I was charged Rs. 1218 apparently for a call made to 51717 that lasted 87 min. I know several people have been victim of this fraud. I have discontinued the vodafone postpaid service but I paid that false bill without checking. Kindly take some action and help me get my refund.

    Fradualent transaction through atm card

    Respected sir/madam,

    I am from bangalore karnataka received a call from a person( fraud call) [protected] asking me to login to the ibankingdivision.com website. And he asked all the details of atm card including otp and for the same rs 5000 were deducted through vodafone-billdesk mumbai on 17.01.2016 14:21 from my corporation bank account. I came to know that many people have affected in the same way through through fraud call where the cash withdrawn at vodafone billdesk mumbai.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I port my Andhra prepaid number to Delhi postpaid on Vodafone network only. I have been unnecessarily charged for Rs 1500 on my bill for some services which I haven't incurred. Vodafone customer care is saying that I have sent 2 messages on 25th Dec 2015 to activate some BlackBerry Service on my number which is not true. I am not even using any BlackBerry phone at all. They have barred my outgoing due to this. I would request you to please help me to sort this out as the company is trying to charge for the service I have never used. My Vodafone no.         I went to the vodafone store Dombivli 6 month back to explore new packs but executive convinced me to convert from prepaid to postpaid customer.She told me plan of 2G unlimited data @ 283 Rs with discount for 6 months and no discount after 6 month.So I bought it but there was problem initially they gave wrong plan and I rectified it later.I used 3G data for 15 days under influence of free internet plan and trust that vodafone 2G is like 3G! I was disconnected for 4 days because according to this wrong plan I exceeded the limit.Obviously they charged for this.In 4th and 5th month of plan I did not received any message of bill so I did payment assuming plan's amount to survive from disconnection.This is the last month of plan and my bill is 573 Rs. This would have been last month of plan with discount so I did calculation and found difference of almost 300 Rs. So I went to the store again.Talked with one of the executive who told me that your free internet plan was only for first 3 months(6 months before executive told me it is for 6 months).She showed me papers on which I signed @ 3-4 places when I took plan 6 months before and @ one point it was clearly written free internet plan is for 3 months.Only mistake I did is I trust on that executive initially simply because of Vodafone's name in Indian market and blindly signed where she tick marked. From next time I will record conversation with any mobile service provider while selecting plan.

          I am a customer of vodafone and my mobile no is [protected]. recently i have received messages for subscription for 2 different service packs which i have neither requested for nor had given consent. Those packs are Glamour Zone and Fashionbunny respectively and fees for those services has been deducted. I want to suspend those services and refund my account with immediate effect.

                Hi All, I am vodafone postpaid customer from the last two years, from the last 3-4 months i have started checking my bill and found that company is charging 49 Rs every month in the name of itemised bill charges, which was not told us at the time of connection. Despite repeated complaints company is not taking care of it and looting money from us. The company also charge for services which we don't use in the name of download or internet charges, I am sure this is happening with many people. My details and possible resolution is given below: MO- [protected] Name : Dharmesh Goyal date of connection Nov, 13 Itemised bill charge 49 Rs /month Nov-13 to Jan-15 total 27 Months 27 *49Rs=1323 Rs I want this 1323 Rs back with interest. I am very much frustrated from the response I got from the vodafone.

                  I am using Vodafone no. [protected] . Vodafone has charged me Rs.113 for no reasons . My present balance is balance is -113 . When i enquired about it they mailed me that i have been charged of talking with other numbers . But this is simply next to possible for a prepaid connection because in prepaid the call will be not be connected without balance .

                      Had been using Vodafone CUG plan of 375 for a while now, previously was in the Pune(MH) circle then got the number ported into Kolkata circle when I moved to Kolkata. I was not informed by the Vodafone executive while taking the connection that the previous circle bill will not be included in my new circle bill. In month of October I got the legal notice for outstanding with Vodafone. the bill was of 1297 rupees I contacted the person name give there Amit.[protected]@vodafone.com and asked them for itemised bill and when I received that bill the actual bill amount was around 1140. I had a conversation with amit again and asked him that if my roaming pack of 75 was active how come roaming charges of 396 were added in the dill. He levied the charges and asked me to pay the rest of amount. I paid the rest of the amount to him in the account provided by him through NEFT transaction as there server was not working in Vodafone where I had to pay the bill. I spoke with those guys they said all my dues are clear and by means of settlement with Vodafone. Now in the bill I received in January there was a mention of 577.37 rs as NMNP charges on contacting the customer care they are saying it is dues of previous circle. on contacting previous circle Pune they are saying dues are clear. They have asked me repeatedly to drop an email to corporate care i have dropped 17 emails to them till now but they have not given any concrete answer to me as to why the charges are added. Every time I have a conversation with a executive he gives me so much promises that I will do this and I will do this and I ask them to send it in email, never get anything written in the email as per the conversation over phone. they just copy pasted the same mail over and over again stating your amount is due pay it. I have given them email id of Amit.[protected]@vodafone.com and the contact details of the person who settled the bill from Vodafone but they are saying they cannot contact them, as per the rules. I don't understand can Vodafone employees cannot contact from one circle to other. I have wasted a lot of time in explaining this situation again and again and asked for higher authority contact who can resolve my issue but not getting any response from Vodafone. I have provided them all the details regarding the bill settlement already but still not getting the answers. They are bot even bothered about the customer and they are repeating one thing in email with no proper response so that I would eventually get annoyed and pay the amount without fighting for it.. The amount is wrongfully charged and I won't be paying for it. Kindly escalate the issue and get it resolved as soon as possible. if need any other details contact me on my email I will give you all the details and each and every conversation I had with the customer care executive.

