I have a 20 year old postpaid account with Vodafone India. For the past 4 months, I have been struggling to get the International Roaming charge deactivated from my account and convert my account to a 499 plan which has created havoc with my bills. Prior to this attempt, with minimum usage, around 700 GB data and around 4-5 hours of voice calls, I used to get a bill amount of Rs 850-900 which when compared with my friends operators was high. I tried to convert my plan to Vodafone 499 and then to Vodafone 699 over the last 4 months. For two bill cycles, nothing was done, thereafter, I got a bill for Rs 2439.87 for Jan. On speaking to the retention team, a very courteous operator claimed to understand my issue, told me that he will give me a rebate of Rs 750, requested me to pay the balance for once and then my bill will be Rs 699 + taxes going forward. My request number was[protected]. My next bill included the Rs 750 overdue amount and was for Rs 1957. I have called up multiple times, sent e-mails but to no avail. It is almost as if the company would rather lose a customer and get what max they can get in the short term by resorting to unfair means. Unfortunately our portability rules that first all dues, however unfair, need to be cleared.

    Dear Team,
    This with reference to conversation I had with your customer care executive at New Panvel branch, Miss Roja regarding transfer of owner SIM card ([protected]) to my brothers name. She lead us to unnecessary argument which had no meaning.
    Inspite of providing solution she asked to stop using vodaphone SIM go for different service provider. If this the kind of service you guys will continue providing then I need to stop using vodaphone and switch over too some other service provider.Please look into this ASAP as common people like me should not suffer because of some misleading and arrogant customer care executive

      When i recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 60 they deducted 45 Rs. from my balnce as hellotune activation charges. cmpany has no right to activate any service without my persmission.

      When i talked to customercare they were only saying that you had activated service.

      How company can actuvate service with low balance and further deduct balance when recharge further.

      Its a Fraud I only want that my balance to be given back immediately and refund 45 Rs. on my mobile no. [protected]

            In morning i have received call to my mobile number [protected] from the unknown number +[protected] who has done the fraud at 09:29 am 20/2/16 duration 04:56, again at 09:35 am duration 06:44. Than i tried to call at 09:52am kept on hold, 09:59am duration 00:41, at 10:00am kept on hold, at 10:01am kept on hold, at 10:02am kept on hold. After this i did not tried calling him.

            But i did got the phone call from this number on 31/1/16 three times saying they will provide new credit card, at 10:14am duration 00:59, at 08:36am duration 01:55, at 08:33am duration 00:51.

            He spoke in hindhi and informed that my card 4214xxxxxxxx2262 validity is getting over this month as it is true, he asked me card details like card number and cvv number to renewal my debit card, but i did not disclosed the pin number.

            And he told me that he will keep the phone on hold, so i got suspicious and checked my balance online and immediately i called canara customer care and told to block my card. But mean time he took my money by paying into above bills.

            After this i went to canara bank and took the details for above transactions.

                  1. Poor Vodafone 3G telecom services. From last 6 months getting poor telecom 3G services, from last 3 months not using services at all.
                  2. On 13th Feb when reached to Vodafone Center Vashi for converting postpaid to prepaid, they kept me waiting for 1 hour and indicated that conversion will not be easy but when I insisted they have taken all document with photo and promised response within 48 hours.
                  3. Today again when I visited they informed conveyed that it's under process
                  4. When I checked from another Vodafone mini store they conveyed that conversion is still not processed
                  5. I once again processed postpaid to prepaid from Vodafone mini store, they issued one more prepaid SIM card saying will be processed 48 hours wef monday.

                  I am already paying around Rs 1300 per month without any services and now company wants to continue taking this money without giving proper services.

                        Rs. 50 balance cut from my main Balance by saying that you have requested Top Doctors online pack which I have never asked on 02.02.2016 and Rs. 75 deducted today (20.02.2016) at morning for the Game five services which I again never requested. i need my balance back.                           H! There,

                          I would like to register high level compliant regards to my network compliant[protected] which given on[protected] which is not resolved till now.
                          hence I did check with Vodafone chat support center, one of the advocate advised me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, really am surprised that the Vodafone is giving 24 hrs so i reconfirmed that TAT 24 hrs for the network issue again who confirmed only 24 hrs for this compliant to resolve.

                          Compliant reference number is #[protected], that too not yet fixed. The Vodafone is always giving fake commitment , they are not fixing actual voice of the customer.

                          For your reference the trail mail is attached for the evidence of the reckless of the service, along back i given network compliance to NODAL and they came with resolution of “ issue will be fixed in next 3 – 4 months” though the 7+ months are gone but still the issue same not yet arrested.

                          Really am feeling very shame to using the Vodafone service – Really am loving Hutch that’s why still am holding with Vodafone..

                            18.02.16 without using online site a Vodafone all TV channel package.was activated in my number.as aresult 150 rs was deducted.i complain about this activation in Vodafone customer care on 19.02.16at12.45pm.they deactivate the package from my number and assured me to refund my payment withinin 2hrs.after 12hr my fund is not refunded.i don't expect such behaviour from vodafone

                                        From the beginning of this month everyone in our office building with a Vodafone connection (maximum have postpaid) are experiencing frequent call drops, very slow internet connection even on 3G plans. Several calls where made to customer care with only the first few genuinely cared and sent engineers to check the situation. We were told that the tower atop our building was under maintenance and the issue will be solved within a week. This was 2 weeks ago!! I made a call last week and was told that it will take one more week. Its been over a week since that call and I feel the connection only got worse, if that's possible!!
                                        We are missing critical calls, including business call which can cause financial losses.
                                        The only thing left to do is sue Vodafone for their non-responsiveness to this issue.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
