My plance is VF_AP_Combo_249 this but i got a message on date 15/11/2015 From next bill cycle your postpaid plan will be revised to rent Rs 299, who is given conformation to revised plan to 299.My Number is [protected]


i put mail on 17/11/2015 but they didn't replay the mail they reviced bill.

    Complain (Contact No [protected]) was lodged regarding wrong billing on 01th Feb 2016.Vodafone has charged extra 700/- Which I have not used As per our calculation. The Amount is 1090/- And Vodafone has send me bill that amt is 1790/- Which i m not going to pay as per my uses i m ready to pay 1090/- but extra what Vodafone has charged me that is totally wrong i am requesting you . Mr Sood that every month i am getting problem about wrong billing pls i am requesting u pls try to resolve this issue as soon as possible

    I got a call today from Vodafone team Miss. Madhuri he sd app log hamesha aisa hi karte ho hum ak bhi charge nhi hatayege...

    Mr. Sood its req u please tell him to your vodafone team i m not a defaulter i m geniune customer of vodafone.. And tell any senior person to called me not any telecaller...

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is my second mail to you. Before this I had mailed you regarding the same issue(for October months bill) which recurred in the next month's bill as well(November). I had called your customer service a dozen of times and every time i had and still have to explain the person of my issue. So again now i would like to say to you is - I have been using the 500 MB 3G plan since long but I have been again charged at normal rates of internet (4 paisa/10kb) for the month of November as well (Please refer to my previous mail to you wherein i have explained in detail to you the issue).You had deactivated my 3G plan for which i got a huge bill at normal rates and that time i had got a reversal as well. I had this issue for October bill for which i got a reversal but also informed to please re-activate it again. So again there were discrepancies in the bill amount which have been continuing since 3 months. The root cause of this issue is Vodafone de-activated my 3G plan in October. So, rather it being my responsibility it should be your's to monitor my issue.

        I am ready anytime to pay the bill. I have no problems with my December 2015 and January 2016 bill amount but just the November 2015 bill amount. I have been saying this many many times by calling you by myself!. Vodafone doesn't even care to understand and address the issue. Your some customer service people don't even understand what i mean to say. Some of them do. I heard from one of them that i had got a reversal for November bill as well. So i was waiting for my January bill so that i could pay it all at once. But that didn't happen.

        So, i am really being mistreated by you. You disconnected my outgoing when i had to make important calls. I have been using this connection since 7 years and never had such an experience. I really want you to look into Novembers bill and find a solution to my problem and please get in touch at least this time. Please treat this as a Priority issue. This is my last humble request to you.

          I am a loyal customer for Vodafone since from many years. ([protected])

          I had was using 499 corporate plan earlier, were in u requested to change the plan last month and got changed to 299 plan. Hence few days ago I spoke to Mr. Tabrez and CONFIRMED TWICE whether my 2G data which I am using is LIMITED or UNLIMITED. I got the Clear Information saying that it is a UNLIMITED 2G PLAN.

          When I got my bill I am seeing that my the charges for data usage is 3894/- which is a complete SCAM.

          I was confirmed by Mr. Tabrez that its a Unlimited plan and now when I got the bill its somewhere in the sky!!!

          Point -1 WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE OFFICER.

          I spoke to Ms Farhana from customer support where in she was unable to solve the issue and was requested to transfer to one of the Supervisor. Later i spoke to Mr. Suman who prompted himself as Floor Supervisor and took a request and promised me that he is going to send a complaint number and concern Email Id to which i can write an Email regarding the issue and also told that the issue will be resolved by 16/02/2016. Hence i waited for for more than 2 days i dint get ANY call nor any SMS from them.

          Later i myself called Helpline number and spoke to Vinutha that great lady also prompted herself as Floor Supervisor and I requested her to put me across Mr. Suman because he was the one who was handling my case, but i was SHOCKED when i listened that there is NO GUY BY NAME SUMAN AT OFFICE, was told by Vinutha and even she promised the same thing that i will get a call by the end of the day. Hence I DINT GET ANY CALL OR SMS. FARE PROMISES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

          Past evening again I called 198 and was on hold for a long time and got connected to Mr. Shivakumar and explained the entire scenario again and he took a call back request before 2100 HOURS the same day. But! I never got a call from any people.

          Again the next day i called to 198 and spoke to Mr. Sidhu he also prompted herself as Floor Supervisor and he told he needs 24 hours to get this solved and he told he will call me on update on this but even he was not on his words as I dint get any notification from him as well. Hence i myself called him again and waited for 50mins all over the call and noted that he still requires 48 hours of time!!! DISGUSTING!!!

