Dear Sir,

My postpaid number is -[protected] and other 5 contact numbers also i make a request for CUG Plan before 26 days ago approx but no result. So I once again requested on vodafone store at panchvati circle rajapark Jaipur for CUG Conversing so here they make convert my all the numbers in prepaid and again move them to postpaid but my very important number [protected] is still barred even it will not convert in prepaid...

I am vodafone user since 5 years but now i want to deactivate my no. but vodafone company do not deacivate my no. and i am not able to visit vodafone store and i am not responsible for pay any new bill. and i know vodafone company also help me but i am so dispoint from vodafone executiver they do not help me so plzz deactivate my no. because of i am not able to visit vodafone store otherwise i am not responsible for pay any new bill...

Vodafone automatically activated a deals weekly pack on my mobile number [protected] and sent a message stating that rs 20 has been deducted from your account.i will also attach the message screenshot..this is becoming a daily affair with this company. I want my money back to my account..the company cannot steal money from the customers like this.Earlier also there has been instances twice or thrice where they have taken my money in the name...

MY CUG plan changed without prior intimation and Internet capping limit being levised on the same number, due to which the bill has increased immensly.And even after speaking to Customer care and Writing emails there has been no response for the issue from Vodafone officials.
This is really service, affecting the brand Name by poor work....

I am being charged for internet even when my data is off and im on WiFi...also the internet only starts coming once my pack has expired...till the time the internet pack is active I hardly get any net...but the moment it expires the net is readily available...this just goes to show that how you are cheating your customers and making money...request get back with a justification at the earliest or else u leave me with no option but to disconnect...

I took a Vodafone postpaid connection from Kolkata City Center Vodafone store on Jan 13th 2016 and continued till 21st Jan 2016. They are activating value added services as their wish without the request of customer. They had activated a value added pack (namely, TV all channel pack). I don't even know what this pack is for.
