Hi,

My number is : [protected]

I have applied for MNP to Vodafone with submitted document at ministore, Naranpura, Ahmedabad its about 1.5 month Ago from Airtel as my previous provider.

Airtel release my number after 7-10 days and then problem start with Vodafone.

Problem 1 :
Vodafone Activate my number after 3 days and my card is deactivated for 3 days

Problem 2:
After 5 days my number again deactivated and I contacted near Vodafone centre and they ask to replace my SIM with new one the old one is wrong which given by Vodafone ministore Ahmedabad.

Card is activated after after 3-4 hours.

Problem 3:

I got message your connection will be barred please contact vodafone center. I was go again S.G. Highway and they ask me your address verification is failed . and I found that they noted my address wrong in their system despite i provided correct address in my light bill.

They are ask me to submit again document and I submitted document on next day (my card is still deactivated)

Problem 4:

After 1 day I am going again in vodafone for knowing status of my card and they will ask we cannot help you contact the ministore naranpura which you are submitted document intially.(my card is still deactivated)

Next day i am going there and repeat same whole problem and they asking me your number is PERMANENT deactivate and allow to free to assign other ..I shocked I used that number since last 10 years and how can you assign other.

Problem 5:
They Will ask for 3 days to activate number and i filled whole new form with new documents with CUG plan now(my card is still deactivated)

Problem 6 :
After wait of 7 days card is not activated (OMG) I am really disappoint and After 7 day they replied your signature is not display in license (Why they are not telling me that while collect documents).

Again I have sumitted my PAN Card, Election card and asking for activated .(my card is still deactivated)

After 4 Days I called again why my card is not still activated.

they didn’t picked up my call and after long try i got answer you have problem to CUG code. I don’t Know what is problem ...Now I am frustrated and What should i do for complain of Vodafone ..Can I take some legal action?

Please suggest/help for the same (MY CARD IS STILL DEACTIVATE AS ON 18 Jan. 16)

For myself, I am unable to send any stop service message and MNP request message to Vodafone.

    I had change my blackberry plan on dated 3rd Dec 2015 but when I received bill it was same plan activated and also charges for internet included in current bill for the month of December-2015. Now Vodafone has included both charges on my mob no [protected] which is unjustify. I had mad several times complain to Vodafone but has not given any positive reply.

      Hello team,

      i am facing this problem since 25 Dec 2015,

      i don know the exact dates for previous deductions, but last deduction was done on 15 Jan 2016 as per customer care executive for some super club service as told by your representative and when asked how this happened, he said sir u have accidentally downloaded the application for the service, but to be very true. i dint have done any such downloads.

      he also mentioned that u must have received a notification message from the company mentioning that you have opted for the service, but i dint received any such message. as per his words the amount can only be refunded if i have informed him in or before subscribing for the service.

      My 1st point is if i dint even know that i have opted for the service how should i tell them to deactivate.


      2nd is, how come i dint received any notification on dat that i was charged for any such service as i received the message on 17 jan 2015, so i am totally un applicable to get a refund.

      Please let me know if Vodafone India will continue harassing there customers buy deducting amounts for services which i never have opted for and not even informing about, the only way to be on the safer side is to opt for another service provider.

      Another thing is you representative told me if you want that this never happen to u in future plz do not download any such application or services on your phone, by this dose he mean that is very possible that this will happen in future.

      My point is do i look like a lunatic who will give a write up regarding amount deduction if i really opted for them.

      Do let me know what you can do about this.

        I have applied for a postpaid connection in Delhi. But they have not provided me the connection. For filling the application they have taken an amount Rs 400/- as deposit. But afterwards as they have not provided me the connection I asked them to return my money. 6 months I tried to get that money return but everytime that Noida sec18 store and the company told you will get in 45 days. Not I am tired up, what to be done?? If you are not providing me the connection at-least return that amount.

            Complain(service registration No[protected] was lodged regarding wrong billing on 8th Jan 16. Subject was reviewed at Vodafone and informed me on phone dt 10th Jan 16 that printing error has resulted for wrong billing. Regret SMS was given after the telephonic communication. On 14 Jan I received SMS that payment of INR 1482 has been credited and outstanding as on 10-1-16 is 1.12 Rs. Now I am informed that outstanding amount is 4230.29. This is cheat with customer. Review the subject at the earliest and support

              I had paid my mobile bill on 11/1/2016 but my connection got suddenly cutted at night 9.00 pm on 16/1/2015, and i got struck in outside and i could nt get connected to my family while coming back to house, got too troubles

                Vodafone has charged extra 3871.25 INR which I already have cleared in the month of December. The customer care service is very rude and there's no support from them. I'm attaching Invoice copy.

                  I am facing problem regarding network at Siliguri.Since very long days I am using this network, never faced such problem.Recently Vodafone network in & around Siliguri became horrible. Getting unsatisfactory service.If I call in any network whether Vodafone or any other network can't complete the call.Facing interruption during call.Even cutting net surfing also facing problem for smooth work.Rather I should say, Airtel network is little better.Please upgrade your service so, that we can feel proud to be a Vodafone customer.

                    I was charged Rs. 1218 apparently for a call made to 51717 that lasted 87 min. I know several people have been victim of this fraud. I have discontinued the vodafone postpaid service but I paid that false bill without checking. Kindly take some action and help me get my refund.

