When i am browsing that time follo pack is activated and deducted 35 rupee.
In that site not mention about this pack and amount i am generally browsing…but this automatically deducted so how that follo company how got my no. And how did that people know about my balance.. So i think vodafone giving my details to that fake link companies so refund my amount…

Silk pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.99 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).I can't do anything please do need full already stop that service .but they told I will pay rs.99 for this service .I can't pay this amount sir. please help me

      Request no[protected] unauthorized activation request been raised on my mobile number - [protected] where i had already raised a request for the suspension on dec 12 and got the confirmation from customer care. I received the bill for the when my number -[protected] was under temporary suspension request. I reached the customer care there had informed sim was activated again on dec -16 as mentioned above request. When i requested for the person who raised other than me, customer care got no answers for this.

      Siva kumar relational manager approached on temporary suspension request and i informed him sim got damaged and i am out of town i will get the new sim when i am back to town. But he asked me share the addresses of native hyderabad and informed he will be sending a new sim to me. I have not received any new sim but i suspect the person who did this unauthorized request may him.

      Vodafone service was such a night mare there never care about customer. I been informing the executive who ever called me on this issue no one acted on this .

      Before i raise this complaint, informed the vodafone rm on this. He was so confident and told me you can't take me, i will close were you go. Kindly request telecom india, settle this issue on penalty grounds to the service provider- vodafone

      One word to say on vodafone relational manger and co-operate team, these people are terrible and never understand when customer approach for complaints.

      Now the notice has been sent for bill payment where i never used in this period. I payed it but i want justice to fix this issue . Where vodafone rm team not acting the issue from no where.

            I took this complaint to vodaphone shop mulund where mr vivek and a floor manager shagufta said that this service has been activated by some application in my phone... What a bad explanation by the guys they don't even know what they are suppose to say... Application cannot activate the service of vodaphone. I asked them to explain me what is 54646 service, the reply from the floor manager was it's a third party service which has been activated on my vodaphone no. If a third party is allowed to activate services on our phones then why do they have vodaphone services... It's a request to vodaphone plz hire some educated staff who know what they are suppose to say to their customer they cannot fool people by saying any rubbish... Need a refund on my no

              I got charged rs. 250 for surprise 'value added services'. I never clicked on any third party(D2c_verse_ipayy_50) link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which don’t even make sense from their names. To my surprise executives were not able to explain the details of the downloads for what they have charged. Details are as follows: value added services (Vas) downloads 09/03/16-10:11:11 d2c_verse_ipayy_250 i am using 399 rental plan with a 2g internet plan. Also not able to understand neither could the customer service executive able to explain charges against local calls @ 30p/[protected]@rs.30 and following charges mi_c_v_249_30d_d2gb_mofu_2g [protected]@249.

              Using internet they cheating us by activate un wanted value added services without our permission like fashion bunny...they told they don't know about that..our paisa...thief Vodafone...cheaters...
              1. I went to some website I dod not press anything, twice vfone deducted 150rs n 30 rs.
              2. When i called their customer care rep are rude and illiterate.
              3. I said I will come there and show you . He said i am lying. I said i ll prove you wrong if I am wrong i ll pay 5000 i[censored] wrong u pay 10000.
              4. Whole company is a cheat.
              Caller tune was activated without my consent. I was charged 165. When i called the customer care i was told it would be refunded within 48 hours. 48 hours are over when but i did not get the refund. When i called up they said they cant do anything. I said i want to talk to someone higher & the call was disconnected. I called once again & the person without me asking said is transferring the call to his higher up & i was put on hold. After about 10 mins on hold i got to know that i will kept on hold forever, so i disconnected the call. Can anyone help.

                I received a call today from +[protected] and was informed that I have won a lottery for 25 lakh rupees. I was then told to note the telephone number of Vodafone Kolkatas Senior Supervisor Vijay Kumar ([protected]). Someone answered the call and the line was then transferred to Vijay Kumar who confirmed to me that I have won a lottery for 25 lakh rupees out of a 225 people draw held recently by vodafone. Mr. Kumar told me not to share this information with anyone about my big win and insisted that I provide him my bank and account details so that the prize money can be transferred to my bank account directly before 1 pm today. But, a pre-condition for the prize money to come into my account, I will first need to deposit 15, 150/- into a SBI account as security deposit, which will later be refunded by Vodafone. When I told Mr. Kumar that 0092 is the code for Pakistan and that I am not interested in the big win, he immediately disconnected the call.

                I have recharged 3 days before internet plan 3G for datastick but its not working instead of 3G Vodafone India provide 2G plan. it is not happen at first time i am facing this problem again. it means Vodafone cheated their customer by providing 2G instead of 3G. please correct this problem.
                The worse service of vodafone they are work for money not the customers satisfaction. i never seen this type of service. i requested to so many time to vodafone customer care for change the my sim card postpaid to prepaid.from 3 months to till now,

                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  As per the plan company committed 3G plan for 500 MB. But my phone only getting 2G connection. And when I called at the call center they are saying its 2G service. But Bill comes with 3G plan.
                  I have even attached the snapshot of bill . Even the call center people don't given proper answer and keep on transferring the calls .

