    Please register my complaint. And please revert iif my phone is found.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      This is regarding my prepaid number o[censored]P(W), which I was using since last 6 years (approx) & this number is being distributed to all my relatives & customers.

      Suddenly on 12th January by the time I was out of city it was showing "Registration Failed" I thought might be due to network failure it happened but continuously it was showing the same error though after reinserting the sim several times.
      There after i called up Vodafone UP(W) customer care & one of the executive suggested me to visit nearby store of my city (i.e., Dehradun)& get my sim replaced as it got damaged.on 15th January i visited Chakrata road store in Dehradun & as per the store manager (Mr. Gaurav) the same number got bulk churn and added into paid number in postpaid which will cost me around Rs.5k.
      Really shocking...1. First company deactive the number of sum one who is using it & know it importance as it is being distributed all over.
      2. if i need to get back, i need to pay Rs.5k for my own number..

      Do you find any logic to it...Its my request to issue me the same number to me in prepaid as i was holding.

      This happened to me today as well. They churned my number despite I had a valid recharge and I was actively using it. I think these guys have started a new business to cover up the loss. Some legal action should be taken on them.

        My interaction number is[protected] for my vodafone postpaid number .
        I am suffering this VAS issue every month which I have never activated on my end nor used.
        It can be verified by the numerous calls I make to vodafone customer care executives on 198, regarding the services which got activated but I haven't activated.The reply I get is that this is a third party services which get activated when I use my internet plan of vodafone, but I have proofs that I had kept my data connection off and used wifi at home still these messages come to me that so and so services have become activated which I have never activated.
        This month the bill has come of approx 3000 INR, out of which 1786 INR has been charged for download of these value added services (VAS), which I have never downloaded. I was given a request number[protected] for the waiver off Rs 1786 by vodafone customer care executive on[protected], but this request has been rejected by vodafone. PLEASE HELP ME FROM THIS ISSUE.

          I am using 2 Vodafone postpaid numbers. Bill was issued to my number [protected] as 1083/- with ISD charges approx. 700 Rs. where as ISD facility is not on any of my Vodafone number. I wrote more than 7 mails to corporate [protected]@vodafone.com, I made several calls to 198 Vodafone complaints but there was very poor response from Vodafone. Till date there was no rely for mail wrote to Vodafone on date 02.01.2016. From date 11.01.2015 out going calling facility was deactivated. on date 14.102016, there was a twice call from Number [protected] as it was told that pls pay 704/- and rest of amount will be adjusted in next bill and after receipt of payment with in 1 Hrs. out going facility will be activated. as per discussing on date 15.01.2016 bill amount 704 was paid but till time 18.01.2016(07:18 Hrs.) out going facility is not resumed. in last 2 days I had received 3 calls from 3 different employee of Vodafone to pay bill, I explained all the details mentioned in this mail to them they agree and assure to resume out going facility but it was not activated and bill for this month is generated with out adjusted agreed amount. pls look Devdatta

            I am a vodafone postpaid customer who has taken a new sim of vodafone prepaid. I have to complain against a distributor so I have to call at [protected] vodafone headquarter. At this number they says it is mumbai cirle number so you have to call at haryana circle number 199 and [protected]. Sir, I have called there but they says it is the the postpaid helpline number and you have to call with prepaid number. I have not prepaid number so how I could call to them. I mailed him at 14 of january but not reply yet. and again mailed at 17th of january. but no reply. please help me...

              Unnecessarily activating some offer in my mobile number [protected] and deducting money from my talk time amount. Few time before activated TV all channel pack offer and deducted rs 150 from my balance. It's such a heavy amount which I can't afford to loose. I will go to Vodafone store to complain. I don't know how much they will help me.

                Hi..Few months back i switched to Vodafone postpaid from Idea prepaid. At that time they have taken 300rs as deposit and told me that it would get reflected in next month. But it hasn't even after 4 months. So recently i went to HABSIGUDA Vodafone store(Where i bought new connection) and checked with them. But i was shocked with their response. They told me they didn't assure that and more over they were too arrogant.

                  I am getting inflated bills since the day I converted my phone to post paid. They are charging fine in case of delay of payment and raising Inflated bills. This time they have charged for National Roaming however when I asked them that national roaming is free. But they replied it is not active on your phone. So It is their practice to cheat the customer as these companies found the Government is least concerned and these companies take the advantage of that and looted the public with wrong practice. They give the Inconvienience by disconnnecting the phone so the customer should pay the inflated bill in hurry. If anyone calls them then they will reply Senior will call back in 4 hrs but no one will be replying back for days

                        Hi,

                        My number is : [protected]

                        I have applied for MNP to Vodafone with submitted document at ministore, Naranpura, Ahmedabad its about 1.5 month Ago from Airtel as my previous provider.

