Several Times I requested Vodafone india to activate the DND service on my mobile number.
Every time they say that DND is active on my mobile but still I am receiving promotional calls and Messages.
Please refer email communication below.
They just send one formatted email.

There are almost 20 to 30 msgs and 3 to 4 calls I receive daily please take action on this.
I DO NOT WANT THIS TO BE REPEATED AGAIN AND AGAIN. SEVERAL TIMES I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TELLS ME I AM ON FULL DND.
