I have Ported my two numbers into Vodafone RED Postpaid plan in July 2015 with expectation of good quality service . But from 2nd Billing cycle every month I have been getting Fraud Bill from Vodafone, sometimes it was issue of Not getting Rental-Discount for MNP, sometimes wrong Roaming Plan activation, some time forceful activation of Itemized Bill. Every month I had to approach Customer Care, Nodal office and Appellate office to get the adjustment / Credit for wrong charges.Even in December I had to approach Vodafone's Facebook Page after not getting the resolution from Appellate Team.
But in current month's Bill, Dated 24/01/16, I have received a Bill with whopping extra amount of INR 883. For the last 12 days I have been following with Vodafone team, but till date did not get any response / resolution. I am feeling totally frustrated, mentally stressed, harassed and helpless.
Apart from that another two technical issues have been pending for the last 2 months, till date didn't get any solution.
Kindly let me know how to file a case against Vodafone India for giving me Mental harassment by sending Fraud Billing every month and Pathetic Customer Care Services / not giving proper response

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ported my number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone. The sim delivered by Vodafone executive was wrong. Now I am calling them [protected] but after knowing the matter they are not picking my calls. Since morning my phone is not working.
Highly disappointed to port my number to Vodafone
Customer care are not able to help me even. They suggest me to visit any Vodafone store . I am in remote location for my office work and free at 9:00 pm. They even not authorise some other person on my behalf.
Highly frustrated and disappointed from your service.
