I changed my data plan on 23 Nov2015 from 1GB 3G to 500MB 3G . On my billing date 5 Dec it did not get updated. Refer a mail chain "My plan is not renewed [protected]" with Vodafone. This is pending since 40 days....

Vodafone customer care are very irresponsible, do not register complaint and customer have to face the issue for very long time.
