I am using the mobile no [protected], before some month i received a call saying that take another number that will be in a plan where you will be charged Rs 100/- per month and both the number will get a single bill and unused plan of this number be be used in another number. I converted my existing pre paid number into post paid under the above scheme. A person come to my office and charged Rs 200/- for the new sim and told it will be activated within 2 days.
Now i received 2 bill and no setoff is given in the second bill. I lodged complaint so many time and i received call from your office regularly to deposit the pending amount belongs to new one. number of new mobile is [protected].
i am very upset and my problem is not taken care of or not responding, not recd satisfactory answer if this will not solved we have to go to for legal proceeding.

        I recently took 3 new post paid connections for myself and my family. The numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. In the vodafone store the sales person will always ask only to give a photograph and ID proof and sign in couple of places in the application form and will not allow us to fill the form as if he is doing a favour to the customer. When account gets activated and I register my account online, every information, Name, Initial, Door number, address, street name everything is randomly entered and everything is incorrect or mis-spelt or something wrong. When I call customer service they simply say go to nearest vodafone store. Why in first place the sales man doesn't allow customer to enter and later ask the customer to go to store for the mistakes and carelessness of the sales person???? The customers can fill in a form. Please understand that the Mobile post paid bills are used as a utility bill for many purposes in our country and with incorrect names and address the customers are in trouble always. Why cant the sales guy just allow the customer to fill the form, also request the data entry people who are activating the account to be careful with names and addresses. This is a simple correction for Vodafone but causes so much trouble to customers. All my 3 accounts mentioned above have incorrect names, addresses. I live abroad and now the customer service is asking me to visit vodafone store. How ridiculous is this service by Vodafone.

              Refund of deposit amount taken to activate international roaming

              I have been facing an issue with refund of deposit amount Rs 5, 000 I had paid for activating international roaming service in Sep'16.

              I got the international roaming service disconnected on 3rd Nov'16 and requested a refund of the amount. I was told that the refund would be processed in 45 days.               There were 2 packs 1) all TV channel pack and 2) glamor zone pack got activated according to Vodafone service center while there was no message of activation of them on 19th I got the message on 27th Jan 2016 of 90 and 75 rs deducting respectively for them and now message comes that we have activated these packs on date 27 jan 2015 and I have stopped it by sending STOP to 155223 and I get a message of it being deactivated when I had a conversation with Vodafone about this they say we activated these packs on 19th Jan but then I dint have enough balance ! I want my money back !!

                I received a message last evening from VX-VFCARE with a message saying "Glam dolls package is now active on your number, as requested".
                I have not made any request of this sort. Upon calling the call centre they say I clicked some pop up over the internet!
                I haven' t done it and why such spam messages pop up on the websites anyway from MSP's??
                They deactivated the service but I have not received the refund yet!

                    My connection has been suspended entire day on 12th Dec & as I mentioned earlier I had faced good amount of business loss here. I am yet hear anything from anyone from Vodafone.

                        Mobile no.[protected] porting doc submitted on 09.1.2016, customer no disconnected but same the rajasthan no not activated till date...no body is taking responsibility to see the matter...customer approachin me hard ...when i call to my distributor he gave me RM no and that he will sove the problem...RM Mr.saurabh assured me ok your problem will be solved on 25.1.2016 and now he is not picking up my call...

                          I have a problem of network at my residence since 5 years. Signal strength is too weak when answering any call and then it dropped suddenly. Can't talk to anyone from that particular address and all the signals gone. So, requested to please resolve the issue as it was since long.

                              My vodafone No. is [protected] and the bill cycle is from 11.12.15 to 10.01.2016. I have been charged Rs. 1374.84 for mobile internet charges exclusively when I have email from Vodafone dated 10.01.2016 (last day of cycle) clearly mentioning that I have used 326.00MB. I have SMS-es from Vodafone confirming the same.

                              Second, about the late payment charged - I have paid well on time via Vodafone recharge partner - PAYTM. I have the necessary emails to support the payment was delayed due to 'OPERATOR DOWN' status of VODAFONE. I have bank account statements confirming the payment date and have attachments for communication from Paytm. I have already mailed these to Vodafone.

                              This is the heights of taking undue advantage of customers. That too after being a customer for over 3 years and with regular payments. I do not wish to continue with Vodafone anymore.

                                Reference below mail since 15th Nov`2015 I am still waiting for Red family Plan to get activated, this is the 3rd billing cycle today and everytime I am told there was an error and the plan will get activated from the next billing cycle.
                                Yesterday -24th Jan`16 when I spoke to Ms. Mesbah- a customer care executive I was told that the plan will get activated today -25th Jan`16, today when I called up I was told that the activation is in process and will get activated by tomorrow, when I requested that I wanted to speak to a senior executive I was put on hold for nearly 20 mins after which the call got disconnected.
                                I have been a very old customer of vodafone and have never faced a such a problem, I feel the quality of your service is deteriorating and you have been employing executives who have no knowledge 0f their job, each executive gives a different answer.
                                I am quite fed up of this process and would prefer to discontinue all my numbers and join another service provider as I feel I am wasting a lot of time calling vodafone and nothing really is happening regarding my requests

                                    that glam doll pack is now active, as you have requested however no such request was made from my number [protected] & rs 35 were deducted
