          My Vodafone number is on Full DND despite that I am on daily basis receiving Marketing calls and SMSs. Marketing People always says that they do not see my number on DND list. I made so many complaints to Vodafone stating that I am receiving these calls, instead of giving me a solution they asked me to provide caller details like number, date, time and content of call or sms. I provided them for continuous 4 months but despite that they are not providing me a solution. I believe Vodafone is just making fool of me and not registering my number on DND and not interested in providing me a permanent solution. Could anyone help me with this and how much claim I can make on Vodafone for getting disturbed atleast 10 times in a day?

          Can any of the Vodafone representative respond to this and provide an update?

                I Shailesh Pathak having Vodafone postpaid [protected] received Dec month bill amount 2948₹ in this 2104₹ is charged as roaming charges but I have requested on 9/12/2015 to activate roam life home service. But they didn't activated this service, I have talked to Cust. care executive on that day. Vodafone is not ready to refund. Pl do needful.

                    I Bought a Postpaid sim card from Vodafone store T-nagar Near joyalukas at timer i told the sales person about my job timing and i told to take my comp land line number as my alt number for verification they did not do it At the field verification person can locate my place. He has updated as he tried calling my number and it was switched off so verification failed. Hence they blocked my out going cal without any info. I went to VF store the person who spoke to was not ready to sit and hear my complaint after subscribing. I faced internet problem they was hitting like a foot ball after 5days i got activated my internet. With in few days my call and internet was blocked again cos of the verification. They was no one to help me.they told me to come after three days for process. I was not able to go on the day cos i did not get permission in my office so i went on 7/1/16 they told to pay the amount and cancel the number and get new one that will take another 4days.i asked for nodel number in store he did not give me he told me to take it from the internet. if i have to go to the store i have to take two hour permission from office and keep my work pending. I tried calling the nodel they did not even answer my call i was holding the call for more than 15mins on 8/1/16.

                        Dear concerned, I had lost my I phon appratus around Dec 25 due to which I had to get my sim blocked. This no. Belongs to Up East lko but after my recent marriage I have shifted to bareilly Up West Since last 5 days I have been taking rounds of Vodafone store bareilly at civil lines, they issued a sim took all the documents as reqd or askd by them. But no one is ready to activate my Sim. I am outside my city in a new place and m totally cut off with my connections Every time I go to d store they are like mam it will take time today tomorrow day after etc etc, today is the 5th or 6th day I dun understand Wat is wrong with u all, I have been holding this no. In the name of gurpreet kaur since 8 or more years nw. I pay my dues in time n have been loyal to this brand for so long Wen I can the customer care they keep giving me more n more dates every nw n then And also u ppl keep fighting between up East and west and u make the customer suffer so badly like this in ur East West non sense It's been so many days n we are not even informed if any documents are pending or whatever I mean hw much time it takes to activate one sim for my no. I have got the bill on my email for amount due but v timely but then y d hell shud I bother to pay the bloody bill with ur internal fights n non sense for one activation of sim Kindly take strict action and get my No. activated at the earliest possible or else I will keep escalating this matter Stop making ur customers suffer like that Nw no one will visit that civil lines store in bareilly, The lady there is just making a fool o[censored]s every day.                             Hello, I am facing lot of issues with vodafone company. I have my prepaid connection of vodafone ([protected]) and then vodafone sales team asked me to convert prepaid to postpaid and explained me how it benefited to me around 2 months back. After listening the benefits i converted my connection from prepaid to postpaid. Now, the problem started. Salesperson, Rafique, has mentioned few things which i didn't get. If we listen call recording, made on 11th November, we can clearly justify it. Apart from that i called atleast 5-6 times calls and explain them my problem but nothing worked out. after that i complaint this thing to nodal but then again no resolution. Each time i discuss my problem, i will take around 30-40 mins and vodafone company just wasted my valuable time and didn't resolve the problem, Again after first bill, i got frustrated and asked them to discontinue my service with them but they told after 90 days only i can change the service provider. and then they have told that they will give me minor benefits with my existing plan because i faced so much problem. You can listen this conversation also made on 9th December. 1 month went and again i didn't get benefits what they have committed to me 2nd time. So in total, i atleast talked with customer care for more than 300 minutes in one month and didn't get any result. Vodafone has wasted so much of my valuable time and i want they will pay me 10000 Rs for my time, mental stress and for false commitment. Please look into this issue and help me to get out of this stress. Note- My brother and father also using vodafone connection and they are also facing different issues. So i am assuming many other customers are facing issues with this company and they just make an adjustment and do not raise the voice against such companies. So please take a strict action again this company if you find customer is right. Thanks

