I have been having trouble with Vodafone on the whole there 3G services and not network problem most of the time when i badly needed it; this problem is has been PAN India not just home circle Karnataka. Now i looked at my last couple of bills i see they have been stealing money on the name of VAS service which i have never been subscribed for it. it get it stopped or get refund i have to go pillar to post wasting my valuable time. This company has talking advantage of there customer as they would be busy in the daily routine and would not waste time to look at it for saving Rs. 200-300 a month as time for most of the is more precious than this amount. This guys also know the law in this country is not as stringent as other developed countries so they take us for a ride.

    Hi sir/Madam, This is regarding discontinuation of my outgoing service of my postpaid card (Vodafone L & T corporate plan) with number [protected]. This sim was activated in around November 2015. I had cleared the bill of this card immediately on 15 Dec 2015. But still, since the morning of 19 Dec 2015 my outgoing service was being terminated. Since then I was continuously complaining regarding this issue several times. Despite of the assurance by your customer care executives, my service was not reactivated. Then on Monday 21st Dec 2015 one of your executives informed me that the bill of your one previous card is still, so we can’t resume the service of your current number. Now, I would like to bring to your notice regarding the previous sim card. This card with number [protected] (again Vodafone L & T corporate plan) was activated on 26th Aug 2015 of plan VG_MU_MV_L&T_75M & [protected]@98RS. But still I received 1st bill of amount 954.85/-. I tried to clear this discrepancy in my bill from your executives. They told me that you have activated 650 2 GB GPRS Plan. I cleared them that I haven’t activated any such plan. No one in the world is so foolish to activate two data plan at a time. So by deducting that 650/- from the billed amount I cleared the dues and requested to make that adjustment in the bill and deactivate the plan. Same I communicated to your representative in L & T. When I checked my bill the plan was being activated for the whole month. I informed your representative in L&T regarding this. He stated that it might have been mistakenly activated by the person who activated the card and not me. In the next billing cycle the same mischief happened. Then on my complaint to your customer care executive regarding this they adjusted the amount to some 834/-. Because of this mischievous billing error I again informed your executive that I am no where the culprit for the wrong plan and so I won’t pay this amount. Even then my matter wasn’t resolved. So I informed to deactivate the card and also I had mailed for the same. Inspire of this the card is still active and generating bill every month. Now, rather than solving this issue you are deactivating my current number which is not having any dues. Is this the way of resolving customer complaints?? Is this the way of serving customers?? Inspire of being continuously requested to deactivate the card why are you unnecessarily piling up the bills. Please look into this matter and resolve it on priority as because of your service I am facing too many difficulties in my personal as well as professional life.         Sir i have apple 5s phone last 3 to 4 days I open a Sbi site which is not open in my phone after that I call Sbi customer care they check my issue and said that no problem in his site after that I call vodaphone but your executive said that this is third party site we aren't not responsible after that l call apple care they discussed this with their senior after that they give me solution but my problem not resolve after that they said to change my software than I again load new software from I tunes but my problem is same after that they said to change the SIM card when i change my SIM card all site includes Sbi open in my phone after that they said you phone is ok problem in you sim i again call your customer care but no one listen my problem properly they cut the phone after requesting they take my complain after that they give me time to 4/1/2016 this very long time you think all banks have holidays so how i can purchase anything on done my transactions from my bank this is very bad service i already lost my 4gb data to down load Apple software and other software or financial also lost because last for days i not doing anything from my bank this is only due to your sim or network who is responsible for this and sir please check the list of executive I call in your center and without resolving my problem why they not behave properly if you not take any action than I take illegal action for my losses Thanks My mobile no is [protected] My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          I am Bharanidharan.R my mobile number [protected] (Vodafone ) today my balance of Rs.35 deducted from my account stating that I have activated some service I am sure I didn't activat anything from my end as well as I didn't get any promotional calls as I have already registered DND services .when I called to Vodafone customer care any explained about my problem they are stating that it's been activated while browsing from my end and that are answering very unprofessional below is the deduction details I request to look into this matter and resolve ASAP ...               Hello My worst experience began with Vodafone when I change my Pre-paid no. [protected] to Post paid on 4 December 2015. I am Vodafone phone customer since 10 yrs & I was very happy by using your prepaid service. I was submitted all my documents to Mini store at Hyalij International, Shop no. 5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai. After submission of all my documents my no. was Suspended 7 times within a month ( Network not registered ) . Also I got SMS regarding my Bill yesterday. My outgoing/incoming service disconnected for 16 days in a month & due to this poor service I was lost almost Rs. 5 lacs as my business is related with real estate. Because of such problem I have visited to different different Vodafone Centres ( at Mahim, Andheri, Tilak nagar) every time and they solved my problem temporary. Also they told me that it’s delar issue. Today I went to mini store at Hyalij International, Shop no. 5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai, but very much disappointed. ( Vodafone Staff is not available from morning till evening ) The owner is not bothered about my problem. I think you would be concerned and take the immediate actions against Mini store at Hyalij International, Shop no. 5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai.                 Hi All, I am a Vodafone prepaid customer for No. [protected]. I am using this prepaid number for more than two(2) years. From last 2 months, this number can't be recharged for any amount. I have made number of complaints through complaint helpline number 198 and also from 199 however still I am facing this problem. Since I am on roaming and hence I am also not able to receive incoming calls due to empty account balance. Kindly help me for this issue otherwise advise me to port this number for any other cellular mobile company. Regard, Gian Chand

