They say charges as been deducted against popups that come, and when u click on them. we are literate and know how to operate devices!!Just surfing and net browsing doesn't enables these VAS services. Then when I complain they say sorry sir, cannot help. VODA is worst company, and should be fined heavily for misconduct.
Why don;t they put some filters/anti virus to enable consumers delightful experience. They themselves put up such apps where in they could deduct small amount that go un-traced. And also make them rich.
Thai happens to me at least once a month, and then has to follow up and go crazy with them arguing.They say we are sorry and we apologize, but they really do not mean a single word. They do not know what traumatic experience we have to go through by subscribing to them providers
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have taken a postpaid plan containing mobile no [protected]. But company never send the bill at my home. Seeing the massage i have somitted the bill on line. But in the last month september 2015 company did not send the bill. For bill i have complain on 199 several times. they said me i will send the bill to your home but they did not send the bill uptillnow for that month and the service terminated.
At persent I got a bill through courior company for rs more than 2000/=. .Please take it seriously how a person used more than plan given.