                      Fradualent transaction through atm card

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      I am from bangalore karnataka received a call from a person( fraud call) [protected] asking me to login to the ibankingdivision.com website. And he asked all the details of atm card including otp and for the same rs 5000 were deducted through vodafone-billdesk mumbai on 17.01.2016 14:21 from my corporation bank account. I came to know that many people have affected in the same way through through fraud call where the cash withdrawn at vodafone billdesk mumbai.

                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I port my Andhra prepaid number to Delhi postpaid on Vodafone network only. I have been unnecessarily charged for Rs 1500 on my bill for some services which I haven't incurred. Vodafone customer care is saying that I have sent 2 messages on 25th Dec 2015 to activate some BlackBerry Service on my number which is not true. I am not even using any BlackBerry phone at all. They have barred my outgoing due to this. I would request you to please help me to sort this out as the company is trying to charge for the service I have never used. My Vodafone no.                           I went to the vodafone store Dombivli 6 month back to explore new packs but executive convinced me to convert from prepaid to postpaid customer.She told me plan of 2G unlimited data @ 283 Rs with discount for 6 months and no discount after 6 month.So I bought it but there was problem initially they gave wrong plan and I rectified it later.I used 3G data for 15 days under influence of free internet plan and trust that vodafone 2G is like 3G! I was disconnected for 4 days because according to this wrong plan I exceeded the limit.Obviously they charged for this.In 4th and 5th month of plan I did not received any message of bill so I did payment assuming plan's amount to survive from disconnection.This is the last month of plan and my bill is 573 Rs. This would have been last month of plan with discount so I did calculation and found difference of almost 300 Rs. So I went to the store again.Talked with one of the executive who told me that your free internet plan was only for first 3 months(6 months before executive told me it is for 6 months).She showed me papers on which I signed @ 3-4 places when I took plan 6 months before and @ one point it was clearly written free internet plan is for 3 months.Only mistake I did is I trust on that executive initially simply because of Vodafone's name in Indian market and blindly signed where she tick marked. From next time I will record conversation with any mobile service provider while selecting plan.

                            I am a customer of vodafone and my mobile no is [protected]. recently i have received messages for subscription for 2 different service packs which i have neither requested for nor had given consent. Those packs are Glamour Zone and Fashionbunny respectively and fees for those services has been deducted. I want to suspend those services and refund my account with immediate effect.

                                  Hi All, I am vodafone postpaid customer from the last two years, from the last 3-4 months i have started checking my bill and found that company is charging 49 Rs every month in the name of itemised bill charges, which was not told us at the time of connection. Despite repeated complaints company is not taking care of it and looting money from us. The company also charge for services which we don't use in the name of download or internet charges, I am sure this is happening with many people. My details and possible resolution is given below: MO- [protected] Name : Dharmesh Goyal date of connection Nov, 13 Itemised bill charge 49 Rs /month Nov-13 to Jan-15 total 27 Months 27 *49Rs=1323 Rs I want this 1323 Rs back with interest. I am very much frustrated from the response I got from the vodafone.

                                    I am using Vodafone no. [protected] . Vodafone has charged me Rs.113 for no reasons . My present balance is balance is -113 . When i enquired about it they mailed me that i have been charged of talking with other numbers . But this is simply next to possible for a prepaid connection because in prepaid the call will be not be connected without balance .

                                      I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with an amount of Rs. 500 on 14/01/2016 vide transaction Ref no. IG0BHQTQM4 by the use of SBI net banking. The amount is deducted from my account but my mobile no.[protected] is not credited the talktime worth Rs. 500. Please do the helpful

                                        Had been using Vodafone CUG plan of 375 for a while now, previously was in the Pune(MH) circle then got the number ported into Kolkata circle when I moved to Kolkata. I was not informed by the Vodafone executive while taking the connection that the previous circle bill will not be included in my new circle bill. In month of October I got the legal notice for outstanding with Vodafone. the bill was of 1297 rupees I contacted the person name give there Amit.[protected]@vodafone.com and asked them for itemised bill and when I received that bill the actual bill amount was around 1140. I had a conversation with amit again and asked him that if my roaming pack of 75 was active how come roaming charges of 396 were added in the dill. He levied the charges and asked me to pay the rest of amount. I paid the rest of the amount to him in the account provided by him through NEFT transaction as there server was not working in Vodafone where I had to pay the bill. I spoke with those guys they said all my dues are clear and by means of settlement with Vodafone. Now in the bill I received in January there was a mention of 577.37 rs as NMNP charges on contacting the customer care they are saying it is dues of previous circle. on contacting previous circle Pune they are saying dues are clear. They have asked me repeatedly to drop an email to corporate care i have dropped 17 emails to them till now but they have not given any concrete answer to me as to why the charges are added. Every time I have a conversation with a executive he gives me so much promises that I will do this and I will do this and I ask them to send it in email, never get anything written in the email as per the conversation over phone. they just copy pasted the same mail over and over again stating your amount is due pay it. I have given them email id of Amit.[protected]@vodafone.com and the contact details of the person who settled the bill from Vodafone but they are saying they cannot contact them, as per the rules. I don't understand can Vodafone employees cannot contact from one circle to other. I have wasted a lot of time in explaining this situation again and again and asked for higher authority contact who can resolve my issue but not getting any response from Vodafone. I have provided them all the details regarding the bill settlement already but still not getting the answers. They are bot even bothered about the customer and they are repeating one thing in email with no proper response so that I would eventually get annoyed and pay the amount without fighting for it.. The amount is wrongfully charged and I won't be paying for it. Kindly escalate the issue and get it resolved as soon as possible. if need any other details contact me on my email I will give you all the details and each and every conversation I had with the customer care executive.