                  I have raised a complaint for my data pack which was activated on 30th Dec 2015 that plan have been deactivated hence called the customer care and registered the complaint and they have promised to resolve the issue in 48 hours and the complaint number is[protected]. when i called today they are disconnecting my call and no proper response and they are still asking for 72 hrs more to resolve the issue. Internet is such a dependent one for every user and i cannot wait more than 48 hours which is already over. I am sick of this network. I wanted an immediate resolution in next 1 hour or else i would drop an email to your CEO. I have already registered my complaint in Consumer board also. Let me see how quick is Vodafone is resolving the customer issue.

                      My vodafone number is[protected] and just before I got a text that a pack name namkeen pack is activated to my number and it will cost amount of 35.00. I have not requested for activation of any pack even I don't know what is hell pack is . So kindly deactivate this pack and charge for this. Plz deactive on urgent basis and don't charge.

                            When I converted my prepaid connection to postpaid, I paid a security amount of Rs. 250 to the company executive / field person. He said that this amount will be adjusted in your monthly bill after 6 months or at the time of surrender of connection. But now the company is not refunding my Rs.250. I'm surrendering my connection. pls. adjust my amount.

                              [protected] has been blocked and Vodafone is not able to resolve the issue. There has been heavy business loss due to this and I will not pay any extra amount later if Vodafone themselves cannot tell to whom I should pay. I received an IVR mentioning that my previous Mobile Operator bill is not paid and hence barring the outgoing calls. The Steps that I took- 1. Call [protected] customer care and received no help and had suggested to visit nearby Vodafone store 2. I visited Vodafone store o[censored]lhasnagar Section 17 (I work in Pune and stay in Ulhasnagar and hence I had switched from Mumbai circle to Maharashtra circle). I was informed by Customer executive located there to visit Mumbai Circle Vodafone store 3. I visited Mumbai Circle Vodafone store at Kalyan and they informed me that your entire bill amount is paid (My token number was 237 visited on Saturday) I was informed that since the bill is paid we cannot do anything. 4. I checked with my previous service provider which is Airtel and checked that no amount is pending from them. 5. Vodafone Mumbai or Maharashtra or Executive from [protected]/ 199 could not tell me why my cell phone connectivity is disconnected. 6. I wrote an email to 'corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com' and they also mentioned that previous operator bill is pending 7. I had chat conversation with Vodafone chat Ms. Santhanalakshmi, Issac but nobody could tell me to whom the amount needs to be paid. If this case is taken later for non payment of bill, I am not responsible since Vodafone could not highlight to whom the amount needs to be paid. As of now the unbilled amount I have cleared and paid 1020.55 INR on 2nd Jan 2015 Vodafone does not have a unified system? In which you can check the issue from anywhere and resolve instead of making the customer run from one Vodafone store to another?

                                    When i am in my residendce, my vodafone line out of network . l am suffering this problem last 2 month. I already complain to customer care vide my complain No. is [protected]. But when i am out of my residence area or in my office (kolkata) then i receive full network. This is hurmful in my daily life.Plz look into this matter and solve it immediately.

                                      Hi, I have been trying to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid since more than 2 weeks now. Half of my day goes in calling up customer care.even went to vodafone centre, lodged complaint and tried everything i could to get my number migrated but these vodafone just doesnt give a damn about their customers. these guys come to your home to collect documents when you have to convert into postpaid and when it comes to prepaid they just dont listen to you.everytime i call up customer care they just keep on transferring my call again n again and at the end they either put me on hold untill i eventually cut the call or one of their so called "customer care executive" cuts it on my face. i am really fed up from its service. i was using voda since long n did not got any major problems back but now there services are falling day by day n bills are increasing unnecessarily. it has become a pathetic brand in the telecommunication industry. i am in roaming n calling these people but they just dont care.everybody is transferring my calls to another person and then another person but no one is helping. i am preparing to file a law suit against these people. anyone interested can join me. it is really time to make them earn their bills.                                         I have connection of Vodafone from long back. When my connection in postpaid they add any charge in bill. Now I converted in prepaid, they deduct the amount without doing anything & they said that I have used internet. Despite many emails, they dont want to revert my amount which was deducted.
