This complaint is registered from the contact number : [protected]. This is the third time we are facing the same problem of excess deduction for the national call( we spoke for 1:45 minutes and they deducted ₹60) And when cross checked they say you have dialed international call. Since we cross checked immediately we did not find any international numbers in the dialed history. Over and all the customer care executive is reluctant to pass the call to the senior executive as well.

    My phone has been deactivated for the past few days without any prior intimation. On enquiry from the local vodafone store, I learnt that the same was due to non payment of my bills.
    Its such a shame on your part that my services have been deactivated twice in 3 months now due to this said issue. But if you look at my status, apart from a meagre amount, all my dues have been cleared. A vavor of Rs. 250 was given to me over phone from the Delhi voda unit. But it has not been updated in the server and hence the dues are popping up again and again. Also the jaipur voda unit is ignorant about the vavor quoting that they dont have any information regarding the vavor.
    Due to lack of communication between various outfits within Vodafone, I am the one suffering.
    Such a low degree of costumership is not expected from a company of high reputation. Every now and then the services are forfitted.
    I request you to grant immediate access to my services.

      I can't use my data but in vodafone app shows me you are across your internet limet and when i call custumer care they tell me your call can't resolved at this time
      So call after 4 hours when i call 2nd time also told call again 4 hours i am call day by day but my query can not resolved
      please help me for this compant

          I requested to "port in" from idea to vodafone postpaid.
          My 3 years old number. And vodafone being so careless, irresponsible barred my calls. After so many complaints fnally someone come for verification at hcl, and all went good, verification done. After 2 days i asked again why my number is not yet activated, the concern person said my boss refuse to give possitive report because it was hcl.

              Bill for the month of november 2015 shows rs. 144 as data charges which have not been used by me. A no. Of complains were made by me over phone in customer care but all went in vain. I held up payment and asked for revised bill. At last complaint was lodged on line, this also went in vain. I request for deactivation of the connection .My no. Is [protected].

                On visiting the vodafone store in vile parle east, i converted my mother's phone into 4g. After 3 hours it did not get activated. On going back they said its a phone problem and that they cannot switch it back to 3g.

                On telling them that they should have informed the customer that once the switch is made, one cannot go back to 3g. The manager refused to acknowledge the matter and spoke in a very condescending manner.

                The customers need not be treated the way they have been by this manager in vodafone. Vodafone needs to start training their staff for tolerance and at least the manners to speak politely to their clients.

                The clients are angry because of the discomfort caused. The phone is not working on 4g anymore and they have failed to take any responsibility.

                  I just want to know the minimum 3g internet speed of vodafone according to trai guidelines. My number is [protected].
                  After 750 mb my data speed throttle upto 64 kbps even in 3g network. So where are you maintaining the guidelines of trai.Please explain me through email only. Otherwise i will have to lodge complain to trai and in rti. Speed is decreased upto 64 kbps on 3g network. I think, it is unfair. While i am getting 3g network, then why aren't you maintaing the minimum speed of 3g?Explain it only trough e-mail not by calling to me.As i want written explanation of it.

                    I am anirban maity holder of [protected]. On 10th january(I cant recall actual date may be 11 or 12th th january) i called customer care to decativate rs. 75 roaming incoming free promo.He told me it will be deactivated within 2 hrs. Though it was not deactivated(I dnt really care of this it is still activated or not).But i called on 30th january from my another number([protected]) to activate rs. 75 roaming incoming free promo on [protected].She told me i am taking request for the same.She assured me this promo is already active on [protected] and this promo will continue for february month also and it will continue untill i again call for deactivate this.But when i get the bill i saw this promo is not activated for february month(I dnt know what she did) and all incoming call are charged and i got over rs.1000 bill and suddenly on 7th march you deactivated my simcard.I wont pay any bill untill this problem is resolved please look into the problem.I called on 30 th january to activate free roaming incoming call but still why it is not activated.I called customer care on 7 th march two times they told she ( who recieve the call on 30 th january)did not take any kind of activation request.I dont know why she did not take any request.But for your fault why i will pay this money?( i[censored] want find out the recorded conversation).I dont want same answer as your customer care guys are giving me.I wish you will take of my issue and wil solve as soon as possible.I will pay my bill as soon possible you will fix it.

                    I recharged Vodafone 3G/4G 10GB for 1500 rupees. I am not even getting 2G speed. It is dead slow. Dont get fooled by the TV adds about 4G. They wont even give 2G

                      Yesterday on 08.04.2016 i received a call from [protected] who told me that my voda no [protected] has been awarded with rs.15990/- cash prize money and asked thereafter to recharge a no [protected] of rs.555/- and thereafter rs.1000/- on [protected] no to get prize money. But after recharging with such amount the no become unresponsive. Dont entertain with such fake calls. Vodafone co should take care and to protect their consumer against such fraudulent activities.

