Tried to talk to the customer care via email. Did not receive any replies. Tried calling the customer care number, still nobody picks up the calls. Absolutely fed up with this service. I wanted to remove my top up plan but nobody seems to attend to the needs of the customer. Planning to surrender my phone number for Airtel. Atleast their services are better.

Complaint marked as Resolved I posted about my complaint on Twitter where I got it noticed by the Vodafone authorities. They requested a Direct Message asking me to explain my problem, after which I was assured that they will look into the matter. Finally, I received a call from them and I made it clear that I expect them to discontinue the top up. They have agreed and within 48 hours, the top up will be discontinued.
Even though I did not like going upto such long extents just to discontinue a top up, I am finally relieved that my problem has been resolved.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am satisfied with their response.
