On 7 Feb 2016 I got a massage:_ Hello! Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.75 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.150.032.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free) which I have not even requested I called customer care 3 times and 3 times he said balance will be refunded in 24 hrs but still today 10 Feb 2016I have not got my balance back. They are giving very bad service. I'm totally disappointed. So plz help!!!

      Respected Sir,

      I was previously using Idea card. But in Kalyan there is network Problem, so I choose Vodafone Card from Navi Mumbai police scheme . i.e. Plan A and Plan B

      in Plan A monthly rent is Rs. 99
      250 min Vodafone to Vodafone all mob. phone Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa free.
      call rate 30 Paise vodafone to vodafone and other 40 paise rate.
      100 sms free.

      in Plan B monthly rent is Rs 125 Vodafone to Vodafone 200 and other call in Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa free.
      Call rate 30 Paise vodafone to vodafone and other 40 paise.
      150 sms free and 150 National sms free.
      Net pack 100 Monthly.

      But one month back I received your bill and I was shocked because call Rate is high, Roaming bill was charged, sms charges in both phone. i.e."A" Plan phone No [protected] Rs. 700/-
      "B" Plan Phone No [protected] Rs. 275/-

      I visited in Kalyan near Rly. Station Vodafone Gallery and demanded both Phone No. in Pre Paid facility, but Manager suggested that my Plane is very nice so don't convert it. Then he showed and suggested me that now you pay only Rs 50 for phone no.[protected] and Rs 100. for phone no.[protected]

      For that I visited 4 times to same Vodafone gallery for same reason. Because of both phone I frequently received message for Huge amount.
      Even after some days I received message that your above amount i.e. Rs. 50 and 100 will be updated in fourth coming bill.

      Two days before, A cassette started playing that " you should pay the bill otherwise your phone will be disconnected ".

      Again 5th time I visited the same gallery, they said, now you must pay below mentioned amount.
      Then I paid in cash Plan A Rs 500 for Phone no.[protected] and Plan B Rs 550 for Phone no.[protected].
      Even now the cassette is playing for the Phone no. [protected] " you should pay the bill otherwise your phone will be disconnected ".

      Gallery and costumer care inquiry system and sms there is no proper communication in between them.

      I have cash receipt, Police Plane pamphlet, Previous cheque Payment document etc. with me.

      Is it not a Criminal breach of Trust ? for not providing the bill as per Police plan. because of your poor customer service I had to visit your gallery 5 times.
      Is not extortion ? even though gallery and your message says that you pay only the above amount. i.e. Rs. 50 and 100.

      Please do the need full, and intimate me, on mobile message as early as possible. Otherwise I have no substitute. I will have to move to the Consumer Court.

        I am 10 to 12 years old customer of vodafone prepaid sim. I want to change prepaid to postpaid so i had make call to customer care and asking about nearest vodafone store at that time the said me that dont visit vodafone store they takes extra service charges rather that just give me request i will send you agent and he settle all for you. i said ok and on 1st feb 2016 he collect my id proof & photo and saying that your postpaid sim will be activated with 48 hours. after 48 hours i had call agents and vodafone customer care on daily and the answer daily that your activation will done today itself. this thing happen continuesly 7 days(from 3rd feb 2016 to 9th feb 2016). Now on the date of 10th feb 2016 i got call and saying that you have to visit vodafone store otherwise activation will not done.
        So every time vodafone cheated me.
        Vodafone is second name of CHEATING.

          I am all ready paid my bill amount 200.00 Rs.Transaction Details:ID RMP[protected], Date:5/12/2015, Time:9.56.37 PM,
          But Running month including due amount, , All ready Complain My nearest Vodafone Store 2 times with receive all documents.and same complained Customer Care, Complain ID:[protected] /[protected].
          All are saying is technical problem solved approx, 24 -48 hours. but already pending update bill 200.00 rs 3 months covered.
          In this time my running bill including previous 200.00 due bill +Late fine + Taxes + Running Bill.
          I am Ranjan Rana as a Vodafone old customer, , plz short out my bill amount and fine and others problem.Other wise i am go on Court with my lawyer.

