    Process started for migration from pre paid to post paid on 30th Jan 2016 but still not activated although commitment was for 72 hours. Now its 1740 hours dated 5th Feb 2016. Documents and fees deposited at Vodafone store at Ansal Plaza in Palam Vihar area of Gurgaon.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Bad experience. This feedback may get changed if service is improved.

        my name is vivek shaw and on 4feb 2016 i got a msg from ur company that i am getting a one lifetime offer where on recharge of 16 my call rate will become 25p/min all india for 90 days ...and on recharge of 16 i didnt got the said benefit instead my tariff changes to local30p/min for 30 days...this is not done...now u ppl are trying to deceive ur cust and everyday u come out with a new trick on how to loot cx...i want mysaid benefits oderwise i'l come and f#ck u up to the core ...mother f#ckers

          I want to sue this company for sending me messages since Jan 22 on my airtel number saying that my vodafone number [protected] is active and I need to call 59059 to complete verification process

          Let me tell you I never visited and vodafone store recently.
          I purchased a vodafone sim last year and got rid of it owing to its pathetic services.

          Now I want to know if the agent who had my documents then is using it to sell SIM cards in my name.

          I can give you the agents detail as well
          Stop sending this msg else you know the consequences

              I have been charged 1260 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted ! Please look into this issue Vodaphone.
              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              After a long fight with vodafone, i was told that 1260 has been adjusted in my bill. When I questioned about the tax amount also to be taken into account, I was told that waiver hasn't been passed in the next mail. Each moment if they keep changing the bill amount how do they expect the customers to pay. First when I spoke to the customer service over call, she told me that 200rs can be passed, I fought as I never called to that number, then they told 1260 has been adjusted, and now they are saying that waver hasn't been passed. How do they expect me to pay the bill that too after saying the amount is adjusted how can they change ! I have gone ahead with a payment of 227.60 to avoid late payment charges, however they have to provide me a adjustment of 1260 + 182.70 = 1442.7 (14.5 % tax of 1260). It has been only 2 months since I opted for Vodafone postpaid and both the months I had to fight for my bill amount. It has the WORST SERVICE ! I just want to surrender my SIM !

                  Dear vodafone team, yesterday i make a call to your customer care regarding 3g internet pack, so while my number connected to your CCE namely SAI RAM he said 297 rupees recharge will give 2.gb 3g data, so basing on his information i was done 297 pack but i got 1300mb data only, so for this just i shocked then immeditely make a cal to your customer care, then another CCE namely HEMANTHKUMAR PICKED so regarding this issue i informed to mr hemanth clearly but he simply transfered my cal to supervisor by kept my cal on hold til 20mins then disconnected, so here iam very sad on this blaming gaming, so i need a quick reply call from your end, hope you wil not loose a customer like me.

                  2nd January, 2016, We went to Taki - Hasnabad ( South 24 Paraganas ), that and some how the additional charges has been added as some thing with below details .

                  1. Huge amount on International - Outgoing incoming call...where the sourcedestination caller is definitely from India Number .
                  2. Absurd amount on internet

                  Here is the answer from the appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                  " As you have stated that you have being into roaming at Taki (West-Bengal) please note that as Taki is located near International border area and you have latched in to Bangladesh Network which is the strongest at that point of time in this case (Gramin Bangladesh) please note that automatic Network selection mode was activated in your mobile, we would also like to inform you that SMS intimation was send to you against the International Roaming."

                  In addition to that, here is the ultimate solution from there end ..

                  "offered we can provide a waiver (credit) of Rs.500/- flat against the above said Bill Invoice but however you would require sometime for confirmation hence we would request to kindly let us know once you have decided ."

                  First of all from a customer its not possible determine the network coverage area...so on such situation roaming is normally dependent on the network notification status.

                  Secondly, how can an international roaming activate automatically .because as per my understanding I did not activate the same .
                  So on such condition...still I am liable to pay the extra amount . Because there is no reason for this...its all about the issue from service provider or some technical constraint related to network .

                  So I want to escalate the matter on higher ...so that it can be rectified for me as well as save the other customer as well.

                        Its being very bad to complaint against such a renowned company. They are just making fool of postpaid connection customers. I have taken a plan of Rs 199 monthly rental but they are keep on adding net pack charges of Rs 299 along with the bill. They activated the net pack without intimating, i spoke to the customer care executive but there is no help from there end.

                            Request you to kindly check my bill statement as I tried connecting with your executives no of times however no response from them .