                        Maine 8th april ko 5pm pr apne paytm a/c se 249 ka recharge kiya but aapke server ke down hone ki wjeh se recharge ni hua, maine customer care m baat ki to unhone kaha fir se kar lo or jo excess balance hoga wo waapes ho jaayega, mainr fir se kuch der baad 249 ka balance dala or fir se recarge ni hua, tab aapkr customer service waale ne kaha aap kisi shopkeeper se karwa lo or jo excess balance hoga wo credit ho jaayega. Maine 8th april ko 9 pm pr 297 ka 3g pack dalwaya.
                        Next day 9th april morning main jab phone dekha to mere 249 ke do recharge hue pade the or 3g deactivate kar diya tha.
                        So please refund my balance 498 (249+249) and active my 3g plan also,
                        I will be oblige

                            ) it took vodafone 4 months to transfer due amount from maharashtra to delhi.

                            2) vodafone took 6 months(After countless follow-ups from my side) to share "billing statements" with me.

                            3) neither their billing system, customer care, nor their portal is able to share "billing statements" with me, even after my proactive follow-ups and mails.


                            4) i was going to pay rs. 673.X amount from portal but it was showing me rs. 899.X amount, again !!!

                            6) to clarify, i tried to call vodafone but my phone's outgoing is suspended!!!


                            I am stuck and not sure why vodafone processes are conflicting with the interest of customer(Which is consistent billing & open channels to solve issues) and the interest of vodafone itself (I.E. Getting bills paid).

                            Please open contact channels(I.E. Outgoing calls) or call me to discuss outstanding issues with my billing.

                              Hi,

                              I am really disappointed with Vodafone, they are selling 5.5GB + 2GB Free 3G data in 899/- and after this data speed becomes 64kbps.

                              But what they are providing, you will get speed only upto 5.5GB, and after this your speed will be upto 64kbps.

                              You will not get 3G speed on free 2G data.

                              I have attached two screenshot for more information.

                              Please take action against Vodafone.

                                My vodafone micro-sim having the pre-paid number [protected] has been broken down while inserting the same in the samsung mobile almost 3 months back.
                                Today, i have visited the vodafone store at sector-18 noida, and request for the duplicate sim and shown my id proof, the person told me that my sim has been deactivated and the balance of almost 100+inr, it still have so to get the same you need to convert this number to postpaid service otherwise this number will be assigned to someone else and there will be no refund for 100+inr that this sim holds.
                                This is entirely wrong .
                                The person at the store always forces the customer to have postpaid connection instead of prepaid. This is entirely wrong and who will be responsible of my 100+inr .

                                I will take this matter to the customer court if i will not get the proper reply from vodafone and also sector-18, noida vodafone store for misguiding the people and not refunding the balances incase the customer will not be interested for postpaid connection

                                  Reason for this complaint is -
                                  I have send email to update the address on the vodafone contact #, they asked me to send address proof and pan card copy i have done the same after that they said that it will update in next 48 hours, it was not updated so i called them again and send email to nodal officer then amritpal singh called and said that send me adhar card back side pic also, it is not done as if now . It is more then 7 days it is not resolved . This is the treatment for a premium customer .

                                    Myself Savabhai Ukabhai Patel from dhanera, Guj. I have using your postpaid services over 10 years. My mo. no. is [protected]. u can see my previous usage and my panctuality i would like to mention that i request all my collegues to use your service. and also i have a grest experience about your services.
                                    But nowdays i m very disappointed from your services because of your highly anfare bill on 16th of march. Your latest bill
                                    on my no. is 3894rs. is very unpredictable and very very absorbable for the common man. I have lots conversation and discussion with your customer care provider and I m not satisfied from their answers and explanation. Without much calls or not any other internet usage how can u tell me to pay more. Nowadays im suffering from highly tension. your customer care service provider tell me that she(Gargi frm a'bad) can less 2000rs from my 3894rs bill. as per my other monthly bill my bill is average 600 from last ten years. Now tell me that i have paid 3894rs and u give me 2000rs back whats the meaning of all that. I wish this is not any vagetable market.
                                    Now i requesting to u that plz dont behave unfare and give me a proper solution .

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My postpaid number is -[protected] and other 5 contact numbers also i make a request for CUG Plan before 26 days ago approx but no result. So I once again requested on vodafone store at panchvati circle rajapark Jaipur for CUG Conversing so here they make convert my all the numbers in prepaid and again move them to postpaid but my very important number [protected] is still barred even it will not convert in prepaid or not in postpaid it is barred from 20 hrs and i am bearing loss continue and suffering from headache and taking round to vodafone store from yesterday night to till now

                                      Because of this I got a loss of approximately 200000 rs. so please help me first try to start my number and then my recovery of my loss.
