I am working in a hotel in engineering dept.i have receive call from vodafone coustumer care last day at 22 jan.2016 around 2 pm. this time i am busy i say please coll me later i am busy .after that i col to my family in evening my phone are not connect . my out going service are close .
Than i col to vodafone custumar care they say this service closing becose worng enquiry.
but i have already give all enqiry
til Now 23 jan.11.30am i am not use outgoing call servoce.. i have no mony for recharge phone
please help me

    Sir, This is bring to your kind attention that a biscoot store pack has been activated in my vodafone cell number with out my permission & Rs45 has been deducted from my cell no.For this circumstances' I pray to you for refund my balance & not do happen in fureture.       I am reading online article in browser and sily ads cames.. while reading articles, ad mistakenly clicked, and got msg activated and deduct 49 /- I want refund, its not a good way without any confirmation alert to continue or wanna activate? U activated service and deduct bal. It's just a way to make customers fool. Please refund my bal 49/- asap . Thanks

          What a pathetic company and service past one month doing a follow up on Internet and customer care executive parveen krishanaveni and team leader sandal promising on a call back but no call back in 2 hrs and 24 hrs nothing waste customer support including team leader.pathetic worst why a support my num [protected]

                      Have been following up for the past 5 months for the 5 numbers to be added to the Family Red Plan. They have not started the service after repeated complaints and emails. They have been charging me continuously and sending me separate bills for each number. Their relationship mgr even admitted saying its a scam and thousands of customers have been complaining about the same. Now they have sent me some Notice from Devi and Associates which I am going to take up legally

                        I am ELECTRICITY BOARD M G employee WITH VODAFONE RELATIONSHIP nO. 96567603 and my vodafone plan for number [protected] is Rs.99 . I have one more number [protected] as add on number in this plan. It has been observed that my plan has been upgaded without my consent to Rs.1500 and hence i am getting higher bill for last two-three months . I even talked to customer care executive to look in to the matter. My complaint was lodged under ref no.[protected] by customer care executive Mr. Nilkanth Ashok Warke who assured me of refunding Rs.3000 which have been chareged by mistake. later on after follow up on Vodafone No. 199, i came to know that nothing can be done and that there is no record available as how and when the plan has been upgraded. I kindly request you to look in to the matter urgently and to waive off the extra bill plan which i haven't opted for. Presently outgoing services of My another No. i.e. [protected] have been stopped.

Automactically the balance is deducted.. i hve no paid alerts register on my no ? Can i go to court and file a law suit.. against them 20 lakhs

                            I bought a new vodafone sim from an executive of Mas cell net, Okhla, Delhi and gave rs. 250 as security money on Friday, 15/01/2016 where he said it would take 72 hrs to activate the number.after 3 days the number was still unoperational.I tried calling vodafone customer care where they every time told me to call back again, a few times they put me on hold and never connected the call again.Then i lodged another complaint online where i received a call from Vodafone that they have received my complaint and the number would be activated within 48 hrs.It has been 8 days and no progress is seen or expected. I am trying to connect to the customer care since morning and no executive is receiving the call even after trying to connect with the customer care executive.

                              Unilateral & abrupt withdrawal of out-going in my almost 10 years old unblemished post paid connection, on unfounded charges erected by Vodafone.I'm a senior citizen and a retired Army veteran. I've conveyed my complaints by mails sometime back, giving full details of my complaints, but to no logical or ethical redress. How can there be charges levied after a service has been requested for discontinuation and the same is confirmed by Vodafone, I wonder. Pl check all my mails, my past commitments and status to judge the case.
                              I'm all the more aggrieved and distressed in having to live without my age-old connectivity at a time I'm required to undertake a journey soon at an age of 71 years.
                              pl look into it and restore the outgoing immediately.

                                    I changed my data plan on 23 Nov2015 from 1GB 3G to 500MB 3G . On my billing date 5 Dec it did not get updated. Refer a mail chain "My plan is not renewed [protected]" with Vodafone. This is pending since 40 days.

                                      Vodafone customer care are very irresponsible, do not register complaint and customer have to face the issue for very long time.

                                      My network is so pathetic being in city i am facing so many issue, many of my calls are getting dropped. I want govt of India to sue them and fine them heavily.

                                        I have recharged online my internet offer pack of ₹497 3g pack.I recevied its overwritten data pack message but it not overwritten in data use. It continues previous pack of 35 MB 3g pack. I will show you through images. So when i complained about this customer care they are not listening just showing formality that they will help, also try to make fool and cut the lines without helping anything .so much arrogant and rude attitude. So plzz...
