Fraud transaction from credit card no ********6015, sbi,
Sir,

An amount of rs.4902/- has been fraudulently got debited at vodafone-billdesk mumbai on 04.02.2016 at 6:11 pm from my credit card no ********6015. Of sbi, without my conscent
Kindly stop the transaction and do not remit the amount to the person.

    I have call customer care for change my mobile 3g internet plan form Rs.249/- or Rs.250/- to Rs.299/- or Rs.300.00, after my bill generation on nov-2015 bill they charge me lumsum Rs.950/- for internet, I have made many complains these are following date wise:

      Its being very bad to complaint against such a renowned company. They are just making fool of postpaid connection customers. I have taken a plan of Rs 199 monthly rental but they are keep on adding net pack charges of Rs 299 along with the bill. They activated the net pack without intimating, i spoke to the customer care executive but there is no help from there end.

        मेरा मोबाइल नं0 [protected] का जनवरी माह का बिल 573.31 रु0 आया था। जबकि मेरे द्वारा 12 जनवरी को रु0 575 का भुगतान कर दिया गया परन्तु कंपनी द्वारा मेरे मोबाइल पर announcement लगा रखी है जिससे कोई भी काल करने में बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। आज तो कॉम्पनी द्वारा काल बार कर दी गई हैं जबकि मेरे द्वारा भुगतान कर दिया है। स्क्रीन शॉट अटैच्ड है।
        अतः मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है की मेरी प्रॉब्लम का समाधान किया जाये।

          To whomsoever it may concern,

          Request you to kindly check my bill statement as I tried connecting with your executives no of times however no response from them .

          I am using your services from so long but I regret to say that I am noticing over bill issues from your end from last two months. My internet usage is showing more as compare to my actual usage. it can not be possible as most of the time my phone data is off and it's on wifi mode, this practice I am doing from so long and my bill was absolutely fine. However it's been two months my bill is over billed. many times i also requested for the itimised copy they always refussed saying our system is updating or its not showing anything here and they dont even arranged a call back, i have many issues related your services and now you just barred my calls, in case of any emergency for the girl do you people ready to take my responsibility????? i m taking this issue to consumer court as my patience level has been checked a loy by you people, its high time for me and i want to port my number to far better company then you people.

            Hi,

            On 9th january 2016, i requested for "port out " and get my upc so that i could provide it to sales agent of another provider.
            However on 11th january 2016 at 11:57 am, i received a call from " [protected] " number, a retention vodafone agent named " nitin" offered me a special deal in 466 inr with 1500 minutes + 1.5 gb of 3g data + 1000 sms. I compared the deal with my another provider's (Reliance) wherein i wanted to port my number to but found that nitin's deal attracts more benefits then reliance.
            I accepted the deal. And nitin confirmed that the new deal would be activate within 24 to 48 hours without providing me any request number . The conversation lasted for 15 minutes.

            I called 198 yesterday to inquire about the same plan activation status as 48 hours was already completed.
            I was shocked to hear that there was no such request taken.
            This was really frustrated and i felt so harassed.
            The 198 agent told me that there is no such plan then i requested the officer to look onto the recording which i had with nitin. But she advised me to drop a mail.

            This is really very bad customer services as i had an opportunity to get the deal with another provider but had to cancel just because your officer retained me with that special deal.

            Now i want you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

            Looking for your corporation on this.

            I have already escalated this to corporate team and marked a mail to : corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com .

              I ve lost my vodafone sim card on saturday and applied for a new sim @ Gachibolwi vodafone store on Monday. As per them sim card will be activated in 2 hrs. But even after 2 days, sim card hasn't been activated. When I talked to customer care chat guys several times, they have given me a ref number[protected] atlast and informed me that it ll activate in next 2 hrs. I waited for 4 hrs and again chatted with another guy ( attaching the chat history ) he said that the req has been closed and when I was asked about the resolution he simply advised me to visit the store at midnight. I ve missed so many important calls and definitely the guy with whom I chatted with is not at all tried to help me.

                    I am a Vodafone customer using 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. i have been using these 2 numbers and paying the bills regularly. i was using a data card of vodafone [protected] six months back and lost the card. I reported this in Kandivali Vodafone gallery and deactivated the card in the month of September 2015 as it was not needed further. It was advised by the counter people, that my number is deactivated and I will have to pay a due of 1400+ i paid that amount immediately. I didn't use that number after that. But vodafone started sending mails to clear outstanding bills and when i requested for a physical bill showing my usage, they never send it to me.

                    I have send a mail to vodafone on 28th January 2016 stating all these details and requested to send me the physical bill of itenary o[censored]sage. But they again sent me a bill of lumpsum amount only.

                    in this situation they stopped the service of my other 2 numbers [protected] & [protected] on 2nd Feb 2016 without any prior intimation this caused me a loss of reputation as i am in a reputed position of a reputed company.

                    i went immediately to Jogeshwari West Vodafone store and they informed me that my running numbers were disconnected due to the arears in the data card [protected] which i had deactivated in the month of September. They charged me an amount of 1540 and activated the other numbers again.

                    Why should I pay this amount even though i have deactivated it 5 months back officially from the Vodafone gallery and cleared the arrears of that period?

                    What the right Vodafone has to close my numbers for which I am paying my monthly bills regularly without any intimation?

                    What is the solution for the amount I have paid now without using a number for 5 months?