          Mr. Naveen Chopra the CEO, I want to ask you if you were in my shoes, will you just keep quite??? If we are not clearing the bill you people will give a call thrice in a day and ask for payment and now my bills come out in very huge and NO ONE IS BOTHERED to check??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

          I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY THE SUPERIORS AS THE TEAM LEADS ARE NOT FIT TO THEIR DUTY.

          I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL HERE ON AS THIS IS COMPLETELY YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE. I AM PORTING MY NUMBER TO OTHER NETWORK.

              Hi,

              Vodafone keep on billing wrongly for internet data where as mobile data is switched off on mobile. I requested Vodafone to cut the net connection. They also agreed for that. Even then I was getting charges for internet usage. As they couldn't solve my problem, I changed to some other service provider but to my surprise, I got new bill with data charges. This is totally unacceptable. Vodafone already looted so many thousands from me.
              Can any one look in this issue?

Particularly for the period[protected] to[protected] bill no[protected] the internet usage charges are to the tune of Rs 440.20.
                I request you to check the details & refund the money of internet usage at the earliest.

                  When I recharge of 397 Rs offers says that you will get double date of 1.79 GB 3g + 1.79 GB 3G data.

                  I raised complaint in the morning, Complaint No: [protected]. Date 18/02/2016.

                  it was also close without given any feedback. Luckily, i called back to 198 and get this information that complaint was close.

                  I got message from Vodafone that Your internet pack is active now and valid upto 20/02/2016 23:59:59. Bal 3577.61 MB

                  I am unable to surf internet from 15/02/2016 due to first 1.79 GB 3G data. Now it should show me 3.57 GB instead of 1.75 GB. and I suppose to surf that till 20/02/2016. But I am not.

                  So I talked to Vrunda or Brinda and Kinjal on vodafone customercare date:18/02/2016 time: 1:50 PM regarding not given extra 1.79 GB 3G data. They are not able to check online that did i get that message or not? Visiting to Near place. Problem is near place of Vodafone Store is nearly 20 km from where i am. so i am unable to go for that and Data Pack is just valid for 20/02/2016.

                  Very unfortunate that i have to raise complaint to you.At the end of the day, Who is suffering?, Only and Only Consumers. Even 3G data Pack is too high still consumers are purchasing for this pack. and this kind of issue happen than no one listen from them.

                  so I need reward back for this issue from Vodafone. and please take necessary action against to Vodafone.

                  I made complaint very long time ago but I did not get any update from Vodafone.
                  Still No action take from Vodafone neither i got call from Vodafone and complaint was opened that was close without informing to me, I specified that please DO NOT CLOSE this complaint until i got resolution.

                  I attached prof that i have taken snapshot of it and attached here. If it will not resolved i will go for court by appointing lawyer. and All expense has to paid by Vodafone. I will not responsible for that. I

                  i already had burden to resolved this issue and mentally traced.

                  I have chat history, that i who chatted with me online.

                    Dear All,

                    Greetings.

                    This is in reference to my vodafone postpaid number [protected], which I have been using since last 5 years.

                    I was never having any issues in Vodafone services. Noting, I recently shifted to Gandhinagar from Bhopal in January 2016 and went for porting the same number in Voda postpaid in Gujrat circle.

                    I paid my full dues for which I am attaching the receipts before porting and also cross verified from Vodafone customer care twice.

                    I took 899 plan in Gujrat in which I am supposed to get 200 discount as well. Now, I have three complaints:

                    1. The bill is showing 1400 of some amount and NMNP pending charges - Why is it showing when I have already paid my full dues before porting the number.
                    2. Despite o[censored]pdating the Vodafone store, Sector 11 Gandhinagar guys 8 times and Vodafone customer care 4 times on call about my correct email id which is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and my registered number is [protected] which is obvious, they are still unable to understand this simple fact. Now they have registered some vague id of mine in their records "vipul.[protected]@gmail.com" - WHY ?? ARE VODAFONE GUYS have GONE OUT OF THEIR SENSES?
                    3. WHY YOUR VODAFONE GUJRATI GUYS always SPEAK in GUJRATI to those also WHO DO NOT know GUJRATI like me and that to be WITHOUT MANNERS? I believe VODAFONE PEOPLE DO not have BASIC Manners to speak to the customers.

                    It has been a month now that I have been trying to sort my issues with your people now. But now the limit has crossed.

                    I AM REQUESTING BOTH OF YOU - PLEASE SOLVE MY BILL AND REGISTERED EMAIL ID ISSUES ASAP.

