix the issue many important things are there in my account i need access to my account again please make it possible.
