    Past two months i am experiencing network issues, call drops and after paying so much bills for 3g service i am getting 2g service... This month i am being charged more then 600 rs for internet charges that not even worth 60 rs as the data rate is of 2g. Last month i raised a complaint and the agent told me that i need to active booster pack but that didnt helped so i logged a complaint and they offered me a waiver for that and that was fake promise and this time i am charged more for such a worst network...i was using 2g pack of 98rs for 1 gb and then i was suggeated by agent to use 3g and that would increase my rentel by 200 rs and on top of it i am charged rs 600 more. Please look into this matter

      Hi this is Sweta again having vodafone connection 90*****445. Last time also I had complaint about vodafone changing my bill cycle without my request/consent or informatiom. Now to add to my misery they have created such situation that either I have to port out or change my very old number itself. Due to vodafone technical error my cycle got changed which i requested and reset it to previous cycle. In this process it has affected my billing amount. In November vodafone raised a bill for 10 days and in December you raised for remaining 50 days. This is as per vodafone convenience. But why should I as a customer suffer from extra burden due to vodafone technical issue at one go. I prepare myself for 30 days cycle and not more than that. If vodafone have played with my billing cycle why should I suffer by paying bill for 50 days at one go. Vodafone should have taken care of this. 1st place vodafone must never change my cycle without my consent. And even if it happens then ensure that you do not try to recover this all from customer at one go. They should have been careful enough that in the month of December itself I would have received bill till 24th November and not 6th nov. Failure to do so is your mistake. You cannot raise bill for 10 days in one month and 50 days in next month. Ensure that you follow your 30 days billing cycle without doing all such things like changing the bill cycle without customer consent. As change of bill cycle was due to technical issue of vodafone and not of customer so it's not my lookout to pay rental charges for 2 months in one bill and you must compensate it by reversing the bill raised.

      I you people do not reverse, I am not going to pay any bills. Which will result in me losing my very own number. I would request @http://www.consumercomplaints.in to look into this and take a proper action.

          This is to bring to everyone's notice, the service level of an 'MNC' telecom service provider in one of India's metropolitan cities Chennai. The what do you think you guys are? Do you have any idea of what poor service you are providing? I am a vodafone user for the past 8 years and the level of service is terribly deteriorating. Very poor to No coverage in my house in Kilkattalai or in my office in SP infocity Perungudi. It acting up during crucial times like i did not have coverage to call an ambulance literally during an accident. I was not able to make a cab booking cuz i dont get 3G. I cannot manage without 2G mobile data for I am paying for 3G. Kindly do the needful and improve the service standards ASAP or I am moving to another service provider. PS: We have 3 vodafone sim cards at home(3 individual connections) same is the case with all the three. You better dont lose Don't lose 3 customers

              I have been approached by a consultancy firm Peoplefy for a job with Vodafone shared services India. I was selected and offered a job for the post of Deputy Manager by Vodafone India Services Pvt Ltd on 27 October 2015 with below joining location details

              Base & Joining Location – Ground Floor, Cluster D, Wing -3, EON Free Zone, ITES Special Economic Zone, MIDC Kharadi, Pune – 411014

              Joining location was clearly stated & printed as 'Pune' during HR interview and in all communication there after (includes CTC break-up email, letter of Intent by vodafone, etc) with Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd.
              My base location was Bangalore, when I received this offer from Vodafone and hence it was treated as relocation case and I was offered relocation allowances (economy class air fare for me and my family, household transfers + one 2 wheeler transfer, etc standard relocation allowances).

              I wanted to move to Pune i.e. near to my family which is located in Mumbai and hence I provided my acceptance readily to Vodafone HR after reviewing all the content of it (location, CTC, relocation allowance and other details) and then resigned from my current organization where I was to serve 60 days of notice period.

              Date on which I received my letter of intent from Vodafone – 27th October 2015 (time – 12:03 PM)
              Resignation date with my current organization – 27th October 2015 (later in the evening – 8:28 PM)

              Post my resignation, I informed Vodafone HRs and Consultancy person confirming my last working day and resignation email copy.

              After that, I completed all pre-joining tasks (air tickets booking, medicals, preparation of household goods and bike transfer). I kept Vodafone HRs and consultancy folks informed about the same in time to time manner.
              Later after serving 59 days of my notice period and finishing up all last day formalities (just one day before) Vodafone HR called me up informing joining location is going to be 'Bangalore' and not pune. Same was printed as 'Pune' due to a typo mistake.

              I received this email and a call on 24th December 2015 at about 5 PM in the evening whereas my last working day with my current organization was to be 25th December 2015. She also mentioned if I wish to join confirm the same by EOD itself i.e. 24th December 2015.

              During telephonic discussion when I asked them how come they get to know such a big mistake on very last moment they just waived off the topic stating it was a typo error and they accept their mistake. One of HR from Vodafone also mentioned during telephonic discussion that all the expenses incurred (air tickets, preparation for household good transfer, etc) and considered as financial loss now, will be taken care by Vodafone.

              Even Peoplefy consultancy person couldn’t do anything as for them client’s words were ultimate words.
              After thinking a lot, going thru a lot of mental agony and seeing Vodafone HRs way of communication, I decided not to join them at Bangalore location as my main intent for this change and accepting the offer was go near my home town along with a better opportunity.