                    I HOPE, I WOULD NOT NEED TO ESCALATE SUCH PETTY ISSUES UPTO THE REGULATORY LEVELS OF TRAI.

                          I am using a vodafone number since last more then seven years, , when ever i called vodafone customer service officer they make the things wrong and make me irrate ..If we talking about today, , in actully they were not in mood to take calls in the morning time..a first lady Poonam saying i can not able to hear you sir a number of times..when she ll success to make me irrate i feel it and start using a profain language she atonce revert and disconect the call.Second time againg im having a word with the female agent her name is Neha singh she put me on hold without asking me or took my permission which is wrong as per the TRY rules..When iam asking these things she disconect the call atonce, , I do have the recording conversation with me, i[censored] required i will send you, , This is the first time i mark the complain or else i wll go move forward on SOCIAL netwrking sites and start using to aware our indian peoples, , or else i will took a legal justice in a loop as a consumer forum and also side by side to BBBs, , , take it seriously i need a feedback against that both lady.

                            I had a corporate connection of Vodafone . The number is [protected]. Due to network related issue and call dropping problem i made a decision to close the number. That's why i cleared my all dues on 16th Dec 2015( Receipt No_ KOL 145R151216_[protected] at SECTOR V kolkata Branch and made a request to the store executive to deactivate in the number on the same day. I was talked with MR JAydeep who was Sited In Table Number A who confirmed me that my request was kept and the process has been started. I didn't not asked him about the receipt or any confirmation about the request from vodafone end on the base of trust. But on February 11, 2016 I was astonished when I got a mail from corporate care relating unpaid bill of my closed number. When i called customer care for the problem, they stated that the number is still active and that's why the monthly rental generated. Then i have visited the Vodafone store. When i have asked the Same guy about it, HE HAS COMPLETELY DENIED THAT I MADE A REQUEST FOR THE CLOSING THE NUMBER. THEY WANT TO PROOF THAT I TELL LIE SHOWING ME THE SYSTEM WHERE NO REQUEST IS SHOWN ABOUT DEACTIVATION ON THE PARTICULAR DATE. WHEN I REPEATEDLY SAID THAT THE GUY CONFIRMED ME ABOUT THE DEACTIVATION, THEY WANTED WRITTEN OR PRINTED PROOF. BUT AS I SAY BEFORE, I DIDN'T ASKED JAYDEEP FOR THE RECEIPT OF TAKING REQUEST. I DIDN'T THINK THAT I WILL PAY FOR THE TRUST. IS THIS MY FAULT ?

                              I have formally cancelled my Postpaid services(+91 [protected]) visiting their showroom paying 400 INR(325 for generated bill and 75 extra in case the vodafone charged anything as miscellaneous charges and might come up with non cancellation). I want to get rid of this number. And to my satisfaction. The number was cancelled on 09 January 2016. And when i opened my mail today. I was surprised to find a new postpaid will with 150 rs for a cancelled number. I called customer care to know more details.. Customer care agent replied that they have a reactivation request from me. Which is clearly a lie. I asked her politely, why would i ask to reactivate a number which i got rid off and thrown the sim, I have no way of even getting a call. She bluntly said, We have called you and asked if they can reactivate and I said an yes. This is an extreme end of cheating customers. All am going to ask is that please show me the recording of the call that I accepted to reactivate. Guys beware, this will happen to anyone.. and am sure.. They ll continue this.

                                  I'm using vodafone number before 2 years, I'm always live in roaming & vodafon network can not work, so that's why I was trying to change my company vodafone to airtel I'm tried to send SMS for port number but they blocked my sms services. now i can't send any SMS to anyone & i also can't receive any SMS & when I'm contact to custer care they put on hold.

                                    My mobile number [protected] of vodafone got problem. vodafone, one of the leading mobile networks in india who showed me today 2 perfect special 3g offers. For 29 get 150 mb 3g data and for 49 get 250 mb 3g data, I was very happy to read that plan, because of vodafone now offer only 90 mb 3g for 29 as other networks like airtel and idea.But i didn't get any special benefits as showed on the special offers.I didn't get any logic for my problem, please pass it to the vodafone.

                                      Had visited the store Bashyam circle Rajajinagar Bangalore, for change in segment from individual to corporate on 23rd of Jan 2016. Submitted all the necessary documents to your agent named Satish . As they had told the segment will be changed in 48 hours. It's been more than 20 days since the request, mean while dropped more than 10 mails but the problem is still unsolved.

                                        I only called for 60 sec and balance deducted for 62 sec i have all evidence according to my mobile call duration that i have called only for 60 sec by charges for 62 sec that is 60 paisa
