      I am a vodafone customer for the past 7 years and I got an offer to convert my prepaid plan to postpaid.. I was offered 900 mins free, roaming in maharashtra, mumbai and goa, 1 gb 3g internet free for 3 months each and once it gets over then unlimited 2g internet, 100 sms free.

      I got a call for plan confirmation and the girl speaking could not even find out where Byculla was and couldnot read my address properly..
      she informed me that they already activated an internet plan on my mobile from 4th month onwards and I would have to pay for that, so i clearly informed her that I would not remember what they have activated for me 4 months from now so to deactivate all that and let my current plan of 1gb 3g internet for next 3 months stay..

      This girl deactivates my entire internet and now Vodafone tells me that I will have to pay for the internet that I use... This is cheating.. I should not pay for the mistakes that vodafone representatives make.

      Also I got a bill with roaming charges added.. so when I called 198 they say that free roaming was never active only on your number and the person Vikram who gave me this plan is now not reachable.. Vodafone company is cheating their loyal customers in this way.

        I have port my number to vodafone from airtel [protected].vodafone representative tell me about one plan named mgm porting that's give one year free calling from one to another but that representative made clarical mistake.that he has done that mgm service to his mobile number instead of mine.i have already made complain in vodafone customer complain[protected]so kindly reverse the same.if anyone want any information about it call me [protected] akash khattri

        Hi sir,

        I have ported my number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone. The sim delivered by Vodafone executive was wrong. Now I am calling them [protected] but after knowing the matter they are not picking my calls. Since morning my phone is not working.

        Highly disappointed to port my number to Vodafone
        Customer care are not able to help me even. They suggest me to visit any Vodafone store . I am in remote location for my office work and free at 9:00 pm. They even not authorise some other person on my behalf.

        Highly frustrated and disappointed from your service.

          We requested to change my father's sim billing option from post paid to prepaid however the staff was not ready to do so in spite of repeated argument.Hence we applied to close our sim.However we don't want to close it but to shift from post paid billing to prepaid billing immediately.
          Please do the needful URGENTLY
          My father is senior citizen cannot go anywhere without anybody's help

              I have recently Migrated from Idea to Vodafone on Dec 17th 2015.
              My Vodafone sim was activated and i started using it.

              Due to non payment with previous operator they have blocked my account.
              I have paid the balance amount to idea got the payment receipt.
              Feb6 th i have visited vodafone store and produced the payment receipt.
              they confirmed the payment and said it we reactivated in 1 hr and asked me restart my mobile every hour but no use.
              Even I was not able to call customer care from my phone.

              at 8pm on same day I had online chat and call with customer care they asked to visit vodafone customer as they didnt recieve any confirmation regarding payment.

              So, this confirms that we should not port to vodafone if you want online support.
              They have big network around the world, My vadofone APP, 24X& support. even though we need to walk personally to store .(not single time, multiple times)


              Even few people who are chat will reply with a default statements and doesn't give proper response

              Really i had a critical day where i need my number as i have given my number will all my clients and for that i have cleared the payment and visited vodafone store.


              Now i am thinking that Its a blunder mistake to change my network to Vodafone .

                I have Ported my two numbers into Vodafone RED Postpaid plan in July 2015 with expectation of good quality service . But from 2nd Billing cycle every month I have been getting Fraud Bill from Vodafone, sometimes it was issue of Not getting Rental-Discount for MNP, sometimes wrong Roaming Plan activation, some time forceful activation of Itemized Bill. Every month I had to approach Customer Care, Nodal office and Appellate office to get the adjustment / Credit for wrong charges.Even in December I had to approach Vodafone's Facebook Page after not getting the resolution from Appellate Team.

                But in current month's Bill, Dated 24/01/16, I have received a Bill with whopping extra amount of INR 883. For the last 12 days I have been following with Vodafone team, but till date did not get any response / resolution. I am feeling totally frustrated, mentally stressed, harassed and helpless.

                Apart from that another two technical issues have been pending for the last 2 months, till date didn't get any solution.

                Kindly let me know how to file a case against Vodafone India for giving me Mental harassment by sending Fraud Billing every month and Pathetic Customer Care Services / not giving proper response

                  We are using 2 Vodafone SIM Cards for our mobiles from last 6 years and all the payments are paid before due date. We have never left our dues unpaid. since today morning, (around from 9 am) our sim cards are blocked by the vodafone company without any intimation.As, Both our numbers are blocked at a time, we are not able to even call and compliant on unavailability of network.

                  It is ridiculous to us to call customer care or to go and visit Vodafone store each and every time. We require justice on this issue it is very harassing us against human rights.

                  We require justice to us and want to penalize vodafone company.

