Hello My worst experience began with Vodafone when I change my Pre-paid no. [protected] to Post paid on 4 December 2015. When I converted my prepaid connection to postpaid, I paid a security amount of Rs. 250 to the company executive / field person. He said that this amount will be adjusted in your monthly bill after 6 months or at the time of surrender of connection. But now the company is not refunding my Rs.250.