              After all this incident now Vodafone HR team stated Vodafone is not liable to compensate for the financial loss that is incurred due to their so called typo error in offer letter besides my suffering and mental agony.

              I was so happy to get a job near my home that, I didn’t even opt for a single call from other companies for Bangalore location, which would have definitely given me better compensation seeing this offer in hand.

              Whatever may be the case, I want Vodafone to pay for my financial loss which incurred due to their typo error mistake.
              I have sent them several emails stating the nature of expense (more than Rs. 7500 as expenses towards relocation preparation and in completing pre-requisites for joining Vodafone), thoughI am not seeing a positive response rather no response except one where HR manager stated they are no liable for such re-imbursement.

              If Vodafone/their HR are not liable to pay for expenses incurred due to their mistake, who should be paying it??????????
              Besides, there were 4 HRs (including consultancy person) involved in this over all process of recruitment and how come all of a sudden they realized their mistake on second last day of my notice period. I want them to fully compensate for my financial loss + for my suffering and mental agony.

              Hi my name is ankit bamrara and i living in dehradun 1 week ago a consultancy firm people call me and said that they offer me a job in vodafone company as an accountant salary 23500/- they told me to pay 2250/- for a job application form i will pay for that and they will give me a soft copy of job application form after that next morning i got a call from a girl named riya mathur from hr department she takes my interview and selected me for the vodafone company as an accountant they will mention my joining date 1 march 2018 as i say she told me to pay 6500/- for my offer letter I will pay that after two days they will call me and told me that i have to pay an amount for my training days 11850/- and they will provide me a training letter and a challan of my whole amout which i paid them but now no one was picking my phone call and i dont get my training letter and challan yet
              I want to confirm that i was a real offer or a fake pls help me

My current uses unbilled amount is 401.90 and my credit limit is 600 beyond this i have received message from your side my credit limit exceed and right now i am suffering self and my office work also with unable to do any call on urgent basis related to office work due to my services is barred and i called 2-3 times on your customer care number 198 and [protected] then after don't have any manner in your executive how to entertain or how to resolve problem they only know how to leave customer because they told me pay unbilled amount then after my service it active but i have already pay advanced amount rs. 377.35 in vodafone account.

                I have no time to call in your customer care again and again and told them my problem in my office hour's.

                During from my number activation to till now i am suffering and suffer my office work from many problem due to your bad service so now i want to close my number or switch over on another network. I got a warring letter from my senior in office because suffer my work and i missed important conference call from my side. So now i am go for take an legal action on vodafone.

                I really disappointed by vodafone. Please find attachment on behalf of proof and i request to higher officer please contact me.

                  I received my December billing with extra Rs 250 Charged fro some value added services which I had not subscribed. Every now & then they charge for this and the executive states that the VAS is subscribed by you which is not true.

                        Hello, I am higly dissatisfied with the Vodafone services. 1st an irrelevant pack has been activated without my permission and 75rs deducted too then rude and mannerless behaviour of customer care executive when asked for the help. Is this the type if service Vodafone gives and is this the type of employees vodafone hires!!!. I am looking forward to please refund my money and to deactivate the pack and take the necessary action towards that rude customer care executive.(Please check the call records between 1.15am to 1.25am).

                          Recharged mobile data on the vodafone.in website worth rs. 451 for number [protected] on 28th December around 3 pm. Provided both email and phone number. Money deducted from bank, website showed "payment successful" but did not display phone number. No message or email received. First call to customer care said they were experiencing technical difficulties. Second call said the recharge was cancelled and the money would be refunded within five days. The money was never refunded and third customer care call refused to acknowledge that any recharge attempt had been made and claimed that I had entered a wrong mobile number. Why so many glitches then???

                                I am a doctor and moved to AP from Bangalore about 5 months ago. Needless to say that I wanted to continue the same phone number. I have attempted to port my mobile to AP since 5 months. I have, in the meantime, been paying the roaming charges (without actually using the phone to make calls) which have amounted to over 3, 000 Rs. Vodafone has rejected the porting 6 times without giving any reason. I refuse to pay the current months bill and am destroying the sim card. No senior person is contactable. The call centre people are rude and when asked to connect to a manager put me on endless hold, once for 25 minutes. Vodafone is the worst telephone service provider I have dealt with. They make BSNL seem good.

                                      I am also getting this message then I contacted with the customer care, he said that due to some technical issue this message has been circulated to all the vodafone customers, so be patient nothing will happen.

                                        Hi, It's been more than 6 months, I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel and as I shifted from Vodafone exactly after two months I got a bill saying 18000rs of excess usage of internet and averagely my bill when I was in Vodafone was not more than 1500rs... as i didnt used your internet, then i m not going to pay that amount. And please stop 'Harassing' me and my family by sending Mawali's at my place when I am at office and on every second day I am getting a call of this bill which i didnt used. Firstly, I paid the remaining bill and then move to Airtel, I[censored]'ll think my bill was pending why u'll guy let my number port. my number is [protected] and email ID is [protected]@gmail.com please get off my head please for gods sake