                      I was an Airtel Customer, recently I have ported to Vodafone. I am using this number for all my communication related to financial, business and friends & family for last 12 years.
                      My number has been ported into Vodafone on 28th of January 2016.
                      I realized on 31st day of Jan (on my BDay), I am not able to receive any incoming call from Vodafone.
                      I called to 198 at 11:04 am on 31st day of January, she confirmed me that she has written a complaint and forwarded it to technical department and my problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
                      I called again on next day at around 12:12 pm for the current status, but unfortunately the lady personnel did not find any such complaint and then requested her to file the same. So she raised a complaint (Number :[protected] and told me that it will be resolved within 9th of Feb 2016.
                      Is it reasonable, to fix such major issue it will take around 8 Days? I have already faced huge business loss from last few days.

                      Please have a look, so that in future this type of major issue(s) should be resolved with the highest priority.

                        To vodafone i think this company is not fit for their customers . They deduct their money as it is growing on trees. Today they deduct my 35 rupees.i talked to shiv on customer care he returned my money immidiately but what for that money which this company deducted many times even my friends get frustrate of all this.This type of behaviour is actually ridiculous stop doing all this . This is unfair you are stealing our money in this way

                          Hello, glam dolls pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is valid till 15/02/2016 and a 15days rentel of rs. 75 has been . To deactive sms stop to or call 155223 toll free.

                          I call to customer care they said me you dowonload or click any gold web site. How this foolish answer, this is non refundebale.

                            I have a credit limit of Rs.1000/- for my postpaid vodafone connection. Yet they have billed me Rs. 5837.80 for International data usage of only 9MB, on top of it there are taxes making my total bill to Rs. 7255.63. When I spoke to the representative I was told that its a good gesture from Vodafone to not disconnect your service even when you exceeded the credit limit. They did not inform me about the usage till they charged me 5 times more than my credit limit. So what is the point of setting a credit limit? I dont want to pay anything more than Rs. 1000/- which is my credit limit and which vodafone should have adhered to.

                              In response to the complaint we lodge against Vodafone India Limited (shriram communication Private Limited) on 26/01/2016 and 30/01/2016, we got a call from [protected] at 4.39 PM saying that he is calling from VODAFONE company and insisted us to provide our DEBIT CARD details including number, Valid thru date and even CVV number to transfer the amount to our card which i have to receive.But fortunately i did not furnish the full details of it as in the case of card to card transfer only card number is sufficient. I really wondered what kind of idiotic things these VODAFONE executives are doing. I suggest to my relatives and even to my pals not to make any kind of contracts and subscription with VODAFONE india limited.

                                Dear sir,
                                im an sbi account user, on 29th january 2016 at 6:21pm, someone wrongly made a purchase of rs 4992 from vodafone billdesk mumbai Ind, txn#[protected], from my sbi bank account, when explained about the situation, the vodafone customer care refused to listen and turned down the request for a refund, the transaction was credited to POS22317740, and i request the company to refund the total amount to my bank account on or before 5th february 2016, if refund is not done before the above mentioned date i'll be forced to take some legal actions against the company .
                                message recieved:
                                "thank you for using your SBI debit card 519XXX9594 for a purchase worth rs4992 on POS22317740 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK MUMBAI IND txn#[protected] time:6:21 pm"

                                  Respected Madam/sir,
                                  In vodafone after introducing 3G data pack they are reduced the speed of 2G data Packs . For showing difference in speed between 2g and 3g . now i can personally feel the same data pack before and after Rs 225 data pack (previously[protected]_ 225_?) . before that i recommend all my staffs to use vodafone 2g ( better than other network 3g speed) now speed ??. so kindly requesting you to increase speed of the pack. as well as mention the speed of the data for 2g and 3g data packs. then only customer can easily understood the speed you are provide. customer toll free number am called 198 they given assurance till now problem not resolved . my mobile number [protected] . am the customer of network from Hutch.

                                      The customer care agents of Vodafone are the most pathetic staff that i have ever seen! The biggest reason why I didnt want to change to a postpaid customer.

                                      They give false promises! No etiqutte to talk! They just bang the phone if they cannot help you even after waiting on the call for 40 mins!!!

                                      Following are the issues -

                                      1) When I changed to vodafone postpaid, I was charged Rs. 150 & was informed this will be reimbursed after 3 months of billing cycle completion!
                                      So Vodafone doesnt bother to proactively return the monies! LIARS!!

                                      2) No information/alert via SMS on the exhausting of data plan! They want to cheat & charge data usuage charges so they choose no to inform the customer.
                                      And when you activate a Booster pack, they do not activate it for 2 days where they claim to activate in 30 mins!
                                      I was told someone will call back within 48 hours! No call back then also!

                                      I called the customer care people 5-7 times, with 1 call being 40 mins long! No senior wanted to take the call & face the issue

                                      3) This month is the heights! I get charged twice for a booster pack activation! Shameless!!!
                                      And when i again contacted Cust Care - they banged the phone when i highlighted my issue!

                                      Ridiculous postpaid cust service & Vodafone tries to cheat customers by adding on unused charges!!!

                                        I am a user of your vodafone Mobile No.[protected]... about 3-4 days before, I got 297 data recharged online but it is not working on y mobile...

                                        when contacted on 199 customer care, everytime the call was dropped after keeping me on hold for invariably long duration.. again contacted on 199 to get internet settings through sms, but no sms received. again contacted on 199, no response...

                                        I got an sms whether i got internet setting sms from vodafone, i replied NO...but no corrective action has been taken by your side.

                                        I even tried your[protected] from another mobile to get the internet setting guidance, but again call was transferred to internet setting department and kept on hold for about 6 minute and then dropped from your side. that is pathetic.

                                        In view of the above, I am not able to use internet on my data recharge...

                                        Please take immediate corrective action or make 297 ruppees calling rechatge instread of data recharge.
