I have taken a net pack service from Vodafone. On *111*7# I have choosen a 2G net pack of ₹128 for 400 MB which was valid for 28 days but in actual I received 525 MB just for 18 days. I had a talk with customer care and their seniors but no one helped me. They kept on saying pack cannot be extended or money cannot be refunded....

I am getting unnecessary calls from this company, all the time because of this
I have changed this company. Especially asking for selecting caller tunes which is an automated call.There were occassions I were on Important meeting and when I heard the call I attended and it is the same BS$##@!.

Also they disconnect call while talking and we have to make call again which costs
more money.thereby they are generating...

I have paid all my dues on date 30.01.2016 at vodafone gallary at Vashi Navi Mumbai to migrate my connection from post paid to prepaid. They informed me that activation will be done within 24 Hrs but still the SIM is not activated. I am following the matter with their customer desk & receiving only system generated responce. I have a STD pack(rate cutter of 10p/Min). Vodafone has not consider this and they have deducted 1.5rs/Min from my main balance.

I have poor network in my new house. Complaint was made on 29/1/2016. Complaint no.[protected]. My problem is not resolved as yet. We have 4 Vodafone connections in our house . Kindly do the needful at your earliest....

Vodafone doesnt give message when our data pack is about to finished, they Inform us after serveral Extra MBs we used above Our pack !
I complain them about 2-3 times and they said me that we'll do waiver after your bill generate but all i got is that Arrongant Evasive answer that you won't get waiver, i dont want to even listen....

On 10th Feb, 2016 at 11.30pm I received a message from the Vodafone that ₹90 have been deducted from my balance for some glamour pack that I haven't subscribed to. My Number is under DND & yet my balance is been deducted for no reason from time to time. The company is cheating on customers by deducting balance without reason.
