my no +91 [protected] that same number allocated to another person. I can do outgoing calls but incoming calls come to another person who is having same number like me.

    There is network and Data issue going on in UPW whenever there is electricity cut happens otherwise .Vodafone 3G comes at good speed.

      I have visited Vodafone Store, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for purchasing new card([protected])but behavior is worst by executive named "AFRIN" and she has activated my regular sim instead of NANO sim and after passing of 5 Days still my card is not activated because the First Recharge FRC is not done by them I also complained to vodafone for the same complaint number [protected] but did not get positive answer by their side.

              Sir, My name is Mahesh Sarode and I have a complaint about my postpaid bill. As per my postpaid plan i have 200 SMS free and 40000 Seconds calling at Rs. 250 monthly rental. In November Bill Vodafone charged me extra money for SMS and Calling (Bill attached) without exceeding the plan limit. When I asked them send me revised bill they said they will send me revised bill, but till today i have not received any bill. Also I had complained about call drop problem and till today i am facing the same problem they have not solved it. When they called me asking for payment I refused to pay them until they solve my problem and now they have barred my outgoing calls without solving my problems and without intimating me. And this month also i have received a bill with whole monthly rental including late fees without any solution. Sir please guide me what to do. Thank you in advance.

                  I am prarthita kar, my vodafone mobile number is [protected], i had recharge 2G 199 pack on my number but i can't get the proper speed even TRAI is in a view that 3G and EVDO CDMA connections should have a minimum download speeds of 1 Mbps with 95 per cent success rate while 2G connections should have a minimum data download speed of 56 Kbps but i get only 2 or 3kbps speed, Vodafone has misguided me and cheat with me so i clam one(1) crore from vodafone for this harassment...

                    I am working in a hotel in engineering dept.i have receive call from vodafone coustumer care last day at 22 jan.2016 around 2 pm. this time i am busy i say please coll me later i am busy .after that i col to my family in evening my phone are not connect . my out going service are close .
                    Than i col to vodafone custumar care they say this service closing becose worng enquiry.
                    but i have already give all enqiry
                    til Now 23 jan.11.30am i am not use outgoing call servoce.. i have no mony for recharge phone

                        I am reading online article in browser and sily ads cames.. while reading articles, ad mistakenly clicked, and got msg activated and deduct 49 /- I want refund, its not a good way without any confirmation alert to continue or wanna activate? U activated service and deduct bal. It's just a way to make customers fool. Please refund my bal 49/- asap . Thanks

                                        Have been following up for the past 5 months for the 5 numbers to be added to the Family Red Plan. They have not started the service after repeated complaints and emails. They have been charging me continuously and sending me separate bills for each number. Their relationship mgr even admitted saying its a scam and thousands of customers have been complaining about the same. Now they have sent me some Notice from Devi and Associates which I am going to take up legally
