I have applied for mnp of one sim from reliance on 14/12/15 from 1/1/16 my reliance sim deactivated but vodafone network show register fail till today. I visited vodafone store various times but every times they said to me that within 2/3 days it will activate. I really feel so much problem cause it is my permanent no. My altarnate no is [protected].kindly help me .

    Sir, On 10th Jan 16 my number was showing best offer "recharge with Rs. 28/= and get Local and STD @ 35p/pm for 28 days and for double validity again recharge with Rs. 7/=. Same recharge was done by me. Then I want to know where is my fault. I am not getting the my benefit. If offer was changed then why it was showing in best offers in my number. It is the fault of your company then why should I suffer. I want same offer which I recharged. Local STD @ 35p/pm with validity of 56 days.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am Kirti RaviPrasad Roy and i am using your Post paid Connection. My contact number is [protected]. The package that i am currently using is Red 499_Individual . This regards to my Vodafone Bill no[protected] dated 9/1/2016. The bill that i have received reflects two additional Net pack of 1GB Red 3G and 3GB Red 3G which i never chose for this billing cycle. On discussing with you Customer Care Executive i was told that the same have been auto renewed which is absolutely unacceptable to me as i have never given my consent to it and also never chose any renewable option. You have charged Rs 250 and Rs650 respectively for the same. Please drop the two charges immediately from the Bill as i am not going to pay for this and will only pay my Rental of Rs 499/- .               Dear sir, I am a customer of Vodafone connect 299 pospaid plan, I usually get bill of 345 but I was surprised to find out that my January bill is 399 in which they have charged 40 rs for vas download ie Vodafone delights_md_rs_40, I don't know what is that and I never downloaded on the given date. Kindly let me know about this.

I met Mr Ashish and he given postpaid plan application. Next day while submitting the document I asked him to provide prepaid plan. but he refused to do rudely after collecting the 250 Rs and dongle charge of 1950 rs.( even I told him to I don’t need 250 rs deposit charges) Then I requested him to provide prepaid sim and then he provided sim containing the phone no [protected] and Sim number[protected]-54441-9 on 15/12/201. After 2 days due non activation of Sim I met Mr Ashish once agin( today), he told me that i have not submitted the document and provide me once again. I really upset with behavior Mr Ashish. Now tell me what I have to do for activation of My sim. even The customer care executive replying with standard format without solution. they are asking postpaid sim to get my money back. the prepaid sim issued to me and non active from 30 days. Now they are not ready to return back my money having big fault with them Thanks and regards B M Girish

                        Dear Sir/Madam My name is Kapil and I am a user of vodfone no [protected] since six years. Last year I received a message to submit my documents to use the said no. but when I approached vodafone store located at Panipat(Haryana) they refused to accept the documents saying we can only issue the said no. as postpay if you want.I requst them a lot but they refused and issued the same no. to me as postpaid. After four months I converted my no. from postpaid to prepaid connection and since then using the same no. Again this year I received the same message and when I approached the vodafone store they gave me same response and saying we can issue only pospaid no. to you if you want we can issue. This no. is very important to me as I am a student and I have mentioned this no. everywhere including my job application forms. I request you to please help me.

                          Hi I have raised my complaint regarding DEC15 month rental discount because of non service availability due to flood. Vodafone accept there is no connectivity for vodafone customers during the first 10 days. When i contacted vodafone through there nodal team(docket number[protected]. this the below reply i got "Chennai has suffered its worst downpour in over a century. The devastation that followed the rains has been unprecedented. We were severely affected too as an organisation with our staffs stranded, marooned by the floods like a large number of Citizens of Chennai were. The flooding caused severe damage to a lot of our equipment & sites. Our team has worked round the clock & restored majority of the network to re-establish connectivity across Chennai. At Vodafone, customized resolutions are put forward after understanding the customer’s requirement. However, we regret to inform you that your claim on rental reversal cannot be resolved to your satisfaction. " I have asked for waiver of rental or discount in rental as there is no service. why should i pay for non availability of service, because of flood we become stranded and unable to contact any one for 1 week. but they are not giving the waiver. Am i asking anything wrong here? check my bill during the flood affect time dec 2 to dec 7 no call or data usage will be there. My numbers are 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] plz take appropriate action on this and help me getting the rental refund.

                              Hi My name is Shushil kumar have purchased a new prepaid connection number[protected] yesterday from vodafone executives at our office premises and provided my DL and photograph taken by them in phone in sec 58, Noida.I was promissed that the connection would be activated by today morning but been more then 24 hrs and not even document has been submitted by them.I have submitted all the documents to him and recharge fee 111 Rs. I have conatcted the vodafone customer care and as per them form is pending and asking me to visit vodafone store. As i have already provided what i was requested from the vodafone excutive and that person has all the documents in digital form.so why there is a needto visit the store. I have given my docments and the executive has thta and if he has not provied the docs then why he has taken that.If he misuse my documents who will be responsible, definately i am not?.                                   While visiting to Jaipur on 26th December 2015 some NAMKEEN pack was activated automatically & Rs. 15 was deducted from my account. 7 days back when I did recharge again Rs. 35 deducted from my account. Can someone help me that how can I get my money back.

                                    DND is active on my mobile no-+91 [protected], still received promotional message from vodafone itself. This is absurd & it should be stopped. Further, promotional call is also getting from following number. 1) +91 [protected] 2) +91 [protected] 30 +91 [protected]/93 This is to be stopped on immediate effect, I am not interested in any scheme further. What ever I had taken is sufficient for my usage.

                                        Dear sir i am arman rizvi my vodafone number is [protected] and my problem . 26/12/2015 ko my number pe tube world scheme activate hui and mere 26/12/2015 ko customer care se call pe bat hui balance refund karne ke, 26/12/2015 ko mere number pe message aya ?( dear customer your waiver of rs 35 against the service tube world has been processed and will be updated in your account today) or uske bad 29/12/2015, 03/01/2016, 08/01/2016 in dates ko mere bat customer care se (akash, dinesh, rahul team leadre ) in se bat hui or sabhe ne ye kaha k balance refund kar dia gaya hai 24 hours me account me show karega or abhe tak nhe aya, or aj 12/01/2016 ko nagender, surya, or head anshuman se bat hui to kaha ke balance refund nhe hoga plz mera balance refund karaye or mere pas sab detail hai jo vodaone se message kme aye hui h plz