                            I am using your services from so long but I regret to say that I am noticing over bill issues from your end from last two months. My internet usage is showing more as compare to my actual usage. it can not be possible as most of the time my phone data is off and it's on wifi mode, this practice I am doing from so long and my bill was absolutely fine. However it's been two months my bill is over billed. many times i also requested for the itimised copy they always refussed saying our system is updating or its not showing anything here and they dont even arranged a call back, i have many issues related your services and now you just barred my calls, in case of any emergency for the girl do you people ready to take my responsibility????? i m taking this issue to consumer court as my patience level has been checked a loy by you people, its high time for me and i want to port my number to far better company then you people.

                              On 9th january 2016, i requested for "port out " and get my upc so that i could provide it to sales agent of another provider.
                              However on 11th january 2016 at 11:57 am, i received a call from " [protected] " number, a retention vodafone agent named " nitin" offered me a special deal in 466 inr with 1500 minutes + 1.5 gb of 3g data + 1000 sms. I compared the deal with my another provider's (Reliance) wherein i wanted to port my number to but found that nitin's deal attracts more benefits then reliance.
                              I accepted the deal. And nitin confirmed that the new deal would be activate within 24 to 48 hours without providing me any request number . The conversation lasted for 15 minutes.

                              I called 198 yesterday to inquire about the same plan activation status as 48 hours was already completed.
                              I was shocked to hear that there was no such request taken.
                              This was really frustrated and i felt so harassed.
                              The 198 agent told me that there is no such plan then i requested the officer to look onto the recording which i had with nitin. But she advised me to drop a mail.

                              This is really very bad customer services as i had an opportunity to get the deal with another provider but had to cancel just because your officer retained me with that special deal.

                              Now i want you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                              Looking for your corporation on this.

                              I have already escalated this to corporate team and marked a mail to : corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com .

                                I ve lost my vodafone sim card on saturday and applied for a new sim @ Gachibolwi vodafone store on Monday. As per them sim card will be activated in 2 hrs. But even after 2 days, sim card hasn't been activated. When I talked to customer care chat guys several times, they have given me a ref number[protected] atlast and informed me that it ll activate in next 2 hrs. I waited for 4 hrs and again chatted with another guy ( attaching the chat history ) he said that the req has been closed and when I was asked about the resolution he simply advised me to visit the store at midnight. I ve missed so many important calls and definitely the guy with whom I chatted with is not at all tried to help me.

                                      I am a Vodafone customer using 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. i have been using these 2 numbers and paying the bills regularly. i was using a data card of vodafone [protected] six months back and lost the card. I reported this in Kandivali Vodafone gallery and deactivated the card in the month of September 2015 as it was not needed further. It was advised by the counter people, that my number is deactivated and I will have to pay a due of 1400+ i paid that amount immediately. I didn't use that number after that. But vodafone started sending mails to clear outstanding bills and when i requested for a physical bill showing my usage, they never send it to me.

                                      I have send a mail to vodafone on 28th January 2016 stating all these details and requested to send me the physical bill of itenary o[censored]sage. But they again sent me a bill of lumpsum amount only.

                                      in this situation they stopped the service of my other 2 numbers [protected] & [protected] on 2nd Feb 2016 without any prior intimation this caused me a loss of reputation as i am in a reputed position of a reputed company.

                                      i went immediately to Jogeshwari West Vodafone store and they informed me that my running numbers were disconnected due to the arears in the data card [protected] which i had deactivated in the month of September. They charged me an amount of 1540 and activated the other numbers again.

                                      Why should I pay this amount even though i have deactivated it 5 months back officially from the Vodafone gallery and cleared the arrears of that period?

                                      What the right Vodafone has to close my numbers for which I am paying my monthly bills regularly without any intimation?

                                      What is the solution for the amount I have paid now without using a number for 5 months?

                                        I was an Airtel Customer, recently I have ported to Vodafone. I am using this number for all my communication related to financial, business and friends & family for last 12 years.
                                        My number has been ported into Vodafone on 28th of January 2016.
                                        I realized on 31st day of Jan (on my BDay), I am not able to receive any incoming call from Vodafone.
                                        I called to 198 at 11:04 am on 31st day of January, she confirmed me that she has written a complaint and forwarded it to technical department and my problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
                                        I called again on next day at around 12:12 pm for the current status, but unfortunately the lady personnel did not find any such complaint and then requested her to file the same. So she raised a complaint (Number :[protected] and told me that it will be resolved within 9th of Feb 2016.
                                        Is it reasonable, to fix such major issue it will take around 8 Days? I have already faced huge business loss from last few days.

                                        Please have a look, so that in future this type of major issue(s) should be resolved with the highest priority.

                                        Resolved all the issue, raised by me in this page. Vodafone called me confirmation of the issue and resolved accordingly. Thanks to Vodafone for resolving the issue.
