Yesterday at approx 4pm i went to vodafone mini store at vaishali sector-4 ghaziabad to get my sim replaced the executive there gave me a new sim but till now my sim is not activated they are saying our server was down at the time of replacement so it will take time.
how much time?
they do not know
i am missing my important phone calls because of all this.
kindly look into the matter.

        I got extra bill on this month that is 552.00 rupees. And like this same bill was got in previous month but they are reduced bill as per my request. And this month vodafone team charged 200 money extra bill added to my latest (Current) bill. I have no problems when i use vodafone previously. But this jan month they are paid un wanted bill on my vodafone. I called to vodafone regarding this problem but they are not reducing the bill. Can u please solve and reduce my bill. Other wise i will change to another network. They are not sending me the bill in email also

          I am Manish and my mobile no. is [protected].I am using Vodafone this no. from

          last fifteen years.I am harassed by your customer executives regularly from last

          two months.I am not paying bill from last two months reason being wrong

          billing.I got call from Mukesh Gupta he listen my problem on 27 January 2016, he

          assured me My senior will call with solution soon.But I did not receive any

          call.On 12 February 2016 again I received a call from Mr. Rahul he again assure

          me that he is arranging some senior call for me, but again same thing

          happens.Today again Mr.Rahul called me. He forgets last conversation between

          us.Today he given me second promise I will receive a call from senior, In spite of

          getting call my outgoing is stopped.I want to settle this issue, but I am totally

          mental harassed by your company.Can you resolve this issue or should I start

          using other number.

            I have cancelled my 2 connection in Sep 2015, and still now I haven't receive the deposit cheque of Rs. 1, 000 and i had went many time to that outlet and also several followup in phone call with Vodafone outlet Fezzar town Bangalore, But no response at all. Pls help me out from this

              Dear whomsoever it may concern,

              I recharged my phone through online recharge by south indian debit card and payment is received from my account though my recharge is not done. This is happening for me for many times in the week itself. I am using this sim for last 8 years and I am totally disappointed with the way you guys take the customer complaints and suggestions.                 Sir, my vodafone no is [protected]. Vodafone has deducted my balance several times automatically. Today(17 feb 2016) they deducted rs 50 automatically from my balance in name of services. Previously i also complained for the same thing. But they continuously deducting my balance by applying their services.

                  Network works in mobile but as soon I put sim in USB dongle it shows no service. All other sim of different company works in dongle at the same time. So the dongle is absolute OK.

                  So debarr the sim for dongle IMEI.

                  This problem is absolutely intentional. And don't give me that Vodafone is not liable for dongle of other company. It is the network which can't be barred by you.
                  Stop sucking customer.

                    I am very much disappointed that my mobile number [protected] was bar and month of November 2015 the bill has come above six thousand rupees I have visited Vodafone store at vardacaurd Trivandrum and paid 4000/- thousand rupees and as Vodafone staff advise It will not be active so no need to pay the rest amount but month of February 2016, 16th Vodafone disconnect my another number which [protected] where bill not in due and from customer care saying that I have to pay 6600/- hundred amount for the [protected] then only will activate my another number [protected] so its totally cheating and harassing me now I couldn't make any call for any emergency.

                      Without my knowledge they have activated the glam doll service which is charged for rs 225 in my monthly bill.

                          I had asked for reissue of my number [protected] and got sim on 12th feb which is not activated till today (16 feb). I had called andhra customer care atleast 9 times from 15th feb and recieved all kinds of answers like your sim is activated, its partially activated, it will be activated in 30 mins, 5 mins, 2 hours and also got suggestions like try to select network manually and nothing worked. I had visited vodafone store 4 times and they asked me to call customer care every time. I want this sim to be activated because this number is associated with my credit and debit cards because of which I am not able to pay my credit card bill and loosing 800 per day from 10 th feb which was my last date of payment.

                          I had visited vodafone store on 6th feb and recieved sim on th. If vodafone had shown some sincerity, I could have saved a lot of money which I have to give as interest for my credit card bill.

                            In last month bill a pack which has been deactivated has been added to the bill with a charge of rupees 286. earlier also it was done but it was adjusted. I deducted that amount from my last bill and paid in time. But that deducted amount has been added to the current bill and with a late charge.

                              I have been using vodafone postpaid connection with monthly rental of 375(corporate sim) which has 1Gb free internet.
                              I had received alerts via email as well as message in phone that I will be charged at 50p/Mb on extra internet usage but they have charged wrongly at around Rs4/Mb.
                              This has happened since August. On regularly taking and emailing I got a revert for the month of December only.
                              I made payment for Dec once it was corrected. But they now issued a bill which includes charges for Dec also.
                              And for Jan they have shown 650 against MI_CAP_650_30d_R_PROMO_3G, which says after extra internet billing of 650Rs no charges will be taken.
                              But my charges for extra internet havent exceeded this limit.
                              Another concern is that the 1Gb free data is not given, instead only I got 932 Mb and they charged again at 4Rs/Mb after that.
                              Hence i got a very huge bill amount. And on top of that 14.5% total tax also.
                              I have mailed then again and made the payment of rest of the amount.

                              I received calls from Vodafone and they have corrected the billing for January.
                              I am satisfied with their response.

                                Every month i am getting 200 of excess amount as my bill. And they wont resolve the issue within the last date of my bill payment and they tell me to pay the late payment charges. i had payed the amount that i hve used . they wont respond and they just dissconnect my network as this is my business no. there is a huge loss happening . please help me out . i have occored a los of 1000k.

                                  Tv all channel pack was being activated on my mobile no. But i had not done anything like that i have not activated any such pack and neither not want to do so than why it has being activated on my number. Also i have send sms to stop it and also call on 155223 to deactivate it and it got deactivated also, but still my balance i.E., 50 rs which was being cut didnt came back. Kindly correct it and give me my 50 rs balance.

                                    I recently noticed that there is a spelling error in my name and i approached Vodafone customer support and requested to change the correct spelling, I approached more than 9 times but still my problem is not solved. Once they sent me FALSE mail that they have changed the spelling error, Pooh, you people cheated me with a fake and false information. Yes, my name remain same with error for the last two bill after i got mail that your problem is solved.

                                    I have not experienced ever such a WORST and lethargic response in any of network, except VODAFONE. Yes you people trying to cheat customer with fake remedies.

                                        I had recharged 3g 1.25gb internet data plan on my mobile no. [protected] for rs.297/-.on 10/02/2016. I got the message on 1.54 am, 16/02/2016 that my data plan overwritten with a follow on message that your 2g internet data plan (200 MB) has been activated. But to my surprise I had not done any recharge at around 1.54 am for rs.49/-. When I complained to vodafone to restore 3g services they straight away denied and told that we could reverse the 2g plan and will not refund for my 3G data. I told them to register my complaint as my no.was recharged wrongly by someone and why will I suffer for the act of wrong transaction done by someone else. One mr.Sanket of vodafone told that they could not do so. Please help out and try to restore my 3g internet data plan or tell them to refund my data.

                                        i was fully unsatisfied with the response of customer care, even im thinking to change my mobile network.