                    I was charged rs75 as an renewal for supermodels vas app .but i didnt activate in the first place.when i called ur customer care a person named iyyapan from coimbatore branch spoke as if it is my mistake.practically speaking to avoid if some popup windows open when browsinga nd you guys without asking for confirmation starts charging amount.stop looting.

                        We recharged the phone several times and she is charged for unnecessary services which she did not even activate or subscribe. Her account is now blocked.
                        She is charged for Live TV Pack, Beauty Pack these are the services she doesnt need nor she ever activated. We can keep on deactivating ever time. These services are activated by default, which we never need.

                            I faced wearied issue from Vodafone

                            My mummy who's number [protected] with prepaid account.

                            She is using this card regular. Its was working till 4th Feb 2016 and I recharged it for RS 250/- on 26th Jan 2016.

                            On yesterday(5 Feb 2016), its suddenly stop working and this number is transferred to some unknown other person and also its converted from prepaid to postpaid. We aren't requested for that.

                            I already contacted Vodafone store and also submitted address proof at there but still I not get any positive response from him.

                            I researched my way and I found that some unknown Man whom name is Vishal who have no [protected] (slightly different from my number) who requested to convert his number from prepaid to postpaid and company converted my number to his name by mistake and without cross verify document.

                            You can check more in this for get actual reason. I want to know proper reason behind that as soon as possible and how you will fix this issue and I will get my number worked with prepaid plan and all my pending balance.

                            And also no one from your customer care(Live chat or calling number 198) is registering my complaint for that.

                              Hello,

                              I am a vodafone customer for last 10 years. Recently i had to change the registration of documents from my aunt's name to my name. I had gone to Vodafone gallery in Korum mall, Thane. They changed my number from prepaid to postpaid even though i hadn't asked for it. They took address proof from me and even charged Rs.200/- for this process. After a week i started getting messages from them telling me that 'the verification of billing address could not be completed since the entry was restricted'. The number which they had provided in the same message([protected]) is out of operation still and so i was unable to contact. Even after all this i called on 199 twice and told them about the same, the response which i got was very poor. They, instead of taking care of my problem, asked me to go to that store and submit my address proof again.
                              I don't understand what the hell they were doing for verification. Verification is done only when we submit the documents. So, once the documents are submitted they shouldn't ask for the documents again. If they are saying that the entry was restricted then they should call before coming. They just forward the same message thrice with a contact number which is out of operation.
                              They have now stopped my outgoing calls for no fault of mine. This is causing me inconvenience.
                              If this is a kind of service that vodafone gives, then let me tell you, you are losing out on your customer.
                              I am seriously fed up with this service and now planning to port to some other telecom service provider.

The person in the store told me they will not give any receipt instead I will get payment confirmation by SMS, but till now I have not received any SMS.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    I have been a regular Vodaphone customer since long. Besides all my family members are utilizing vodaphone services. Yesterday I was very disappointed while trying to resolve my issue related my balance deduction. In this context I spoke to one of your customer executives around 8:45 Pm on[protected] I was so surprised with his rude behavior. Instead he gave me proper information he behaved very discourteously. I don’t know his name and I even tried to know his name but unfortunately I failed to do so later I realized that these are recordable calls and can be traced out easily by senior officers.
                                    It is not a question of mere deduction of few rupees but my main concern is that how the reputation of the company of international repute is deteriorating by the behavior of their untrained customer care executives. I wonder how Vodafone is appointing uncultured, illiterate and unmannered person for their customer care services. Are they given any Customer relationships training prior to dealing with customers ? or you are compromising the quality of service for the sake of CTC.
                                    Hope this issue will be seriously taken otherwise I am compelled to switch to other mobile services.

                                      Facing network issue since January already raised many complaints but no acceptable revert or resolution.

                                      I am not getting network at my home directly shows (No service) unable to use data connection at home. Then what is use of mobile ?

                                      Please assist what to do without mobile I have to be for more than month

                                      And I am paying you 700 to 800 RS bill. Unnecessary why ?

                                        Once again, i am not "Khirari".

                                        i DO NOT have any vodafone account.

                                        And "[protected]@gmail.com" is my "Vishwas RAJ's" email id. I have had this email-id for more than 10 years now.
                                        Once Again, i am not a vodafone customer, and i am not "Mr. Khirari". Your information about Mr. Khirari's email id, is not correct.

                                        Let me say this again.
                                        I Vishwas Raj, i do not have any vodafone number.
                                        You are contacting the wrong person. The email id you have in your system, for your customer, is wrong. This email belongs to me. (Who is not a vodfone customer)
                                        And the phone number "[protected] ". It does not belong to me.
                                        I do not live in india.

                                        Once again, you have the wrong email id mentioned in your system.