                    On 11th jan i have received a message for offerrs 147=750mb 28 days. Same day i recharge that amount by #444#147#

                    After that i receive a message saying 500mb 14 days.

                    Complaint in customer care, says that if you recharge by self, this offer not valid.

                      So, today i found that this no is used my some one else named-ruthik jhadav and he is also using this no as whats app. And when i call him up so he says that he has purchase this no. Three months back from vodafone gallery.

                      So, i request you to block this no. Asap and give me the confirmation so that in near future no body can do this kind of things with my no.

                        Your manipulated bill and exaggerated charges have no real basis and rational. I have bills generated by you that clarify my claim that you are making false statements. You actually billed me twice than my monthly rental, without giving any reason as to why should i pay for monthly rental for a given 15 days that means you are willing to charge twice the rental agreed upon. You not only exaggerated the bills but also made unauthorised bill i.E. You billed for 15 days on 21st january 2016. You are now trying to manipulate bill date. Now what will happen if i expose you in front of media personnel? If the 15 days bills goes viral in youtube? If every news channel start broadcasting vodafone illegal bills news? Will your reputation be not tarnished? Here under am quoting the bill for just one number where you actually billed irrationally but this is not end you actually billed me against all my three number all irrationally illegally. Here under am quoting the number and date of the said illegal bills generated by you.

Since my first communication till date I have spent hours reading and responding your unreasonable demands and irrational logics thus it is just to charge you for your illegal actions that resulted in my loss of valuable time, and I ask you to pay Rs200 against each email I have responded plus 14.5 plus service tax as applicable under law and please note if you fail to pay up the due within 6 months then you are required to pay additional interest of 15%. Your total payable amount as on 11 April, 2016 is ( 200*2+14.5%)400+14.5%=Rs458. Please pay the amount asap in order to avoid interest charges.

                            Hi,
                            I have submitted the document on 26th april, 2016 at vodafone store (42a, hirabaug, lokmanya bal gangadhar tilak rd, shukrawar peth, pune, maharashtra 411002)
                            Then i again visited the same vodafone store on 2nd april, 2016. Vodafone store care person told me that my request was rejected but didn't provide the reason for same.
                            Then on 4th april, 2016 i called the nodal officer vodafone[protected]. They said that my request will be processed today itself, on same evening i received the message that my upc code is wrong and request has been rejected by airtel, but i know that upc code on form that i submitted was correct and it is vodafone mistake to send the wrong upc code. So, on 5thapril, 2016 i again called nodal officer and said them that vodafone sent the wrong code, they checked in form and accepted their mistake.

                            Now today is 11 april, 2016 and still number is not ported.
                            How pathetic your porting process is?

                              I have placed request for activating international roaming on my number multiple times from december 2015, but it is not yet activated.
                              Again in jan i raised request so first time i got reference number as below
                              Your request number is[protected] and it done within 30 minutes
                              Again next day when i checked i have been said that request is closed but no roaming was activated on my number.
                              So i raised request again and got another request number as below.
                              Request number is the[protected] and the same will get activated within the 30min
                              Still no roaming was activated, when i enquired about the same again next day, representative said that the request has been closed in system saying that roaming is activated while in system it was not showing as activated.
                              So they have raised a complaint again for the same yesterday and i got complaint number as[protected], and since i am not in india but in uk representative took my uk cell number and said that i will get call within 24 hours to resolve the complaint, but i didn't get any call.
                              When i checked with representative today he is saying complaint is closed due to technical issues, then he said i have to pay 3000 rs as security deposit for activation of international roaming which i have already paid 3 months ago but i donno why it is not yet visible in ur system.
                              Since then whenever i am trying to place request for activating international roaming on my cell through online chat/ call i am getting request number and after 1 hour when i check that request, i have been always given one reply - "due to some technical issue your request is not processed and we are placing new request", i am not sure how many request has been taken for activation of roaming...But still no update...These people dont even intimate us on our request and close the request, ...

                              Service provided by vodafone has been pathetic since 5 months...

                                    I got a new no. [protected] more than 10 days back and submitted all the required documents. This no. was obtained from Vodafone NIBM, Pune store. After working for a couple of days roughly the services were barred with no prior information/intimation. I visited this store and their staff was caught unaware why this was not working and later came to know it is because of home verification pending. It has been now more than 10 days the number is pending activation It is really disgusting to know who is actually responsible for keeping a track whether a home verification was done or not? Given that i have an existing no.[protected] and the new no. was merged with the same so that there must not be any issues at all. This is really frustrating to also get the bill already generated against the new no. Would like you to take a strict action against the lapse and a mental agony caused to me

                                      I m sangeeta dhuria social officer in aims is cheated by vodafone executive.i bought two sims ([protected], [protected]).