          With Respectfully Requesting not ignore my BILL UPDATE problem, I hope short out this problem Vodafone sight.

We are bought nearly 50 corporate connections from your esteem organization.                   I am having network issue formore than 10 days..I called vodafe customer care and register the compalint.[protected] is my ticket number for the final cal. They said to wait for 3 days and then for 7 days. But my network issues were not get solved. I am unable to make Cal's because of the network fluctuations. Finally I called VF customer care. They put me on hold for twice .I asked for supervisor cal. They transfer d cal I was online for 13 min for entire cal. Finally cal got disconnected. Again I tried to reach out. Again cal got transferd. I was online. Cal got disconnected. No proper response from their side. Made me irated finaly. I called again and requested a help to port my number to other service they agree and suggest the steps. Wat a gud service. U don want the customers who are with you for past 10 years. Realy... I am not gonna suggest to anyone. Find out such a issues and resolve it in future.thanks!!!

                      Out of curiosity one day I called up the Vodafone customer care on the number [protected] on 16 December. I enquired about the way I could check my internet data balance without having to call the helpline number again and again. I was given the information regarding it and when I sent the message on the number, I received the following message:
                      "Hello, You have 463.90 MB free usage balance in your plan MI_2G_180_1GB. Hello, You have 1024.00 MB free usage balance in your plan MI_2G_180_1B. charges post free usage will be as per your plan."
                      Confused why the pack was mentioned two times in the message, I again called up on December 20, 2015 on the number [protected] and spoke to Ritu Sethi regarding the same. She informed me that since I am a valued old customer, I have been provided with free 1GB data which can be used only till 31st December. I requested the agent to confirm to me that the information provided to me was right and she confirmed that I can use the next 1 GB without incurring any extra cost. After repeatedly asking the same question, I was assured every time that no extra cost will be incurred. I again called up on 24 December to confirm it once again. Again I was assured the same thing. This agent told me that even if the amount is wrongly charged, it will be waived off from the bill. After this assurance I used the Internet above the pack limit and approximately about 144 MB extra was used for which I was charged Rs, 660 plus 14.5% tax amounting to Rs 95 approx. After recieving the bill on 5th January, I again called up [protected] and got to speak to a female agent. I repeatedly requested her to connect me to any of the senior agents and she very rudely told me to behave myself. I was constantly telling her that I dont want to listen to you I just need to talk to a senior agent. finally I got to talk to a senior agent Dimple who iformed me that he will get back to me after 2 hours with all the details. I waited for 3 hours but nobody called. Finally I called the number [protected] again and got to speak to an agent named Harman who blatantly said there is no use lodging any complaint as according to me you have been rightfully charged.He said there is nothing wrong in the bill and did not file any complaint despite requesting him to. I again called back on the same number after a while and got to talk to an agent named Aman who heard my story and helped me by filing s complaint and refering my case for a waiver of Rs 755( Rs 660 data charges + Rs 95 tax). He also lodged a complaint of misbehaviour and misguiding against the agents who had earlier handled my case . Ref numbers given by him for the same were[protected] and[protected]. When I received a revised bill, an amount of Rs 642 only was waived of. the amount charged was 660 plus tax. I requested them again to waive off the remaining Rs 113. This time I had a word with an agent named Uttam who again assured me that the waiver will be reflected in the next bill. But when I recieved the bill on 5th february, there was no waiver. Now when I called up my relationship manager sonia's number, I was informed that my complaint has been lodged and that I will receive a reply within 48 hours. This call was made on 4 th February and till date I have not received any intimation regarding the same.Finally I spoke to an agent Pranav yesterday who replid that we have waived the amount once and we will not waive anything more. He even gave me a Nodal desk number which never works. Now I need your help because Vodafone had charged me Rs 755 more than the bill out of which Vodafone only refunded back Rs 642. I need my remaining money back plus there should be some penalty on vodafone for harrassing me since 2 months and passing on wrong information. vodafone has not refunded the principle amount they charged from me as well as the tax charged on that amount.

