Hi,
i am using vodafone internet plan of 2g . activate this plan on 13 december. and my data finish in only 13 days.
i ask him they send me detail of data usages. but my issue is if my data connection is on and i m not seeing any app how can they charge me in mbs if i can open any page it will be in kbs not in mbs .
i send mail to his up(e) nodal officer and grievance officer but they are not cooperative at all.
i need help from trai they are saying to me it is my mobile fault.
i hope i will get positive response from trai

Hi,
My number is [protected]. I am using Vodafone from many years. I m not happy with your data charges.
I recharge 171 data plan on 13 December within 16 days 1GB data finish.
I am extremely unhappy with it. I want full information about data charges. Please do it as soon as possible otherwise i will think for other options.
I am expecting you will reply me in next 24 hrs.

Yesterday i send this email to your nodal officer but i didn't get any response from there
If you are not ready listen my issue i have other option but because of so many years i m using your network that's way i don't want to use other option.
But sorry to say if my problem not solved in next 24 hrs. i will do port or send this email to T.R.A.I.

You can check your data balance by sending sms DATA BAL to 199 ( toll free ). Download are chargeable as per content specific and depend upon the website. Default charges for internet surfing is 4p/10kb without any data pack and pack benefits are applicable when you latch on Vodafone network only.

You are charging data without use if i just on the data connection. company charging data usage.
