    I thought voda is best compony but this is totaly stupied and westes.so mny time i was put my compln but no, action regarding my metter and just called me and getting sympathy to me nd said voda is best network compny, no this is thirdclass.u r not provided newtwork in urbun area.when we r press wrong key that time after few sec cut our money from cd

      I have noticed that in my latest bill Rs. 31, 476.50 has been charged as Internet Charges. I had been using International Roaming before also and if you notice such problem has never occurred. Not only this on 15-Dec-15 is the date when all this charges has been lived. How is that possible because I had been there from 10-18 Dec and one day only this charged has been levied. Being into an old relationship request you to kindly reverse the charges or we loose this relationship for ever.

        Dear, i had requested to port my aircell no [protected] to postpaid vodafone.. Also u had sent yours ur executive & he took 250 rupees from me to &still had not submitted my documents. I have faced a lot of problems because of your executive.
        So now i think i have to take legal action. So now i am going to file a case against f vodafone.

          Kindly state a reason for leving me a bill charge of 4, 237/ - in this month cycle (dec 1- dec 31st 2015) on 3rd Jan when my bill cycle ends on 1st jan and when my credit limit is fixed to 2, 500/- only. Once i have made a payment of Rs. 1500 on 3rd you levied a charge of 4, 237/ - which is above my credit limit of 2, 500/- Who is going to bear this charges.. ? Kindly clarify me on the following points: 1. when my credit limit for my billing cycle is set to 2, 500/- than how can you charge above the same 2. (in appropriate billing & misguidance) 16th dec: I have raised a complaint on 16th dec to your vodafone care centre in bhubaneswar for being misguided by your corporate technical support team to select AIRCEL network while in roaming at bhubaneswar without telling me that its chargeable, even though i have opted for unlimited data usage monthly plan of rs.650/- due to which being unaware about that its chargeable i was again charged aprrox 3, 400/- (again above my credit limit -2, 500/-) 17th dec: After paying an amount of Rs.1300/- on the same date to activate my incoming again you levied a total bill of 2, 501/- on 17th dec even though i have not used the other networ option 3rd Jan I was receiving message that my outstanding bill is 2, 501 / - i again made a bill payment of rs.1, 500/- irresspective of waiting for my request to be proceesed by you for wiver which has not done till now 7th Jan I again receive an sms stating that my bill is 2, 491 / - I have raised a complaint to reverse my charges levied on me in the month of december because your team have wrongly intimated me to use other bank network for data without guiding me about the charges anywhere in your recorded lines from [protected] dated 14.12.2015 @ 1:02 pm I have opted for aircel network only upon advice and guidance from your technical team as my data network not working properly in bhubaneswar when i was in roaming. Post talking to your team only i have selected aircel network. (you can cross check with recorded lines - ) even while selecting the aircle network the same was not reflecting in my mobile and than i was advised by your technical team to put my sim in another mobile and select aircel network manually and than put back the sim in my mobile and try again and it will connect and unknowing about the charges which were never told to me i did so and within use of 1 day i was levied charges of 3, 400/- for which my incoming was blocked and as i was on tour i had to immediately rush to your customer care office and found out the issue and made the payment and requested them to lodge a complaint in this regard since even my incoming was barred. Request you to kindly dig into the matter and resolve the misappropriate billing issue and stop mis guiding your customers to charge them inappropriately. One thing I don’t understand that when we are using unlimited plan and you have your internal tie up with other service provided than why should the customer’s be charged and if so why don’t you intimate the same to them and charge them heftily regards, Inderjeet Singh mob : [protected]

            Hello sir, I am abhishek pal I port my number [protected] to Vodafone before porting there agent offered an discount of rs 100 on my bill because I m porting from other network said I will get my bill details on my postal address by they CNT provide any thing Vodafone said if I not paid bill before due date they will charge late fine if Vodafone not provide service then the consumer have the right to companciate?? Plz help me sir...

                Date of incident : 11/1/2016 Dear sir, As per above subject my name is Amar jatale My Vodafone Number [protected]. This number is closed by your company because of this card is not in use for 90 days after that i had called your customer care they told me you have recharged above Rs.30 your card will activate as per your executive advice i have recharged with Rs.30 & 147 so the card was not activated so i went your Vodafone store they activated my card after 1 hour so that day i was use your great network, form next day your card was not working. again i was busy with your customer care but they behave like beggar & they didn't transfer the call senior executive.after they could not receive our phone call why are this type of inconvenience? so what should i do because i am a professional person and i do not have enough time to activation of any card this is my humbly request please activate my card otherwise i will handle with legally

                  .my moblie no is [protected] is not showing network and said please insert sim card in your mobile phone but in my phone already have vodafone sim card.if i am going to solve this problem by exchanging sim card and buy new one. the customer care of vodafone said that you can insert new sim card but in my sim card the account balance is about 90/- Rs and they dont give my account balance if insert a new sim card. please solve this problem as soon as possible and because of that my incoming and outgoing calls are stopped and i am in big trouble because my mobile phone is not working. if you want to contact me, contact on [protected].

                    I have applied for mnp of one sim from reliance on 14/12/15 from 1/1/16 my reliance sim deactivated but vodafone network show register fail till today. I visited vodafone store various times but every times they said to me that within 2/3 days it will activate. I really feel so much problem cause it is my permanent no.                       Sir, On 10th Jan 16 my number was showing best offer "recharge with Rs. 28/= and get Local and STD @ 35p/pm for 28 days and for double validity again recharge with Rs. 7/=. Same recharge was done by me. Then I want to know where is my fault. I am not getting the my benefit. If offer was changed then why it was showing in best offers in my number. It is the fault of your company then why should I suffer. I want same offer which I recharged. Local STD @ 35p/pm with validity of 56 days.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am Kirti RaviPrasad Roy and i am using your Post paid Connection. My contact number is [protected]. The package that i am currently using is Red 499_Individual . This regards to my Vodafone Bill no[protected] dated 9/1/2016. The bill that i have received reflects two additional Net pack of 1GB Red 3G and 3GB Red 3G which i never chose for this billing cycle. On discussing with you Customer Care Executive i was told that the same have been auto renewed which is absolutely unacceptable to me as i have never given my consent to it and also never chose any renewable option. You have charged Rs 250 and Rs650 respectively for the same. Please drop the two charges immediately from the Bill as i am not going to pay for this and will only pay my Rental of Rs 499/- .                                 Dear sir, I am a customer of Vodafone connect 299 pospaid plan, I usually get bill of 345 but I was surprised to find out that my January bill is 399 in which they have charged 40 rs for vas download ie Vodafone delights_md_rs_40, I don't know what is that and I never downloaded on the given date. Kindly let me know about this.

I met Mr Ashish and he given postpaid plan application. Next day while submitting the document I asked him to provide prepaid plan. but he refused to do rudely after collecting the 250 Rs and dongle charge of 1950 rs.( even I told him to I don’t need 250 rs deposit charges) Then I requested him to provide prepaid sim and then he provided sim containing the phone no [protected] and Sim number[protected]-54441-9 on 15/12/201. After 2 days due non activation of Sim I met Mr Ashish once agin( today), he told me that i have not submitted the document and provide me once again. I really upset with behavior Mr Ashish. Now tell me what I have to do for activation of My sim. even The customer care executive replying with standard format without solution. they are asking postpaid sim to get my money back. the prepaid sim issued to me and non active from 30 days. Now they are not ready to return back my money having big fault with them Thanks and regards B M Girish