                        I use Vodafone CUG plan where Monthly rental shall be INR 249.
                        From past 5 months i have been charged INR 30 as additional rental and INR25 as CUG charge every month.

                        This is incorrect process and their response to my complaints is irrelevant

                        When I ask for closing connection, they are demanding for payment of bill.
                        Am looking for justice by removing all additional rental charges and closing this connection

                          I am a Vodafone postpaid customer and i was using a monthly rental of 249 before 1 month .I received a call from Vodafone where the concerned executive did fake promise that sir you are using more mobile data and we have got a very good plan for you that if you switch to 899 as monthly rental instead of 249 we are providing you unlimited 3G data .I said you can change my plan from next bill cycle and they did that.Thereafter when i exhausted 2GB data than they started sending me emails and messages that you have already consumed your monthly data and now you will be charged than i called 198 and registered a complain against it than the complaint department called me and again they said Sir you have got unlimited 3G DATA .I said ok but when i received my bill they added all that and charged rs 2500 .since then i am continuoslly calling vodafone ccustomer service team but thay are only making me fool .3 times they disconnected my services by saying that your credit limit has already over .pls tell me till the time they will not resove my issue how can i pay my bill .

                            I Mr.Rajendra Padwal, I have been having continous appointments with your vodafone store emloyees and they arw unable to sort the problems of my billing date.As per form I have been informed that my bill date is 18th of each month but the plans applicable on my cellphone number are been renewed on 28th of each month.
                            Due to such technical issues of yours n facing the problem of bill amounts.I am been charged surplusly of what it should charge us in actual.I wish to pay the amount due from Jan 18 to Feb 18 only oher outstanding amount is been charged surplusly.
                            Please sort the problem of mine asa soon as possible. And I hereby wish to discontinue all the services on my number.

                              Hi,

                              My bill plan is 199 and Vodafone is charging me more than 1300 per month and they are not responding to me when I ever I requested to revise my bill ... I never requested for any value added services and they are activating without my knowledge and including on all the bills... what ever amount we are paying in Vodafone outlets are not adjusting properly ... simply they are taking money and not clearing bills and disconnecting my service . Is Vodafone doing cheating business in all the outlets... now my bill is about 2800 rs.. I have paid all the months bills and not sure how they sent me another bill for 2800 ra... I need justice for this and I will write same complaint to consumer Court..

                                I am using Vodafone service from Dec-2013 to till date . i have been paying every month Rs.50/- for Physical bill( Send to Address). But i did't receive any single bill from Vodafone. i spoke to customer service ( executives) /Supervisors / Vodafone stores they are simple replied " your address is not found bill is returned or some one received in the name of sulochana there was nobody in the name sulochana and all my bills like, credit card, bank statements etc. are received same address only vodafone bills were not received. i spoke to vodafone peoples plz refund my amount which ever you are charged for physical bill from Dec-213 to till date. But they are not reply and simply saying not possible or bill is addressed. I have many time complaint on this issue ... complait IDs also available.

                                  Not given me the plan as they told me ... i am not geting the benifits what i need .. your customer has given me the wrong information about the plan to sell vodapone card .. first he told me u will get 1000 min, 1gb internet, 500sms and one vodaphone no. call free .. but i am not getting 1 gb internet and on one vodapone no. calling free. which has dissapointed me alot ... this fake service . The wrong Plan information given by the person details are below :

                                    I was using vodafone number for past 2 years and recently moved to united states and was still using the number to get OTP and other incoming messages. I was using it until december 2015, and in Jan I realize that my number has been allotted to a different customer without notifying me by any means. I should have been notified well in advance before taking such an action. This is serious security lapse as all my OTPs, and other personal information would go to a stranger.

                                      Every moth the Vodafone team is charging unnecessary 100 to 200 or more then that in my bill for last couple of month after I ported my number from Hyderabad to Kolkata. Whenever I call the Customer Care they ask me to send an email with the full issue description as this is a corporate connection but they do not reply back with any valid reason of the charge. Please Help.