                                I requested for post paid to pre paid by depositing all bill and sim on 26 dec 2015 with all supporting id proof. Issued with new sim immediately with assurance to activation in 24 hrs. Yet my sim not activated. Approach ed to office 5 time and resubmitted proof thrice. Mention that post was existing on same id. But your rep says id proof invalid. I was to pay credit card bill and booked 2 tickets against same no. Due non activation of sim i had to cancel my tickets got 2000 loss also intrest incurred on credit card. Following consumer forum for compensation

                                      I have been having trouble with Vodafone on the whole there 3G services and not network problem most of the time when i badly needed it; this problem is has been PAN India not just home circle Karnataka. Now i looked at my last couple of bills i see they have been stealing money on the name of VAS service which i have never been subscribed for it. it get it stopped or get refund i have to go pillar to post wasting my valuable time. This company has talking advantage of there customer as they would be busy in the daily routine and would not waste time to look at it for saving Rs. 200-300 a month as time for most of the is more precious than this amount. This guys also know the law in this country is not as stringent as other developed countries so they take us for a ride.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi sir/Madam, This is regarding discontinuation of my outgoing service of my postpaid card (Vodafone L & T corporate plan) with number [protected]. This sim was activated in around November 2015. I had cleared the bill of this card immediately on 15 Dec 2015. But still, since the morning of 19 Dec 2015 my outgoing service was being terminated. Since then I was continuously complaining regarding this issue several times. Despite of the assurance by your customer care executives, my service was not reactivated. Then on Monday 21st Dec 2015 one of your executives informed me that the bill of your one previous card is still, so we can’t resume the service of your current number. Now, I would like to bring to your notice regarding the previous sim card. This card with number [protected] (again Vodafone L & T corporate plan) was activated on 26th Aug 2015 of plan VG_MU_MV_L&T_75M & [protected]@98RS. But still I received 1st bill of amount 954.85/-. I tried to clear this discrepancy in my bill from your executives. They told me that you have activated 650 2 GB GPRS Plan. I cleared them that I haven’t activated any such plan. No one in the world is so foolish to activate two data plan at a time. So by deducting that 650/- from the billed amount I cleared the dues and requested to make that adjustment in the bill and deactivate the plan. Same I communicated to your representative in L & T. When I checked my bill the plan was being activated for the whole month. I informed your representative in L&T regarding this. He stated that it might have been mistakenly activated by the person who activated the card and not me. In the next billing cycle the same mischief happened. Then on my complaint to your customer care executive regarding this they adjusted the amount to some 834/-. Because of this mischievous billing error I again informed your executive that I am no where the culprit for the wrong plan and so I won’t pay this amount. Even then my matter wasn’t resolved. So I informed to deactivate the card and also I had mailed for the same. Inspire of this the card is still active and generating bill every month. Now, rather than solving this issue you are deactivating my current number which is not having any dues. Is this the way of resolving customer complaints?? Is this the way of serving customers?? Inspire of being continuously requested to deactivate the card why are you unnecessarily piling up the bills. Please look into this matter and resolve it on priority as because of your service I am facing too many difficulties in my personal as well as professional life.