                            I have noticed that in my latest bill Rs. 31, 476.50 has been charged as Internet Charges. I had been using International Roaming before also and if you notice such problem has never occurred. Not only this on 15-Dec-15 is the date when all this charges has been lived. How is that possible because I had been there from 10-18 Dec and one day only this charged has been levied. Being into an old relationship request you to kindly reverse the charges or we loose this relationship for ever.

                                Kindly state a reason for leving me a bill charge of 4, 237/ - in this month cycle (dec 1- dec 31st 2015) on 3rd Jan when my bill cycle ends on 1st jan and when my credit limit is fixed to 2, 500/- only. Once i have made a payment of Rs. 1500 on 3rd you levied a charge of 4, 237/ - which is above my credit limit of 2, 500/- Who is going to bear this charges.. ? Kindly clarify me on the following points: 1. when my credit limit for my billing cycle is set to 2, 500/- than how can you charge above the same 2. (in appropriate billing & misguidance) 16th dec: I have raised a complaint on 16th dec to your vodafone care centre in bhubaneswar for being misguided by your corporate technical support team to select AIRCEL network while in roaming at bhubaneswar without telling me that its chargeable, even though i have opted for unlimited data usage monthly plan of rs.650/- due to which being unaware about that its chargeable i was again charged aprrox 3, 400/- (again above my credit limit -2, 500/-) 17th dec: After paying an amount of Rs.1300/- on the same date to activate my incoming again you levied a total bill of 2, 501/- on 17th dec even though i have not used the other networ option 3rd Jan I was receiving message that my outstanding bill is 2, 501 / - i again made a bill payment of rs.1, 500/- irresspective of waiting for my request to be proceesed by you for wiver which has not done till now 7th Jan I again receive an sms stating that my bill is 2, 491 / - I have raised a complaint to reverse my charges levied on me in the month of december because your team have wrongly intimated me to use other bank network for data without guiding me about the charges anywhere in your recorded lines from [protected] dated 14.12.2015 @ 1:02 pm I have opted for aircel network only upon advice and guidance from your technical team as my data network not working properly in bhubaneswar when i was in roaming. Post talking to your team only i have selected aircel network. (you can cross check with recorded lines - ) even while selecting the aircle network the same was not reflecting in my mobile and than i was advised by your technical team to put my sim in another mobile and select aircel network manually and than put back the sim in my mobile and try again and it will connect and unknowing about the charges which were never told to me i did so and within use of 1 day i was levied charges of 3, 400/- for which my incoming was blocked and as i was on tour i had to immediately rush to your customer care office and found out the issue and made the payment and requested them to lodge a complaint in this regard since even my incoming was barred. Request you to kindly dig into the matter and resolve the misappropriate billing issue and stop mis guiding your customers to charge them inappropriately. One thing I don’t understand that when we are using unlimited plan and you have your internal tie up with other service provided than why should the customer’s be charged and if so why don’t you intimate the same to them and charge them heftily regards, Inderjeet Singh mob : [protected]

                                      Date of incident : 11/1/2016 Dear sir, As per above subject my name is Amar jatale My Vodafone Number [protected]. This number is closed by your company because of this card is not in use for 90 days after that i had called your customer care they told me you have recharged above Rs.30 your card will activate as per your executive advice i have recharged with Rs.30 & 147 so the card was not activated so i went your Vodafone store they activated my card after 1 hour so that day i was use your great network, form next day your card was not working. again i was busy with your customer care but they behave like beggar & they didn't transfer the call senior executive.after they could not receive our phone call why are this type of inconvenience? so what should i do because i am a professional person and i do not have enough time to activation of any card this is my humbly request please activate my card otherwise i will handle with legally

                                        .my moblie no is [protected] is not showing network and said please insert sim card in your mobile phone but in my phone already have vodafone sim card.if i am going to solve this problem by exchanging sim card and buy new one. the customer care of vodafone said that you can insert new sim card but in my sim card the account balance is about 90/- Rs and they dont give my account balance if insert a new sim card. please solve this problem as soon as possible and because of that my incoming and outgoing calls are stopped and i am in big trouble because my mobile phone is not working. if you want to contact me, contact on [protected].