                        Airtel release my number after 7-10 days and then problem start with Vodafone.

                        Problem 1 :
                        Vodafone Activate my number after 3 days and my card is deactivated for 3 days

                        Problem 2:
                        After 5 days my number again deactivated and I contacted near Vodafone centre and they ask to replace my SIM with new one the old one is wrong which given by Vodafone ministore Ahmedabad.

                        Card is activated after after 3-4 hours.

                        Problem 3:

                        I got message your connection will be barred please contact vodafone center. I was go again S.G. Highway and they ask me your address verification is failed . and I found that they noted my address wrong in their system despite i provided correct address in my light bill.

                        They are ask me to submit again document and I submitted document on next day (my card is still deactivated)

                        Problem 4:

                        After 1 day I am going again in vodafone for knowing status of my card and they will ask we cannot help you contact the ministore naranpura which you are submitted document intially.(my card is still deactivated)

                        Next day i am going there and repeat same whole problem and they asking me your number is PERMANENT deactivate and allow to free to assign other ..I shocked I used that number since last 10 years and how can you assign other.

                        Problem 5:
                        They Will ask for 3 days to activate number and i filled whole new form with new documents with CUG plan now(my card is still deactivated)

                        Problem 6 :
                        After wait of 7 days card is not activated (OMG) I am really disappoint and After 7 day they replied your signature is not display in license (Why they are not telling me that while collect documents).

                        Again I have sumitted my PAN Card, Election card and asking for activated .(my card is still deactivated)

                        After 4 Days I called again why my card is not still activated.

                        they didn’t picked up my call and after long try i got answer you have problem to CUG code. I don’t Know what is problem ...Now I am frustrated and What should i do for complain of Vodafone ..Can I take some legal action?

                        Please suggest/help for the same (MY CARD IS STILL DEACTIVATE AS ON 18 Jan. 16)

                          I had change my blackberry plan on dated 3rd Dec 2015 but when I received bill it was same plan activated and also charges for internet included in current bill for the month of December-2015. Now Vodafone has included both charges on my mob no [protected] which is unjustify. I had mad several times complain to Vodafone but has not given any positive reply.

                            Hello team,

                            i am facing this problem since 25 Dec 2015,

                            i don know the exact dates for previous deductions, but last deduction was done on 15 Jan 2016 as per customer care executive for some super club service as told by your representative and when asked how this happened, he said sir u have accidentally downloaded the application for the service, but to be very true. i dint have done any such downloads.

                            he also mentioned that u must have received a notification message from the company mentioning that you have opted for the service, but i dint received any such message. as per his words the amount can only be refunded if i have informed him in or before subscribing for the service.

                            My 1st point is if i dint even know that i have opted for the service how should i tell them to deactivate.


                            2nd is, how come i dint received any notification on dat that i was charged for any such service as i received the message on 17 jan 2015, so i am totally un applicable to get a refund.

                            Please let me know if Vodafone India will continue harassing there customers buy deducting amounts for services which i never have opted for and not even informing about, the only way to be on the safer side is to opt for another service provider.

                            Another thing is you representative told me if you want that this never happen to u in future plz do not download any such application or services on your phone, by this dose he mean that is very possible that this will happen in future.

                            My point is do i look like a lunatic who will give a write up regarding amount deduction if i really opted for them.

                            Do let me know what you can do about this.

                              I have applied for a postpaid connection in Delhi. But they have not provided me the connection. For filling the application they have taken an amount Rs 400/- as deposit. But afterwards as they have not provided me the connection I asked them to return my money. 6 months I tried to get that money return but everytime that Noida sec18 store and the company told you will get in 45 days. Not I am tired up, what to be done?? If you are not providing me the connection at-least return that amount.

                                  Complain(service registration No[protected] was lodged regarding wrong billing on 8th Jan 16. Subject was reviewed at Vodafone and informed me on phone dt 10th Jan 16 that printing error has resulted for wrong billing. Regret SMS was given after the telephonic communication. On 14 Jan I received SMS that payment of INR 1482 has been credited and outstanding as on 10-1-16 is 1.12 Rs. Now I am informed that outstanding amount is 4230.29. This is cheat with customer. Review the subject at the earliest and support

                                        I am facing problem regarding network at Siliguri.Since very long days I am using this network, never faced such problem.Recently Vodafone network in & around Siliguri became horrible. Getting unsatisfactory service.If I call in any network whether Vodafone or any other network can't complete the call.Facing interruption during call.Even cutting net surfing also facing problem for smooth work.Rather I should say, Airtel network is little better.Please upgrade your service so, that we can feel proud to be a Vodafone customer.
